Keith and the entire staff at Franklin square photographers were amazing to work with from start to finish! They were always professional and responsive to any/all questions that I had. The day of my wedding, Keith was outstanding and made sure that every shot I wanted was taken! He was hilarious and fun to work with; while also taking charge and making sure people were where they needed to be. The process afterwards of creating my albums was so easy and they came out beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of my pictures, albums, and their work! If you choose to work with Keith and his crew, you are in the best hands possible!
My husband and I just got married on 10/25 and we are so happy with Keith and his team that we couldnt wait to spread the word. Keith has been nothing but amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. He was always quick to respond and he answered every little question i had. The day of went smoothly, stress free and on time due to Keith and his team. The few sneak peaks we have seen have blown us away and we cant wait to see the rest. From the first time we met Keith, we knew that he was the perfect person to capture our wedding day! We used Franklin Square for our engagement session, wedding photos and video and they could not have done a better job. Keith made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, and his whole team was always there to answer any questions. I really cannot say enough about the unparalleled service that Keith and his team provided for my husband and I on our wedding day. My sister in law had used Keith for her wedding, so we already had a strong recommendation for him, but from the first time we met with him we knew that we could not find a more professional, dedicated, and capable person to document the most important day of our lives to date. I really cannot imagine our wedding day going so smoothly without Keith. From the moment his team arrived (very punctually), he took compete control and ensured that not a single moment was wasted. Keith beautifully and seamlessly captured each moment of the day. During the most hectic time of the day—between the ceremony and the reception—Keith organized our large wedding parties and families and executed all of the pictures in ample time for us to fully enjoy our cocktail hour. He was able to do this all while maintaining a relaxed and humorous attitude and making the day overall more pleasant for everyone. When we got our images (which Keith had ready for us in a few short weeks) we were just as thrilled. We absolutely love our video, our album and all of the pictures Keith took. Bottom line, you will not find a more dedicated, professional, creative and caring team to photograph your wedding day.

Our photographer was Keith Muller (owner) and I cannot begin to express how professional and pleasant it was to have Keith and his staff on our side on our special day. A lot of my friends have warned me that their wedding photographer was in their face on their day and how annoying that will be, but I experienced NONE of this with Keith. His team was courteous, and it felt like they vanished (in a good way) while we carried on with our special evening. He was a calming influence and kept the mood light-hearted on what was a hectic and busy day. We are so looking forward to seeing the proofs & video when theyre ready. Keith was kind enough to surprise us two days after the wedding with a little collage on Facebook so we could get an idea of what the phtos will look like when they print. Everyone is certain they will be spectacular!My husband and I also sent Keith a video of our choreographed dance to surprise our guests with ahead of time and he had no hesitation about filming this super special moment! Additionally, our engagement shoot in Central Park are some of the most incredible photos I have ever seen of me and my fiance.It was a pleasure doing business with Keith and Franklin Square Photographers from day one and I can only hope that everyone else is as lucky to have such a fabulous experience with their photographer as we did with him. Franklin Square photographers made our wedding day extra special! Not only were they informative and helpful in the wedding planning process, they also captured our wedding day in the most special way. We did photo and video through them and it was a complete joy. Six wonderful professionals came and worked with us and our bridal party and family to capture our day. After our wedding they were more than helpful in the creation and execution of photo prints a gorgeous wedding album and emotionally beautiful video! Amazing, delightful and patient are just a few words to describe the Franklin square photography team! From the moment we walked into their establishment we were blown away by their amazing photos and cinematography. Their style of photography is unique and one of a kind. Their cinematography makes you feel like your in a movie! From our unique save the dates, to our amazing cinematography video, Franklin square made all of our dreams come true !!! Keith and his team were at our sides during our long 2 day wedding event. They took the time to get to know us as individuals and incorporated our individual styles into our photos and cinematography. Keith and his team are the best! There have never been any surprise fees, etc along the way! I was so nervous two days before my wedding, I called Keith and he reassured me everything was going to be ok! Keith and his team are always polite, professional and respectful. My mother has white carpet throughout her house and it rained on my wedding day. Everyone took their shoes off, no questions asked. Proofs were back before I got back from my 3 week honeymoon. Turn around for my printed album was about a month and video about 5 months.
I cannot say enough about Keith and all the staff at Franklin Square Photography. From the moment I met with Keith I knew I was going to use him for our photos and video. I immediately felt like I was in good hands and when my husband met him he felt the same way. Not to mention he was the first photographer I met with and all the services that come standard with his packages were add ons or extras with all the other photographers I met. I moved money around in my budget to make it work because I knew no one else was going to compare with them! Their work is stunning and exemplifies how much pride they take in their craft. Whenever I had an idea, concern or question I was emailing with multiple staff members and never had to wait more than a day for someone to get back to me. Our engagement shoot was awesome thanks to Keith and Sam did an incredible job on our save the dates! Rebecca is the friendliest person and goes above and beyond to help get whatever you need. The day of our wedding, the first day of Spring...it was a blizzard! I could have been freaking out because of the time and weather, but Laura and Keiths incredible calmness and professionalism kept me relaxed the entire day and the second photographer, videographer, and assistant were on point. They got every shot I wanted and more and when we got our proof album it was everything I expected. People were amazed at how many pictures were taken and the quality of ever shot. Keith is the type of genuine business man someone wants work with. He is easy to talk to and joke around with but gets the job done in stellar fashion. We could not be more happy with Franklin Square Photography, I would recommend them without hesitation to any bride and groom and I will be using them for all my future photography needs!

Keith is the photographer and he is so funny and easy to get along with! He has been shooting weddings since he was a kid as the business is in his family. Needless to say he has years of experience and ran the photography for our wedding like a well-oiled machine! We laughed a lot with him which made it even more enjoyable. He is very organized and touched base with me to firm up our timeline for the day more than once which settled any wedding nerves. He and his team are very capable and I’m very excited to see our on line wedding gallery. Only a two week turn around to get all the pictures! Amazing!
Firstly, let me say that if I could, I would give them 100 stars rather than just 5! Keith and the FSP Team are the most dedicated, passionate, patient people we have ever worked with. From the moment that my husband and I walked into their studio for our first consultation, we knew that we were going to book them. From our engagement shoot on the beach, to our religious wedding and even in a different country where we held our reception and did a crazy excursion, they stuck by our side and delivered exceptionally without a single budge or complaint. The photos and videos were absolutely stunning. We all put so much time and effort into the wedding trailer, video and album – they were very patient with us and continuously followed up diligently to make sure that we stayed on track and completed it. The end result was out of this world and went way beyond our expectations. They did an amazing job with the production of the videos and album, even delivering it right to our doorstep. I must say, I am really happy that we made the decision to stop in to this studio during a casual drive and even more delighted to have had the pleasure to work with such a fantastic group of people. What does one consider when choosing a wedding photographer???Well, for starters, I’d imagine they would want the person shooting their engagement photos to be one of the people shooting their wedding. And could you imagine my horror when my husband and I went to four photographers who informed us this was either impossible or no guarantee??? WHY would I want one person to shoot my engagement photos and another to shoot my wedding??? It just doesn’t make sense!And then, finally, the fifth time was the charm! Franklin Square Photographers.From the moment Eric and I walked into FSP, I knew they would be my choice! Keith was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A family-owned business, this made me smile.Once we saw the way they give you your proofs (I won’t spoil the surprise, but will tell you you won’t find this anywhere else!) I was sold. I mean, that and a combination of the talent up on the walls (photos), the albums we looked at, the video and trailer we saw (a friend of mine from high-school coincidentally)…I knew FSP was the one!Another concern of mine during the “booking vendors process” was the number of photographers/videographers we would have the day of the wedding, as well as, how long we would have them for. Example: One studio said only one photographer, one videographer, and ONLY (and this part was true for many of the studios we visited) for 10 hours. Now, here’s the thing. If your wedding starts at say 6 or 7 and goes until 11, 12, or even 1am and hair & makeup start early in the morning HOW does 10 hours work??? It doesn’t!!!Keith and Team went to my husbands house first, then came to my house…to the church, another stop for pictures, to our venue…they were with us every step of the way, down to our last dance!Keith, thank you for capturing the best and most beautiful moments of our wedding day. I am forever grateful to the care and dedication you showed on our special day, especially in the heat!!!A special shout-out to “Accu”-Maggie, one of the photographers who was tracking the weather on her phone down to the minute because the rain was coming for us and we took pictures at an outdoor site (our venue was over-looking the Long Island Sound, too) and…by a miracle, three rain drops fell and it passed! I mean could you imagine?! But how dedicated she/FSP was to making sure we didn’t get rained on!!!I just cannot say enough about our photos! And I cannot WAIT to see our video and trailer. Another favorite of mine is how they capture the Bride and Groom before the wedding in an interview-type setting to get some special sentiments about how they feel about their soon-to-be… It is so special and unique – truly a piece I will hold close to my heart.Thank you Ken for videoing us every step of the way! Went for an appointment to book for a wedding. Keith was very friendly and accommodating for our appointment time and was able to meet us on a Sunday. Havnt booked him for our wedding yet, if and when we do, i will update this review with more on our experience with Franklin Square Photography
Oh my god. Just got married on 9/17/17. Have to get this out there. KEITH is F-ing amazeballs. When we met last year to go over the potential wedding we sat down talked and laughed feeling like we were home. My wife and I did not even meet with another photographer. Not even to shop for a better price. We felt so comfortable with Keith and his staff that we knew we didnt want anyone else. KEITH came to the hotel on time and made my wife happy with his professionalism and he made it fun. Some xxx rated, I just heard about right now lol. Having dealt with vendors in the past. I did not get the vendor feeling from my photographer. I am comfortable enough to call KEITH and his staff my family. He took some awesome photos and had the biggest smile on his face the whole time. Which put a smile on our faces. Cant wait to see the photos. This whole review has been written before even seeing the final product. If that does not put into perspective of how amazing this experience has been, than I dont know what else to say.
WORST PHOTOGRAPHER IVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE.My mom and I went in to see Keith 1 week before the wedding. I told him I have 3 grand parents all with their own date. Went through the list of family we wanted shots with. I even asked if he wanted me to write this down. To which he replied not necessary, I have a list. I asked - do you have that folder I sent you a year ago with shot examples? to which he replied yes. Had he said no - I could have resent it to him. The day of the wedding, he told my mother flat out NO to some of the shots she asked him to take. Very old school Italian - my parents re- painted the house on their very humble budget for wedding photos. The day after the wedding we realize -Did anyone see Keith get photos of the ballroom? Did he get the photo of the Boccella family without JJ? no. He didnt take any of these photos. I can go on with the list. When my mother and I spent hours there discussing this with him, he went back and forth on his word. First his excuse for not taking these photos was they we werent there helping him. Showing him who is who. I literally asked him the week before the wedding if he needed me to print out a family list with photos to which he replied, no. So I as the Bride? Handling 10,000 other things- was supposed to get my check-list out and make sure you were doing YOUR JOB - you know the job we paid you extra for bc you had all this staff and these hands to help you not miss a thing. I said dont you have like photography 101 standard shot list? Bc the hall we got married at and every single other vendor told us that he should have that. His defensive answer was Of course I had a shot list. Later in the conversation - he undoes his own lie - by saying i didnt have a shot list in front of me. He complained that my Wedding Planner and Maid of Honor did not help him enough.A. I didnt have a wedding planner. I had a day - of coordinator - who was hired solely to handle the talent for special performances we had- performances I discussed with Keith the week before the wedding. She was a friend giving me a very cheap friends and family discount I didnt think I needed to take advantage of her kindness and have her babysit the photographer as well. Since our first discussion with Keith, telling him our disappointments - first he was happy to help resolve it, then he re-negged on that, then he offered to do a re-shoot where wed have to pay for his hourly fee as a PHOTOGRAPHER. The only way I was going to be able to move past this was if he did what he offered to do- which was pay himself for the reshoot, including costs of vendors table cloths etc., and refund us. Again hes now gone back on that.My husband left me a month after the wedding- he cheated on me while I was at the hospital (early may 2018) while my best friend and bridesmaid was dying. So of course, arguing with Keith had to take a back seat. Keith thinks he is now relieved of his duty to make this right, bc my abusive ex husband was spiteful and told him to keep the photos. He told me that my name isn’t on the contract, JJ’s is so basically buzz off. A. I’m not sure that’s true - I will go look at the contract B. Who cares - don’t you want to make ur client happy. Is he really exploiting the fact that my marriage failed as a way to screw me over? As a bride, would you hire someone with this character. Even if JJ’s name is on the contract - you must know we had joint finances - you didn’t seem to worry who’s name was on the contract when I was physically handing over the checks, and coming in to meet with you.As a Bride- how can you trust this person on the most important day of your life? How honest and reliable can he be to you if to me he said “haha I don’t need to make things right with you - your husbands name was on the contract?” Slimy right?By far THE worst service I’ve ever experienced.
Our pictures from our wedding day are beautiful. We had bad weather (extremely windy & cold) but you would never know by looking at our pics! Also their personalities were great! Trust me, you want people like that to be around on your wedding day !
Ruined my wedding! All the things I asked to capture did not happen and most of those relatives have passed ! Very insensitive owners !

2022-04-08We couldnt be happier with our decision to book this AMAZING company for our wedding. We did our engagement session this week and got the photos back in under 3 days. Keith is so professional, encouraging, and comfortable to work with. Our engagement photos came back stunning and have received so many compliments on them. We are so excited to work with him for our wedding and we know we are in good hands.

2019-02-01Keith and his team were amazing to work with. From the moment we booked until receiving our wedding video! He began with our engagement shooting. He ventured out into a snowstorm just to shoot beautiful pictures of us in the snow. They came out amazing and we get so many compliments on them. The day of our wedding, the team was punctual, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable. Keith worked with us to make sure we got the pictures we wanted. A little bit of rain didnt stop them from doing their job in capturing the moments of our special day. Throughout the whole night, the team worked hard capturing pictures and clips and created a same day edit video which was shown during dinner. Everyone loved it, including us. We recently received our full video and couldnt be happier. Overall, we couldnt thank Franklin Square Photographers enough. My husband and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to capture their special day!

2021-06-15Keith and his team was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t of asked for a better photographer. We used Franklin Square for our May 15th 2021 wedding. We booked with Keith in 2018 and did our engagement shoot in the fall of 2019 and he did such a great job. He made us feel comfortable as we are an awkward couple when it comes to pictures. Our wedding was originally May 2 2020 and we ended up postponing to oct 3 2020 and then finally having our wedding May 15th 2021. Being a covid bride was so upsetting and stressful. Keith was nothing but amazing each time I postponed. The communication was on point and he was so understanding and helped every way he could. Never once got annoyed with me calling or emailing a million times to get a date lined up. He called me a week before the wedding asking if I had any requests or questions. Day of him and his team showed up on time and got right to work. My favorite thing about Keith is he notices everything necklace, veil, ring turned etc. i got back my proofs and I keep looking at my pictures as I am just amazed on how we look. We don’t look awkward or uncomfortable at all ) which we always look awkward in pics haha) don’t walk run and book him I promise it will be the best decision you make.

2021-01-20We booked Franklin square photographers for our wedding in November 2019 and Keith was absolutely amazing. They were very professional, and being so experienced they knew where all the best photo locations at our venue would be and was able to quickly and efficiently get all of them in so we could get back to the party. All throughout the night they were grabbing amazing candid shots that we share with our family members and laugh and remember our great night. I can’t say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was having Keith and his team. He was not just a photographer but a event coordinator as well. We sat down prior to the wedding and he prepared a detailed schedule for us to follow in order for us to get all the photos we wanted in our timeframe (we were fighting an early sunset for outdoor pictures) and they all came out absolutely perfect, using the sunset to our advantage. When sitting down to choose our best photo to enlarge for our wedding picture, it was difficult because we had so many amazing pictures to choose from. I full heartedly recommend Keith and his team, especially being a family owned business, they put the extra time, energy, and care to make sure your your day is as perfect as it should be. I highly recommend Franklin Square Photographers to everyone I know who is getting married who is looking for an affordable and excellent photographer.

2021-02-04My husband and I used Franklin Square Photography for our engagement photo shoot and as our wedding photographers. Keith was GREAT! I cannot recommend him and FSP enough. He has a great eye and took amazing photos of our special day. He had creative ideas about our fall photoshoot and even helped us choose a great location. Our wedding album and parent albums came out beautifully as well. If I ever needed professional photos of anything in the future, I would definitely use them again!

2019-02-19Keith and his staff provided an excellent service for my wedding last August (2018). From our engagement photo shoot to my wedding day the team was amazing. Keith responded to my emails quickly and made that part of wedding planning stress free. They were on time on the wedding day and managed professionally our 200+ wedding guests. The Pictures and videos were high quality and all special moments were captured. Overall service was great and could not be happier with Franklin Square Photography.

2018-08-21Keith and his team were fantastic. From start to finish our experience was exceptional. I remember going to several places in search for the perfect photographer. Most places sat with us for about 30 minutes and couldn’t confirm who our day of photographer would be. Then we met Keith. He, our wedding photographer, met with us personally and gave us all the time we needed to have our questions answered/get a feel for his work. Keith assured us he would be there on our wedding day and he was. He and his whole team were punctual, professional and accommodating. Our day was captured beautifully. Keith even personally drove us to a location down the road from our venue to capture additional photos. Our albums are a wonderful recap of our wedding day! I highly recommend Franklin Square Photographers!
