3rd vehicle coming from Fuccillo but this experience beats all the rest. Chris was by far my favorite. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs was amazing. I was a bit picky and things got a little tricky but he pulled through for me. The team here is definitely A-1.
Nice sales staff (relatively speaking of course). I’ve had both great experience buying cars here and horrible experience with the service department. Both on multiple occasions.Edit for a new experience.April 2022, went to Fuccillo to price out a new truck for my wife and found a $5,000 scarcity up-charge on a new Tahoe. Now, that’s not uncommon today but when I inquired about ordering a new one as I get employee pricing to avoid the up charge I was told they weren’t honoring employees discounts for the foreseeable future. I just went to Bob Johnson Chevrolet in Rochester and got the price I was looking for. Thanks for nothing Fuccilo. I live there miles from the grand island store and it’ll be a very long time before you see my family again.
Was in search of a newer vehicle as my old car was climbing in miles and I do a lot of driving with two young kids .. Reached out to family friend over here at Fuccillo Chevrolet Ronnie and his partner Kollin made this purchase as easy as it can be in these trying times of buying . After searching for a vehicle for over a year. Playing the field & getting played with 5 other dealerships.I had very specific expectations on what I wanted in my new truck. After being a Silverado owner for the past 14 years , I loved my 2012. Ronnie, Emily , Mike & Brittany went above and beyond, we felt like family. The pressure of buying a vehicle is hard to offset. I never felt forced into buying a truck through anyone at Fuccillo. 5 stars is not a high enough rating.
I had an amazing experience which started at Toyota, because I was determined to come home with a Tundra. However, when Trevon Smith at Toyota told me what they had coming in, cause they had none in stock, and how long it was going to take, I simply said, well looks like Im going next door. So he came with us and I fell in love with the 2022 Chevy Silverado. With the help of Chris Elliot, who was also awesome, I drove home that Silverado! The GM Ronnie, and Brittany in Finance were absolutely amazing. Ive been with Fuccillo for over 12 years now, this is vehicle number four, yet this is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had, they all made my experience so very pleasant and absolutely stress free. I can honestly say thats never happened before.They all deserve a huge pat on the back of nothing else.
It was wonderful! Emily, Ricardo and Sean were a huge help! Kind, helpful, efficient, and understanding. They went above and beyond! I appreciated being able to communicate via text and when I called they almost always answered or called right back. Ricardo came in twice on his day off to work around our busy schedules! Thisitime I had a very nice service man to service my car. In the past not so good and now that my free oil changes are up I will find anew dealership Every time I have called to make a appointmenty no one calls me back. Plus they tell I never called.. So I guess they are calling me LIER. And You Have not fixed the PROBLUM I have with a very bad smell in my . It is worse the year than last year.Iwnt to bring it back in but no one will take my calls.
Ricardo A Humphrey, after alleged talk with manager, offered mere $1000 for our sons car. We got $4000 at another dealership. He wanted to know more about my husband job and finance securing future sale than about car we wanted to sell. CHEAP!! FALSE advertising . Such GREED!!
I dont like the fact that I was lied to but shame on me for believing your staff. I should have read everything and not believe your staff. I was told I would have bumper to bumper for 6 years my paperwork says only 2 years. Will not recommend you unless I get what I was told 6 years bumper to bumper.
I only go to this dealership! They always work with you and for you! They go out of their way, above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction ALL the time! They explained everything but made the process so fast and efficient for my busy schedule! I even forgot my ezpass and chris personally delivered it to me! You’re their number one priority even when they already got the sale. Thank you Chris and eddy and everyone else who helped in the process!

Went to dealer to purchase new Silverado 2500hd come to find out dealer is adding 5000 dollars to MSRP price and wouldn’t accept my GM employee discount . I have bought 8 new pick up over last 25 years and never been that disrespected to my GM loyalty. Very shady practice for a big dealership, I will never return or recommend any to Fuccillo Chevy
Literally the SMOOTHEST car buying experience ever. And this wasn’t my first rodeo. From start to finish, it was seamless and in today’s market that isn’t easy to come by! Everyone was so personable and friendly. I felt like I was just with friends! Emily was amazing! So available and accommodating. Sweetest person ever. Mike was wonderful as well, and made miracles happen 😂. 10/10 recommend fuccillo and these guys especially!
I was greeted with a friendly smile as I pulled in. They offered me a rental car in the event that my truck needed work that required an overnight stay. I was contacted and picked up when my truck was finished. The employees were all great to deal with. Highly recommended!

Transmission went out on are car and its covered under warranty but they said it. Wasnt covered under warranty and my mom was stranding on the side of the road and they wont even cover the tow then called a different dealership gave me a number for a tow and said it was covered under warranty...
I came in looking for a decent pick up. Had two trucks to trade in as a down payment. Talked to Emily she was amazing she worked really hard to get me into my shiney new Chevy. I had an excellent experience at Fuccillo Chevrolet of Grand Island! The facilities were spotless, the bathroom was immaculate, and I felt like I was treated like a queen! I was thankful to have Dylan M. as our salesman. He was patient, thorough, and helpful! He explained everything very well, was very enthusiastic about his job, and made me feel good about my purchase! While we had wait times, he would come back to update us on where we were in the paperwork process, etc. I especially appreciated that. On the Sunday I purchased my car, I wanted one in a specific color that they did not have on the lot. He ended up going to a nearby dealer the next day during a snow squall to get a car in the color I want, then sent me video footage of this endeavor, which made me laugh but appreciate all the extra effort! He was GREAT at communicating, not just at the facility, but via text as well to keep me updated on the paperwork and remind me what to send him. Everything was done for me, too regarding the insurance calls, registration, license plate, etc. I couldnt have asked for a better experience thanks to Dylan. I was scared to get a new car, but now I love it and was so happy with this dealership! I did not feel like I was getting swindled by a car salesman, I felt like a friend was advising me what to purchase. Dylan is SO good, the guys I brought with me requested his business card. They said theyve been to dealers with shady salesman, and noticed Dylan is not one, so they wanted his contact info to recommend to other members in the community! Dylan is EXCELLENT at what he does, and you can tell he has a passion for it. Thank you, again!
We went to Fuccillo mostly just to look into replacing my car but without a firm desire to buy a new car. Kollin was attentive and was not pushy at all. He showed us options and helped us decide which was best for us. He listened to what we wanted and helped us fond a car that fit our needs. We are very pleased with our experience.

Being a woman and looking to purchase a full size truck I have dealt with several rude and ignorant salesmen so it was so nice to work with someone who doesnt have any preconceived opinions of who should drive what vehicle. Saleswoman was distracted (texting constantly) and seemed annoyed throughout the entire process, she also made up technical details about the car to make it seem like she knew what she was talking about.The cherry on top though - I expressed concern about buying a car in July with snow tires on it and that I wanted a set of all season tires mounted on the car. After she spoke with her manager about it, she came back and said believe it or not, those arent actually snow tires!...The tires in question are SUMITOMO ICE EDGE snow tires. After some backpedaling and more trips to see the manager, she finally agreed that they are snow tires, but you can run them year round, or if you want all seasons, youre better off buying the car with the snows on it since thats a $1000 set of tires and all seasons are much cheaper.After another hour of making up technology that doesnt exist and empty promises about being able to pull some strings with a bank and get us 2 points lower than prime, we finally walked away and found a much more honest and friendly salesperson at another dealer.I get it, this saleswoman was very young and everyone has to start somewhere. But spend a little more time training and mentoring your younger staff so they dont scare away good customers.
Car shopping has always been a nightmare. My experience this week with Fuccillo Chevrolet has been, by far, THE BEST experience ever. Austin, our salesman went out of his way to be completely transparent with any questions or concerns. The team worked so well together in order meet our needed in order to make this purchase. Ryan was wonderful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. I did put down a deposit for for vehicle, but have not yet finalized a purchase. (Update I bought it.. and I couldnt be happier) I believe I am waiting on the lenders at the moment to approve, and was promised a call back around noon today. (Thanks Dan) I got approved for financing!I really appreciated all of Ryans help! He was so very patient, and polite. What luck to have such an amazing team member. Great experience as usual. I made the appointment through my app and everything i asked for was addressed and taken care of. There was a delay in getting my snow tires from another and they gave free loaner car to avoid inconvenience - which was really great. I just really appreciate the forthrightness and the attention to detail. Really good experience.

Previous experiences with the Fuccillo team was less than desirable. So when we went there this time, we were expecting the same treatment. We were pleasantly surprised by the changes. Hassle free process. Christopher met me at the door literally w/open arms and a huge smile!! The deal went through w/o any glitches and it was the easiest car buying process I have ever been a part of!! Great place and I will be returning for future purchases!!👍🏾👍🏾*Update*. Realized that I did not have insurance papers upon delivery, I asked Christopher where they were and he brushed it off as not important . I had to go print out my own at FedEx. Also, I wanted to cancel the additional warranties I purchased the next day, I tried calling Dan, the finance manager and was completely ignored for days. I didn’t receive the 2nd key fob and was told I would have it the next day, as of 2/11/21, I still haven’t received it. I bought the vehicle over a week ago. I had to contact the manager Eddie Acosta to get answers. When I was in the market to buy a car, I was contacted w/o any delay, but the experience after was horrific!! I am very displeased!! I feel that the follow up should be just as important as the initial car buying experience. I felt that once I bought the car, I wasn’t as valued as a customer who was inquiring about buying. I don’t think I would go there for another vehicle purchase. #Disappointed*Update 2/22/21* I would like to thank the General Manager Ronnie Mansour for going out of his way to make sure that all of my issues were addressed and handled in a professional & timely manner. I went to buy a suv and ended up working with Kollin Johannesen. He was easy goung not pushy. Understanding of my situation and always helpful. I will be going back to him in the future for any car i buy. He and the rwst of the staff made everything clear and easy and where 100 percent professional ..... Update. I have had my car in the shop 3 times in three months. So disappointed in the lemon i bought and now im stuck wirh it. Was supposed to have a call from mike the sales manager for a week about a loner and nothing. I feel.like once u get the car off the lot the fun family feeling ends
In the past, purchasing a vehicle has seemed overwhelming, anxiety provoking and a huge time consuming process. Doing business with Fuccillo was just the opposite! This was far from your typical car buying experience. We weren’t met with consistent back and forth price haggling or felt as if our sales associate wasn’t keeping our best interests in mind. Instead, we were listened to and given amazing time to consider our options without any overwhelming pressure to decide. We worked specifically with Ronnie Mansour and his associate Brandon. Both went above and beyond our expectations. We can’t recommend them enough and plan on returning for every car we purchase in the future. Just purchased my brand new 2021 Chevy Malibu LT - Redline edition from here. Great experience. Brian Nelson assisted me with the purchase and he made the whole process easy from start to finish. Constantly kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions when I had them. I came in knowing what I wanted and they went above and beyond to make it a reality. Daniel Luppens was also able to get my monthly payments lower and obtained the best deal they could for me to my surprise. I would Highly recommend stopping in here if you are looking into buying a new car. I have had bad experiences with other dealers and had to deal with all the games and tricks. I was relieved to not have to deal with that here and had a great experience.
My 2013 Avalanche started making strange noises in the front end on a Friday evening. I thought perhaps a hub had gone bad so I took it to the service department on a Saturday morning. Its a good thing I had that option as I was scheduled to take the truck on a road trip on Tuesday. The Service Advisor was personable and professional and said theyd look at the issue directly. He called me within the hour and said the technician had diagnosed the issue as a bad hub as I thought. He called me back a short time later and said it was not the hub but an issue with the lug bolts. The previous owner had replaced the OEM lug nuts with aftermarket ones and some had come loose and others had rusted to the point of being unserviceable. The advisor had located new OEM nuts and put them on with my permission. Unfortunately, these OEM nuts were $11+ each and the set was over $260 plus approximately a $100+ labor charge. Understand that I was in a pinch and needed it fixed or I would have gone to the local parts store, bought aftermarket OEM nuts for $45 and saved approximately $200. Overall good service, good repair but horrible pricing. Use a dealer and pay dealer pricing is the rule.
I bought my vehicle a year ago, but moved out of state shortly thereafter. I returned to visit some friends, and was curious if my free oil change was still valid. My salesman Bob Fadeley booked me for an oil change the following day, which was excellent due to my short stay in the area. My only criticism would be that my appointment was at 2:15 and I did not get my vehicle back until after 4. Seems maybe they were overbooked? Overall experience with Fuccillo has been excellent.
Ronnie Mansour, Mayla Rose, and Dylan Morrisette are by far the best people I ever dealt with throughout the buying process at a new car dealership and I’ve bought a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of people through the years! They make you feel like you are their number one priority! My only hope is that they are still at Fuccillo Chevrolet of Grand Island when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle!
Arrived half hour early for oil change appointment. Service tech had opening and took my vehicle right away. Wanted to buy snow tires for my 2020 Trax. Service Associate was extremely helpful. He got me a good price on tires and filled out the rebait form. He arranged for me to use a loaner until my vehicle was ready. Vehicle was ready an hour sooner than expected time. Good experience all around.
Eddie Acosta was incredibly helpful in working with me to find the right price! I was treated by the sales representatives at Fuccillo grand island as if I were a member of their family. I felt heard, respected, and acknowledged by everyone who was helping me. Next time someone I know is looking for a vehicle I will be sure to tell them of my experience. Even after I purchased the vehicle, Rayan Rahman called twice to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and to even wish me a happy birthday! I had a wonderful experience at Fucillo Grand Island with Brian Neldon. Brian Nelson was exceptional in his service to me and my mother. He Made sure me and my mother were ok several times. He brought us water and gave us a token to the food truck outside. He asked all the right questionsso that he could narrow down my search for a prospective vehicle. If he didnt have the answer he was more than eager to find the answer for me. He brought a vehicle to me to look at that I didnt even know I wanted. He took his time to tell and show me how to use all the features in my new vehicle. He went the extra mile to make me and my mother feel like we were VIP customers. I dont even know if there is such a thing at Fucillo but Brian made us feel that way. I felt like I could trust Brian and that he had the best interest of everybody at heart. What a great group for a sales team. Can say enough good things about this dealership.
I came into Fuccillo in major distress being that my van died literally on Mother’s Day. Kollin was the person who greeted me when I came in and had def been a huge comfort and support during this stressful, emergent, car buying situation. He made everything as smooth and easy as possible making sure I was happy and comfortable with every decision I made. Even taking my questions, and texts on his day off! He promised me he’d make sure he would help me any way he could and he absolutely stayed true to that promise! Fuccillo has the greatest service....the sales staff are very friendly...i got my dream new car!!!!!!!!! I never thought it would be possible as i was in a tough spot with my current vehicle and not the greatest position credit wise...but they treated me like i was a 900 credit score and catered to me and was very thorough....Thank you Ronnie, Eddie, Jerrica and the entire staff!!!!! I was a first time car buyer absolutely had the worst experience getting a vehicle ever .I was made to sign the 1st contract than back the next day to sign another contract ,now altogether they want to take me off the contract and make me sign another new contract .Also with the threats of coming to take my vehicle Because they did not hold up the their end of this deal they did not do their homework. I sold my car to get into this truck ,Explained to them thoroughly that I am trying to get my credit back on track but apparently they didnt hear any of that and just seen the dollar signs From the large downpayment I put down. If I end up keeping the vehicle I will not give them any more of my money and have that vehicle service elsewhere I would also not recommend them to anybody I know for their shady dealings.
Had a great experience with saleman Kollin. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He answered all my questions and was very polite with my husband and myself. Look him up when you need a new vehicle.! I love my new equinox with all the updates and especially the heated seats for our cold weather!

Although, my boyfriend and I decided not to buy a vehicle at this time, we will be going back to Fuccillo. Crystal helped me with questions, even after hours (through my mom) and she truly cares about everyone who calls or walks in the door. Although she would have referred us to someone else, I know they would have treated me the same way. I highly recommend Fuccillo sales department. Keep hiring these amazing people who truly care about their customers and dont try to push them to something they do not want.
Overall, had a very good experience. It was a pleasure working with salesman, Peter VanRooy. He was very knowledgeable. What he wasn’t sure of, he looked up on the computer to be sure to give us the correct answer. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Also the woman who sold us the warranties was very knowledgeable and very personable.

I am not a car person so I appreciate Fuccillo for helping me each step of the way. Ronnie sold me my 2013 Impala back in 2015 and I have had no issues with the used car. Also the service desk is great with oil changes, inspections and tire rotations. I called at 8am and had an appointment by 10am. Steve of the service team was extremely friendly and helpful. I plan on making my next purchase at Fuccillo due to my last 4 years of good experiences with the dealership.

I have to say that the two men working in the service area are to be commended for the gracious way they handled my appointment that apparently they were never told about. I made my appointment online and was also sent two confirmations for my appointment. When I walked in they had no idea I was coming in and were very close to closing. They both said its not a problem and were more than happy to take care of my vehicle. If more businesses had people like this working for them it would be wonderful! Truly made my day.
The staff here was amazing! We came to test drive a few cars, and told them that we didnt want to buy anything today. They were very helpful, and not pushy at all, and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a car from them later that night, because it truly was the best deal we found for what we were looking for. I was looking for a car because I got in an accident last week. Made an appt for an oil change and inspection for a 2019 vehicle. Showed up to appt on time. I was told it would be a little over an hour. Fine. 2 hours later I went to ask how much longer. I was told it would be a few more minutes and the service gentlemen looked irritated at my approach. 2 and a half hours later still in the waiting room irritated enough to write this review. That will teach me. Never again

Peter van Rooy was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining some of the features of the Equinox that i had heard of but wasnt really familiar with ie. Auto engine stop, lane assist and following distance systems. It had been a long time since a salesman had pulled the car up and opened all the doors, hood and trunk to show off the car prior to the test drive. Very easy man to work with that made the experience a pleasure.
What a joke of a car dealership.On Thursday we contacted them to buy a truck that they said they would dealer trade for, Mike the sales manager said it was ours if we started the paperwork, ran our credit & put money down on it, done...we confirmed with Mike that everything was good to go & the truck was ours (we wanted to make sure we got the truck by Monday to get this months incentives)-he said yup, we just need to get the truck here to finish the paperwork. Friday, we didnt hear anything from them. After Mike would not return our calls, we get into contact with Chris to figure out whats going on, Mike has him tell us oh that truck was sold already. Livid at this point, we call the other dealership & ended up talking to the salesmen who sold it who said yeah it was sitting on the lot & someone came in & bought it Friday....after we put money down for it on THURSDAY. Chris told us we would hear from someone about the situation Saturday, of course no one calls. We call & talk to Mike who said I texted the other dealership Thursday & they didnt get back to me till Friday, I guess that truck was sold in transit, I didnt know that (which the actual dealership told us was not the case - and why wasnt he trying to get the truck as quickly as possible so we could buy it by Monday?) & that he never guaranteed us the truck, its normal practice to run customers credit (which he said it will ONLY lower your score by like 3 points, no big deal), take a down payment & tell them the truck is theirs WITHOUT CONFIRMING THAT THE VEHICLE IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE with the other dealer. He gave us the round about how it wasnt his fault, and basically we never should have thought it was a done deal, even with the down payment & credit check...SHADY. The only decent part was Crystal, she was amazing to work with, it seems like she actually cares about their customers and was on top of things.

I purchased a used Durango in the midst of the COVID shutdown from Fuccillo and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Despite staying 6 ft apart during paper signing the process leading up to it was amazing. From the second I showed interest online, a representative was there with me. Everyone made sure my paperwork was in check and that I was satisfied with the process.
There is a young man named Kollin there that defines what a buying experience should be like... honest, no hassle, polite, enjoyable, and communicated well with no surprises! Wife loves her new ride, and Id strongly encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle to stop by and see Kollin(and manager Ronnie!).. they will treat you RIGHT!
Bought my awesome 18 Chevy Colorado 4x4 from here this past October. My second purchase of a brand new vehicle from there. The sales team and financial reps were great. I actually have a close friend who is a sales rep at another dealership, so I know a lot of the automobile protocol when buying a new vehicle. If you are a die-hard Chevy fan like me, this is the place to at least have a look. The selection is excellent as well as the staff.
Peter Van Rooy and Mike Payne where excellent throughout my purchase of a 2020 C8 Corvette. It was a long process due to factory shutdowns because COVID, but Mike kept me updated and even went the extra mile to accomdate my requests. Peter had everything ready to go when picking up the car and even drove to my house to deliver some extra service items. Fucillo stuck to their end and did not include hidden fees, which some Corvette dealers have been doing. Great experience, would highly recommend Fucillo and Chevrolet. The C8 is awesome too.
This dealership is incredibly dishonest and I feel purposefully incompetent. They willing deceive and fail to follow through on what they say they will do. I was told my credit was not good enough and would need a co-owner. My friend agreed and they put the loan AND REGISTRATION in her name. I have no ownership interest in the vehicle and cant register it in another state Ive moved to. When I went back to seek relief they sent one of their goons out telling me their commitments were only good for 90 days to protect the customer. The price of my vehicle and its monthly payment continued to go up through my application process. Owner Fuccillo on TV ads told audience all 2011 Chevy Impalas were one price ($11,999) no matter what kind of roof they had. My roof suddenly became $1,000 more costly. Finally $11,999 sale price ended up over $14,000. Stay away. Dont sign anything. Shop for better prices and more reputable dealerships.
Melissa was incredibly friendly and helpful, got me into the used Chevy Trax I was hoping to find. The showroom is clean and bright, the selection amazing, and everyone was helpful. None of the games that so often are a part of being a car buyer. Just great prices, great service, and a great experience.

My experience went from sweet to sour when i 1st arrived at the dealer I was just standing looking around waiting to be greeted and I had an appointment. I was finally approached by someone was setup with a salesman he was great. Moving I got approved for a vehicle with a co- signer made a down payment after a month of having the vehicle I got a call telling me the bank pull the loan back the car was never even registered with the dmv alot of miscommunication. I was very upset very unprofessional they feed me some bs I would never do business with them or the bank xter
Stopped by for the first time today. Facility was clean and the salesman was nice but the price they quoted me for a lease was significantly higher than what Paddock or Cecconi offered. I would honestly never get a car anywhere else!!!!! I always tell people looking for a car to go to Fuccillo! Here is the thing this is my 4th car from them each a Chevy! The three previous times I was in a much better situation! This time I was in a horrible place with a lot of credit issues to overcome! Not that Im a bad person but my now ex wife left me and our son and my credit hit the rocks because my son comes first! I was honest with the salesman and he was honest with me! He treated me for the person I was and didnt sugar coat anything! Made me feel very welcomed and hopeful! I came in for a used car and he and the manager told me to go new as I had substantial money to put down and it would be easier to help me with a new car! They had me test drive a very nice Chevy sonic which far exceeded any expectation I had coming in! Both the salesman and the manager put the numbers together and got me in a price range I was comfortable with! Then The finance manager met with me and explained what was going on! In less than an hour and a half I had a new car which was nicer then even the two previous new cars I had purchased from them! They are a 5 star one of a kind place who always help and exceed in both quality and service! To me there is no other Chevy dealership! Further more the salesman, the manager, and the finance manager not only are assets to Fuccillo but to Chevy! They always shine the best light on Chevy! Help the customers in ways now one else can! Produce excellent deals and produce customers who will be with Chevy their entire life!!!! Hats off to all three of them, and hats off to Chevy for their quality vehicles and their innovative technology they put in their vehicles!!!!

2022-03-16Wonderful experience at Fuccillo Chevy. Was told to come here and ask for Bob F. He was great! COME HERE AND ASK FOR BOB F! (They are not paying me to say this). I will say that everybody working was friendly as well. Despite the market and inventory still being affected by COVID problems, they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out with my new vehicle in one afternoon. Bob was friendly, down to earth and up-front about everything. I knew I would be walking into a steeper lease payment given the times we live in. I already knew how to handle the Equinox, but Bob showed me all of the features that I wasn’t aware of in the 2022 model! I am thrilled with the service I received as well as my upgrade (I am coming from driving a 2009 Sonata, before that it was a 2003 Chevy). I hope I can continue to work with Bob in the future. My mother will be back this fall as her lease is up.

2022-05-01I went to Fuccillo Chevrolet today not really sure what to expect. I wasnt even sure I was going to get a car today. I drove away in a 2018 Chevy Malibu. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I dealt with an all female team that really knew their stuff. Everything was handled for me and very professionally. They even fed me lunch from a food truck!! Awesome, easy experience!! A special thanks to Mayla Rose for going above and beyond!!

She was in constant communication, answered all of my questions and when an issue arose with the radio she did everything to make sure I knew exactly what was going on while it was being serviced. He was able to sit down with me and answer all my questions, everything from the nitty gritty of price, to the make and model of the car I was thinking about. I’ve spent multiple hours with him but as a younger guy he was super professional and friendly. I ended up purchasing from earlier this week and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
