Top notch communication during the lawsuit process. Understandibly this being my first accident I had a lot of questions. The firm is small but the lawyers are very knowledgeable. They are sometimes soft spoken but that does not mean they are not fighters. My lawyer/ paralegal team were always in contact and answered all my concerns in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. I never felt like I was a bother to the lawyer or that he didn’t truly want to be talking to me and helping me on my case. That is a special feeling and for that I am proud I chose the right firm and grateful to Mr Frekhtmana and his team.

Very pleased with the quality of the work this law firm did on my construction accident case. At first I believed I needed just a workers comp lawyer but during the consultation the attorney from this firm explained I should have that plus a personal injury lawyer to sue the owner and contractors. This way I would get my lost earnings, medical bills, and a large lump sum for my injuries in the suit. I had a bad car accident in nyc when a box truck ran a stop sign and T bones my car. Hired this firm and they took that driver and his insurance to task. Moved the lawsuit super quick, kept me informed, and helped me with medical treatment. After seeing specialists and doing some procedures we settled the case for a very large amount. I would highly recommend this law firm especially for a personal injury matter. There is a small firm feeling with a client being treated like family. Three and a half years ago, many aspects of my life changed in an instant. I was struck on the head by an unsecured pilates reformer board while simply shopping at a clothing sample sale at a pilates studio. I didnt pass out as many expect one would from being struck on the head. At the time, I actually thought I was fine and proceeded to drive home and continue on with my day, only thinking that I had some neck pain.As the week went on, things got a bit worse. I was diagnosed with a concussion the next morning and proceeded to go downhill as the week continued. My husband watched me as I was unable to care for my three kids and didnt know what to do. Concussions were unchartered territory for us so he called Frekhtman & Associates for guidance. Frekhtman wouldnt give my husband, Adam, any legal advice at all, even though thats his area of expertise. He said there wouldnt be any discussion of legal terms until we figure out my medical situation as health comes first. He advised Adam to get me to the ER where then I was advised to go to a neurologist.**This was the first of many times Frekhtman & Associates put my health and my medical care far above anything else.***It was December and we all know how difficult it can be to get a doctor appointment at any time, let alone the holidays. Frekhtman & Associates helped me get a neurologist appointment right away when any other doctor we called couldnt see me for months.Over the last two years, from the first neurologist to other neurologists to psychologists and more, the lawyers helped me get appointments with doctors that helped me get answers when it seemed as if there were no answers. He encouraged me to keep trying to get better when I just wanted to crawl into bed and give up. He helped me see that things will continue to get better when I felt myself falling back down. When he didnt have the answer I was looking for, he reminded me that it was probably time for me to go back to the doctor (Im not usually a person who goes to the doctor often!). More often than not, he would make me laugh when I wanted to cry. Most importantly, Frekhtman was always there with a gentle reminder that this can be a long process and not to give up.Thats just a part of what Frekhtman did, he really did focus on my health first- because thats the kind of person he is. But the reality is, you are probably reading this review because you are interested in him as an attorney and this is where he shines above all.We attempted several times to settle with the defense to no avail. They tried very hard to work with the other side to come to reasonable terms but throughout the entire process, that never happened. After three failed mediations, and listening to Frekhtmans advice, we ended up going to trial. 2022-02-14I cannot say enough good things about Frekhtman & associates. My child had traumatic brain injury. Originally I wasnt interested in a lawsuit. But it became clear that my sons brain damage was permanent I got scared for his future. My friend reccomended Frektman & associates represent me.I went from being scared, lost and confused to having a professional, empathetic, kind, brilliant team. 2019-07-25Frekhtman & Associates are amazing, but more important HONEST. They took the time to look at our case in the free consultation meeting, and could have easily charged us to take on the case to just make a phone call, but instead he advised us that we did not need lawyers due to the lack of insurance coverage of the other party involved, they had minimum coverage of $15,000 and he said that the other insurance will settle because my boyfriend needs surgery from the motorcycle accident, so he did not think Id be fair to charge us.Frekhtman assured us that we could call his personal cell phone if we need further assistance without charge. In a big city, its comforting to know that there are still trustworthy attorneys keeping your best interest at the forefront.

2019-07-19My family has been using Frekhtman & Associates for years. When I was involved in a serious head-on crash of my own it was a no brainer to use them. Unfortunately the other driver attempted to blame me for the crash. Thankfully Frekhtman aggressively pursued my case to make sure I was compensated the way I deserve. I called the offices of Frekhtman & Associates, he spoke to me personally.I had never been in a situation like this but he walked me threw it. Always gave us the information we needed. 2019-06-30A couple of years ago, an airport shuttle van ran a red light and nearly t-boned my car. I was not sure how to proceed, so I called Frekhtman & Associatess office. Within a day, they had begun the process with the insurance companies, gotten me a rental car, and set me up with a doctor to tend to my injuries.That was the biggest help for me- He and his helpful and courteous staff just jumped in and handled the situation, allowing me to concentrate on getting better. I have used Brians services since, and would not hesitate to do so again.

2019-09-07I was hit by a car while lane splitting between the carpool lane and lane #1. It was a double solid line. A car crossed the double line and side swiped me. I ran into another vehicles trunk at a dead stop. I broke my leg and my bike was totaled. The two drivers involved both said they were traveling at least 65mph and I was flying but them I safely. So the police report made it my fault. There was nothing I could do for them to change the report.I found Frekhtman & Associates thanks to online reviews. He and his team worked with me side but side to make it possible for the insurance company to agree on my statements as correct. That I was on traveling 30mph on the 10 freeway eastward at 5 pm Monday. Shortly after I had confirmation that I would be receiving their full policy coverage as compensation. I am extremely glad that I chose Frekhtman and his team to represent and fight for me! I 100% recommend him to anyone for their bad inconveniences in these situations. Again thank you guys!
