Always clean and its so modern with the card you just tap the machine to pay. Love it
Ive been coming to this laundry for the past 3 years. The staff are super helpful. They remember you by name. They are constantly cleaning the store and as such its always clean. I find the tailoring services to be affordable, although depending on hat you want to do it may add up. And they are open 24 hours a day. Tip the dryer prices are reduced during the week, so take advantage of washing on weekdays.Did I mention, they have giveaways all year long? Free TVs, and a host of household items by raffle tickets to customers. Whats not to love!
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CLOTHING!! I picked up my favorite jacket from the Dry Cleaners(12/4/21) and it was ruined. They had the nerve to lie and say I did it with my purse. The beautiful mustard color had green stains on the back, front and sleeves. They sent the clothes to a wholesaler (Js cleaners) and charged more than Dannys dry cleaner on Union Turnpike. Dannys drive in cleaners have sent my clothes back in fantastic condition and do the cleaning in house! Go there!
Pay card makes the service simple, easy, and painless once set up. Makes things safer for everyone during covid. Good service in an unfortunately very busy location. Open 24/7. This is the worst laundromat I have ever been they cannot change $100 for me to dry my clothes in the middle of the night I have to be driving up and down to get change.

Ive particularly enjoyed coming to Fresh Laundry since they opened a few years ago. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, well-lit, and bright, and I think the costs are more than reasonable for the value that you get. Ive never had an issue and I always recommend it to friends and family who live in the neighborhood.
The laundromat is nice and clean. It has several different load machines so you can get your laundry done fast. They also provide dry clean service. The staff always help with smile.

We come here to do our laundry. The place is clean and well lit. The staff are great here as well. Washers ranges from $2.95 to $7.50 depending on washer size. Dryers are $0.10 for 8 minutes during weekdays and $0.29 for 8 minutes on weekends. So do your laundry during the week. Also the laundromat is 24 hours too.

Fresh Meadows: Clean, and well lit with plenty of washers and dryers. Free WiFi is provided. I came here once looking to do a nighttime load and after 2 years have never considered leaving. The staff are the gold standard for customer service, if I had a quarter for every time they brought out a basket for me because they saw me struggling to unload the car.... amazing people
Clean and spacious laundry place, they really do their best to keep it neat. Like any other laundry place it does get busy at certain times but if you find the right time you will not be bombarded.
Was in from out of town. Very nice clean and friendly laundromat. Dryers work very well dried a lot faster than expected. Also plenty of clean areas to fold your laundry.

This is a FANTASTIC LAUNDRY, CLEANERS and ALTERATION SERVICE! Actually, THE BEST Ive ever experienced! They are a bit higher priced than average, but the quality of their laundering and dry cleaning and customer service is impossible to beat! Today was our first day to use an outside laundromat because we did not do the laundry at home for 2 1/2 weeks ( Our dryer broke down) I was folding our clothes with my teenage son when I saw a worker male Hispanic worker screaming and banging the table at my other teenage son who was folding his clothes in another table. I asked the guy what was the problem he replied to me very rudely, he was accusing us not being fair because we are using 3 tables. ( actually there was 4 more vacant tables available) I was not able to handle my emotion and I cried, the manager who can’t control his staff eventually called the cops! I decided to leave the premises even we still have clothes drying. The rude and loud worker continue to carry on. I decided to leave the premises even half our clothes are still drying. My kids & I were scared with the guy. We left and for sure we will not come back!!!

Needed to dry my clothes but they apparently dont provide service to people who already wash their clothes at home. Wish they would write somewhere on their website that you cant just do self drying there before wasting gas and time :(

2022-06-06Moved to Oakland Gardens and couldnt find a laundromat that was not drop off service. 1 day we decided to Google and drive to the top 5 locations and we found the 1. It is big, spacious and up to date with technology. You buy a card and register it so you can go to the store and get a text when you load is complete so you have no excuse. Love this laundromat

2022-05-06Good, clean, large Laundromat with a parking lot. Opens 24 hours is also a plus.Just one thing needs improvement, which is Dryers door. Theyre loose and open by itself during drying cycle. Please fix it.

2022-07-02Apart from the fact that the service is horrible & the pricing is expensive they don’t wash well at all!!! I was a first time customer a few days ago for a drop off pick up & I specifically asked them to separate the colors which they charged me extra for & I had no problem paying extra. All my white clothes came back blue/ purple. Smh everything got ruined!! If your going to be expensive & charge a lot at least do the right job by a first time customer!! All my expensive clothes got ruined!!! Who’s going to pay for this?!?!

2022-03-13This was my go to spot for the longest. The thing that kept me coming back was the reasonable pricing. Except today i go to dry my clothes and instead of .30 cents to start the dryer it’s .87 cents. and instead of .10 cents for ea extra 8 mins it is now .29 cents. This is taking advantage of the current economic situation beyond a reasonable amount. more that 50% increase on both start and add on. I personally can’t stand for this. the staff is fine and the spot is clean and machine are new. but not worth the blatant price gouge.

2022-05-03Very rude. The owner started mopping while I was washing and wanted me to move while I was loading. I told him to go around, as I almost fell....Also, I asked did they sell plastic bags, the response was $0.25, which was okay. Then when I came back with the quarter, she gave me the bag and was shooing me away with her hands. Just a very weird vibe overall and never again.

2022-03-28Update: 3/28/22 dryer is back to $0.10 per 8min yeah. You load $20 get $2 bonus.Washer pricing slightly higher but dryer balance that out. Open 24hr so good for that. Register your card and click on option to text you when your wash is done.I like it because I can usually find parking. But the washer machine is limited. I sometimes cant find available washer with the load capacity I needed. Maybe due to people not unloading quickly. The store is not very big but also not small. Its kept clean. The washer price is on the high side but dryer works well and are lower $ compare to some other laundrymat. I think frequently cleaning the lint filter helps. There is a Walgreens healthy market chinese food you can visit while you wait.
