This is the place to be off a summer day in ice cream ,soft , serve in the local area. The price is reasonable and you get a very generous portion. The servers are nice .Decoration is pretty .

Delicious ice cream, and at times fast service. honestly the nightmare of a parking lot (pot holes the size of my car) and indistinguishable queues knock a star off, but the ice cream is fantastic and the service is (almost always) faster and easier than you think it will be.

Took an 80 mile round trip to get ice cream here. We would usually stop on our trip north to see family (not happening due to Covid), a 3rd generation tradition.

I bring my friends here all the time. They have some unique and delicious flavors of ice cream. Prices are way better than many of similar places.It is CASH ONLY, so come prepared. Dont be that person that has their ice cream in hand and then cant pay for it.
Great ice cream! Was treated rudely, both cashiers looked incredibly miserable get your ice cream and GTFO kinda vibe. Woman rolled her eyes at us, young male was annoyed I asked for a spoon. Will come back though, only place to get decent ice cream around.

Best ice cream in Dutchess county! Parking lot full of holes so be careful. Thats the only negative. Try the waffle cone with twist soft serve. You wont be sorry...
Excellent selection of ice cream right along Rt 22 just south of the Village of Amenia. Make sure you bring cash because they dont accept debit cards.
Fudgys has THE BEST ice cream! My kids and I love this place. They are very good to their customers. Even if theyre about to close they will make sure you are served.
Ice cream shops are kinda rare in this area, so glad this place is here. Good ice cream, portions are average, some said large- I dont agree. It may depend who helps you. But will go back.

2022-07-04Ice cream is delicious. I had two scoops of Peanut S’mores and my friend had one scoop Peanut s’mores and one scoop pistachio. Staff was friendly.

2021-08-10Nice place. Cash only. A little overpriced but still nice. There are lot of flavors to choose from, even more than in the picture. I got Perry Ice Cream banana cream pie in a waffle cone. If you want to sit, there are tables to the right of the building. Lots of parking in the front. Not to far from the Harlem Valley Rail Trail.

2021-07-03Convenient location, but overpriced in relation to quality (a medium shake costs as much as a whole pint of Häagen Dazs). Though Fudgy’s is surrounded by local creameries, the ice cream is Perry’s, sourced from Pennsylvania. Around twenty different flavors, served hard, soft and milk-shaked. Napkins issued only upon request. Staff all young trainees. One saving grace is that Fudgy’s contributed to events at the local school, so that civic engagement is appreciated. Gravelled parking lot deeply pitted, so be careful when entering and exiting. There are two picnic tables for those who prefer not to drip melting ice cream into their laps in the car.

2021-08-11Looks can be deceiveing as you drive by this place in a strip mall. But the ice cream is incredible, the variety extensive (blueberry was fantastic and fresh) and there were some nice picnic tables on the side with afternoon shade. Prices were great too.
