Fox sales person and service tech Josh were both very professional. The services were fully described and guaranteed to be effective. Im happy they now offer a monthly billing plan.Josh treated my property today and was very courteous and invited me to ask any questions or point out problem areas.Awaiting results as bug season kicks in.
I highly recommend Fox! We did some major renovations to our house about 1.5 years ago and just have disturbed some ecosystems under the subfloor because we started experiencing an ant and spider infestation. These ants were EVERYWHERE. I got some quotes and Fox not only had the best prices but they offered an all-inclusion package that included bees, spiders, ants and even mice and rats. Being in the country that was very attractive to me! It took a few services to get our infestation down but that is expected. Any time I’ve had any concerns, they come to us right away. I also use their mosquito service which has been fantastic since we live in a high mosquito area and without it, we couldn’t be outside after dark.Our technician was Peter and has since switched to Josh. Josh is a delight, he takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, show me where he is placing things, etc. Fox is definitely worth the $! We’ve had them almost two years now, we now get quarterly service and monthly mosquito in the warm months and we recommend them to everyone we know.
Thank you to Fox and especially John their technician who took the time to explain the process. He helped me identify problem areas and addressed what needed to be done to stop the problems we were having. Gave us the piece of mind we had before we knew the pests had invaded our home. Highly recommend.

Reid did a great job when he came out to spray the exterior and interior of our house. He explained every step and made sure all my questions were answered and the pests problems taken care of. This whole experience was great from the start. I didn’t even think about pest control until one day a very nice man came to our house and explained the services your company provides and I signed up. Very professional, clean, and neat.
I first encountered a wasp problem and the person that routinely comes for that is DevonHe goes over and beyond. The second problem I have Is mice as my home is 92 years old with stone foundation. Ryan cares for that also going over and beyond filling holes etc. Being 86 years of age now I depend on their servces. They are both assets to the company.
Fox has been awesome to work with. I absolutely love the technician they send to our house...Josh. He has been wonderful! Its very obvious that he loves his job. He has a great sense of humor and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable. Even the girls I have spoken to on the phone are very professional, sincere, and personable. I have signed up for the quarterly check ins. When I called to tell them that the spiders are coming back after a week, Taylor reassured me this was quite normal but still sent Josh back to do some more spraying, which they truly didnt have to do, but wanted to put my mind at ease. They have great prices and their chemicals are not harmful to the indoor pets. I cant say enough about how at ease my family feels now that the pests have been taken care of and knowing that they will continue to be kept at bay from here on out. Thank you Fox!

I called around a year ago and tried to get a decent price to take care of the mouse problem that I had. The mice were under my house and in my walls. Other companies wanted a car payment each month. Fox pest control offered a very low price to come out each month. While on the phone they were polite and very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the habit of mice. Josh is my service man, he comes out monthly and services the mice boxes. On his first visit he looked at every nook and cranny in my house-very impressive. He set traps and explained how if I found a mouse i could throw it out or just call the company and he would come take care of it for me!! that is too cool. I have had them for a year now, I no longer have mice in my walls, the damage the mice have made has been repaired and no new damage has commenced. Not to mention included in my monthly service is spraying my house for bugs and spiders BIG PLUS. I personally LOVE the monthly service and Josh is fantastic. He is very professional and respectful. On days he knows I have to work, he is quiet as to not make the dog bark when he is going around the house. (I work overnight and sleep during the day) . They are awesome about rescheduling if needed. On top of all that fantastic service, I had carpenter bees burrowing in my wood on my porch and I called to see if they could help willing to pay extra and it was INCLUDED in my monthly service, they sent someone out the next day to handle the holes and checked in again on my normal scheduled visit!! I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from bugs or rodents. They do offer a mosquito service separate, but it was not in my budget this year. My monthly service helps all that I need. Another cool thing is all the products they use are animal friendly and not harmful to them at all!! SUPER GREAT!!! Josh is so great he even remembers where each and every trap is sets in the house! I have recommended them to all of my friends!!
Trusted this company for the pest control around out house. The guy was running from door to door to sign up with him for the pest control services. After 2-3 services, still wasp and bees were around the house. Called the company to cancel, suddenly they charged me $150 as a cancellation fees. While the guy was begging to sign up, I specifically asked whether I could cancel without any fines, he mentioned Yes now this company wants to get $150 as a cancellation fees from me. If they dont waive my fees, I will report this to the State of NY Attorney General office.
Called in right before the holidays due to a clear rodent issue. They did their thing and no more mice digging in the walls after a few visits over a span of a month or so.Today Josh stopped by for our quarterly visit. He listened to my concerns of spring ants in the bedroom. He sprayed, applied bait, and put stuff around all our windows. Josh was a pleasure to work with, respectful and kind and understanding of our concerns, both pest-wise and Covid-wise.Im very pleased with their professionalism and how quick they are to respond between quarterly appointments. I would recommend them to anyone. Also. No more pests!
We have a new construction and found a Wolf spider! Called pest control immediately and they came the next day. A few weeks later we found several dead insects including another Wolf spider outside. Success! Fox sold us on their business model of unlimited service and the best part is you can be in the house while they spray.

Hired for carpenter ant control approximately 1 year ago. In my prior homes if I had ants, the contractor applied and guaranteed their work. Fox has failed to resolve the issue, has pressured me into more services despite me repeatedly advising by email I am dissatisfied and do not wish to continue to do business with them. Employees show up without notice, other times do not show up when scheduled. Emails are ignored entirely. I have not heard from Fox for months and now lo and behold, another email for my scheduled service - emailed advising to cease and stay off my property, no response. I believe its time for me to involve the BBB, chamber and/or my attorney. This is a company that tries to lock you in and keep forcing services on you, with no intention of actual resolution of the problem. One of their inside applications left my home smelling so strongly of chemicals during this pandemic that it was unbearable - I called and was told oh the tech must have used the wrong application or had residuals from a prior job in their tank - FOX, you need to stop calling and emailing me, stay off my property and do not EVER try to bill me again or I will take legal action against you. I have every email and every voicemail from day one, and I see I have paid you for each service and fulfilled my contract obligation. DO NOT TEST ME AGAIN.
Gotta love Josh! Hes been taking care of my pest control for about 1.5 years now. Always shows up when expected, gets the job done quickly and efficiently and is super friendly. What else can you ask for? Great company!

Well I called this place today because of all the great reviews and Of course I expected a great experience too. I explained the issue about my bees nest and was told that someone would be out at 5:00 as their last stop of the day. Well it’s 8:30 and no call, no text, do response to my voicemail or email and of course no technician. They were quick to try to sign me up for 4 services and even gave a ton of BS “discounts” to get me a competitive price but sadly ended up as a no show.Avoid these people. Find an exterminator that cares about their customer and most importantly respects their customers time.

Some dude knocked on my door to tell me about their pest control services. Normally I dont like buying stuff on my doorstep but this guy was real friendly and made me feel comfortable with any questions I had. I was a bit skeptical at first, but then the technician Alex came by and was suuuper knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Its been a week and the carpenter ants eating at my back porch are no longer! I will be with these guys for many years to come.

We bought our home last year and had many spiders and wasps. My husband was greeted by door to door with this company. I was excited as they were more natural. Well the spiders simply moved into the gardens, the wasps and Hornets are still here. We continued to have problems as if the spraying did nothing. They get you into a contract and paid 150 every 3 months and to cancel was 150. This company is a joke. This year went with Erlich and watched them as they did an amazing job. Happy to have 24 hr service and they answer and respond. Fox is a joke and they dont care about their customers as when we cancelled they were so rude. Scam company.
Employees at all ends were absolutely wonderful, they are attentive and very understanding...however the products being used are complete GARBAGE! After many revisits no progress was made, only investments lost. My lawn was dug up, my vegetables were destroyed, rodents were even coming up on my deck and digging up my potted plants and veggies! All that their ‘product’ accomplishes is moving the rodents from one area to another and only for a day or two, after that the holes and destruction returns. The ants were another issue that wasn’t resolved either. Three different applications were applied but yet my wife and I were still having ants crawling on us while both inside and out. (I will say that they were able to keep the carpenter bees away though.)The company was willing to let me get out of the contract and I am now addressing the issues personally. The personal approach is cheaper and actually effective. I hope that if you read this and decide to give em a try that you are fortunate enough to experience a different outcome.****PER THE RESPONSE FROM FOX, in regards to my original post/comment, I went that route TWO times already and NOTHING was accomplished (except the wasting of my time,$ and veggies)! As I said before it’s not so much the people as it is the GARBAGE PRODUCT that is used by the company.

First visit with Fox Pest Control. Started having minor issues with stink bugs last year and am eager to prevent that from becoming a regular thing. Jarod was knowledgable, professional and thorough. 2022-06-20I hired fox to spray my property for mosquitoes last month.My property is an acre of open land surrounded by woods in the back.When I called, I was promised the perimeter of my yard to be sprayed/fogged. Including under the deck and any shaded areas. The price was $100 a month, I thought that was a fair price so I went with them.The first time the tech showed up, he sprayed my front yard that consists of 7 shrubs and bushes. After he sprayed my front, he left.I thought he maybe forgot something and was coming back, but he never came back. I called the next morning asking why my back yard ( the place where I would hang out the most with my pool and large deck). The lady on the phone acted very surprised and apologized and had the tech come back a few days later.The same tech came back and sprayed part of the perimeter. I asked why he wouldn’t do the whole perimeter of the wooded area and the tall grass in the back with the soft muddy ground. He laughed and said we don’t spray grass sir.Now if you google ideal mosquito havens, tall grass under shade (from the trees) that is damp is under that category. On top of that he didn’t spray half the other wooded perimeter that has bushes and shrubs bordering the woods (see photos). I asked why he wouldn’t spray the rest of the perimeter and he laughed again and said “sir we don’t spray that”… I asked what was different about the parts of the wooded perimeter that he did spray (spoiler alert, there is no difference) and he again responded with a laugh “ we don’t spray that sir.”Since I’m not an expert I said okay and gave it a month trial. The mosquitoes were there but it wasn’t unbearable for Cicero ny. The next month the same tech came out and just did the front yard again. The next day I called and cancelled.Yes, the wooded areas should be sprayed, the whole perimeter not just part of it.Yes areas with long grass and weeds with soft mucky ground should be sprayed. Like the area in my far back yard.No areas with standing water should not be sprayed. (No where in my yard has standing water unless we get a huge rain storm)I would not recommend unless you like having to constantly monitor their work and have to make calls to follow up all the time to honor their word.

2022-03-06Easy and consistent. Nice that it can be done even if Im away from home. Since I dont usually see the tech or the work being done, I cant go quite 10/10. I dont have any trepidation or negative things to say.I like the rodent catchers, along with the list of insects being sprayed for. Weve seen less spiders and other bugs since signing up as well. So, it seems to work at the level marketed. Id definitely recommend this as an option to my neighbors.Thanks so much for your great service!

2022-05-04Wish I could use zero stars . Waited all day for a technician to arrive very late. Paid over $200 for a man to set up a few traps and hand me a few extra traps to “set up on my own” , “have fun mice are tricky” gave it some time and came back home 2 months later after throwing away all food in the house. Not ONE dead mouse in a trap and I hear them running around my kitchen , so what did I even pay for ? I asked for a full refund since their services didn’t kill any mice. Save yourself some money and buy your own traps at Home Depot. Rip off company.
