The female who is answering the phone is very rude and was nasty. Called to speck to th Manger was told shes on break to call back. Called back the same person hangs up the phone. Third time calling back they on rush hour to call back a fourth time.
Staff not very friendly and the person who served me did not have a mask and postulated in the vegetables while talking

Great food, excellent customer service. I hope they always have the decaf coffee all the time. Every time I go there it’s either they haven’t made it yet or they run out of it. I always go there i enjoy buying my breakfast and salad.
I came in 9:35 Friday night hoping to order a quick salad but they already started to wrap some of the toppings. They close at 10 pm. One worker stared at me while I stood there, not even greeting me or at least saying that I couldn’t order. I asked the worker who was wrapping the salad ingredients if I could still order and she said no. They could’ve at least been polite about it. How hard is it to unwrap some of the toppings and make a quick salad 25 minutes before closing?
This is our favorite place to eat our lunch. The staff are professional, efficient & friendly. Tamika and another male manager whose name I need to.get so.you can all know why we love seeing them.at work. They are very welcoming. In another review I will shout out this young man too. Check them.out soon. The food is delicious & many healthy choices.
Fresh food, great salad and bowl options and vegan options. Love their vegan deserts. Lot of same menu options as Dig-Inn 2 blocks away but better and they give you free bread with your meal and also the staff here are friendlier and more accomodating. Highly recommend.

The service here is just never good. Employees act dismissive and have no sense of urgency. And WHY would you fulfill 4 online orders in a row when the line in store grows steadily to 8+ people deep during the lunch rush hour? It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to order a salad at a counter serve spot. Better off going to sweetgreen or Whole Foods nearby.

Last night, I took my family to eat at this location because I remembered how good the food was, however, i was very disappointed with the food lastnight. The salmon was under seasoned and it didnt smell fresh. The steak was so undercooked it bleed all over the rice... my son who loves Mac and Cheese, couldnt eat it after smelling it. Im not sure if the cooks were changed, or maybe the manager? I also thought that maybe this company is using cheaper products to save. Im not sure what happened to this location , which was once one of my favorite places to eat after yoga. Not anymore! I was disgusted with the food itself. The service was actually ok, but I would like that to match the food!
I have to start off by saying I usually am team Sweetgreen but now I am team fresh and co! I loved my first time there! I just came in by location convenience but as soon as I came in I saw the menu and the kind staff and I was even helped by the amazing manager Johnny! He made sure I had the best first experience being that I was hesitant on what to get and he payed close attention to what I liked and didn’t! I truly recommend fresh &co !! Will for sure put it over Sweetgreen!
I’ve been coming here for 4 years and the staff is always nice, but today my salad was served with whole avocado with some peel on it and whole falafel without even being slightly chopped. There wasn’t even a client behind me, it left me bummed. I guess I have to tell them how to do their job next time.
The service is terrible. The servers need to be trained. They dont know how to prepare menu items and usually get orders wrong. Ive also found foreign objects in my food like a piece of plastic and hair. Additionally they are usually out of soup and have few vegetarian and vegan options available.
Its definitely fresh - and its good but quite expensive. I had an AM Protein wrap and it was both healthy and delicious. But I spent almost $9 on the wrap and a very small brownie. Id go here again but seldomly.
I went there on Monday for a quick lunch and tried the smoked turkey and cheddar.. it was from another world, exquisite! I also got a side of Mac’n cheese which I couldn’t finish but it tasted very very delicious!
Consistently great. They are always nice , fast, fresh and yummy. Never a problem getting a table and never have to wait long to order . So happy they have come to the neighborhood. Very efficient and kind manager too .Lots of healthy choices for everyone.
I just got a pressed juice, and I loved the amount of veggies they used. The service was impeccable. I am def coming back soon for pancakes and bowls.
I used to have lunch here very often but recently Ive stopped visiting due to a couple of things. The chicken. When ordering a plate I barely ate the chicken, it had too much fat, Id end up eating only a third of it; I believe theyre using boneless chicken thighs. Also the portions are shrinking. I ordered a side of veggies and I could count the pieces (like 5 slices of zucchini). Ill stick to the salads from now on if I return. The food is definitely tasting different than earlier in the year.

Their food and salads are delicious, but they continue to have problems serving a decent cup of coffee that is hot. I have had two separate discussions with the same manager about it. The manager appears clueless as to what to do about it.
Salads here are great. Good selection of sides.I particularly loved the yogurt-on-fruit combos available here too. They have vegan options as well. And chia-seed puddings etc.
Just spend 5 days in New York and had breakfast in Fresh and Co everyday.....The food was great, fresh and tasty and they made my tea perfectly after a couple of attempts (Im fussy).A bit expensive but if you budget around £10 to £12 per day for breakfast each day you should be fine.Staff were lovely too...... Came in at 5pm on a Saturday. It wasnt busy and the staff couldnt get it together. Ordered an acai bowl and witnessed them confused for 20 min with no other customer orders. They threw all of the toppings into a bowl and blended it without acai. Poured it in a bowl and tried to pass that off after 20min with three different employees for a single bowl with everything already pre cut.Also for the price, you can walk a block over tip Juice Generation and get a bowl twice as large and properly made for an extra dollar. Also in half the time.I wouldnt trust this place to make food properly or charge a proper amount for it.
Wow! The cuisine was just awesome. Very simple, chic, savory, tasy..and definitely the healthier choice (without sacrificing flavor)! Try the Backyard Marinated Steak with the Smoked String Beans & Mushrooms. Also, the Mac & Cheese was well balanced..and, btw..this is my 1st food-critic review. I just HAD to say something!!😆
They need to train employees on customer service they always have attitude you think they are doing you a favor nasty ask for a omelette they for got to put the cheese and this is not the first time I have a problem I stop going for a long time. Everytime I go there is problem with the food and on top of that there nasty attitude I wish I can give no stars
I spilled my beverage after getting my food. The staff instantly came to my rescue while maintaining a friendly professional attitude. Plus, the sandwich and the ginger green tea was delicious!
Had the huevos rancheros breakfast bowl, which included avocado, kale, quinoa. Like all the fresh&co chains this one was great flavor wise and healthy. Smoothies are pricey though, costing more than even the breakfast bowls.
So I order a turkey chili bowl, which is a greasy, oily mess, an extremely tasty mess, and the checkout staffperson, who happens to be a manager or supervisor, gives it to me in a measly paper bag, as if Im supposed to carry it with two hands through city streets. Lo and behold, a few city blocks thereafter, the paper bag breaks because of the leaking food and my $12 food is gone in a split second. Put it in a plastic bag, you capitalist thorn. No one should have to ask for a plastic bag for a greasy food dish; your business is put in jeopardy when you short-change customers.
I have been here twice as I come in neighborhood for my facial. Awesome bagels. Good coffee. Friendly staff. The bagels are so large I never finish them in one sitting. 😊
Order take from them alot. Most recent experience was kind of awful with the young lady who takes orders. My order came very late and off. Called back because they have a new service charge to deliver and said the order wasnt right and it was late. Young lady got overly defensive, started blaming the customer (me) and just made me never want to order from them again. The Delivery surcharge is weird too because its not a tip for the delivery guy.
Staff handling of patrons in ordering and handing off food is poorly executed. Disorganized. But, once a patron is confident that the order has been properly acknowledged and it finally is handed off, the product is good.
Stood there for ten minutes waiting for service even though there was no one in line in front of me. Got the turkey chili with brown rice - SO salty and the rice has pieces that were rock-hard (really, if I wasn’t careful I would’ve broken my teeth.) Ate about a third of the bowl (basically whatever was edible) then threw it out. Igh. Not going back
Great service great people. And the food looks and smells great.only got a breakfast sandwich wish I would have gotten a plate. The staff is absolutely great and very patient. I will be coming back for sure.
Love this place... only one real problem.... if i let my salad sit for an hour or two it gets flatten.... not in a bad manner but basically it is very little salad in there bowls and i use to think why would i get hungry again after an hour or two after eating there salads... the answer to that is they really need to serve more to there salad.

We had lunch here two days in a row. The first day was excellent. The second day, the salad bowls had much more kale/quinoa and less of the more tasty ingredients.

They were out of both types of vegan panini when I went there, so I ordered the vegetable grain bowl. They only let you pick three types of vegetable, and none of them were particularly good. No sauce or anything.
Horrible customer service. Completely ignored me when I tried to order and was incredibly slow. Seemed like they didn’t care and acted like they were doing me a favor even though I paid almost $10 for a juice which is a ripoff. Never going back here again.
The place to go if your in NYC..all the food from breakfast to regular dinner is great. The chopped salads are the best you will ever have.

Im hooked on the bison meatballs, Mac & cheese, Cajun potatoes string beans, brussle spouts.... And more....😁 not kidding... I work in the area and I eat from here 3 nights a week... Did I mention the chipolte line chicken and marinated steak.... Hard to decide... They deliver to my place of business in 15 minutes hot and tasty... Im here having breakfast now... The service is only good if you buy in person. I was put on hold 4 times when I was in the middle of ordering on the phone. I was very upset the third time that I was put on hold. I hung when I was put on hold the 4 th time. I called back to let the lady taking my order that I was cancelling because it was rude to do that to me.

It has potential but the main portions are a embarrassing . They cut up a little piece of chicken and then only put half of it on my plate. I was boiling inside. Not sure I would dine here again.

It was a surprise to discover this chain in New York city, the home of junk food and corner hot dogs. In my stay I had lunch here a lot of times with great pleasure. Good prices considering the ones in New York, and the possibility to compose your favorite salad is very tasty.

2022-03-16Placed an order online. Figured i cant go wrong if I made my own. I open the bowl and theres some hot green stuff in my bowl. Is it chopped kale or spinach? I dont know. But its boiling hot and stinky. Its gross and throws off the flavor of the whole bowl.Really disappointed.

2021-07-20The food was bad this was my second time going and each time a huge disappointment. And I spent a lot of money on my food. The water and drinks are warm and the fruit is bad its not fresh it has been sitting out in a warm refrigerator for days and so has the water. I received a water and did not realize the seal was broken before I got it until I went to actually open it the quality of the food is really poor to a point it can get a person sick. The first time I went the sour cream smelled funny and I did not really think anything of it because I ordered pick up and thought maybe I picked it up to late so it started going bad.This time I actually went into the store and ordered my food so it was supposed be fresh so I thought the food looked good besides the steak which still had blood in it. I did not realize this until the guy was cutting the steak and I put it in the bowl really fast when I turned my back for a second. So I ordered the steak with quiona sweet potato and mac and cheese. Unfortunately you cant taste test and smell the food before you buy it. So I finally paid for my food and as I made my way back to my job and finally got a chance to open the lid of my food I smelled something that smelled spoiled and discovered hair entangled into the grains of my quinoa. And along side that bloody meat. However I returned to work and I was to far to head back and on the clock to return to the store and get a refund for my purchase. I called and explained my situation to the manager and she apologized and reassures me that every thing is made fresh we then exchanged our names with one another and she offered me store credit.Which I dont think that I will be using anytime soon. I would zoom in to see the hair because its a sliver white color. I strongly feel like I was severed food that was a week and a half old and reheated.

2017-09-29These salads are great! We had a Mexican Caesar salad and a Santa Fe salad. The Santa Fe salad was a tad spicy for me, but I feel like most people would like the kick. The Cesar was a great twist on a classic. My only complaint is that it didnt come with any sort of bread on the side. All in all, delicious salads.

2017-12-21Pricey, but excellent quality. I got the chicken schwarma salad - $12.52 with tax. Israeli salad and pickels with tehini, Tatziki, hummus, and baba ganoush, chicken schwarma of course, Kale, and quinoa or rice as a base. Havent found as good a schwarma-style salad anywhere in NY.
