I decided to give this place a try as my regular place disappointed me. Unfortunately, this placed ended up being worse. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. My gel manicure was amazing!!! The pedicure, however, was a different story. The girl that did my toes did a HORRIBLE job. Instead of cutting the corners, she cut way too inside, leaving a piece of nail next to my skin and causing an ingrown nail. Had to get another pedicure done the next day to try and fix the work she did. She didn’t dry my toes either, causing the pedicure to be useless. They are also way overpriced!!! Do NOT recommend this place to anyone for pedicures. Only really I gave this place 2 stars is because I really liked the manicure, or else it would’ve been 1 Star.
Clean place, good products Im happy with their work, gel and SNS nails are made solidly ! Little bit too high price for me.
Had an appt. Took another person ahead of me. Got pedicure, girl had no idea what she was doing 🙄. I would never go back there again. Nasty people.
I do my sns with kelly, shes by far the best nail tech ive been to. Never will i go to another person.
My nails looked nothing like the photo I showed her. Very rushed wouldnt listen to what I want my nails to look like. Horrible experience. I only went here because Satisfaction was packed. Will wait next time.
I do not recommend. Wanted a checkered design and my nails look white with black polka dots. Also, the color is sheer and the nail polish got all over my skin.

I found my new nail artis. Fast-clean_and happy! And an other PLUS is that i do acrylic and my nails last for ONE month with no retouch and with a simple nail polish!
It was my first time doing SNS (crazy I know). I was in the area and based on positive reviews I decided to stop here. AMAZING results and service! Friendly staff and more importantly clean and fresh work! I will definitely return :)

2022-06-15U&Me nails had too many people so I decided to try this place down the block. I paid $67 for a pedicure + gel manicure. $7 more than U&Me. The woman who worked on me was kind, clear on what she was doing and quiet. My manicure shape was not formal or had crisp edges (extra skin & hang nails were present). I talked to her and she changed it. I had to ask for clean up around my nails where paint was left. Overall, not a detail oriented place but if you’re outspoken and looking for a place to get the job done it works.

2022-05-12Great SalonI usually go to Kelly for my SNS but Maria is very good as well , they are not afraid to take their time and always make sure you are satisfied ! I use to have nails that would break and chip . Thanks to Kelly these are my natural nails

2020-10-27After months of not coming here, I finally got my nails done by Kelly. She never disappoints me. Very professional, took her time doing my nails and made sure I was happy with the end results. The salon is clean and follows the guidelines. Mask must be worn at all times and call ahead for your appointment! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

2020-01-03These are just some of the end pictures of the times that I have gotten my nails done here and I am in LOVE with this place and the staff here! I started coming here for powder manicures because of another nail salon close by was always packed and they never lasted for very long. Another customer from this nail salon that day mentioned Fresh Nails to me and I AM HOOKED!The nail technicians never rush and they are the sweetest ladies. They are multitasking with various customers and they are always helpful if the nail polish is chipped or needs a retouch when waiting for nails to dry. They love having conversations with their customers and are respectful if you want to tune out. I always end up chatting with them since I like to disconnect from my phone and social media.I have noticed that after every powder manicure, they do a 5 minute shoulder and back massage (probably because I’ve mentioned to them that I am a dancer and ballet teacher) and I adore this so much. SNS is $35 and they never charge for this little massage they do. They truly care for their customers and I always make sure to tip them well for their services!I have part time work during the week so when I go, I try to go early (around 10:30/11am) and I never had to wait very long.On average, my SNS manicures last for about 2–4 weeks depending on what activities I have to do during the days but I honestly love coming here and I will keep coming here 😁❤️UPDATE 1/3/20: I previously stated that I was able to come by after work at 7pm but now, the nail salon seems to close AT 7pm

2022-08-20I made appointment 5 days prior and when I came Kelly told me she is not sure if they can take me.I asked her to tell me,bcs I don’t want to wait for nothing and can go somewhere else.She has terrible attitude and told me I can go.I was in shock I been there for last 12 years and treat customers with no respect was bottom of the line.I left and I’m never coming back!If you can speak nicely to your customers you should not work with people.Don’t make appointments if you can’t commit you wasting ours time.You make money of me not opposite.Find new place when they will treat you with respect!

2021-09-25I recently moved to queens and was looking for a local nail salon. i seen this one and with the 50 reviews, they seemed good so i gave them a shot.. first time i went, they were so sweet to me & was a decent price. after a week, i noticed my blueish gray polish turned brown. i went in and told them what happened & got a new set. this time i got white, 2 of my nails popped off and i just got them done not even a week ago .. and after 2 days the same thing happens; my polish is brown and this brown will not come out my nails. the ladies here are so sweet but the polish quality was poor and i do not recommend coming here.

2020-08-19I’d give more stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for years for my eyebrows and pedicures and all the ladies are great, especially Kelly who keeps my unruly eyebrows clean. With the virus, they have been wonderful and I’m so thankful they’ve opened back up. When you enter, just wear your mask. The ladies do an awesome job keeping everything clean/sanitized/safe for us.

2020-01-15I’m new to the area and was looking for a new nail place. They were so sweet and welcoming. I got a Regular manicure and spa pedicure and they did a great job! Maria took her time and they looked beautifully done.Only complaint was no quick back massage when drying nails which I always looked forward to at other places.

2021-06-02Do not know what they are doing at all. I told the woman “please file my nails just on the side so it’s not sharp,” she filed so much made my nails soo short. Then the owner came up she’s like sorry she didn’t understand English. I’m like okay but if you don’t understand ask someone to translate before ruining someone’s nails. The owner sat doing the rest of my nails while the other woman just watched, keeping other customers waiting for like 20 min.
