Wow the service here was excellent, the sales associate was very helpful and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. They have the best prices and such a large variety of all types of furniture. They have much more variety than you can find online with the best prices. I HIGHLY recommend Furniture Bazaar LI! Great prices, great quality, great customer service. My husband and I stopped in with little hope of finding what we wanted for our guest bedroom, but we left with exactly what we needed. We are very happy with our purchase and are extremely grateful that we did take a chance and walked in. Raj was very kind and considerate and really listened to what our specific wants and needs were. He worked hard to help us and genuinely cared about what we needed. Other furniture stores weve been to employ high pressure sales people and tactics. Not here. You are greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile and are treated with understanding and patience. We felt no pressure at all. In fact, Raj recommended a solution that was less expensive than what we had originally intended to purchase. We explained that we needed something ASAP and we were actually able to take delivery of our items the same day! What other furniture store has that kind of stock available? I have been to plenty of furniture stores and I must say this store is not your typical furniture store. When you walk into Furniture Bazaar you feeI very comfortable, as there is no high pressure sales and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I finally found the best furniture place on Long Island. Trust worthy, loyal and excellent customer service. You will most definitely be taken care of. And if you are looking for rare pieces of furniture at a good price, look no further. I get compliments all the time asking where I bought my furniture. Well, no doubt Furniture Bazzar is the best place around! Don’t be fooled if you don’t see what you like in the store. They will do their magic and have it ordered for you. At their store, costumer comes first!
We love the sectional with bed we purchased. Service was great and prices were the best. I will shop there again.UPDATE: the ottoman we purchased had the top cushion shift 4 inches so the hard corners stuck out. I contacted the store for repair. We exchanged a few emails over 3 weeks. I had to ask for the status of the repair a couple times. Not fixed. Still love the couch.

This family owned business in Patchogue is the way to go when shopping for furniture. Raj and Sonia are knowledgeable,honest and reliable. I was looking for an comfortable and affordable living room set and decided to stop by Furniture Bazaar. I needed to furnish my living room before the Holidays and all other furniture places had delivery dates of February 2021! Raj, the salesman, was very accommodating and helped me select a lovely set for under $1000! And free delivery on top of it! I received my sofa and love seat before Thanksgiving and it was delivered with kit gloves and professional care. Thank you Furniture Bazaar!
I honestly had a great experience going here. We just moved out in Medford and needed a new couch. The workers here definitely helped us out and gave us the best prices ever. We went to many different furniture stores in the area, and none can compare! They had everything that met our needs.They worked with us from start to finish and helped us put the furniture in our truck. They were very patient and helpful. I had passed the window of FB many times, and we always commented on how nice some of the pieces were. At the time we weren’t in need of anything. During the pandemic (no furniture stores open) we were moving. We needed a living room set with a hard to find size sofa. They not only we’re open, had 3 sets to choose from ,incredible customer service, and patience. We bought an entire living room, area rug, coffee table, and pictures!!! We even got a beautiful couch bed for our other bedroom!!! They are our go too from now on!!! Excellent prices, quality, and all American made. But most of all, you can’t beat the customer service!!!! Wonderful people!!
I am very pleased with the service I got throughout from Raj and his team. They were very helpful and friendly throughout to make sure we are getting what we like and didnt mind showing us various options even when they didnt have certain items on stock at the time. We were extremely happy with their team how they treated us and always kept us informed of their delivery time and any last minute unforeseen changes. I think they have a wide range of collections (even aside store collections) and you are assured of great customer service anytime you go there. The Shirley store pointed us to the Patchogue location since we were looking for something semi-specific. Raj (I believe, a regular came in and greeted him, I think I heard correctly) was very helpful and let us take one the most popular floor model of a piece, even though they dont usually sell off the floor, we really wanted to take the piece home today. He wrapped it, helped us load it, and we were in and out in under 20 minutes. Helpful staff, good selection, quality furniture. Clean store.
Raj is the man, very knowledgeable in all his products, he does not just sell he takes his time with you and helps you along with making a decision.We have bought : Living room set, Dining room set and Bedroom set along with other pull-out sofas side tables etc... Prices are very good and the products are are always high quality.. (you get what you pay for as the saying goes lol) ...
My parents recently bought me a new white bed set for Christmas. The owners were truly super helpful in showing us all the sets I was interested in. Apart from helping with picking out a set for me, they also traveled to our home to delivered and assemble the set. We live far out on the East End so we are so thankful that they were able to travel out to us. If you are ever looking a new piece of furniture for your home, I would definitely recommend coming to this place!
Trying to navigate furniture delivery through Covid was very difficult for Sonia and Roger but they were successful in getting the transaction completed. We are very happy to have used Furniture Bazaar and will again in the future! It’s a small store with personalized attention.
At first I thought they were a second hand store not so at all they are a certified Ashley furniture dealer and everything is of good quality and excellent prices. Sonja really knows her merchandise she answered all of our questions and then some, she took her time and gave us friendliness, professionalism, and a good understanding of what you are looking for and if it was not on the floor she went to her trusty, huge size monitor lol, giving you a great view of all products available to you. Raj went above and beyond with the delivery of our furniture, thank you Raj and Sonja for everything, I absolutely recommend this place to everyone .

I was looking for a while already to buy a lounge chair but never found the right one, until I happen to pass by the Furniture Bazaar Store in Patchogue and was not expecting much, but after entering the store I was surprised by their inventory display. Saw a lounge chair I liked and bought it on the spot. The owner was very helpful and promised me the chair to be delivered within 10 days. The promise was kept and to my surprise even delivered the chair to my house. If in the future I need another piece of furniture, I know where to go.
This is a lil late but I must say that Raj and his wife are the nicest people. They went out of there way to help us. We absolutely love our new couches. So comfortable, made very well and love that it reclines and chargers my phone at the same time. Our children love the couch as well. Delivery guys were so nice and professional. 5 stars all around. They even worked with us during COVID with scheduling an appointment so we werent around anyone else.
I was a customer of furniture Bazaar Li on Saturday May 23. I am not a big fan of furniture shopping I always felt pressured and I was not looking to it because my furniture set was not going to fit in my new home. I had a 11 am appt in wich I was brought into the showroom with my friend by Raj. Raj asked what I was looking for colors I liked and the price range. I never felt pressured to buy Raj gave me time to walk around the showroom ask many questions and helped with all the measurements of my new set. I went to furniture Bazaar to get a livingroom set I also bought a kitchen dinette set. My new furniture should he arriving Saturday or Sunday Im very excited. I would highly recommend Furniture Bazaar and ask for Raj not just a great salesman a very nice man that made a stressful shopping trip a very pleasant one. 😊
This place is a hidden gem! Raj is an absolute sweetheart!! He helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home. He was never pushy, instead was extremely patient ( I was extremely indecisive) informative, and the prices were outstanding. Honestly can not thank Raj enough! Went inside because I needed a pullout couch/bed and the guy on the the floor was very helpful. The furniture is good quality for it price, I did some comparing with other stores and furniture bazaar beat there price. They are now my one stop shop for any furniture I need.

My apologies to this place some how I never finished the review that I started because I got caught up in something else and never got back to it. I had been about to give it 4 stars. I want to again apologize to Furniture Bazaar. This is and Excellent place to shop. They may not have everything in the store but our Sales man, Raj, was very helpful by showing us catalogs and options he could order for us. We felt very comfortable and listen to by him and cant praise him engouh. ( give that hard working guy a raise). Once we ordered Raj called us back in about two days to tell us that the manufacturer had discountinued the product but he would help us find something of better value and honor the same price ( and his prices are good to begin with Raj has everyone beat). We sat down with Raj and selected something even better than the first. We were told it would be delivered in About two weeks. Furniture Bazaar did even better Raj called us in about a week to tell us it what day we wanted our selection to be delivered lol. We had to delay but man did they work fast. Once we received our purchase it was setup and the old stuff just taken out for us. Great service. As New home owners ( about 2 years now) we are modeling/furnishing a room about every year give or take and Furniture Bazarrr is one of our best shopping places and Raj our favorite sales guys.

I found furniture bazaar because they were one of only 2 stores on Long Island that could order a very specific chair I wanted. When I went to the store I met Raj who was extremely helpful and very down to earth. I live in Massapequa right near the 20+ furniture stores on rt 110. I had the opportunity to shop several stores right by my house but then decided to contact Raj again. He is able to order ALL of the same exact furniture that the big stores can get and his pricing was absolutely better. 100% worth the 45 minute ride for me to work with him. I urge you to visit him whether you know exactly what you want or you need some ideas. You will be more then satisfied. Thank you again Raj!

I shopped at the Patchogue location and was very happy. I was very undecisive on my needs and I had to go back a number of times. They were very patient with me. Other stores I walk around in for a 1/2hr and had no one ask if I needed help. I will be shopping here again.

I purchased a chest of drawers from amazon and Furniture Bazaar delivered the piece. The piece was damaged when I was installing it into my home. I reached out and Raj and his team were outstanding. They connected me with their techinician and he fixed the piece in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend Raj and the nice folks at Furniture Bazaar.

I bought $3000 worth of furniture I didn’t get it when I wanted it then they had to switch sofas cuz they gave me the wrong color and one of the pieces came broken and they said they couldn’t do anything bout it also they didn’t have some of the furniture that I ordered so they took it upon themselves to substitute it without asking me I will never shop there again and don’t advise anyone else to either and there furniture is over priced I don’t even want to give them one star but it won’t allow me to post without it

My wife Laura found Furniture Bazaar by accident, but a great accident it was. After shopping the circuit (Raymors, Jennifer, Bobs, and others for living room and dining room we landed here. Both Raj and his wife were very helpful, patient, kind and not pushy in the least. We found what we liked and discovered their pricing was extremely competitive. Qualityof the product was as good if not better than what we had seen.Delivery was quick and professional. We did have one minor issue with the dining room table which Raj addressed immediatly and had it corrected professionaly without complaint. Mom and Pop stores are slowly dissapearing but Furniture Bazaar is doing everything right to stay. We will frequent Raj and his wifes store whenever we are in need of any home furnishings.

2022-02-17Shopping at Furniture Bazaar was an overall great experience. My husband and I had been shopping around for a few weeks already and couldnt find a nice deep-seated sofa that would fit in our small apartment. The showroom had some really nice pieces, but still no sofa. After a quick question to Raj, he showed us that he could order what felt like practically anything we wanted, and proceeded to show us options from his online catalog as well as a sofa that he was in the process of putting out in the showroom but wasnt completely unwrapped yet. And the sofa was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for and Raj was able to have that exact one shipped to us almost immediately. We were so happy with the sofa we went back and ended up getting an entertainment center, barstools, and a bed frame. Raj was always extremely helpful and is not pushy at all about buying something. Customer satisfaction is definitely the priority here and I would look here first for any future furniture needs.

2021-10-16I have gone to furniture bazaar once before years ago for my first couch. My experience was pleasant and felt I got way more bang for my buck. When I moved into a larger apartment and was looking for a bigger couch and a kitchen table I knew exactly where I wanted to go! The staff is always so friendly and the furniture is that of great quality. You get brand named furniture for a much lower price. I know Im not the only one who loves a good deal and savings! Everything even came in earlier than expected. The delivery guys were awesome too. I have gotten so many compliments on my couch and table. I recommend furniture bazaar to just about anyone!

2022-03-22My experience with Furniture Bazaar has been excellent. The owners were extremely informative the moment I came into the store. I was able to find exactly what I needed and although it took about 3 months to get my sofa (due to supply chain issues) it was beautiful and delivered on the day expected. There was a slight issue with the sofa bed but the delivery guys quickly took a picture and sent it to the owners who scheduled a next day visit to get it fixed. This business and its owners are reliable, fairly priced and very kind. Not pushy at all. Its no wonder their reviews are so high! Thanks!

2021-04-30Furniture Bazaar has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been searching for a couch for a long time and finally found one I loved here. The representatives in the store were so helpful and gave an accurate timeline of when the couch would come in and be delivered. The delivery men were wonderful and got the job done.
