Their acai bowls are garbage. They taste awful, I definitely wasted money on this one. BUT I went back to the store and they kindly made me something else. A mile berry and that was pretty good. The salmon sandwich was good also.
Went there yesterday to get a smoothie . Cashier was extremely rude and stand-offish . I think her name was Tashana or something of that nature. She had a lot of sarcastic remarks when I was just asking honest questions . Which made me believe she made my order purposely wrong . I ordered a Love something. It was watered down & I asked for no pineapple and to substitute it with strawberries and she completely did the opposite . Ended up having to order a whole other smoothie because she would not make it over . Loved the vibe of the store I’m all here for the culture, she clearly doesn’t know what that means . the employee made me not want to go there ever again . 0/10
I am very disappointed that this place did not live up to previous reviews. The establishment is decorated nicely. The first time I came I was very pleased with my order everything was perfect and the wait time was minimal. The second time wait time was long. Only two people were working. My smoothie was not blended well. The third time the staff needs customer service training. I wasn’t greeted at all. There are 4 people I front doing various things. 1 person in front of my me. No one said oh we will be with you. I waited 15 minutes to be told the debit card wasn’t working we are only accepting cash. There was 4 people there only one was taking orders. Mind you I had cash didn’t think they deserve my money.
Before I explain why I gave this place 3 stars instead of 5, I would like to point out how great this business is and how Alex provides superb customer service. The food and drinks made here are phenomenal. It is so great to have such an establishment here in the bronx that promotes healthy eating. I love the fact that I can support a local business right here in my hometown. So it hurt my heart to have to say the staff are not so friendly. The two times I went to visit I felt insulted as a paying customer. The first time I was waiting for my sandwich to be made which was taking a while but I didnt mind because I was enjoying the many artworks placed on their wall. I heard someone say Why is she still here? I know I would have felt better if she had said, Is she being helped? The second time as I was speaking with Alex, another clerk kept interrupting by saying the phone is ringing. So she wanted him to stop informing me about what the store has to offer, to answer the phone that she could have answered. On both occasion Alex made me feel welcomed and was extremely friendly. He knows how to provide great customer service. He is genuine and knows how to talk and deal with people. To sum all of this up- good business, good food, good drinks and with the exception of Alex not so good customer service.
Love, love, love this place. My juice was great. I will definitely be back.
Recently completed the two day reset cleanse. I experienced no headaches or food cravings at all. I was able to drink both bottles with ease, they were both very satisfying. I would definitely do this type of cleanse again it was well worth the money spent.

Friendly and great service to match the fresh smoothie. Felt great later that evening after that freshener upper went through my body. Definitely will go back when in town.
The server Sy was very friendly. She was kind and she made me feel welcomed. Excellent 👍 service the atmosphere was nice, clean and customer friendly. Nice artwork on the walls the decor and music was also relaxing 😊. My smoothie was delicious and I had a vegan muffin 😋🇯🇲🎯. I will definitely be back.....
Wonderful place to visit for your smoothies and natural juices Affable staff, comfortable and clean environment. Took my kids there they absolutely loved and enjoyed their (3 little birds smoothies).
I come here often and always have a pleasant experience. I love the vegan muffins too! Never had the food so cant comment on that. The smoothies are always tasty, and if theres some left over they give it you. The sitting area is nice. Maybe one day itll be more like a cafe. Thanks for the great service.
I love this spot!! I never really cared for smoothies before but I find myself craving their smoothies and juices. Staff is always super friendly down to earth. When I dnt have time for breakfast for the kids in the morning I call them and they know my voice and order lol I just pick up and go and my kids have a healthy breakfast. They deliver also, just a great healthy place, with delicious smoothies and food, very personal and staff makes you feel like family. Love this place!
Ive lived in the neighborhood for about six months and I never noticed this business until today.Im thrilled to have discovered we have a juice bar in an area that is short on supply of healthy alternatives.Even better that the quality and staff are top notch.I had the mile berry smoothie and it was absolutely delicious. It was superior to anything the juice chains in Manhattan are serving up.The staff was friendly, cheerful and informative.Overall, a great environment and vibe with a great product.
Very professional when it came to helping me choose what was appropriate for my taste buds. Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked through the door. First time and they were very helpful. As far as the smoothie....no complaints it was delicious and very filling. Don’t remember the flavor but it was damn good.
Did my first juice cleanse today with Freckle’s Juice & it’s been an AMAZING day so far. It wasn’t challenging at all to do especially with following the recommendation of drinking plenty of water. Looking forward to doing the next one and recommend everyone to try it...don’t just think about it...DO IT!!!
What a fantastic new place to get some killer drinks and food at. The drinks were excellent. they have a nice growing list of tasty options. The main courses were well executed and tasted great. The service was absolutely fantastic. I look forward to coming back here often!

Great health conscious place to grab a bite for a great price. Especially when theres fast food at every turn, no meat though. Closest to it is a salmon burger and its pretty good. Heaven for vegans and vegetarians!

I went there trying to get a healthy smoothie for breakfast. The ladies customer service was very friendly and professional. She gave me options on what type of smooth texture, and creaminess I was looking for. She also gave me a sample of smoothie that is called one love on their menu. When it came down to me smoothie which is a blueberry fuller smooth. I was in heaven, its like I was hooked. Ive never had a smoothie so good in my life. No natural and so organic. Every sip I took was more joyful, I wish you guys had a branch in brooklyn, which I live at. You guys should open more stores across New York City one for every boro. I dont even like the other smoothie chains. Freckles is the best smoothie place I have ever been to in my entire life.
They use moldy fruits and ingredients to save money for the smoothies. I literally watched them do it and they didn’t notice me looking. The owners are complacent and don’t care. Please please do not get anything from here. They should feel disgraced to be part of this community.

First time there and definitely going back. The 2 ladies were very professional and worked with me since it was my first time and wasnt sure what to get. The quinoa burger was blazing and so was the Jamaica love smoothie!
Store was very clean, the juices were very natural, only bad thing I would say is that they are a bit pricey for a smotthie I bought a large and a small smoothie cane up to be $15 , Im better of making it myself

I love this place!!!! I visit the freckles in the City Center White Plains almost daily and never failed to have the perfect drink. I highly recommend the Unknown Desire and Almo-Goodness.

Rude, rude, rude, the staff is standoffish, service is slow and juice isnt fresh. Pretty sure i saw rat droppings near the counter on the floor. Please save yourself a headache and stomach. Avoid like the plague. Yuck
Prices are waaay too high. Bought only 2 drinks and it cost 17 dollars. Ordered the same drink I ordered last time, tasted better before. Medium and large are basically the same size.
I recently tried their 3 day juice cleanse and it was amazing! The juices were delicious and kept me full all day 😋 This is definitley a place I will keep coming back to every month for a cleanse 👌🏼

2022-05-24Love the smoothies, but the wait time for a single smoothie is ridiculous. I waited 1 whole hour for a single smoothie and now another 20 mins for another single. Definitely can’t handle the high traffic of customers.

Salads and burger options if you are looking for a meal with your drink with both vegetarian and vegan options.Definitely will continue to support this bomb black owned business to help it expand!

2022-04-26I walked in and I was ignored by both ladies! I have never been there before so I didnt understand that I could not go to the fridge right there by the line and get ready made juice!?? A black came from the back yelling at me!?? I left! I came back a second time they didnt have kale or spinach or the non diary milk I wanted.. good luck

2022-05-02Smoothies are pretty good, but honestly the vibe is a hit or miss. I’ve come across great employees here, but most times they don’t even greet you or look at you when you walk in. You just stand there until they ask “Is that it?” Or something. Or you have to greet them first which is so backwards…customer service is everything so that def threw me off, smh.

2021-12-28Went to this black owned spot for the first time. Great addition to Dyre. The person behind the counter threw in a free salad, probably because it was the end of the day and I waited a bit. But I love that type of service. And the community feel. I enjoyed my protein smoothie and look forward to trying a burger next time.

2022-03-02Had to wait almost an hour to receive a curbside pick up. People were able to go in get their drinks while I still had to wait! I could have went in but Im disabled and have trouble walking! When called the number provided they didnt answer and when they did, they were rude
