Friendly Ford in other cities:
I called Friendly Ford with an issue in my SUV. I explained to them what it felt like. I was able to drop my car off the night before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I called to find out what was wrong and they explained to me what was happening and what needed to be done. They ordered parts and fixed my SUV in a timely matter! I thought I was treated very well and got a reasonable price!
I only bring my Escape to Friendly Ford and it is always a positive experience. Getting an appointment is easy, the service desk people are friendly and knowledgeable and ethe kid who collects the money at the cashier windows tries to find a discount somewhere that he can apply to the ticket. I highly recommend this dealership.
Disapointing:Very rude customer service which is saying something when youre only going in for a recall fix.Took much longer than was told, both for them to schedule my actual appointment and do the work, they also failed to notify me when they were done, I had to call them. Ford manufacturing themselves first tried to contact the dealership to schedule the recall appointment and they didnt answer or reply even after weeks. Both times I was at the dealership I was not acknowledged by any front desk or sales associates which was really disappointing because I happen to be in the market for a new vehicle.Avoid Friendly Ford,Theyre not so friendly. I have had better experience at All American Ford.
I have been buying cars from the “Friendly” group for over 10 years, more specifically Friendly Honda. Being that I wanted a Ford Maverick, I felt is was only right to go to Friendly Ford. I was greeted and assisted immediately by Brian (B-Rod). He was extremely helpful in the ordering process, answered any questions I had while waiting for my vehicle to arrive (he even answered during his off hours which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated), and upon arrival, had my vehicle and paperwork ready with little to no wait. To sum it up, the “Friendly” group is awesome and i will be returning to purchase a Ford Lightning in a few years.
Very happy with the work performed on my F-150 truck. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to diagnose a rattle. The service team checked the Vin # and saw that the cam-phaser work was not done and performed the recall work. My previous dealer told me it was not necessary if I was not having an issue. I dont think this truck has ever run better and my MPG is better than before. Still have the rattle due to supply chain issues and I needed the truck for Memorial day weekend. This will be my new service provider from now on.
I made appointment back in December 2021 Service looked at my $80k truck come to find out needed harness for a back up camera they told me they ordered it. In the meantime service didn’t hook up the tailgate harness correctly and after two weeks the harness fell down was dragging on the road. four months later no call, reached out to friendly Ford and asked if the part was in service told me part was here so made appointment 4-21-22 So now truck needs second harness because service didn’t connect properly it came apart ( road rash ) and now trying to tell me it’s not covered under my warranty. I asked the Service advisor to have the service manager give me a call the following day still no call back from manager. PS service department failed to connect properly so it my fault..
The people and the vibe at Friendly definitely live up to their name! However, I was disappointed to see when I got home that they did a very messy job installing the 4 brand new tires I unexpectedly had to buy when I had the car serviced. I’m sure they will make good on the issue, as I’m getting ready to purchase my 3rd vehicle from them!
Not trustworthy. They will tell you features are the same with a new model (undelivered) as your current one. The problem is when it shows up you’ll find out that wasn’t the case. The service is a complete disaster. They often set appointments and have no idea why you’re bringing your vehicle. I got several emails and mail about my previous lease and my options. Still getting a very annoying amount of that even after getting a new vehicle months later.
Very poor customer services. The service Tech actually lied right to my face about my car being worked on. Took over 10 days to repair the AC, they never offered me the car back until the parts came in and didn’t offer a loaner car until I complained about being lied too. I have been dealing with the service department at Friendly Ford for 6 years and it has always been a struggle. I would not buy another car from them ever.
On Monday June 13 I went into friendly fords dealer. I wanted to look at the bronco model of cats as my child had her eyes on it. After being acknowledged by the secretary and telling her what I wanted to see she explained there were no broncos on the lot. Afterwards I asked to see the suvs she confirmed my wishes and went to get a representative to help me.Despite me being able to visibly see the representatives from where I was standing she said that all of the salesmen were busy and in the middle of something when I could clearing see that one of them was distracted and texting on his phone. It was there loss because I went to Dutchess dodge where the employees made your feel welcomed as you planned to spend your hard earned money. I would not recommend for anyone to go to friendlys and that they should change their name. As of now my daughter got a jeep wrangler and we are happy
I dont know where to start. Honestly the best customer service, buying process and the reputation of FRIENDLY is beyond earned. Even with a few hiccups with the vehicle they stood behind their product 1,000% no questions immediate rental and customer service to respond. You do not find customer service beyond measure anymore and these guys have it figured out. They have beyond earned my business for future purposes and any recommendations will be to them if you go anywhere besides friendly you are wasting your time
Purchasing my new Honda HRV through Friendly Honda was a very positive experience. My salesperson, Carlos, promptly responded to all questions snd walked me through every step of the purchase. I couldn’t be any more pleased with my HRV and the experience I had with Friendly Honda.
Still a great place. 3rd visit.Oil service completed with inspection.Nice place to visit and buy a Ford there. Everyone I met was friendly as in the name. A nice experience at this dealer, not the norm at others. They took the time to explain everything and all went very well. Thank you Lou..
They treated me with fabulous courtesy and respect even though I showed up after noon and did not have an appointment. My vehicle was well taken care of and speaking with Jeff P. , my service coordinator, was an absolute pleasure. Really nice gentleman who reminded me that there are good people in the world and everyone has a story. He inspired me to make a donation to Make a Wish Foundation. Thanks again.
The day before Xmas Eve, I walked out of the grocery store and started my car only to have it die as I pulled out of my parking space.I called AAA and let Friendly Ford know I was on my way. Thankfully, Ford Service took a look… found the problem… had the part in stock… fixed the problem …. And sent me on my way in good time….I cannot imagine how a shifter could suddenly lose / break a bushing and leave a driver stranded. In all the cars I’ve owned nothing like that ever happened. Perhaps Ford should take a look at that….Anyway thanks for getting me back on the holiday track …Jean Schult
Friendly Ford was accommodating & easy to work with. We had our car towed to their location and they held onto it until we could deal with insurance. Lauren was helpful and responsive through the entire process. They were able to get it finished before our rental coverage ran out. Highly recommend!
As always, Friendly Ford provided prompt and courteous service. The was a error setting up my appointment using the web application, but my service representative was able to provide all requested services on what should have been my scheduled time. The only issue I have is not with Friendly Ford but with using the web schedule application, and I hope an improved version becomes available soon.
I purchased a used car from Friendly 3 years ago. They were very helpful in getting me the financing I needed to purchase the car. The car looked great when I picked it up a few days later. The salesman I had was not pushy and gave me the time I needed to make my decision. Highly recommend
#FORD agreed to pay for a rental car due to warranty work being done on my 2017 #FORD escape. After 31 days of being repaired at Friendly #FORD of Poughkeepsie I received my car back. #FORD is only agreeing to pay $1860 from my $4860 rental car bill. I rented a small SUV from #HERTZ. My case specialist LOIAMMA RINEARSON NEVER informed me of a $60 rental car limit. CHANTELLE BROOKS the supervisor is refusing to fully reimburse me. I have requested the my recorded phone conversations and emails to Mrs. Rinearson be reviewed. I have requested another manager to review my case. I will never BUY a #FORD again. No other car company acts in this way. For example #ACURA will rent you the car from ENTERPRISE when the dealership cannot provide a loaner for warranty work! Please SHARE THIS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A #FORD . Friendly ford was contacted twice a week for 5 weeks about providing a loaner car to replace my rental car. They repeatedly ignored calls by Ford Motor company. Don’t buy ford. And don’t buy from here.
I just had my first and last experience with Friendly Ford. My van has been in service since Thursday (its now Monday) and nobody has attempted to look at the transmission issue. I called and ended up getting into a screaming match with service. They made me totally lose my cool. Im bringing it to another ford dealership. What an absolute waste.
I would never purchase or bring a car here for service. After getting a new engine replaced under warranty I was handed a single piece of paper that never mentioned a new engine. I complained to Ford Motor Company and they called a dozen times and got no response. I asked questions about the new warranty, and was given an attitude. I asked questions about the new engine and was given more attitude.
100% Trust these guys. I take my car to these guys for regular service and if I have any issues. Every time I go I see Bob and Aaron who are my go to and Always are honest, helpful and do great work. I drive to this shop which is out of my way for the great service. Thank you to all for the great work and amazing customer service.
I purchased a vehicle at Kingston Ford and 2020 it was a Ford Escape I really wasnt happy with the car so within four months I traded it in and instead of going back to Rhinebeck I went over to Poughkeepsie which is closer to me and found the perfect car for me a Ford Edge I love my car and also dealing with Brian Rodriguez made everything so much easier thank you Brian and I will be back in so you can help me setup my Ford point system you cannot take my but I am a Ford girl true blue my dad used to work for Ford
I brought my car in because it was shaking during acceleration and didnt seem safe. Unfortunately I took five times of bring it to them and being told theres nothing wrong until I was actually able to get it fixed. I was able to drive it with a technician in the right conditions that would cause the issue. Its a little unsettling that I was constantly told there was nothing wrong. But it turns out I had to bad axels that I was driving on for 7 months. I commute 100+ miles for work daily. Glad everything was fixed, they were super helpful once they found the issue and made accommodations to help me out.
It was a great pleasure dealing with the Friendly Ford dealership! Kimberly was very helpful and responsive to all my questions during my search for the Ford Ranger. Freddie quickly made me feel welcomed when I arrived. Brian went above and beyond with making the deal happen. I appreciate the entire team and thank them for a great experience.
I just bought a car from friendly ford and when the sales guy offered it to me he told me its was going to be at window sticker price, but after closing the deal I realized that the numbers did not add up right, and when I asked him why?he told me there was a charge Extra of 5k more for some kind of adjustment, which he never mentioned to me, and the only thing he told me was that there was miscommunication ,which I dont think is correct, He should it have told me before, and he didnt. The only thing he said is that he was sorry, which I think is not right especially when I have been a customer for the last 5 years and I have bought 5 cars from them. and this is how they treat customers, this is the last car I buy with them. It’s not right that dealers charge 5k or even more for a car when we are being supporting there business for years, I honestly do not recommend them because they take advantage of the shortage of cars that there are at the moment,
I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Friendly Ford! I was helped immediately, and given courteous service by Joe C. I was given helpful information about the vehicle, including car facts and recent work and maintenance performed. A a scratch on the front bumper was pointed out to me before I even noticed, so transparency is clearly a value of theirs. I purchased same-day and had my new car on the road in less than 24 hours. The process was simple and convenient and I am so happy with my purchase! I would highly recommend this dealer!
Jeff was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole service experience very easy. He provided his contact information and handled everything. It was nice dealing with one person who knew and remembered what I needed. I didn’t have to explain something to 10 different people. I would definitely recommend.
All went with with my last visit for my Ford Escape which was recalled and had an oil change. However I did receive a call from Jeff telling me I had to bring it back because the computer program did not update as it should. He apologized to me which I appreciated. I made another appointment and had the work completed in under an hour. He was just so nice about it!Just had my car serviced again on7/28/21. Had oil changed and tires rotated. All went well and was done quickly.1/29/22 Had an oil change and inspection. The young man who took care of me was very nice, went over how my car fared in the inspection, and was very thorough. He answered any questions I had too
I have purchased lots of vehicles over the years, but can honestly say, the sales team at Friendly Ford were by far the best I have ever dealt with. Not once did I feel it was a pressure sale, they were more interested in making sure that it was the right thing for us, rather than a profit for them.Amazing Service.. Thank You
Quick stop by yesterday, as I couldn’t get blue tooth working with Appleplay. Maria and Sebastian were super helpful, fun and professional, and needed just a hot second to get it all fixed up! Thank you to you both! You may both be young but your customer service skills are exceptional!
What a great experience. Had to bring my car in to be fixed. Everyone in the service department was truly friendly and helpful. My car was ready in a couple of hours the tech came and explained everything he did and best of all the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Came in recently for a safety recall and an air conditioner fix. Both appointments were set up with Jeff in the service department. He was wonderful to say the least! The first visit was for the safety recall and it took a bit longer than expected and Jeff made sure to keep me updated and made me feel valued while I waited. The second visit was for my air conditioner blower motor. It was fixed quickly and efficiently! I was made aware at my first what to expect the cost to be and it was just that. Jeff made the experience wonderful!
After being told by another dealership that they wouldn’t be able to change out my flat tire until a week later, Andrew and Lauren at Friendly Ford we’re able to to do it right away. They promised it would be fixed by the end of day, and they delivered on their promise. Fast, friendly and easy to work with, I will be bringing my business back to FF in the future.
The service department is awesome! I am a single mother and during the pandemic didn’t want to bring my daughter out with me to service my explorer. I called Friendly and they made arrangements to pick up my car from my house for me so I didn’t have to bring her. More recently I made another appointment for an oil change. I brought my explorer in and was out within 40 mins. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. When I left I thought to myself… I wish the sales department was as great as the service department. Unfortunately, my experiences with the sales department have not been good. My explorer is not from Friendly Ford. I have tried to work with their sales department but I get a very unsettling feeling from them. Plus they could never honor the lease prices advertised... There’s always a catch. So on the sales end… Shop around. On the service end… I highly recommend Friendly Ford.
Friendly Ford is really just that. Got really great, friendly service when we took our Tahoe in for some work. Our service advisor was amazing-worked hard to get all our warranty stuff worked through and our tech, Travis, was very knowledgeable and fast! All in all my best experience getting my car serviced at a dealership!
Brought my Escape in due to a check engine indicator and a lack of power. After 5 days and a $4,226 bill I picked up my car only to have to immediately return it because of the exact same problem. They said they would call me when it was ready. Never heard anything and when I reached out to the service department they could find no paperwork on the vehicle and would call me back. Called me back and said my advisor had left no paperwork but that the problem was taken care of. I hope they’re right. Overall a frustrating experience.
I had a scary situation while I was driving on 95 outside of Newark. In my new ford, my collision sensor didn’t unengage properly and I was forced to pull over during a high traffic time as it was randomly causing me to drag and lurch while driving. I called and got Jeff from service and wow, was it my lucky day. He stayed on the phone with me and helped me through a really stressful time and saw me through to a solution. I was so grateful for his demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. Fast forward to my first real service visit and I got to meet Jeff in person and say thank you. There is nothing quite like feeling supported and safe and I’m so happy that Jeff oversees the service of my new ford. Ford is certainly lucky to have him.
Spent close to $2,000 on maintenance at Friendly Ford. This work included brake and new tires at end of June 2021 before a road trip to Florida. Middle of August, check engine light comes on and car loses power on Interstate 84. Car brought to dealer, where they explain car needs new engine (152,000 miles) at a cost of $8400. I reply no way! They then came back with a joke of an offer to take car off my hands for $500. The tires they put on at end of June are worth more than $500. Shame on Ford for this engine. Shame on Friendly for the insult of an offer. Both have lost a customer. And Ill do my best to convince others to beware. A better answer should have been given both at the local level and Ford corporate.
This was the first service on my 2021 F150. Oil change, tire rotation 5000 mile service. Easy to get appointment, done while I waited in less than an our. Service staff were friendly (!) and efficient.Had my second service this week. Another positive experience with easy scheduling and pleasant staff and reasonable time for work
Paid 50K and 4 months later needed a new transmission and I received the worse customer service ever from Lauren and had to beg for a loaner while they had my vehicle 6 weeks to try and fix it. This is my 3rd Ford in 25 years and Im never dealing with them again that poor treatment.
This dealership has quality certified used vehicles to choose from, which made my decision simple. Andrew, my sales person was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Brian, the finance guy, was a pleasure to work with. He searched around to get me the best deal for my price range. I would recommend Friendly Ford toeveryone. I love my slightly used newcar! 🚙
Took my GT350 in for an oil change. I brought my car home and took it out the next day for a drive. I noticed oil on my garage floor. Opened my hood and oil was everywhere on the bottom of the engine. Mechanic was extremely sloppy and careless. They need to take pride in their work. The service counter seemed more interested in critiquing my car rather than providing anything useful from the inspection.
Recently sold my car and purchased my first electric vehicle; Johnathan and Bobby the manager were awesome and went above/beyond to make it a pleasant experience. I dread dealerships/buying new cars but they very great to work with and made it worth my time and money!
I bought a used car here in September. My experience was overall good. They were also able to secure a loan for me with a good interest rate from a local credit union, which I thought was pretty cool. If my experience with Friendly Ford ended here, this would be a five star review. For full transparency, I bought a used car they had on the lot that was not a Ford. I think if that wasnt the case, this story would be a bit different. When I bought the car initially, I was told the dealership did work on the brakes, so when the brakes were extra sticky and shook the car a little bit when I used them, I didnt think much of it. Over time, the shaking upon breaking came and went, but never enough for me to think to contact Friendly about it. Fast forward 5 months, I take my car to my local mechanic for a tire rotation and oil change. I mentioned the shaking, and asked them to take a look at my brakes. When I went to pick up my car, my mechanic informed me that the rear brake rotors that were installed when I purchased the car were defective and thats why the car was shaking. He said I should call the dealership I bought the car from, and theyd likely replace the part free of charge. I was skeptical, so I called Friendly Ford on the phone to ask about it. They came across as receptive. I was upfront on the phone that I had purchased the car 5 months ago and that I would be bringing the car to them, 45 minutes from home, because I was under the impression theyd do the replacement free of charge as a reputable dealership. They told me to drop my car off. The next day, I get a call from the friendly Ford service department, letting me know that my brake rotors, are in fact, defective and it will cost $600. When I said I was not going to pay that, they informed me Id have to wait another day because their sales manager was not in to approve the repair. (why was the conversation not started the full week earlier when I scheduled the appointment???) so I went another full day without my car, to get a call the next day saying that Friendly Ford would not replace the defective rotors they installed in my vehicle when I purchased it. I went back to pick the car up, and I didnt make any trouble, but I am definitely disappointed in this experience. The difference between an okay dealership and a great one is their ability to make something right when they make a mistake. In this case, they called me young lady on the phone, acted like I didnt know what I was talking about l, got weirdly shame-y with me on the phone for not bringing the car in sooner (this was once the car was there, the first time I talked to them about it they were very nice about it), and made me go without my car for 2 days for absolutely no reason. This could have all been communicated without making me drop my car off on the first place. It kind of felt like they tried to trick me into getting the work done there. Overall, this dealership is fine and I got a decent deal on a used car, but just know if you go that path with them, to not expect the full ✨ Friendly Ford Experience ✨.Edit: My mechanic is charging me $260 for the repair I was quoted $600 for here. Considering that, I would *never* recommend anyone go here for service.
Hands down only Ford dealership we will EVER deal with. From the first email we sent, we were treated with nothing but courtesy, professionalism and fairness. The entire team went out of their way to introduce themselves and make us feel welcome! Paul, our salesman was informative and went above and beyond to keep us in the loop with the ETA on our new vehicle. They didn’t give us the usual car dealership run around and BS which we dread every time. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Friendly. Paul, Brian and Freddy were hands down the best. Wish more dealerships and people were like them.
Our salesman Joe and Brian in Finance were great. We had actually leased our Explorer from another dealership and went into Friendly on a whim just to see what our options might be when our lease was up. They were actually able to flip us into a brand new vehicle with barely any increase in payment. They were professional and not at all pushy which is the unfortunate reputation of a lot of dealerships. And while the manager Freddie came over to introduce himself and check on us, he in no way hovered. Overall great experience!
My Son bought a Certified Pre Owned Honda from Friendly Ford. We were helped by Brian in Sales and Bobby in Finance. The entire transaction was very easy and pleasant. The information was clear, direct and easy to understand. Bobby helped us secure financing at a good rate and was open and honest and answered all of our questions to ensure we fully understood our options. The car looks fantastic!! It was detailed inside and out and looks brand new!! The car also came with an amazing “Friendly For Life”Power train warranty which really sold us on purchasing a pre owned vehicle. The men that helped us in the service department were also very friendly and did an outstanding job detailing the car for us . We had a great car buying experience I would definitely recommend Friendly Ford.
Great bunch of people. Just purchased my new truck and Jose was awesome! Love the lifetime power train warrantee. They treated me fair and listened to what I was looking for in a truck. I would certainly buy there again and have already given them out to three friends that are shopping as well.
Made an appointment for an oil change, when I said I had someone to pick me up, and that I wasn’t sitting in their lobby, my appointment no longer mattered. If I hadn’t called a couple hours later to check on the status they would have waited until the end of the day to do it. Why have appointments then? Customers shouldn’t be punished for not staying in the lobby with others during covid times.
The service extended to me from the service advisors at Friendly Ford, is above and beyond what I experienced from the dealership where I purchased my F150 truck. Every aspect of the repair was thoroughly explained, as were all questions I had. Im extremely pleased with Friendly Ford Service Department, and have highly recommended FF to friends who also own a Ford vehicle. Thank you Friendly Ford for your outstanding service.
Apparently after getting my transmission flushed at Friendly Ford, it was left Empty! And it almost seized up on me. Thankfully my cousin recognized what was happening, and added five qts of transmission fluid to my transmission. That basically saved my car. I wonder if they even flushed my transmission, or did I just bring it in there without any fluid. They supposedly exchanged my recalls, but I only have their word for that. Who knows.
With on-time, fair price, with special parts in stock + Tom Parella’s expert advise, I will service here my GT350 here every year!Just brought my GT350 for 2022 service. They did a thorough inspection on rear camera cable recall, even though it was not failing yet, criteria matched and will be replaced. Also fixed, at no extra cost, an issue with ECB connector that was lose/dirty impeding state inspection scanner to connect to car’s computer.Service personnel always do the extra mile. This sets them apart!
I purchased a used vehicle from Jonathan and he stayed late to allow me to drive a few vehicles to make sure I was satisfied on several occasions. After a few days of driving him crazy with my decision of a vehicle He remained patient and very helpful . He even delivered my vehicle to my house and had all the paperwork in order. I highly recommend Friendly Ford and Jonathan to anyone who wants honesty and great service!
Arrived for scheduled appt for a repair under warranty. After 40 minutes waiting I was informed that the part they ordered did not come in the form they expected, therefore it was a larger job than expected, and could not be accomodated today. I was asked to reschedule a future date to drop off my car. Ford rep was very polite, but I still lost time from work.
From Florida visiting my parents in New York, Made an appointment after the holiday for the following week, but left the car on site. They were able to put me as a fill in, and finished my car prior to my appointment, safely and confidently made my trip back home to Florida. Thank you
Great dealer !! Joe was excellent to work with and extremely helpful! My wife and I purchased a car there . It was in excellent condition. This is not a scam deal where there are hidden fees . There were no hidden fees just a $75 dealer fee. It was a pleasant experience.
Wow! I have always been skeptical of dealerships and car salesman. I can tell you though the people at friendly Ford Freddie the sales manager and the salesman are all honest people. I’ve had a great experience buying a truck from them. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle at friendly Ford I know you will have a great experience too. Thanks again Freddy and Andrew.Sincerely, Jessica
Great customer service. I live 2.5 hours away. I got home and the sunroof drain needed to be blown out in the car I bought from them and they offered to pay for it to happen at the dealership near my home and didn’t make me drive all the way back to Poughkeepsie. Nice people, great experience.
Brought my car in for 10,000 mile check up , the employees in service were great very friendly excuse the pun! Service was pretty quick, waiting area was great very comfortable. Very happy with the service , I even had a chance to chat with Jenna (whom I bought the car from) what a great salesperson she is always has time to listen to whatever concerns you might have.
Bought two mustangs from here within a year, one a 2015 ecoboost, and then a 2017 mustang gt. By far the best dealership around, went to a few others and honestly they were overpriced/Nasty people trying to sell them. Would only buy my car from here now, they make ya feel like home. Only had this new mustang for a couple months and I couldnt be happier.
I have 2017 Ford explorer. I bought premium care extended warranty, which covers over 1000 parts for up to 125000 miles or 6 years which ever comes first. Everytime I take my car to this dealership they tell me that I dont have coverage. Upon showing them proof of my coverage, they tell me it is basic coverage and it doesnt cover anything. To that I showed them the fird official website with premium coverage package that I have and what it covers. I had electrical issue in the car and premium care package clearly says that it covers all electrical harnesses with exception of spark plug wires. The wiring issue I have in my car is for passenger seats. Ford friendly dealer refuses to apply my warranty and perform service and now they come with an excuse thst there are different tiers of premium care. I asked them to show me proof of different tiers. They refused and told me to contact Ford corporate. This has happened before with me and when I took my car to different dealer not only they did the service but never give me issues. For some odd reasons friendly Ford doesnt honor the Ford extended warranty and always tries to get Cash for the service that is supposed to be covered by warranty. I would avoid this dealer by all cost.
I had made an appointment a week in advance for a recall on my vehicle. I dropped it off and asked for an oil change too. They called me later in the day and said they didn’t have the parts for the recall but the oil change was done. I don’t know how they keep an appointment for a recall without having the parts. Big waste of my time. I pick the car up the next day and the passenger foot well was so full of water, the floor mat was floating and sloshing around. The only explanation they give me is the drains are clogged and I can make another appointment to have it looked at. They don’t offer to even drain or vacuum the water. I had to demand they shop-vac the water out. Worst service for a dealer ever. I will now be driving 30 minutes out of the way to take my car to another dealer for service. Never going back to Friendly Ford in Poughkeepsie again.
We bought a 2016 F150 Transit from Friendly Ford. Thank you all who worked with us to make the sale. I am grateful for my new vehicle. It has been extremely convenient to work out of. I would recommend any honest person to consider purchasing their vehicle at Friendly Ford in Poughkeepsie.
Absolutely loved Friendly Ford staff! Paul helped us out with our sale and was a very pleasant surprise to a typical car sale. We have had terrible experiences until finally deciding to drive 2 hours to come here! Not only was Paul a great salesman everyone else we had interactions with were wonderful as well! Made the painful process of buying and trading a car smooth and oddly enjoyable! Thank you Friendly Ford!
Jonathan McCarthy made my buying experience so fast and easy. He listened to every question I had and answered like a pro! The whole crew had everything ready to go as soon as I walked in for my appointment to pick my truck up. My document signing and truck delivery was complete in less than 45 minutes! And the FREE “Friendly for life” Lifetime powertrain (yes, lifetime!) warranty was an amazing surprise!Thank you everyone for making it so easy and so Friendly!Ryan Miller
Sales experience was great, delivery of the vehicle was great. The detailing department leaves a lot to be desired. The inside of my new truck had streaks on the dashboard and other areas of the interior. Somebody just rushed through with armor all and a rag. The exterior looked pretty good but the roof of the truck was never cleaned. I guess because it’s a tall truck and the average person wouldn’t have noticed. Hint, I’m not average. As long as we are reviewing just a note about the service department. The service writers could use a class on being a bit nicer and more helpful when dealing with the customers.Sales and delivery = very satisfiedDetailing shop and service counter = very dissatisfiedHopefully management will address the very dissatisfied review.
I just purchased a vehicle a week ago. Had some minor issues that I’d like to get taken care of. The customer service in the service department is horrible. I was told I’d receive a phone call the next day to set up an appointment. I never received the call, in-fact I had to call them. The minor issues I have can easily be taken care of in just a matter of minutes(programming the key to the vehicle, and possibly updating the back-up camera).Could it be done on a Saturday when i am off work and there are plenty of employees there, in the service department, doing oil changes, tire rotations, NY state inspections, etc.? No. No, they don’t do those things on Saturday. So now I have to drive my new vehicle for 3 weeks, with no back-up camera, before I have to drop it off at the dealer so they can give me a loaner car. That is all unnecessary, if someone could spare 15-20 minutes on a Saturday. If purchasing a car from here, be sure all your bells and whistles work, and make sure it is exactly how you want it. If you don’t want to be inconvenienced.Sincerely,Extremely disappointed and unfriendly Ford owner
So this is the FOURTH lease that I’ve had from POUGHKEEPSIE Friendly Ford. My sales consultant was named Jose Villar. He was great!! It was a comical, comfortable, interesting four hours and 45 minutes but I was there on a beautiful Friday on my day off. I never realized it was gonna take as long as it did. I do not like the color red however that is the color of the vehicle that I ended up leasing. This is where my issue lies, Which is in turn, is why this will be my final lease with Ford. As I am signing all the paperwork, I asked Brian if he can throw in a free oil change or possibly two. As I do with each lease but I’ve gotten from them. I have gotten ONE free oil change with the other three leases. So his response was “well how about for only $13 a month you can get free oil changes for the life of the lease.” In the heat of the moment, and four hours later, I agreed. However the next morning, I did the math and realized that he took advantage of me, but that’s his JOB! So when I broke it down, that means I am now paying $169 for my oil changes. I have NEVER in my life paid that much for an oil change. I called him later in the next day And expressed my feelings toward this. His response was, “well the numbers are already in the computer there is nothing I can do for you now.” My last lease was a 2019 Ford escape. I had the car for 2 1/2 years and I put less than 8800 miles on the car. Technically for a 39 month lease I only need two oil changes. So in essence, I am really going to end up paying $253 per oil change. AND Here’s the real kicker! I know two people that lease cars from Toyota, one person who leases from Kia, and one person that has a lease at Chevy. Every single one of them gets FREE oil changes for the life of the lease. They pay NO EXTRA money!! So I unfortunately did it to myself and I am pissing away $507 for these oil changes. So hence, this will be my last lease from Ford!!!! And I will pass the word along to tell other people who are considering leasing a Ford to be careful and tell him they don’t get FREE oil changes at Ford.
Staff was great. Joe, my salesperson, was a hell of a guy (and a JETS fan) who made the process seamless. Brian in financing was accommodating and right on down to a couple of trades I brought in, I was treated fairly (after a little good natured haggling). In the Hudson Valley where I reside I have multiple choices specific to my Ford dealership and have dealt with them all at one time or another but Friendly is the best. Hands down. Over and out!
I had to go to friendly ford to replace my car battery and when I got there most of the staff was really nice. I had to wait a little while due to dropping in without appointment. When I got my car back I thought I hear a noise coming from the engine but soon found out it was the radio was reset .In all I had a fun experience there , if I have to go back I would not hesitate to do so and you should not either!
I had a great car buying experience at Friendly Ford. Walked into the showroom, was greeted and was being assisted with my car questions very quickly. Was shown and told about the vehicle I was interested in, and while getting ready for the test drive enjoyed the music being played at the facility. After the test drive all my questions and concerns were addressed. All the purchasing details were gone over and explained to my satisfaction. When it was time to pick up my new car everything was ready, the plates were transferred and I was on my way.
They never returned my call after sitting down with them to buy a truck. Called them and to me the financial guy was in and send me to his voicemail. What a joke this place is. On to Dodge Ram will keep you posted. Ford had only one new truck in stock anyway. Terrible could only imagine what their service department is like!
I brought my truck down for a recall issue regarding the rear view camera intermittently not working. When I went to pick up I found my truck backed over a construction barrel. It was stuck underneath the truck! The irony that one of their employees didn’t see a construction barrel when backing up my truck after fixing the rear view camera is crazy. Can’t make that up. I asked to speak to the service manager and the customer service rep said that he wasn’t available. I said, that’s fine, can I have his business card. She said he doesn’t have business cards. Yeah, right! I ended up speaking to the general manager who was very nice and couldn’t apologize enough. This whole incident is exactly why people dread dealing with car dealerships. Do you really have to tell a dealer to not run over stuff with your truck?! And then you get the runaround when you ask to speak to a manager. Come on Friendly Ford!
I had a very bad experience the first time I had my vehicle serviced so in turn wrote a review fitting of the service provided. Now about 1 year later I have an issue with my car and I call to get a time for service of my vehicle. I was told that they want to refuse me service and I asked to speak to the service manager to find out why. The service manager Keith R. tried telling me that they performed an in good faith service on my vehicle last time I brought it in (cant be an in good faith service when I had to pay for it). Then be continued to say that I wrote a bad survey and review, and on Keith specifically. So he decided to refuse service to me from this dealership. So to me, as a customer who didnt get into any sort of yelling altercation or anything of the sort, thinks that this is a retaliation against a customer who gave a bad review. Unfortunately I was expecting better service this time around as most all companys will take a bad review, reflect on the review and show growth that they can better the prior experience. Apparently not at this dealership. It seems the trick is if you get 1 bad review refuse them as a customer afterwards. Then continue to provide the same horrid service as if they are the gold standard. The only good thing that Keith has done for me was tell me that my warranty can be used at any ford dealer. Now I will never have to go back to this absolutely dreadful dealership. I will be sure to let all friends family and anyone reading this review know that the service department was nothing but problems. and problems they dont want to solve.
The entire staff at Friendly Ford was just that friendly! They were extremely accommodating to my 18 month old that wanted to run around like she owned the place. Everyone helped each other out so it was a very friendly environment to be in unlike some other dealerships where it’s very cutthroat and nobody helps each other out. I highly recommend Andre and the rest of the amazing staff. We couldn’t be happier with how easy the process was and we are enjoying our new vehicle. Thank you Friendly Ford!
I brought my Explorer in for recall work and while there I asked them to update the software on the radio, during the update process the auxiliary power input module that controls the radio was fried, the service department called me and informed me that it would be roughly $750 to fix however prior to receiving the update nobody warned me that this would be an issue but after it happened everyone wanted to tell me that apparently its a super common issue. This was last Thursday it has been a week and I still havent heard from the service manager himself only been getting a runaround from other members of the service team extremely disappointed in their service and my car is still sitting at Ford
Brought my car in for a transmission, because it was a older car, they said I would have to wait.Sure, they gave us a loaner car and then about 3 weeks later, suddenly they tell me my air conditioning condenser was leaking. The air conditioning was working fine when the car was dropped off. The air conditioning was working fine since I owned the car. When I brought the car in it was originally just the transmission, I guess when they realized we would have a loaner car for quite a while, perhaps they felt a need to charge us an additional $700 to make up for the cost for them to give us a loaner car.I asked for the condenser, they gave it to me, I so know obvious leaks and I pressure tested it and found no leaks under pressure. And no, I am not going to give you guys a call to try and discuss this, I was scammed, I am not stupid, have a great day.
Asked about price and was told the truck hadnt even gone into the shop yet to be checked so the price wasnt firm. Promised an email back with a firm price. No email back. I called two days later and was told I would definitely get a call back by 4pm. No call back. I had to call again only to find out the truck still hadnt been looked over by the shop yet but the price was going to be firm at initial asking. How you come to that conclusion before its even gone through mechanically is beyond me! Never experienced anything like it... Looking elsewhere.Did get a thoughtful email from the sales manager. Will advise further.
I recently moved from San Diego to the beautiful Hudson Valley. I am the original Owner of a 2009 Ford Escape and have used a Ford Dealership exclusively to service my vehicle.I was very fortunate to find Friendly Ford to take over the scheduled maintenance. Jeff Presti, Service Advisor did a great job in diagnosing a problem with my windshield washer pump. The part was ordered and a service appointment was scheduled. The Waiting Room is very comfortable and Jeff kept me updated throughout the repair.Lastly, I was very impressed with the safety inspection completed by the Technician working on my car. A leak in the transmission fluid was discovered where the transmission connects to the axle. Jeff got me scheduled to complete this repair before I left.Bottom line, Friendly Ford has now become my Dealer of choice going forward. The Technicians and Service Managers work closely together. The result is extraordinary Customer Service being delivered.
Freddie and the rest of the staff were excellent . I have bought and traded in many cars over the years and this was easily the most relaxing pleasurable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Friendly Ford is definitely the appropriate name for this dealership. Keep up the good work.
Very happy with the service during my visit. Normally, I like to make appointments ahead of time but I did not have that luxury this time around. My car (which is not even a Ford) was taken in immediately and the service department made my wait so pleasant, my car was ready before I knew it. They even accommodated my very particular request with a smile. Very comfortable atmosphere with genuinely good people. Great job guys, I will definitely return!
2013 Mercedes E550 , 71,000 milesA circus from start to finish.Sales/F&I -Drove the car, drove well. Had some things that needed to be addressed: leaky valve covers, only ONE out of the four doors would consistently work- big red “cruise not available” error on dash.-almost if they didn’t even do a used car evaluation on it through the shop...I Didn’t negotiate, said “Fix these items, you get asking price.”Took the two hour ride home, and headed back the following Saturday to pick the car up.None of the items I asked about were addressed. The salesman kept going on about their 6 month 6,000 power train warranty, and if there is an issue to bring it back, ignoring the fact I’m two hours away.Only thing the F&I guy did was finish up the paperwork, no mention or offer of an extended warranty (They could have got a good chunk there $$$).————————————————————————-Service Dept -Called to schedule and appointment for all the things they ignored the first time around. Asked for a loaner due to the distance I’m coming, given a quick, hard, NO.Explained I just bought it and why I’m bringing it in, can they find a loaner? NO.Service staff seemed very tired of their jobs, not pleasant, talked to like 3 different people.Everyone I spoke with in service couldn’t have cared less, minus one, younger fella, can’t recall his name.Left the car for a week and all they managed to fix were the inoperable door lock actuators.Oh, and they “tightened the valve cover bolts, that will take care of the oil leak”...The one lie they fed I’m happy about! Yeah torque em down that’ll do it!No one actually called to give me an update, car is done, anything. So I called, “Oh yeah it’s done”.Took the train down to get it so I didn’t bother someone for a ride back - I called on my way and told the snippy girl on the phone the train was running late, and could you please leave the keys above the visor.I get there, and the car door is wide open, keys in it.Whoever fixed the door lock didn’t reinstall the handle correctly and it wouldn’t retract unless I pushed it.Don’t ignore the fact the girl who left the key over the visor didn’t want to bother to tell anyone this and just left it. Thanks.——————————————————One final punch came from the title clerk, they decided to put some random local credit union on the title, rather than the actual credit union that was used.Called to have them address this, and was basically told “Sorry, on your own, figure it out”.————————————————————-Worst customer service ever.
Over the years I have had nothing but excellent relationship. I brought my sons here to buy their cars, had friends buy trucks here and Im now buying my 3rd new truck from here. Great staff, very helpful and excellent customer service. From sales to delivery, positive experience. Thanks Bobby & Jay in Sales, Brian in Finance and Joe giving me a thorough going over of all the functions on my new truck and explaining the service options that Friendly offers. Thanks to all, I love my new truck!
Everyone was very helpful, friendly and informative. Had an excellent experience throughout the whole process of leasing my new truck. Brian Rodriguez was my salesman, he and the rest of the staff were excellent. I would recommend everyone to buy their next Vehicle here.
My wife and I came to briefly look at vehicles in the lot. We were assisted when walking inside to discuss lease options and vehicle types and trims. Staff were friendly and courteous. Some processing of requests on our current lease took a bit longer for my tastes, but this is a usual sales tactic. Not a bad experience overall.
Purchased a 2013 Ford EscapeWent in for an upgrade. The staff was great on the phone when I set up my appointment. I didn’t wait long when I showed up a bit early for my appointment. Lou was the person who helped me. He took time to get to know me and helped me feel comfortable about the buying process. I was nervous and Lou made me feel like he cared more about me than making a sale.My experience was excellent! I felt like Lou worked hard to get me the best deal I could get. At not point did anybody put pressure on me to purchase nor did anybody use sleazy tactics to convince me of my choice.I’m still really happy with my purchase and the follow up I received.I already referred my friend to Lou for his upcoming purchase. Hopefully I won’t need to buy another vehicle for a while, but I will definitely return to Friendly Ford.
My vehicle was towed to Friendly Ford after it died on my way to work, this following the vehicle being in another Ford dealership 4x since purchasing it on 6/30/20!!They claimed they couldn’t get the part, a torque converter for at least 6 weeks. I advised them that the part was available at the dealership it was previously “fixed” at and was told when I followed up the next day that if I wanted to pick up the part and pay for it, to go get it (the parts and repairs were supposed to be covered under warranty). The woman was extremely nasty and rude.
I had a recall on the Takata airbags which sent me to Friendly Ford for a free replacement. I arrived on time and they took me immediately and they were extremely busy but everyone who walked in was taken care of at once. They were amazing! Everyone who works there was so friendly (like the name of the dealership)! Everyone was so cordial and efficient! They had this amazing coffee machine and donuts and snacks and I was done in less than a hour and they even checked my battery, tires and brakes for free! Outstanding service! If a buy a car I will buy it there!
If I could give friendly ford six stars I would! Bar none, hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Not only did they get us into the car we wanted, but they did it quickly and at a great rate! They even delivered it to our door since we live over an hour away and I had no other way to get down there! They literally did everything for us! We cant thank Bobby, Kim and Steve enough! We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!
Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Paul went over everything thoroughly and Robert made the trade easy down to Brian helping with the warranty and paperwork! I spent little to no time at all in the dealership and walked away with exactly what I wanted in the price range I had said I needed to be. I will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend anyone to go there! Thanks again for a great experience and an easy one at that!
Friendly Ford had exactly the pre-owned car we were hoping to find for my daughters first car: safe, reliable, and decent performance at a very reasonable price. When we went to look at the car it was absolutely spotless; that told us that Friendly really cared about what they sold. The salesman, Shane, was very friendly (no pun intended) and helpful. The whole process from start to finish was easy and straightforward, and I could not be happier with my experience with Friendly Ford.
I brought my car in for its first check up, oil change tire rotation and general follow up. This is my first new car in 40 years so I baby the heck out of it. Always park away from others and if someone parks near me I automatically check to see if I have any door dings. When I got home I noticed a chip on the driver side door handle. I am positive that this occurred at the shop. I didn’t notice when I was leaving because the mechanic left my door open as he wasDouble checking to see that he reset the oil calibration because it still showed 3% oil life on my FordPass. I went back to the dealership and explained my concern. Of course there was a question since I had already left and then came back a few hours later. I explained I definitely would have noticed it had I opened up my door when I was leaving. In any caseThe service rep, Forgot his name, took a picture and said he would bring it to the attention of the service manager on Monday. To my surprise I did get a call from him and they said they would order a new door handle. I thought they would just do a quick touchup but as he indicated he said it’s still wouldn’t look quite the same. Needless to say Friendly Ford went above my expectations and I am quite pleased with the outcome The part should come in about a week and they will take care of it! My entire dealings with them from day one when I went into the dealership to look for a car and now this truly deserves the statement of customer satisfaction. This dealership is awesome and so is my car a 2019 escape titanium!
Never was able to get the full experience.Went to dealership to purchase a vehicle only to find out that their website pricing isnt honored. I was told I wasnt eligible for 5 discounts clearly listed on the website. When I asked them to show me where it is listed on the website (fine print) that I couldnt qualify for discounts, I was told I am very sorry for the miscommunication.Nothing in writing was produced such as fine print, or restrictions. The salesperson was very polite and it seems he had run this drill pretty often with a side conversation with someone else. Needless to say, the website that is being presented at this dealership for this particular vehicle is misleading and misrepresented. Friendly you can do better.
Everything was great other then the service manager speaking to me like a child. When he called me to tell me my car was done and that I didn’t need brakes or rotors yet, he went on and on. He must have said “I don’t want to insult you”, 100 times. I wasn’t insulted but I was annoyed. I even asked him to stop saying that and just move on and he kept doing it. Because I must be a dumb women? Annoying. It doesn’t really matter though because they do good, clean work.
I highly recommend Friendly Ford to anyone who is seeking a zero hassle car buying experience. I worked with Joe, one of the very down to earth employees on this Ford team. From helping me on my trade-in to getting a great deal on a low mileage Focus RS this car buying experience was refreshing. I didnt feel like anyone was trying to get one over on me and the entire process was seamless. Brian was more than accommodating assisting with the financials and even suggested multiple warranty packages according to the cars specific features. Within 2 days of pick up I received a follow up call from Joe just to check up on how the car was. Two thumbs up...10/10
Can’t say anything regarding their service dept., but I wouldn’t recommend dealing with their Sales Department.Had a less than professional experience when attempting to buy a new very expensive factory ordered Transit Van.Won’t go into details, but will not use or recommend to friends and family Friendly for any further auto purchases be it Ford, Honda, ...
Just picked up our 3rd purchase from friendly ford...Joe Catalano was our salesman each time and we would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to purchase new or used. He knows the vehicles well!Eddie Finn, the sales manager, was honest and great to work with! Brian in finance, also great to work with, finalized the transaction smoothly and quickly. All were very knowledgeable, not pushy, professional, and are truly friendly! The staff seems to work as a seamless team! We will happily continue to be a friendly ford customer as the need for a vehicle arises throughout the years!
Over the last couple of years between our business and personal vehicles we have chosen Friendly Ford simply due to their service and customer relationship they value to maintain. No pressure sales process, works within budget and genuinely wants to earn each vehicle as if it was your first time. Bobby, Lou and Brian have all shown that they value our business and means to keep it, and for that we would highly recommend for any one looking for a vehicle.
I went in to test drive the Ford Edge, referred to the dealership by a coworker. My salesman Brian did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership also works as team. I had some concerns while trying to commit to the car.Brian wasnt available that day and another salesman, Lou, stepped in and answered my questions. The next day I heard from Eddie, the manager, who assured me they wanted a satisfied customer. We spoke for quite some time. This was a big purchase for me and they all made it a good experience.Theres a Ford dealership 10 minutes from my house, yet I traveled 5 times that to Friendly Ford and I have no regrets.PS: I love my new car!
I purchased my vehicle here and had it serviced. In both circumstances I received some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. They made buying a vehicle as painless as possible and assisted with every step of the process to make sure I was satisfied. Service Department is great. They are thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend Friendly Ford to everyone looking for a new vehicle.
I LOVE Friendly Ford SALES department! I’ve bought 3 cars there and each time my salesman and the finance department especially Stephen and Brian are beyond amazing. They CARE about their customer not just the sale. I have referred SO MANY people to them to buy a car knowing they will be taken care of. My BARELY 2 stars is for the atrocity they call a SERVICE department. They are horrendous. From their inability to manage appointment times, the rudeness of their staff, the mixed messages you get to having to literally badger them with calls because you can never get anyone to call you back. It’s a HOT MESS! We only go back because our cars are under warranty- but when they are not we will never bring a car there EVER. Denise needs to go to customer service school- or at the very least learn how to speak to people without her passive aggressive- condescending attitude. I own a public relations firm and I would be horrified if my clients did all the RIGHT things - going out of their way for new clients only to have their service department repel all that hard work. It’s a shame and management should address these issues because I am far from the only one who feels this way. Never again- I’m taking my business anywhere else.
I’ve been using Friendly Ford’s service department for regular maintenance since I purchased my vehicle in 2016. I’m always happy with the service department. They are polite, friendly and have never tried to upsell me on a single thing. They complete my car’s maintenance in good time, and explain everything before and after the work is done.
Great dealership that lived up to their name. After shopping around and dealing with other dealerships that just didn’t want to make a deal friendly ford was the exact opposite. Joe was great and very upfront with everything and had no pressure to buy. Great job friendly ford!
Very clean and friendly place. Salesmen were not pushy and very helpful. Answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. Buying process was Very smooth and free of stress. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
I was there on 8/3/2021 I needed a Oil change, and a Inspection, tires rotated. When I purchased the 2016 Ford Explorer 4 wd, sport model, in August of last year the sales men gave a plastic card. My Friendly Rewards card. He told me my first Oil change, and Inspection would be free. The women at the service counter, Lauren said no we dont do that, when you have work done, you get points on the card. In your waiting room it states your first Inspection is free, she said no. So I think the Salesmen should stop telling intensives, that are not true, just so they can sell a vehicle. Also the miss leading sign in your waiting room should be taken down. Not to pleased, for a Friendly in your name your company contradicts itself. Should be not so friendly and confusing Ford Company.
My experience with Friendly Ford was fantastic! I knew what I wanted and had an idea of what my trade-in was worth. These folks met me at the exact numbers I was looking for right on the first try. Dan, my salesman, was very personable and took the time to show me everything about the vehicle, and answer every question I had. Everyone was very friendly as the name suggests. They were open, transparent, and communicative about the whole process. 10/10 would recommend, would buy from again!
I had an excellent experience at friendly ford. So great that 2 days later my wife went in and had an awesome experience and also got a car. They listened to what We wanted with no hassle. Our salesman Dan Burger listens and finds what you need. Jay Samuels the sales manager another great experience with him as well right down to the Jeff in finance. I’ve bought many cars over the years and this was the best experience I have ever had!!
I decided to check out Friendly Ford after a very disappointing experience at the dealership I have been using for the past 10 years. I walked in and saw smiles and staff that was willing to help me make the best decision. My salesman was Doug who worked with me to find the perfect new vehicle. Doug was super friendly and wanted to make me feel at home. I also had the pleasure of working with the sales manager Eddie who kept checking on and the process. The finance guy was also super helpful and friendly (I do not remember his name) I am now officially a friendly Ford buyer. Thank you guys for everything and Im in love with my new 2019 Escape SEL. Thank you!!!! Keep up the great work guys.
This place is amazing. We got a great deal on my Ford Escape titanium last year and I decided I wanted to get my oil changed and a NYS inspection hereFor the record they have great prices on a synthetic oil change with a free tire rotation. Theyre way cheaper than going to a valvoline or jiffy lube! They even send coupons if you need it.I guess the oil change and inspection took longer than it was supposed to and because of the inconvenience they are not charging me! Wow! Ive never had such great customer service before. The gentleman apologized for taking so long. I guess the technician took longer on another job.By the way....I traded in my minivan and got this Ford Escape and I absolutely love love love it! Definitely buy American and buy your vehicle hereAll in all I would highly recommend this place. Buy a vehicle here and they will treat you right!
It’s hard to find a dealership that is great with both sales and service. I’m still in search of one. When your dealership preforms a safety recall on your vehicle, you shouldn’t find ”leftover” parts in the vehicle. When you bring those parts to the service advisors attention, he should investigate it further and not tell you they were no longer needed. You shouldn’t have to look up the recall procedure yourself to find out where the “leftover” part should’ve been installed. They are Friendly and affordable, they just need to be more accurate with what they’re telling you.
Friendly staff. But they definitely try and get you to do more service than needed. Unhappy with that suggestion I Brought my vehicle to a different Ford dealership and they even said “the service they (Friendly) recommended doesn’t appear to be needed “. At least some dealers are truthful.
I went in for a routine oil change, from scheduling the appointment to getting it done, the staff was very efficient! Everyone is truly so helpful and kind. I’ve never been to a dealership where everyone is so smiley and happy to help. A wonderful experience overall and I will be returning!
Friendly Ford goes above and beyond to make the car buying experience nothing shy of amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Sheedy (sales) and Eddie Finn (sales manager). Brain and Eddie were understanding, made me feel comfortable and assisted me every step of the way. The whole experience was wonderful. The finance department did a great job. The process was fast and there was no pressure. Definitely recommending to family and friends. You now have one loyal customer.
I cannot say enough about our very recent experience with the team at Friendly Ford and most specifically Fred Dunning.Purchasing a vehicle, at least for me, is always a blend of excitement with some measure of anxiety. Buying an automobile is, after all, a large scale investment that involves a good amount of paperwork (insurance, DMV, financing). Fred glided us through all of this ease and, during the pandemic!Friendly Ford deserves a second 5-star rating for their adherence to all CDC required and recommended protocols for ensuring public health and safety.Thank you Fred!

2022-02-10My husband and I purchased two new Bronco Sports. We traded in two cars also. We are so pleased with the whole experience. From start to finish we loved every second. Andrew Torres and Dave Mayersohn were our sales team, we can not say enough wonderful things about them. They were so knowledgeable and on their game. We really felt like they were on our side when it came to getting the trade in price we wanted. We did not want to leave at the end of the day. The lady at the front desk was fabulous also. We always dealt with Friendly Honda in the past, they can not hold a candle to Friendly Ford. Friendly Ford is the greatest experience buying new cars and trading in that we have ever had. Every single person there was fabulous. We are so happy we have found a new home. I would recommend it to everyone. We are so happy!

2022-02-25As always… professional excellence each and every time I visit the dealership. In fact, despite the fact that I’ve had Such a plethora of problems with my current 2017 Ford Escape… and almost went back to my Toyota owning days… the service crew at Friendly Ford won me over. Robert Kanthak diagnosed and fixed all problems with my Escape in an efficient and effective manner. His expertise is bar none. In fact, I now love my Escape so much (because it’s fully operational) that I’ve convinced several friends to buy either an Escape or an Edge.I also decided to buy my Second Ford SUV, because I am that happy with the professionalism, reliability and know-how of the Friendly Ford Service Department. (I just purchased a fully loaded Ford Edge.) As long as the service crew remains the same at Friendly Ford, I will remain a loyal Ford patron. It is beyond rare to find such valuable staff. Job well done, Friendly Ford.

2022-01-14Everyone at Friendly Ford has been very pleasant and helpful to work with. I have NO complaints and have worked with their sales, parts, and service departments. Went in for an oil change on Tuesday afternoon, walked out having ordered running bars for my truck and picked them up the following morning.

2022-04-27My experience with Friendly Ford has been exceptional. Buying a new car in the current time is stressful and not easy but the staff was so helpful and friendly. When other dealers are selling over MSRP they did NOT. I also highly recommend the service agreement Friendly offers, it is more than worth the money. 2022-04-19From start to finish my experience with Lou at Ford was excellent, I had an appointment and I was greeted as if I was the most valued customer. Lou took his time to tell me about the car and ensure it walked away with all the info I needed to make a decision. I purchase a 2022 Explorer and picking up the car was another experience of excellent service, Lou made sure he went over all details and operations of the vehicle. I walked away feeling valued and that I had made the right choice. I would definitely recommend Ford and please go see Lou tell I send you 😆 🤣

2022-04-14Friendly Ford is the best Ford dealership I have done business with. I have been a customer there for 7 years and never had a problem. My Ford Escape is 7 years old and it still runs great thank God, do to the fine work at Friendly Ford. I highly recommend this dealership to others. There’s no other place to buy a Ford than Friendly Ford.

2022-01-19Friendly Ford lives up to its name. The staff are polite and absolutely Friendly! Our family, both wifes and mine own, has bought a total of 6 cars from them over the years. Each car has kept us safe, and has been a true joy to drive!

2022-04-01Easy to get an appointment, very friendly and courteous staff, job was done right and the price was fair for a dealership. My only complaint is I wish they would of scheduled me earlier in the morning so I wouldnt of had to wait while the mechanic had his lunch.Overall I was very satisfied.

2022-06-24Went in for an oil change and was out within 45 minutes!! I was very impressed. Also, Id like to give special recognition to the new kid on the block Sebastian!! He was very attentive, courteous, and personable. He also takes his job very seriously but in a good way!!
