Ive been to many shops in the area, and Franks is by far the best in terms of price, knowledge, professionalism, and speed of service. Ive had to come back to get a few different things fixed on my truck over the last 6 months, and I had a great experience every time. I already recommended Franks to everyone I know in the area, and Ill be coming back for as long as I live in Queens
Frank runs an awesome shop and is my family and my go-to mechanic for everything. He has great prices and gets work done quickly. More importantly hes completely honest, trustworthy, and one of the most respectful guys out there. You can go here knowing you wont be ripped off or taken for a ride, and he wont BS you. Franks has been my shop for as long as Ive been driving.

Took my VW into Frank’s Tire Auto and Truck repair and was delighted with the honest and thorough service. Frank and his team had my car in and out in one day and also explained to my wife and I all the service rendered. I come from a family of car savvy people and everything repaired was right on point. I have been coming here for over a year now and I have never had a bad experience. Frank, the owner, couldn’t be nicer and the guys who work here follow his example. They are very honest, knowledgeable and diligent in their work. If they can’t fix the problem for you on the spot they give you a realistic time frame and keep you informed of your options. Everyone was very nice and personal. The owner was amazing over the phone and Hogan one of the workers was very tentative to helping me throughout the process. Great price and very accommodating since they needed to order me a tire due to a flat.
I have a twenty year old Toyota RAV4 (I know, shes almost old enough to start drinking! They grow up so fast) and as is reasonably expected, I have had some light, but difficult to diagnose, troubles with my car.Long story short, Frank won my trust when he was willing to call my hometown mechanic to talk about the potential issues on my car when it wouldnt start. As a woman, its hard to find a mechanic who isnt condescending. I called about 6 of them for this one issue. I know. Frank was refreshingly not condescending, nor did he just invent issues with my car to try and get me worried inorder to spend more money.Frank has fixed my car twice now, and I dont think Ill be bringing my engine issues to anyone else.
I have been going to Franks shop since the purchase of my very first car. He is honest and fair. Fast service and good prices. Him and his staff have become like family to me. Any little or big problem with my car I run to Franks. I would suggest his business to every and anyone in need or repair.
So far I like this place Franks very nice, polite, and communicative. He fixed my issue that I had diagnosed numerous times at different shops and no mechanics could figure it out but Franks shop did thanks once again buddy

I got recommended by my friend about this place, went here to get a tire change and alignment service. They work very fast and done with great. The owner frank is a very nice person to talk. I will recommended this place for sure.
I got a flat in the spring (2015) and I brought it in to Franks to get repaired. They werent able to save the damage tire but were able to get a new one perfectly mounted and balanced within the same day for a reasonable price. The staff were honest, courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed about the status of the repair. I would definitely do business with them again.

Quick service, and friendly honest staff. I didnt know what the issue with my car was, but he was honest and told me it was just that the timing belt was a little loose. They only charged me a very minimal amount. A lot of places might lie about it, and try to charge more. I definitely recommended this shop. Ill be going back next time I have car problems, thanks!
Whenever I come here, I feel a great sense of complacency. Frank is a great owner and it shows vicariously through his employees. I am aspired to come here whenever I need repairs/maintenance. I have been here a couple of times. So far the services I had done here are inspections, tire plugs, and a few oil changes.
Very helpful, very friendly. They did not overcharge me. They did not even do the work I had asked for as they said it wasnt necessary! (Thats when you know you are dealing with honest people.)All the employees, and especially Frank, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant people. As the owner of Franks Tire I find it funny how people can give a poor review that I have never even worked on! When you come in to have a repair on your car or truck you will ALWAYS get a estimate of the repairs that are required there is NEVER a suprise when you pick it up. The price is always structured the same way, the price for the parts, plus the labor to install them and somtimes a diagnostic charge thats it. we can not be more fair then that. I have been in business for over 25 years and have retained most of my customers that tells me something. If your looking for honest.quality work give us a call.And if we did work on your car and you arent happy tell us. We are easy to talk to.

On my 78 Monte Carlo, I had did some DIY and replace my carburetor but issues getting it to work. I then had it readjusted by a different shop but then it would loose power everytime I would accelerate which they couldnt figure out. I found Franks shop when googleing for a different shop with more experience on carburetor repair.Frank and his staff are the most trustworthy mechanics you can go to. Instead of upselling me on upgrades or pointing out other issues that they can fix for me, Frank was honest and explained the simplicity of just keeping it original. He went into details on how the carburetor works and what was making it loose the power.My car runs awesome now. Better than even before the carburetor was replaced.THANK YOU FRANK AND LOGAN!!!

Very nice people and services. Went there for patching a tire, but they only have pluging service. Cost is not much, but they still paid a lot patience and professional on mine car and were friendly enough.
Came in for motorcycle inspection, with in 15 minutes taken care off. Only costs 6 bucks Awesome service will def be back....

Frank is fair and reasonable doesnt pressure and doesnt over charge. Hogan is also great! Was able to squeeze me in for an oil change. I was in and out! Stanley did my oil l change hes also great! Theyre always nice and respectful and friendly. They do great work over there! We always go here for all our car needs!

2022-05-06So I had my catalytic converter stolen and was quoted by SEVERAL OTHER auto shops over $3000 to replace the entire system...and I had to wait for parts. Frank and his awesome crew where able to work with what was left and used an aftermarket catalytic converter and muffler and FABRICATED the rest, saving me over a $1000. You cant beat ingenuity and absolute honesty in an auto shop. Its so hard finding hard working and honest mechanics these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM.

2022-05-05I needed tires replaced. Franks provided several options. The cost was fair. The work was done as expected. The spare tire was put back in its holder with the tools. The service was courteous.

2021-08-24I went to Franks around 9am for a flat tire repair. The lot was already full of customers. (He opens @ 8am) He said he could get to it in a few hours as they were very busy. I left my car for about 90 minutes when I received a call the repair was finished , and I could come and pick it back up. Flat fixed by Frank for a mere $15.00 & a $5.00 tip. Drove home safe and happy!

2020-09-16Franks is very professional, punctual, and customer friendly. I came here because they were the closest mechanic to my residence. I will continue to come here for their great work and very fair pricing. My cousin came here for an oil change and I for a Class B service for my Mercedes Benz E350. Much cheaper than going to a dealership. This place will continue to have my business in the near future. Thanks again!

2020-09-24GREAT PLACE! I went there this morning and I was done in less than 15 mins. Staff very friendly and their boss friendly too. Fair price and excellent service! Definitely coming back if need to. One of my tires kept losing air and I was tired of putting air every time I drove for 5 miles. Went to Frank’s and the little fella from the pic won’t be an issue anymore. Thank you guys!

2020-05-13Frank always hooks me up. I trust this shop more than any other auto shop by far.The owner always takes the time to explain different things and does top notch work.Except one time when I was charged $200 to have a foot long hose replaced - Didnt need to remove anything to get to it but that is a small issue that I would find with any shop. Still, Franks auto is the most reliable around.Just do what you can by yourself

2021-01-08Frank has been in business for a very long time. I go there for my motorcycle inspection. Frank is one of the few places that does motorcycle inspection in the area. His business is always busy. He is very dependable, friendly, courteous. His business is always clean and well-kept.
