AMAZING LITTLE SHOP right off the Morgan L
I love everything this shop as to offer! I am a frequent shopper. I love coming here for gifts, the clothes are awesome and I always end up walking out with some great finds! However, I do have to say every time I am in the store I feel as if I am being racially profiled. Every time I shop, MULTIPLE sales associates are only ever asking me if I need help, or if I want them to hold my items behind the register, or following me around the store. No other customers have been treated the way I have whenever I am in the store. I tried again last week to give it one last shot and again, the same issue. I have spent so much money at this establishment only to be treated unfairly. I dont think I will be returning anymore.
Stopped by here the other day, I didn’t have time to do more than browse but I loved the selection and prices. Super cute jewelry as well. Need to come back for a real shopping trip!!
I wish I could purchase everything in this store. It has many creative knick knacks, that complement any wardrobe and hobbyist. I purchased a patch to sow on clothing, good quality hoop earrings, multiple rings, Drake lighter, some Tarot card materials and a few other small items. Despite one of my moon rings breaking, the staff generously refunded me the full amount. Staff is friendly. I enjoyed the music as well. Wish the reception was better, I was Snapchatting like crazy but couldnt send.
This was the friendliest store I have ever entered, they really live up to the name! All of their items were so cute and overpriced, just like a quirky urban outfitters. I would suggest shopping here but only if you have the funds. even though I didnt, browsing was an adventure.
Great one stop shop for gifts! I was in the neighborhood and in much need of something unique to add to my gift bag. Friends NYC had everything you could want from t-shirts to jewelry. I ended up grabbing a mix of fun items including really cool pieces of jewelry. Tip: They can sign you up for a rewards program which will give you a discount over time.Conveniently located next to the Morgan L stop and close to a few local shops and a market across the street.
Really fun eclectic shop, attentive staff, wide range of boho chic apparel and accessories, both vintage and new in a wide price range. About 3/4 dedicated to women and a small corner for men. Conveniently located a quick block from the L train Morgan Ave. stop.
Great selection of gifts typical of Bushwick and a decent vintage selection. Nice array of accessories, especially socks and sunnies. Prices are always lower than expected.
Stopped by on my way from work to pick up a few gifts for my wife. Great spot. Lots of unique stuff she loves. Found a great dress for her and some interesting posters/wall art.

2021-08-21As a small shop consisting largely of small gifts and home goods, Friends offers a lot for those looking for a store with hipster flair. In pair with gifts, a small section of used apparel is also available. The staff is friendly and welcoming to all, with items being affordable!

2020-08-04Typical L train trip to Bushwick.. started at the larger thrift shops, got totally overwhelmed, and then stumbled into this gem. Just the right amount of inventory, impeccably organized, and well priced! Perfect boutique with a little bit of everything. Snatched a cute shmmer dress and earrings.

2021-08-14I was really looking forward to my purchase from this little shop (ordered online since I’m unable to go in person. My purchased item was around $100 dollars, however the item I received was a completely different color/look to the item that I purchased and how it was advertised. If the product indicated their were to color possibilities or had an option two pick one that would be one thing. However, it only indicated it came in one color which is the purpose I bought it only to get an opposite color. I emailed them twice about this matter a week or two ago and received no response. Be weary of purchasing online as some of their products may be wrongly advertised.

The staff is friendly and responsive, the clothes (both new & gently used) and accessories are super cute, great quality and reasonably priced, and the stores owners have cultivated such a specific and fun aesthetic that I truly love. Highly recommended!

2019-11-26I love this place so much. The staff are absolute queens. They put on awesome events like flash tattoos, and tarot, and wine, etc etc all of the good stuff. I buy from them on Instagram all of the time (They make it so easy) and I stop in legit every time when I’m back in Brooklyn because I miss it when I’m gone. 5/5 stars will stan this place til I’m dead.
