We had a great experience there a couple of weeks ago leasing a new Toyota. The customer service was outstanding! They gave us a very reasonable deal, with no pressure at all, and gave personal attention every step of the way. We will definitely be returning for future purchases or leases!
We recently purchased a new Toyota from Fuccillo Toyota in Grand Island. My salesman Allen Williams was awesome! Allen was professional, knowledgeable, and honestly the best auto salesman I have ever dealt with. Never thought Id buy a Chevy Silverado from a Toyota dealer, but Im glad I did. Found the truck online at a great price and just had to check it out. Allen was very helpful and professional through the process. Ai was able to offer me a great deal on a warranty plan. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
We just bought our first Truck and went to Fucillo!! We had such an amazing experience and the customer service is fantastic, they really do treat you like family. We are also so excited about the extended warranty and care package knowing their service department will be taking care of our new truck. They take care of our other car and everything is always done right and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Fucillo Toyota!!Update: we have added some personal touches to our taco which the service department helped us with! Loving the truck!
Had a fantastic experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Although I bought from out of state, they did everything in their power to make it a smooth and pain free purchase. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you need a car, buy from this dealership! You will not regret it. Also ask for Malik and Ai!
Extremely disappointed. Dropped my car off for service. Christian was great and respectful. But 2 weeks and almost $2500 later car was returned. The issue I went in for was not resolved. They told me if I had any issues I could come right back, so I did. They sent me home saying the car is safe to drive and to disregard the issue I’m having until they can have someone else look at it. This is after having my car for weeks already. They are not considerate of people’s personal lives. Asking me to go back and forth for something they allegedly took care of but did not.
I went to fucillo Toyota to trade in my car for a smaller one. Sarah was my salesperson and Ai was the finance guy. They were both phenomenal. Sarah got me into a smaller car and Ai did the financing. They had a great price, worked with me to get the monthly payment I wanted and got me in and out of there in no time. I highly recommend fucillo to anyone looking for a car. There whole team was fantastic from start to finish.
I purchased my first Toyota used but not at this dealership but I take it here because its close to me just a couple of miles and I want everything done right . Well Im very happy with my service so I come here every time I have a concern with my Toyota Highlander never been unhappy ever . Why I say this is because I can do the work myself if I needed to but I never got taken for I ride like telling me something is in need of repair etc.. so now I let them do all my service work because they have my trust. And they always do it in the same day as my appointment. And they give me discounts like 10- 20 % off with coupons they send me . Yeah I like fuccillo Toyota. So far so good.
I can not speak highly enough of the experience my wife and I had at Fuccillo Toyota. I had reservations about going through the dealership but they proved my concerns unfounded. Our sales rep, Malik, was kind, attentive, funny, genuine, thoughtful and caring through the entire process. There were some challenges with the vehicle we were there to look at and the GM, Tom Fogarty, truly bent over backwards to make sure we were accommodated and satisfied with the deal we worked out. I am honestly shocked at the level of care and commitment from the entire staff. While we went with our own financing, their finance manager was pleasant and easy going - Ai, presented us with a wide variety of options and worked to match the finance deal we had worked out elsewhere. I wouldn’t have hesitated to go with their offer if I didn’t have ours already finalized. I truly felt comfortable and confident with the vehicle we purchased. No doubt about it, I’d recommend them to anyone.
INCOMPETENT! Nice enough and accommodating but very incompetent. Too busy and take on too much, their service technicians don’t take the time to do the repairs correctly the first time so I inevitably take my vehicle back several times for the same issue before it is corrected. They don’t perform services that are requested causing a domino effect for other issues to occur! Had it in several times to correct the shaking in the steering wheel. First time they forgot but didn’t realize it until I got the vehicle back and noticed it was still happening. Second time they told me nothing was wrong because they couldn’t find anything. Now, a year later I take it to another dealer in another state only to find that it needed aligning and now my tires are unevenly worn! Was told by their master tech that they don’t have time to do warranty work correctly the first time because they only get paid a certain amount of time to do it. If they run out of time they leave it!! I WOULD NOT TRUST MY VEHICLE WITH THIS DEALER.
I like the service there the staff is great! And better than average price for oil change with full synthetic oil. OEM filters . Hell I cant do it myself for that and dont have to get dirty. Just call ahead get appointment your in and out within a hour most times and they top off everything. And rotate your tires cant beat that for 50.00 bucks.
3/10/21 I came to Fuccillo to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Very disappointing!!!! I was contacted by a sales representative after submitting a credit application. I told the lady my situation and she said yes we can work with you and get you into a vehicle. When I got there nobody knew I was coming, after I scheduled an appointment. After that instead of running the number with the financial salesmen and the bank they had me pick out a vehicle which I think is dumb why not make sure a person going to get approved for the vehicle first instead of wasting my time and their.
Purchased a 2019 tundra from them when I asked if it had two keys they said yes. After signing the paper work they admitted they only had one key and they must have lost the other. They promised me up and down they would get me another key and send me to my local Toyota dealer to get it programmed whatever it took they said. Mind you I live in Erie not local to this dealer. Sure enough after a week or two my new key showed up, to my surprise it wouldn’t unlock or lock my truck, it would not start my truck either. So I called the dealer. They told me it was only their responsibility to get me a key, it was on me to program it. Typical car dealer after promising me they would take care of it they didn’t.... they lost my business over a 120 dollars ( what it cost to program the key ). Will not recommend anyone to do business here typical car lot bunch of liars. Make thousands off you and screw you over 120 bucks. Pathetic. And they wonder why no one trusts them.
Weve bought two vehicles there. The lot is a sea of cars to choose from and they were able to complete our transaction in a few hours with tags and registration. I find them to be professional and courteous. There is a nice area to wait in and there is room to negotiate on price and trade in value, which is good to know.The only problem we had, was our Salesman lost a stack of papers from our glove compartment, which he promised to find and didnt. Otherwise, a great experience.
I had the pleasure of working with Larry to buy my new Toyota Highlander. He was upfront and honest while working with me to get into my new car quickly. With the friendly and competent help of Larry Henderson over the past few days, I finally completed the purchase of a 2017 Toyota Corolla on Grand Island today. Because I buy a new car so seldom, Im always more than a bit apprehensive in doing so. But Larrys friendly, competent and trans-parent approach to his part in my purchase made it a happy experience for me -- especially in view of his invitation to call him any time if I had any questions. The car, of course, is also great.
They show no respect for a vehicle you bring in for service. You hold them accountable and they hold it against you. Destroyed 4 aluminum wheels and put grease hand prints on the inside of my car.Edit: I never said you didn’t fix the damage. It should have never have happened in the first place.
My first experience with them made a bad situation a great experience. My car broke down and I needed something quick. I went there with a vehicle in mind and it was a very quick transaction. I literally test drove the car on Sunday and by Wednesday I was taking it off the lot. They really went above and beyond to help me book a great deal. I will recommend them to anyone. Great customer service and finance manager!
Dropped car off at service for oil change with an appointment, waited 4 hours before I called and asked if my car was done. They then tried to sell me on breaks and a bunch of other stuff like wiper blades over the phone. I then picked my car up and before I got off the island I noticed my car was pulling really hard to the left so I called and took it right back. After they looked at it they said they didn’t see any problems and they never took my wheels off, then I asked well how did you know I “needed” breaks? “Oh I guess we did take the wheels off” they said. They then said they would have a manager call me on Monday to figure out how to resolve the issue. A manager never called me.
Brought my Corolla in, without an appointment, to have a dashboard reminder light turned off. Was greeted by Lisa who invited me to pull right in. I asked if the tire special was still in effect (buy 3 get 1 for $1). Lisa quickly checked the availability of tires for my car and was able to get the new tires installed. I was out the door as quickly as possible. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Once again a great experience at Fuccillo Toyota.
Terrible service - buy somewhere else. They messed up two oil changes on my Tacoma (a dealer cant even do an oil change correctly?). I was without air conditioning most of the summer as they needed 4 appointments to fix it and gave the truck back to me missing parts.They barely acknowledge or greet customers...it must be a bad place to work the way they treat you.I know take my truck to another dealer....a totally different anda nicer experience. I wont buy from Fucillo again.It was not addressed and nobody has returned my calls. So yes I have posted this no matter what the GM says.
I am giving it a 3 star review for the following reasons. I am a loyal Toyota customer (2 tacomas and other cars) and currently lease a lexus rx350 but I had a really awkward experience at this dealership. I was interested in a 4runner sr5 that was listed online (it was listed at a really good price). I also wanted to inquire about other cars including a Camry and an Rav4 since my wifes lexus lease is about to run out. I called them and spoke to Megan. I told her that I am interested in purchasing a car but I want quote on three different car models. Instead of asking why am I looking into three different models and easing our confusion, She told me that she didnt understand as to what I was trying to accomplish. My wife sitting next to me thought was very rude. Either way, we kept our composure and decided to come to the dealership and check out the cars. We were met by malik who showed us some cars, he was professional and polite. There were barely any cars left on the lot as they are having a shortages which is common for all dealerships. We did see some Rav4s. The Sr5 was sold but they did tell us about a 4runner premium trd that they were about to get in stock however. Before we even finalized, malik took my license to the back and said we couldnt find you in the system and if my name was so and so. Apparently they were trying to match me to my cell phone number that I called from earlier (really awkward again, dont know why?) The cell phone number that I called from was not mine (but they should have asked for my proper name before making any assumptions and why was that necessary since we were not making any deals at the moment anyways?) Regardless, this whole process was just awkward. Either way we left the place without creating any drama but I feel like it warranted a review at the least. Sadly we are now in talks with their competitors about possibly getting a Rav4 and order a 2021 4runner trail edition.
I had a wonderful experience. Malik was a fantastic salesperson and a really down to earth person. I would highly recommend shopping here, but the reason they only get a 4 star review is because they only left me with a half tank of gas. You have a large variety of dealerships in WNY that you can do business with. I will need another vehicle in the future and will certainly remember that Fuccillo didn’t appreciate my business enough to give me that extra half a tank of gas. Bad business practice and would highly recommend changing that if it is a company policy.All in all, you should certainly give them a crack at earning your business. Especially Malik.
I highly recommend this dealership to anybody! I personally live in Virginia and made an eight hour drive to purchase a car at this dealership. Jason, my car salesman, made it extremely easy for me to do so. He kept everything transparent, nothing hidden from us. Also, he was very responsive, to the point that I called him after hours (without knowing that they had closed) and he still picked up and answered all of my questions diligently. Once I got there, I felt extremely welcomed by Jason and the rest of the staff. The best car buying experience Ive ever had!
I recently started leasing here with the help of Larry. Nothing but great service was provided, and I now have my dream car! Larry was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Where do I start, my wife and I have purchased many vehicles here.A.I always takes care of us and makes the deal make sense for us. The sales people (Cody) this time was very professional and treated us great! We cant thank you guys enough and wont go anywhere else to purchase our vehicles!
Went for a simple vehicle inspection.... 3 hours after my initial appointment I had to leave without anyone ever looking at the vehicle. Justin and Matt in the service dpt were very nice, but the tech carries a poor attitude (to put it nicely) and was not someone Id trust with my vehicle. Id look elsewhere for service. Will never return.
Very satisfied experience with the entire Service Department AGAIN!! The staff is super friendly and make you feel at home. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough, and treat my car as if it were their own. Having trust in the people who work on your vehicle and knowing your safe on the road feels awesome. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for service. Thanks again for all you do!!!
Absolutely the best service, accommodation and fair practices! I bought my jalopy almost 10 years ago and I have had it serviced at Fuccillo for every occasion. Shoutout to Lisa, Colin, and Matt! They are FANTASTIC and always take care of business and are always exceptionally friendly.
Had to have recall work done on my Corolla andthe dealer I bought it from didnt have the part andwould call me.They failed to tell me I could take it to another dealer,had to call Toyota to get that info.Called Fuccillo Toyota,they had the part and setup appointment for a week later.Called back I was too nervous about driving car with defective airbag,spoke to sales manager Joe David about loaner or possibly getting me in asap.Sure enough Joe called me back telling me to bring it in next day. Fuccillo Toyota is now my go to dealer,thanks to Joe David and the service reps at Fuccillo Toyota for peace of mind.
What I loved most about my experience was the dedication each associate (whether it was a salesman or manager) had to ensure that I was leaving with the right car at the most affordable price! I will admit the process took some time but with the patience and knowledge of this one particular manager, I was able to drive away in my new 2016 Toyota RAV 4! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. I had a wonderful experience!
I have been to this dealership twice and the service is amazing. I had an issue with my car and was given a quote of 700 bucks by a local dealer. When I got it assessed by fuccilo, they fixed it for 60.From my experience, they dont try to fleece you. And want to save you money as much as possible.5 🌟
We leased 2 vehicles from Fuccillo, My Tacoma TRD Sports was very hard to find standard shift Access Cab. They did a great job and found it couple of days. My wifes Rav 4 was exactly what she wanted was on the showroom floor. Great sales and service, Great dealership, would highly recommend.

I am not happy with their service. I had a very bad experience. I purchased a car 9 months ago 2016 RAV4 the time purchasing they will tempted to buy and they buy I went sell my car they are asking for very cheap price. 9 months I have used the car now they are quoting $11000 less than the price I have purchased. I don’t recommend this place. I am really upset because my car is very good condition but they are taking advantage of Corona pandemic.
I had my Toyota Venza serviced at Fuccillo Toyota on Grand Island, NY this week and I was very impressed with the Service Department and its staff. The Service Manager was very courteous and helpful and my vehicle was serviced in a much shorter time than I had expected. I have always trusted this Dealership and I have highly recommended it to my friends and family.
Top dealership, am from Canada and have US Toyota. Those people took care of my cars and took well care of me. If I need a loaner car while servicing mine, they will always arrange something even if it is on short notice. Work is done on time always. People there are also welcoming.
I cant speak for the sales side, but Ive always taken my truck in for service there, and they do a GREAT job! They get the job done when they say, they call with any questions that come up and they go above and beyond every time. Just picked up my SPOTLESS truck after my most recent warrantied oil change. Unfair and deceptive practices. Got new brake pads about 2K miles ago and they are already 50% worn. When I called the general manager to discuss these issues he told me No one here will talk to you. That brake job is covered under a parts and labor warranty but Fuccillo will not honor the warranty. Talk about acting in bad faith. To top it all off every time I go for service they give me my car back absolutely filthy.
Excellent experience with every aspect of buying my new RAV4 at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island. The entire team (James, Jay, AI, etc.) took such great care of me.They sat down and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen. I had already been to a couple of other dealers and can tell you that the personal attention they give separates them from the rest.This car is loaded with so many navigation features that its a bit overwhelming! But they sat in the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to get it set up and walked through it all.I was a 20+ year loyal West Herr customer and did not receive the type of treatment I would expect, but the team at Fuccillio Toyota in Grand Island went above and beyond!
I have dealt with various car service people throughout my life but it is a rare pleasure to have service people who give you the personal attention that I have experienced at Fuccillo Toyota on Grand Island. Service Manager Matt Ziembiec and Service Adviser Lisa Marino were especially courteous and helpful.
I bought my 2012 Toyota Yaris a year and a half ago from here and have been pleased with it - whole process was great.Since then, customer service has been spotty. At one time, they forgot to put on two of my hubcaps during a tire rotation. Called to get them back later in the day and surely, no one had any idea what I was on about.Fast forward to now, I am moving out of the country and wanted to potentially sell it back. Talked to a lovely lady Brooke in sales, said sure, bring it in and well look at it and work something out. Seemed great! But wasnt.I came in around 5pm on 1/23/16, I asked to speak with someone and that I was interested in selling. Out comes a guy claiming to be a manager, rude from the get go - I forgot his name, as I was instantly not impressed or interested. Kept very rudely going on about how he has too much inventory and pushed doing a trade for me after 3 times I said I was moving. He was very abrasive and rude to my fiancé and I.I regret purchasing my vehicle there. They got their thousands and stopped caring, it seems. I will be sure to warn people about the rudeness. Terrible.
I had to deal with a major frame replacement recall on my Tacoma. I wasnt all too excited about this recall because of how big of a job it was. My past experience with Fuccillo Toyota on Grand Island was very disappointing, so much so that I never returned until now. I couldnt have asked for better customer service from Calvin Frost. He was so helpful from the start all the way till getting my truck back. Calvin walked me through the process, reserved me a rental car, and gave me a time line and stuck to it. Calvin restored my confidence in Fuccillo Toyota on Grand Island. I will be returning to Fuccillo Toyota for all my truck maintenance now, you can thank Calvin for that!
This is the one place I go, friendliest personalities in the Service department and always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I scheduled a state inspection and realized the day before that I needed to move it to an earlier time. With a full schedule, Lisa Marino still found a way to get me in and home before my sons practice. Thank you, as always!
I brought my 2016 Toyota Sienna in because the check engine light was on, traction control was off and check AWD system popped up. Shuttle driver was nice and dropped us of where we had to go. When shuttle driver picked us up. He said that he overheard the mechanic saying that the problem with my car was a failure with the transmission. Upon talking to Justin from the service dept, he said that it was just faulty codes and that it was fixed. I did not question him because I always thought that Toyota service were always honest and cares about their clients. I guess it doesnt apply to this location. We live 6 hrs from the dealership as we were just there to visit the falls and drove through the night as We got our van back at 6pm. An hour into the drive. All the codes came up again and gave us a scare as we were on the highway. It took us almost 12 hours to get back as we had to drive slow and stop once in a while as the van would not run smoothly. Next day I brought van to my local toyota service center and found out that it was the transmission. I guess the service dept just doesnt care about our safety as I have my family with me including a small child and a baby. I will try to find ways to get this complaint to corporate as It is not only about them lying about my van’s problem but also endangering the lives of my family.
My wife and I buying experience was best ever (2019 camry se) Red carpet treatment!!! they work with what i had and made it happen . thanks Joe, Ai and Todd (salesman was Todd) . now i need new sneakers since my car has less miles then they do. will keep this review updated and look forward to feeling like 1 of the team in future like i felt today !!
Service department refusing to fix an issue with the bumper that they already claimed to fix. Service department is insinuating that Im wrong and they are right. They are being argumentative and refuses to help. Now the reps are claiming there was damage to car before me buying it without telling me initially. I definitely feel duped by the sales rep and their service rep. If this was a reputable dealer they would just accommodate the repair that they didnt do properly the first time.Alex R
Would give them no stars if possible. Experience was terrible and I had to wait 2 weeks to get my downpayment back. To top it off now Im stuck with FOURTEEN! Yes, 14! hard inquiries on my credit report for two years because of their shady dealership.How can 1 signature authorize 14 separate inquiries? Dont go here.
Im a travel RN and I drive a LOT, I was able to not only trade in a car that had well outgrown its welcome, but also step into a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry with very little down. Ive had the most awful experience with insurance and banks, but Fucillos employees were patient and willing to try best to meet my needs. After 5 days and test driving nearly every Toyota in the used lot, I was shown that the new car was well within my realm of possibility. I literally drove them ALL, and left with a car that Im certain I love. No pressure to buy same day, and lots of patience given to my situation. These guys will work with you. Cheers.
Dont ever give them your CC number with your security number on the back. I had to pay the difference of balance I owed a few weeks after I bought the car. That same day after giving them my card info, I get 3 fraudulent charges. I even asked the finance guy there, AI Alderman, why I needed to give the numbers. Usually the card number and expiration date is sufficient. I have never gotten a single fraudulent charge on that card, so you do the math.
Thanks to Larry for all the help and finding me the perfect car for me an my daughter he went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the details about every vehicle I was interested in. Larry also even on a holiday contacted me after hours to help speed up the process and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend him if your interested in purchasing a car from Fuccillo Toyota.
Salesman was great. Whoever came in to talk to me about trading in my car was a complete JERK. Laughing in customers faces and riduculing them is NOT the way to gain/keep business. After hearing that man, I immediately got up, walked out the door, and NEVER returned. Dont waste your time with Fuccillo when there are MANY other (REPUTABLE) dealers who can get you the same great deal.
I will only go to Fuccillo. My fiance leased his car from here, and when I was ready to buy my car, I wanted to go to Fuccillo. My credit is less than stellar, but John G. made the deal happen! Then when I went to get my car serviced, the service department was super nice to me and even apologized for misquoting something (and took $$ of my oil change). I will never go to another car dealership ever again! And I recommend John to everyone!!

I sent in an on line request to the parts department regarding price, part number and availability on a cabin filter and engine air filter.A few hours later I received the following email from Christianah Miranda:You have recently shown interest in purchasing a new vehicle. Please let me know what you are looking for and what day of the week works best for you to come in for a test drive!I look forward to helping you in your buying process! I know we will find you a vehicle you love to drive at a price you can afford!I responded back via email to Christianah that unfortunately, my request was somehow misinterpreted from a parts department inquiry to a purchase of a new vehicle?? I then went on to ask her to please forward my original request about a NAP built 2015 Lexus R350 inquiry for price, part numbers and availability for an engine air filter and a cabin filter to the parts department as I would be in their area next week. She never had the decency to respond to the mix up or confirming that she took my inquiry any further. Very poor follow up from Christianah.I then had to call their parts department and give them the required information. The gentleman that answered stated that they would have to cross reference the numbers so I advised him that he could call me back when he had the time. Its been two days and I havent heard anything from the parts department. Im very disappointed at their lack of customer service in regards to my request for part information. In my situation, I was cross border shopping and was trying to co-ordinate a visit with the dealership as I had previously purchased parts from them before with no hassles. Same dealership, different personnel with different views on customer service etiquette.
The online sales rep was very slow and didnt seem to know what he was doing. I told him I was free at 6:30 and wanted to look at a used prius, and I got two appointment confirmations for 6:15. When I got there, I test drove the prius, and sat down to talk about a price. The (different) sales rep first tried to sell me two new cars, at a price point of like 27 thousand- AFTER I told him I had another offer for a new prius I was looking at for 23, and that I wanted to buy used to save money. Only then did he tell me that the price of the used prius (over 20k) was non negotiable. Total waste of my time, and his, and it was insane that he had the nerve to try to sell me cars that we both knew were thousands of dollars out of my price range.
Terrible. Everything was smoke screen to get you in the store. I traveled a long distance to test drive a specific truck I was looking for just to find out that the actual truck on the lot was not the same truck shown in the listing on the website. A much more expensive truck with more amenities was shown on the website. It was false advertising. The color wasnt even the same! I told the sales rep, showed him the pictures of what I was looking at and he said oh yea thats like a $46K truck in the pictures. The truck on the lot was actually $34K. He totally blew it off and didnt think it was a big deal that I wasted my time. They put in little effort to help me find the actual truck I wanted after I drove over 40 miles to get there. I will never go back.
Cashed purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5. Had some cosmetic complaints before purchased which they were quick to want to correct. Took it to their service department with a couple other concerns I wanted addressed. Was given a rental. When I left and got on the thruway the rental was on empty, so I was left to put gas in it. Got the call the very next day to pick up my vehicle. Service department didnt walk me around the vehicle to show me the work that was completed. I looked at my vehicle seen they completed only the drivers passenger door, not all the comsmetic work that I pointed out before purchase. I drove from there to the store. When I got out and looked back at the vehicle thats when I seen my vehicle was scratched up on the passenger side door. Those were not there when I dropped the vehicle off. Never again will I take my vehicle to that service department. And I will never refer anyone to buy a vehicle from them.Because my other two concerns werent even addressed, I was told the warrenty I purchased through them cant be used yet because the Mazda one is still good and I need to call Mazda and take it there. So now I have to make another service call to Mazda and go without a vehicle, thank you so much Fuccillo I appreciate dropping that much cash on a vehicle and getting that kind of service. What a damn run around!!!! Bad customer service. Just terrible.
I really didnt want to buy a car from this dealer simply because of the obnoxious ads. I ended up here because they had the color car I wanted and offered me the best deal. I filled out the online credit check and A.I. was my sales rep. Overall my experience was great. As with any dealer there was a lot of upsell on extras, but I didnt feel pressured. I only had a borrowed car when I went there so they drove my car back to Buffalo for me.
Blood sucking machine, lairs, misleading!!! I came for noise in the car known that it was the flywheel I told them to just change the flywheel and they insisted on doing diagnosis, so they did and told me the flywheel is bad and quoted me with $1100 then they changed their story and said I need torque converter that it is bad, then they said no it is fine and jumped from $1100 to $1450.After ending up paying around $1550 with taxes the car still make noise when I start it. I returned to them to see why it is still making noise and they end up charging me $95 for something they already told me they will fix in the first time.They basically dont care about no customer , they dont care about fixing cars they just want to get the most money out of you in the fastest possible way, go somewhere else or regret it!
IF YOU LIKE GETTING SCREWED AND WANT TO DEAL WITH A PUSHY SALES MANAGER, THEN COME HERE!Normally I would never go out of my way to write one of these reviews but, I was so appalled by the way I was treated by the Sales Manager, I felt obligated to write this. I came to this dealership looking to buy a new car. The salesmen I delt with was ok. He wasnt as knowledgeable on the car models he was selling as he should of been, but I didnt have a problem with him. However, when it came down to talking numbers, thats when the sales manager took over. I assume this is the type of place where the sales manager has to micro manage all the salesmen.I was very straight foward with the sales manager. I told him whichever dealership gave me the best price on the car I wanted, would get my business. He refused to give me a quote unless I was ready to buy right that instant. He was EXTREMELY PUSHY and rude. I finally said, ok, I am ready to buy and would like a quote please. After giving me the quote, I said, ok, before I spend $33,000, let me get a day or two to think about it and if I decide to buy, ill be back in two days and sign the paperwork. The manager got very irate with me after I said that. He said that the quote he gave me was a now or never quote (are you kidding me) He said if I came back the next day the price would be different. Did I mention I used to work for a car dealership and I know how the business works. I did my research and found there were no special incentives the dealership would be getting for that price to change over the period of a day. The manager was just trying to force me to buy a car. I told the manager that I was in the car business before and I needed at least a day to think about spening over thirty thousand dollars. I asked why the price would be different over a 24 hour period of time and he stormed off frustrated and cursed me blatenly under his breath.Talking with experience from working at a car dealership, Fuccilo needs to fire this sales manager. Please do not allow these people to persuade you in thinking that you need to buy now in order to get the best deal.
Mom my and I was returning our lease for a 2016 Prius C. My mom was looking to lease a new car. The sale person Jay Williams, Service Rep Lisa Marino and Finance Manager Ai Alderman were helpful with my Mom with choice of a car, The explained features, price, terms and conditions of the lease etc. My mom left very happy with her lease of new 2020 Corolla LE.
After our car was totaled in Kentucky, Todd Chotiner worked hard to get us a great price on our new car. Todd helped us navigate through the many choices at the huge lots at Fucillo on Grand Island. Six days after an accident in Kentucky we are home with a beautiful new car that meets all our needs. Thanks again, Todd.
Had an occasion to visit there service department. None of the usual runaround you get at other dealers about appointments, leaving the vehicle with them for at least a day, etc. Just prompt courteous service. Im usually suspect of getting vehicle serviced at dealer, but these folks were both honest and fair. I will be back.
Worst car buying experience of my life. And whats more sad is that this would have been my fourth car from Fuccilo, as my late former father in law, one of the dearest people Ive ever known, John Golder, worked as a salesperson there for nearly two decades. Went many miles out of our way to look at a used vehicle at Fuccilo, passing over similarly priced vehicles much closer to our house in Boston, N.Y. I had 8 remaining payments left on my lease and we were asking for those payments to be paid for or forgiven by the dealer, not rolled into our next financing. After some back and forth, the salesperson, Malcolm, agreed to this arrangement, shaking my husbands hand. This turned out to be a complete lie as 2 hours and 45 minutes later, we discovered that the paynents were going to be rolled into the financing and that the price of the vehicle was nearly non negotiable. Had we known this from the beginning we could have possibly come to a much better arrangement, left and went elsewhere, or even just simply accepted it. But the salesman, Malcolm, lied blatantly at several points during the exchange, actually handing us the sale agreement and stating that the additional money for the lease payments had to remain in there because this is how they write it up. The sales agreement clearly stated that we would be paying this additional money. Thank God my husband caught it as the salesperson simply said, initial here, initial here. How sleezy is that!! Adding to all of this was the fact that we had our 4 year old and 11 month with us the whole time. There really isnt loyalty in this business. About a month ago there was a small misunderstanding that we had, but without a doubt Fuccillos definitely took care of the problem. Ive been a loyal customer since 2015 and will continue to be. Bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma last year.The salesman was a little pushy but I kind of expect that and I did leave with the truck :)Today I went in because of a Recall Letter for the leaf springs. The service writer told me that he would have to put me in a rental as once the inspection for the recall starts the truck cant be released and it would take about a week to get the parts.The problem is they wont give me a rental that is capable of towing. I spent several thousand dollars to get a truck specifically to be able to tow my boat and a trailer. Now since Fucillo Toyota wont give me a rental that is as capable as the truck that has a safety recall on it I have to put my life on hold for a week or more until they finish with the truck.You would think they would want to put a repeat customer (the Tacoma is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Fucillo) in a nicer truck to entice me into upgrading to a newer truck, but no, instead I will be crammed into a rental that isnt capable of what I need it to do. HUUUUUgely disappointing.
I called and made appointment for a specific suv. Was told they have a few of them and will have them ready for me to see along with a list of other 8 passenger vehicles. I show up I didnt get the guy I had a appt with instead a old guy who had no idea what he was talking about. Nothing was ready and then he said they didnt even have the vehicle I called about. But then turns around and gets it. We had two of our kids with us. He watches us as we put the car seats in and buckle our kids up and turns around and says oh I need to come too. So wanted me to move my child to the 3rd row. Ive never had anyone come with me to test drive. I took cars seats out and left.

DONT BUT OR LEASE HERE!! My mother-in law leased a car here then 5 days later went into the hospital. Staff was very unhelpful in getting out of contract to save there commission. They blamed it on Toyota financial but when I called them they said only the dealer could cancel. Shame on Fuccillo, were there morals. With her still in hospital its going to force her into bankruptcy.

I have been taking my 2008 Sienna to Fuccillo since it was purchased. They have a complete history on the car. I needed new brakes recently because of excessive usage. I had the front brakes changed at a different place in PA, while visiting my In Laws in April.After Fuccillo Changed the REAR brakes, my cars performance worsened. The brakes actually felt loose! My wife took the van back and they said that the problem lied with the FRONT BRAKES, which were changed at a different place and hence did NOT use Genuine Toyota Parts.She came back without getting the car rechecked and instead, gave it to a private mechanic, who is a family friend.My mechanic friend JUST CALLED me and told me that after checking both front and rear brakes, it seems that the REAR brakes had too much grease on the SLIDER and thus were loose. MR. FUCCILLO Toyota, charging more than $80 per hour, and having certified technicians, cannot perform a simple brake job?!!!And on top of that, the dealer has the nerve to wrongly ASSume that the fault was not his?!!!I will never go there again and urge everyone to do the same.Its HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGELY overrated, overpriced and in need of a customer service overhaul!
Called into Fuccillo Toyota because I had an issue with another dealership and Joe the General Sales Manager helped me out tremendously. Even though I’m not a customer at Fuccillo Toyota, he went out of his way and called the other dealership and helped me find a solution to my problem. Thanks!
We went to Fuccillo Toyota in response to their ad. We were met by salesman Rocco. We tried the key and we didnt win but did receive a small gift card from Target. Rocco took one look at our beat up 2005 Buick Lacross and asked if we were interested in a newer car. We told him we didnt think we could quailify for a loan and he asked if he could see what Fuccillos could do. A few hours later we drove out with our new 2014 Toyota Camry and a 5 night cruise. Everybody at Fuccillos from Rocco to all we came in contact with was polite, helpful and no high pressure. We would reccomend Fuccillos to anyone looking for a vechile.
I drove over 100 miles to get to your dealership and what a waste of my day. Came in with my taurus and tried out a used Dodge Dart. Your approval team is a joke. 3 days later after calling many many times they said yep we can help you but you need 10,000 dollars down well now if I had that much to put down then I sure as hell wouldnt drive that far for a used car. The only thing HUGE up there is fuccillos big mouth and I am so sick and tired of seeing his commercials on my TV.
The experience we had w Alan Johnson was amazing for myself n my parents we not only got 1 car we came back and bought another car from Alan came in and the next day left w our new SUV thank you so much for everything will definitely be back to get another car from him in 3 years 😁😁
I recently bought a new toyota corolla from fuccillo. My salesperson was Charles. HE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! I went to about 6 or 7 dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle and no one even came close to helping me as much as Charles did!!! I recommend that anyone that goes to fuccillo Toyota asks for Charles. You will not be disapointed!!! I have already reffered two family members to fuccillo toyota just because of him! They now will have a life time customer all because of Charles!

We were there 3 1/2 weeks ago. Gave a deposit and went back a week later. Was told our down payment would have to double. We said it would have to wait til July 7th. They said no, so we left. Now its Wednesday July 5th and still no deposit refund. Never leave a deposit with them, never.
Im not one to give bad reviews but the service I had 2 weeks ago was horrible I was spoken down to and on top of that i spoke to the salesmen and told him that I couldnt take the deal he offered me so he began to get verbally aggressive and said you wont find that deal anywhere else and slammed the keys in my hand. Very poor customer service
The Manager Joe was spoke with me yrs ago where I swore I would never return again Joe said when u need avcar ask for me do its about 2/2 yrs later I called him and when I got there he hugged me and apologized for my bad experience..no money down I got a 2016 Neesan beautiful car sunroof top the guy Jay and my finace guy was working hard and got me a nice car!
Horrible service !!! HORRIBLE IS NOT EVEN THE WORD... 2 hours for an oil change and walked out with no oil change ... they wanted to play with the brakes and rotors 🤬 representative comes out with a 600$ bill for my “supposed OIL CHANGE “ not going back . Will do oil change on my own.
Five stars all day everyday and twice on Sunday. They have the number one service department in the region for years and years running, the most laid-back and extremely helpful staff that Ive ever seen, and all of the managers are extremely accessible and transparent. On top of all that... theyll beat any dealers documented deal... with no exceptions at all. With the top notch staff, and the absolute highest rated service department in the region, why would you buy a car anywhere else?

2022-06-04I bought a new car here over the Internet + phone, and was extremely pleased with the experience: good price, straightforward answers, and no run-around from anyone. They were very helpful with arranging the transit tags and the out-of-state registration. Strongly recommended.OK, I have to update this. At the time of the purchase, I paid what they estimated the out-of-state registration fees were going to be. Apparently they over-estimated, because they sent me a check for the difference. Honesty - I love it!

2022-06-25Great- down to Earth people! It was the easiest most pleasant car dealership experience we have had. We drove all the was from NW Ohio for this car and we were dreading it but they were so pleasant and we were out super quick. Most of the paperwork and such was dont before we went but there was no last minute surprises or pressures to buy add ons and such. Wish they had outlets in our area. Dealerships around here could use some pointers from you all. Thanks!!!

2022-05-02Sales staff is great. Bought our vehicle there with no issues and excellent service. Service department is horrible. They dont listen (the guy actually raised his voice to avoid hearing what I was saying) and treat you as if you know nothing. While I would purchase from them again I would never take a vehicle to the service department for anything. I was told my issue was caused by one thing and when I pointed out that it could not possibly be the cause I was told they didnt say it was, just that it was something they noticed. The run around is not worth it. Find a good mechanic not associated with this dealership!

2022-02-10I have been shopping for a GR86 for a few weeks, and have received nothing but dealerships unwilling to work with my trade-in (the last model year of the previous generation car), dishonest salespeople, and a lot of uncertainty. While a lot of this uncertainty still exists due to supply challenges (which I fully understand), Dylan G at this dealer was the single most personable, friendly, honest, and helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with. He immediately got me into a GR86 for a test drive, had my car appraised by one of the sales managers, and clearly walked me through my options for getting the exact 86 I wanted. I was able to put a deposit down very easily, and the wait time I will be facing was clearly explained and understood.I cannot express enough how much I recommend buying a vehicle from Dylan. He is the only salesperson Ive worked with who took the time to truly listen to what I had to say, was willing to have a conversation, and although the car specd as I wanted wasnt on the lot, he was 100% willing to do everything in his power to get me one step closer. This is how car buying should be-- as an enthusiast who has purchased a number of cars in the last few years, I absolutely cannot stand the typical dealership model with pushy, dishonest salespeople just shooting for numbers with little regard for what the customer truly wants, or what they are selling. Enthusiasts are not the typical car buyer, of course, however dishonest sales tactics used on someone who has done their homework and knows exactly what they want is the single fastest way to lose business. This was the most refreshing experience I have ever had at a dealership, and I am very grateful to have Dylan helping with my purchase of a GR86.

2022-04-173rd vehicle coming from Fuccillo but this experience beats all the rest. Chris was by far my favorite. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs was amazing. I was a bit picky and things got a little tricky but he pulled through for me. Cody was so awesome he took and time with me and listened to me and helped me with what I needed. Ai was always wonderful he took his time and found somebody that was willing to help me with a loan. 2022-01-09At no point was there any pressure from sales or the finance guy (AI). Very relaxed purchase through Cody, the salesman. There was about a month or so to wait for the car to come in and they held the trade in value from the original visit. In that time Cody answered his phone at all hours of the day or night to keep the process going so it was a very quick transaction at pick up date. He even put a big bow on the car since it was my wife’s birthday. If you go there make sure to ask for Cody!

2022-06-28I am a former employee, and I have asked several times to stop sending me communication for deals and service as I have moved out of state. Yet even so Carley Knight continues to harass me with communication, don’t give your info to them they will abuse it!
