What an amazing place! Came here for my birthday with family and we loved everything about this place. The drinks were perfect ! They came in the coolest cups, but the TACOS!!! Are to die for they have so many varieties. The waiter as well and the whole team were super sweet always attentive and enjoyed the vibes right with us lol we clapped and yelled so did they ! Lol we will definitely be back
Some of THE BEST service Ive gotten from a bar ever. Our server gave us free nachos, was very kind, and very attentive. Definitely boosted our time in New York. They are also very accepting of LGBTQIA+
Love this restaurant! My server Wilson was the best the sweetest and so much fun. I came for my daughters birthday and he made sure we enjoyed every moment even down to the shots and cake lol he was a doll and the place was fabulous food super good !!! Please come you will not regret it :)
Good food, I was very happy to see vegan options. The margaritas were good too, but a bit on the sweeter side. Thank you to our waiter, Carlos, who provided a great service and atmosphere!
Literally Incredible, I would give this place 100 stars if I could, Amazing Service, Very Courteous Bartenders/Waiters/All other Staff, Such delicious and yummy foods and drinks, fun entertainment and drag shows, good prices, fun environment and atmosphereEverything was amazing, 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to come back especially for Drag Brunch on sundays!
Came here after getting horrid service elsewhere and have to say this place was a godsend. My wife and I came here with my son almost near closing time and they gave us superb service. Food was delicious (I got the pork chop, my wife got the carne asada) and it was amazing. Drinks were good as well. Right before closing time they even put SpongeBob on for my son. If I could give more stars I would. The atmosphere and the live music added to this great meal.
Food and drinks were amazing. The waitress, Jenna, was so sweet and took care of us. She made sure the drinks were flowing and the food came fast. Everyone there was so friendly. I cant wait to go again.
Great food and drinks! The service is severely lacking overall in the 4 out of 5 times I’ve been.I continue to go because the fish tacos are so good, but the owners definitely need to straighten out the service.
The worst dining experience ever. The place itself is very cute with a great esthetic. Very well manicured and Instagramy. The service or lack of service was atrocious. We were a group of 6 that were seated. It took 1 hour to place a drink order. 30min later we placed an order for food. The waiter came an 1 HOUR LATER TO SAY SORRY BUT THE KITCHEN WANTED TO SEND ALL THE FOOD AT ONCE. We appreciated the dialogue but he didnt even take our drink orders for another round at this point. The kitchen then sent a set of soggy tacos and chaufan. 2 put of 6 dishes. We asked what the hold up was to the waiter and he said hed go check. 15 minutes later they sent out 2 burgers and BOTH WERE THE WRONG ORDER. We decided to pay for our round of drinks and leave.The waiter was nice but wow never ever ever ever again will i or any of my group go or recommend this place. Cant stress how awful of an experience this was

Went for taco Tuesday the fish tacos were great, was disappointed by the chicken tacos. There was some new staff so service was a little slow but all and all the staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back for those fish tacos
Fantastic restaurant, huge drinks and perfect for pictures...but the Drag Show for brunch was AMAZING!! The queens were hilarious and delivered even better performances.

Food was okay. It was much better in original Fresco. They had Bingo night on Thursday which is fun.
Upstairs at an event. Warm, friendly with quick service. Guacamole 🥑 very good. Not killed in cilantro.
The food and service were both amazing. The only ding I can think of is the music was slightly too loud, making conversation somewhat difficult.
Tacos tacos 🌮 must have them! Order the tacos they are so tasty and filling. Had two Strawberry Margaritas 🍹 and I left feeling nice.I CANT WAIT TO GO TO BINGO NIGHT!
The food was delicious and the drinks were good! There was a live band, with lovely singers, and Carnival dancers! Awesome fun time, cant wait to go again!

WOW! So imagine how awesome, delicious, and exciting the original Frescos on 31st Ave is and times it by 5. Thats how amazing the experience is at Frescos Grand Cantina on 31st street. The bar features many more drink options and the space is way bigger than the 31st Ave location. I experienced the soft open on a Wednesday night and it feels like the entertainment of a Saturday and somehow still manages to have the youre welcome here! feel as the original location. Its clear Brian and Adrian have put their heart in soul into every detail of their new location. They feature instagrammable spots in the space complete with neon signs and, of course, amazing entertainment most nights of the week. If youre looking for mouth watering eats, perfectly crafted drinks, and the most inclusive LGBTQ & POC experience this is where you want to be. Bonus: You can tell your friends, Meet me at Frescos on 31st! and even if they end up at the wrong location they will be in the right place for an amazing evening!

My co-workers and I had an amazing time, the wait staff was on point. The food was gr8 something 4 every pallette. The drinks was gr8 as well. It was so much fun. The place is so beautiful made for good pictures too. Well definitely go again on a Friday so we can catch d show at 8😜 this time. Look like that will b amazing too.

2022-08-08Ambiance is nice and the remodel from the previous restaurant was done well. I came in for a variety of tacos in which I did the grilled chicken and the crispy chicken tacos. The grilled chicken were lacking flavor and seasoning and if it wasnt for the excess sauce to make up for the lack of flavor on the meat itself I probably wouldnt have liked it at all. The crispy chicken were decent but nothing that wowed me, definitely much better taco places in the area. Probably wont return.

2022-05-10Great service great food and drinks. This place is my go to spot with family friends or date night. They also rent out their upstairs for private parties! The staff makes you feel right at home. I totally recommend Frescos Grand Cantina!!

2022-07-31This restaurant was amazing! Lovely atmosphere l, great music (albeit a bit too loud), awesome drinks and food. The nachos were soo delicious; could be a meal for one person on its own . The Playa del Carmen tacos I had was absolutely Devine. Will definitely go back to this establishment!!

2022-03-16Very exciting, the people behind the famous Frescos Cantina have opened a bigger version with a variety of its orginal plates & drinks in an amazing setting. If you were a fan of the original you will love this as well as the food was spot on. Great location, great drinks, great tacos & a very unique setting, its a must try. Fish, Cuban Pastor & Pastelon tacos were the choices, no regrets.

2022-01-26Went here for Taco Tuesday with friends and the tacos DEFINITELY did not disappoint! I got the Pastelón tacos and my friend got the Chicken Robado and both were delicious. The drinks are so good (Would definitely recommend the passion fruit margarita). And to top it all off the service we got from Patricia was excellent. Wish I could give more than 5 stars honestly ⭐

2022-03-07Came here over the weekend for Sunday brunch and it was amazing! The food and the drinks were really good. Our waiter was fun and funny and the rest of the staff was good. The drag show was entertaining and they did a great job. The place is also a great place to take cool pictures/videos at. Highly recommend

2022-07-23The margarita was excellent and the place seemed really nice, but I am docking two stars specifically for the tall waiter with a beard. Sir… it’s hot outside. I understand that you don’t know whether I’m with the group or “just taking pictures,” but even if I were a photographer hired by the large group dining at your restaurant, you should offer me a glass of water. It’s 100 degrees outside, and I am a human being.

2022-03-30We went for Drag Brunch and it was very fun. The back room is a super cool bright atrium and I loved the decor. Tropical themed with plants and birds and bright colors. There was no coffee. None. They looked at us like we were crazy requesting it at brunch at noon on a Sunday and responded with I dont think we have that here. Shaky start. The drinks came and were very tasty, frozen margaritas, various flavored mojitos all were really good and freaking HUGE, 32 ounces each huge. We ordered food and then waited, and waited, and waited. It took 90 minutes for our food to come and while it was delicious I was delirious with hunger, under caffeinated, and rounding the corner on drunk by the time my steak and rice came. The show was energetic and the performers fun but not the best drag show Ive been to. No costume changes, only 2 performers, weird sound system with an echo. Anyway, it was fun but they gotta get a coffee maker.

2022-03-24This spot is great. Good vibes, awesome service, paired with delicious food and drinks is by far 5+ star for me. Never disappointed and the drag shows and weekly events are a plus. Definitely a lifer. :0)
