Great value, good communication and fast turn around.Franks really saved my @$$. My Fiat broke down and I moved here a month ago so I havent gotten to know the area. I called several other shops and dealers and they told me a few days is the soonest they could get to my car. When I called Frank on Saturday morning and explained my situation he offered to try to fit it in and try to get it done that day.Half way through they found other items that needed to be addressed. They called me and explained what they found in detail and how much more it would cost. They had to go out to Hicksville to get parts.And they still managed to have it wrapped up by 5pm. Their total bill with extra work and parts came to what the Fiat dealer quoted me for just the one repair.Overall I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism and I am glad that I found a garage down in Longisland that I would trust as much as my local family owned garage where I grew up.

I called Frank for my cars 30k mile service including tires. Frank took care of me and recommended a great tire that rides better than stock and he beat the big tire store prices to boot. Also, I had my car aligned on their rack with the lasers and the car tracks straight as an arrow. I will be recommending them to my friends for sure.
5 stars! Would highly recommend. Came for an oil change and wasn’t ripped off. Had a complete check of the car and was informed of what needed to be done for a fair price. Saved a lot of money going here instead of Honda for the same things that needed to be updated. Will be coming back.
I had a pinch Emergancy where my starter just died on me and you could tell it was gonna be one of those days, fortunately enough for me This Amazing shop was close by and they took all my stresses and fixed them up to blesses, absolutely courteous professionals and just pleasant and fair. The man went out of his way to help me and gave me the straight deal Will definitely come back again to get any future works done here!!! Phenomenal!!
Went to Franks fnt auto shop for a car inspection and my car got a complete workup, my brake pads, filters and headlights that werent working properly were checked and replace. My car feels so different. Will most definitely be going back for all my car needs. Already recommended them to my cousin and her son.
Stranded half a mile from FNT by a car that failed inexplicably I got towed into the strange and New World of honest fast and competent service. Mystical error codes were decoded in a flash, broken parts were replaced with first quality name brand replacement parts. And Frank and his son drove the car and tested it until it was perfect running better than new. Im a pretty cynical old man but when I left I paid a fair price for top notch work. You want your car fixed right for a fair price you go to FNT. The goodwill and humanity is free.
Want a great mechanic who wants wont rip you off? I used to never trust mechanics, but this father and son company taught me how to put a little faith in people. Great work. And your car wont be in the shop for weeks either.
I am went in for the first time for an oil change on my 2013 Dodge Durango RT. Usually Im apprehensive when trying a new mechanic but after my visit I was completely satisfied. They did a comprehensive check on my car and informed me what was needed without being pushy on my next visit. Will definitely be a repeat customer
Been coming to F & T for at least 12yrs. And even though I’ve moved out of the area I don’t trust anyone else with my cars but them. They can work on all makes and models. Quality work at good prices.I’ve had 2003 Toyota Highlander, 2008 BMW 535, 2008 Cadillac CTS, 2016 Maxima Platinum, 2017 Lincoln MKC and 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. Frank has kept all my cars running in top condition.
Poor customer services he got mad bcz I didnt fix the car at time but I called him today to take the car to get it fix and he said the he had looked at the car before and I didnt fix it and Im just wasting his time

I went there Saturday 1/14/17 and I have to say the service is amazing. I had some faults I couldnt find and they found it right away. I needed a emergancy repair went looking for a shop and this was the only place that had actually been open before their start time. The owner frank told me it was a busy Saturday morn and he would try and accomadate me. He not only kept his word but the price was very reasonable and he did not upcharge me because I had an emergancy. Very polite staff and very clean shop!!!

Not only did he fully service my car, he took the time to explain everything and even gave me a call a few days later to make sure all was going well. 2021-03-28So we’ve all been there, check engine light comes on along with other issues. Anxiety sets in as your auto is an extension of your life. So your local go to mechanic gives you a quote. As a layman not knowing what is truly involved, you question?! So I proceed with their recommendation. However I take a ride down to put my own eyes on progress. What they did was justified on so many levels!! Frank owner Kenny his lead tech are truly great honest and caring humans. I highly recommend them “you won’t go wrong”

2019-09-28Highly recommend Franks for all your automotive maintenance. I recently had my annual inspection done and got a set of rotors for the front brakes. Car is running great. High quality work done right the first time. Clear explanation of the situation and reasonable pricing. I will be a repeat customer.

2021-02-10My sons exhaust came off right in front of the shop so he asked them if they could help him. As soon as the mechanic finished on another car he immediately fix the problem. Outside they told my son it would be $50 to $100 to fix so of coarse we thought it would be the $100 . Nope $50 and they refused to take his tip. GREAT customer service honest when most would have taken advantage. To top it off wasn’t even in the shop a half hour.Thank you guys for taken care of my son. Will definitely recommend this shop.

2017-11-04Frank and his team run a clean and efficient shop. Their modern and updated tools don’t take away from the old school customer service of honesty and hard work. What other mechanics quoted at $1,000.00 they were able to repair and fix for $200.00. They provide what you need while others sell you what they want. I was in and out within 45 minutes and enjoyed a stylish and comfortable waiting room. I hope nothing happens to my car but if it does, I am coming back here without question. Thank you Frank!

And that’s certainly an understatement- he checked my car and was honest with what needed work. He fixed my car and did not attempt to sell me things I didn’t need. I’m a loyal customer for life.

2016-09-03I recently turned to Franks after he was highly recommended by a friend, and I was glad I did! My entire experience from start to finish was stress free.....Frank is a no bs kind of guy who made sure my car trouble was handled quickly, and at the best possible price. He even put me at ease as to some future servicing my car will need. Ill no doubt be using him, AND referring him to friends/family.
