This is a stop that is regular with yearly fishing trips to NY. Would definitely recommend this spot to traveling fisherman.
This was my 3rd year staying at Rogers camp for the salmon run. Great access point into the river, walking distance from the camp site. Cant wait to come back next year.
Very nice place to get away from it all. Good salmon fishing and anything you may need is just a few mins away . Local shops are very helpful and friendly .
Great place roger was awesome. We felt right at home .very clean and comfortable. Fish cleaning done right there by roger himself and vacuum sealed or smoked if you want it.
Have been camping here for years. Roger, Darlene, and family are amazing!! We camp here 3 out of 4 seasons at least 2 times a month. love this place!!!

2019-10-12Terrific lodging right next to the Salmon River. Accommodations are always super clean and Roger is very prompt in handling any issues. Huge bonus is they clean and smoke fish and will store them in their cooler, all on site. Where many places are showing their age and need some upkeep, the lodgings here are amazingly kept. Great place to stay.

2020-02-17Easy check in and easy checkout. Nice place with everything you need for your stay. We picked up the snowmobile trail directly across the street. Cant get any better than that. Nice trails and easy access to gas stations along the routes. The local groomers do a good job with the trails. We saw them 3 times in just 2 days. We definitely will be back. Oh and Fox Hollow is Kid Friendly. Thanks.

2020-09-29First time coming to Fox Hollow with a party of 8 we all enjoyed our stay. Roger keeps very well clean lodge and well kept !! Everyone enjoyed when Roger came by to shot the breeze with us. We will be returning next year maybe sooner for steel head fishing. Thank you Roger & Darlene

2017-10-20Have been staying there last 15 years for the salmon run.great place to stay, direct access to the salmon river. Has fish cleaning station, and also smokes fish. Cabin we stayed in had 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 bunk beds 1 queen size bed and a futon. Gas oven,full fridge,cable TV, daily housekeeping if needed close to town. Nice, quiet, rustic. Great time

2017-10-31We had a nice stay at the lodge despite the rain. My biggest complaint is that I was told 300 feet from the river. Nothing was mentioned about having to use a rope to climb down the drop off out back. The room was clean and cozy. The shower was very small and I found 4 used wash cloths hanging over the top of shower bar that were very stinky. But other than that it was nice relaxing weekend, in a cozy cabin.

2013-08-20Wow what a facility with the addition of the pavilion. We just had a family reunion here for the third time. Roger takes great pride in his facility and it shows. Everything was clean and comfortable.The cabins were spotless, beds comfortable, and the grounds are well maintained. I would highly recommend this location, and look forward to another visit in a couple of years.

2019-05-16We stayed 4/26/19-4/28/19. We are out of towners from Ohio. The video that is posted online is deceiving. The lodge that is featured in the video is more than likely not where you are going to be staying. We could not see the river from our cabin and when we asked how to get to it we were told something about going up and down heart attack hill. We ended up finding another way to the river ourselves. Upon arrival the owner would not show us where we were staying unless I handed him money. I had already paid my deposit before we got there. He literally said Do you have cash. A little to unprofessional for me. We took my two boys with us and the owner decided to put us in a cabin next to 5 grown men. That would of been fine but they decided to get drunk and loud one evening and wake us all up at 2 am. We had to be up at 5 for the charter boat that we were taking out on Lake Ontario the next day. When we contacted the owner he wanted nothing to do the situation. He showed up at our side of the cabin but refused to address the drunk men next to us. There was another review like mine that I read before we got there and it has been removed. I assume mine will be at some point as well. We are planning on returning to Lake Ontario but we will not be staying at Fox Hollow.

2017-02-02My boyfriend and I have been going to the Fox Hollow Lodge for years. It is always a pleasure to stay there. Both Roger and Darlene are the nicest, down to earth people I have ever met. The surroundings are beautiful. They take so much pride in what they do.
