I’ve made a purchase for a bed room set on 02/29/20 for $1080 with delivery fee of $150 its now 30 days later and I haven’t received my Merchandise Nor a returning phone call. I will not take this as just a loss I will take further actions to receive my thousand dollars back. This was completely a bad experience and I will not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this place.
I had a great experience here, and yet it was a little over a year ago. They seriously made me feel like I got a deal, but I really got a deal! I also work in sales, but he didn’t try to up sell me at all which I appreciate just wanted to get me what was best for me. I have had my bed a little over a year and yes this changed my life, a new bed can change a man lol. I got an awesome Serta queen size bed with box spring and frame out the door for $400.00 even. I can’t say enough positives and this over a year.Do yourself a favor and get a new bed! These people will hook you and your sleep up reasonably, and I will be back for more.
Would have put Zero Stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE: RUN - I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a bedroom set and mattress/ box spring . I could go on and on but will limit it to this. Initially I thought Dave the sales person to be a nice guy, helpful in choosing a bedroom set. But the minute the deal was sealed there was a complete change. The delivery was not as promised, the bed frame legs that came w/ the bed are too short ( 7 inches for a 10 inch bed leg). When I reported this and requested assistance to correct it , I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. They dont call you back as promised , and hang up on you. I now have a bedroom set which does not have the proper feet for the frame, and will have to fix myself (yes it is brand new ) , a mattress set which I hope I never have an issue w/ since clearly based on the bed frame issue, they will not rectify the situation, , even though it has a warranty . I am unable to contact the owner as I am not provided w/ his contact information. I have gotten hung up on twice today , when I call to find out information about how to get new slats that fit the legs that they delivered to me to replace the short legs, that dont fit into the supposed universal slats. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service . As other reviews stated they really need to be put out of business. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !!!!
Came here to get a new bed. The man here was incredibly helpful and gave us a great deal on a new mattress, boxspring, and base. We were able to walk out of here the same day without an empty wallet and a very comfortable new bed. I have been getting much better sleep since the purchase. Definitely recommend coming here if you want to get a better nights sleep without breaking the bank.
Absolutely love our couch and love seat and mattresses!, Your delivery guys were so polite and very careful and also quick with moving our furniture in and I couldn’t be more pleased with the delivery! Over all my experience through furniture liquidators was awesome!!And just so past buyers know, they’ve got a new team and a great one if you ask me and the own and general manager of this place do everything they can to make your experience a good one, every company, store etc.. gets backed up and a little boggled sometimes because we’re all ONLY HUMAN, mistakes happen and that being said, thank you so much furniture liquidators!!
Bought a couch 5 months ago. Weak seem and appears to be defective. Called store several times, left messages and no one calls back. One time I actually got through to the General Manager, and he even gave me his cell number promising he would take care of it, and that I would hear back from him 3 days later. He does not pick up his cell or return any phone calls. I have a torn couch with no one responding in 3 full weeks. Terrible place. Do not waste your money at this place. They clearly steal from people by selling defective merchandise and ignore calls once they see your number. Stay clear of this place.
Very poor service. Had issues with furniture, and they bent the screen door and it would not close. Dwight said he would take care the door, But would always come up with excuses and stories when he was a no call no show. Cushion ripped on the sofa and he was suppose to take care of it, and he did not and referred me to the company in North Carolina to take it up with them. They informed me it was his responsibility. The sofa is only 6 months old mind you. I suggest going somewhere else when looking for furniture until they can fix there customer service issue. The multiple one star reviews are The ones you should pay attention to. I am almost certain that any five star reviews on here are more than likely paid for by the business themselves. This is not just a bitter review but a warning so nobody else has to waste their money or risk having Something destroyed and then the manager coming up with more stories than The goosebumps series, Instead of correcting his wrongs.
The worst experience from any furniture company. Thankfully Dwight was able to assist the best he could. We ordered 2 bedroom sets for our children and we received 1 of the 2 due to the lack of inventory. Ok..waited another couple days for delivery and again wrong order. Our daughter whos only 7 has be waiting patiently for her bedroom set to come and this has been a nightmare for all of us. Ive called and stopped by multiple times to confirm but apparently it was useless. At this point we just want a refund. Well go someplace else.
On 6/20/19 I went in store pick my bed and mattress and box spring. Which can with dresser and with free nightstand. I didnt get night stand the worst of all I was told and its written I would get delivery on7/11/19 was the easiest from my paid in full. Today is July 12,19. So called Manger was rude as all get up and the delivery guys was the worst. Am a lady they didnt set anything up just really through my purshish in my home and left. This isnt my first time purchasing furniture but it has been the worst. Shame Shame Shame on all whom had anything to do with my experience with place I say never and I do mean NEVER AGAIN. DAM SHAME $839.18 this the service am done.
The absolute worst place to buy furniture. I was totally lied to a out when my furniture would be delivered. When you call to confront you get the Ill call you back which they never do. Here we are two weeks later and my sofa and full size bed still not here. I do not recommend this place. I am 100% disgusted with the way I was handled. Still no definitive date on when its coming.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Advertised free night stand with purchase of bed set attached a screenshot of what was online that included a list of what was in a bed set. When they delivered I only received one night stand. When I then went to the store, because of course no one can seem to pick up the phone even when calling 10 different times, I was told that it was incorrect and will be taken down that day. Not only is it still up there but he only offered to discount the additional night stand instead of standing by his ad online. I was also promised by the salesman that the delivery guys would assemble all the furniture ( the bed and dining room set) he then mentioned when I went to the store regarding the night stand that they are now finding out they dont assemble....so I paid an extra hundred for delivery and assembly when I couldve just taken the uhaul I already had for the day and gotten the furniture myself! Again nothing was done to correct this. Not only do they not stand by their ads, they never answer the phone, and they offer services they knowingly cant provide. I spent 2k when all was said and done and it will be the last I EVER spend there! Their prices are super cheap but unless you can confirm an ad right then and there and are able to pick up your furniture yourself I would not go there! Very shady business practices!
They are a true ZERO Star rating!!!All the negative reviews are correct!We visited the showroom a month ago and ordered a brand new bedroom set. Not an entry level set either. After they delivered the complete wrong set we have spent a month so far calling everyday asking them to correct the issue. After a month of hearing from Dwight (the salesman) that the owner is terrible and he hates his job and that the company sucks... as of tonight he tells me... Oh well, I dont know what to tell you... So, You send us the wrong furniture, cant get the correct furniture AND refuse to come get the wrong furniture and give us a refund... Seriously? Ok well we are going to dispute the credit card charges and plan to take you to small claims court. You will answer for your bad business ethics and practices... Let EVERYONE beware of these guys... EVERYONE who has been wronged by this company should take them to court... PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!!
This place is a joke. I ordered a sectional and was never called. I tried calling dozens of times before getting through. The verdict: They couldnt find my couch in their dump of a warehouse. Over a month now and still waiting.Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Want more proof? Check the better business bureau. Grade F.Two monkeys could run a more efficient business. If I was the owner of this place I would think about flipping burgers for a living. You know, find something Im not horrific at. Because sir, you are horrific at running a furniture business.
Ive always shopped here but had a rough experience a few months ago. They fixed everything but this time I didnt even have to wait. They had the sofa ready to go brand new in plastic. And cheaper too. Much better experience this time
If I could give less then 1 star I would. This is was the absolute worst customer service experience ever. After purchasing a bed box spring and frame 3 weeks later the frame snapped!! Before I even received my items I was told my stuff would be delivered at a specific time well that turned into a different day no one even had the decency to call and let me know!! I don’t understand how this place has been in business so long with the terrible service they “provide”.
The old salesperson named D**** is very disrespectful. He talked nicely,pretends to talk over phone to boss to give best deal while selling. Had issues with the sofa bought. Though it was under warranty, he would give excuses and not respond respectfully. I followed up with the manufacturer and i was told i was sent replacement.Went to store to pick it up and i was told different stories. He was just disrespectful and i thought its no point dealing with such business and thought of sharing with others and alerting. Think twice before you buy from this store.
Came in to look at furniture with my girlfriend. The door lock was apparently faulty and it locked behind us with nobody there. Spent over an hour trying to get out before calling the police (there is no other exit) Manager showed up and yelled at us, he really backpedalled when we told him the police were coming though. The place is a fire hazard and the owner is a jerk. I spent an hour on their furniture while locked inside though, the sofa was comfy.
They was very nice when me and my hubby went just last week I got 3beds for all 3 of my kids. The prices wasnt bad at all and i got all my stuff the same day. In great condition because we pick it up are self why pay them 69 dollars. For delivery when i can get a u-hall truck for 19dollars came in the store for what I wanted. Call the same day in the store for a u-hall truck pick up my stuff got my money bk from u-hall. And end of the story and if u get ur own truck they gave u a 20dollar gift cards. I plan on going bk this Friday
Please read before you make a purchase! I dont ever rate any business but due to the fact that they dont care about their customers is shocking to me! They promise a delivery date which ended up being weeks later then when the furniture arrived it was the wrong furniture. Did they care No! Did they allow me to return furniture for correct furniture NO! They treat you nice until they get your money then they dont care! If I had only read the reviews I would have never purchased anything from them. Save yourself stay away from furniture liquidators inc!!!
Dont let the prices and choices fool ya. Once you buy their products you fall into a nightmare, and that nightmare is their services. They take weeks perhaps months in delivering incomplete items. And then wont give me my money back. Theyre two incompetent scoundrels who are inept at the simplest of task. Terrible phone service, even hanging up or nobody picking up the phone at times. One of the employees is nicer while still being a bit lazy while the other drags him down and somehow manages to work there. I wouldnt let the other Baffoon (the one who isnt nice) to babysit a rock. I dont know if there were to many sharp spots in his house as a child but this man brings this store to a much more hostile and trashy environment. My condolences to the nice guy for working with him. I wouldnt recommend this place to my arch enemy.
I bought a mattress from there and the people were real friendly. But when i got it home inside the bag their were tears on the side of the mattress and the box spring. I called them back right away to tell them but no return calls. They are sales people with no care to follow up it seems when theres issues. I will return the mattress eventually but i asked them to come get it and bring me a new one but havent got a call yet. I dont have a vehicle to do so right now. I even messaged them. It says a ten yr warranty but apparently one day doesnt count ! It was faulty to began with when i bought it. I should of seen it first but he had it packaged up. Beware of these people. Goodluck. Still waiting.... 4 days now.
Bed Bugs found on the seams of a NEW MATTRESS!!! Rating should be a 0! I bought a bed 2 years ago, had it delivered, immediately put on an expensive mattress cover, zip up, small microns, because I have allergies. I noticed a strong smell, but thought it was because it was NEW! 1 YEAR later, I bought a new bed, $3K, special adjustable, so my sister wanted the 1 YEAR old bed I purchased from them. I saved it for her in my dining room for 1 YEAR. She just got it from me, and now finds bed bugs DEAD on the seams of the mattress. Obviously it suffocated them (no air). Now I know the strong smell that came from that mattress was not because it was NEW!!! Most likely this mattress was one of their loaner mattresses got bed bugs, and they sprayed the bugs and resold the mattress, stating it was new. Cheap MFs!!!! You deserve this review out of all the other reviews, nothing can top this one!!!! *#@* #*&!!!!! AND TOOK A LOT OF MONEY FROM ME!
Bought furniture a few months ago, the delivery men broke my month old door bringing it in, I called furniture liquidators and spoke with Dwight who told me he’s not responsible and to call the delivery people to have them fix it. I called the delivery people and they blocked my calls after the first one and didn’t fix it. I called Dwight back, he said he’d fix it in a week, he didn’t show, called him a few more times, he’d give me som BS and he never showed nor sent anyone to fix it. After a few weeks of this, I got the door fixed myself. It’s been a few months and a couch cushion started ripping and again I called furniture liquidators to get a new one, was told it’s not their responsibility and I’d have to get it from N. Carolina. NC said I had a warranty and Dwight is supposed to order it for me, so I called him again and as usual he talked in circles and hung up on me. I had asked to speak with the owner but was told I could only speak with Dwight which I didn’t want to do because he can’t tell the truth to save his life and he’s completely useless and unhelpful. I called NC who were kind enough to send me a new cushion.
I have been looking for a rocker recliner for a person with a smaller stature. After searching every furniture store in the area my sister suggested this place. They had some decent stuff at a decent price but the staff. ..o.m.g! So, I decided to buy one of the chairs. I approached the three people standing in a circle talking. No one acknowledged me. Another kid stepped forward to help me but was munching sunflower seeds and spitting the shells into a bottle. Did he stop eating long enough to help me....NO! Gross. Just really young and completely unprofessional.
I had an excellent experience with Furniture Liquidators and wanted to share - so you too can save money and be happy with your experience! I wanted to get my wife an over-sized chair with ottoman. I shopped around and found the best looking, best quality and best price at Furniture Liquidators. The salesman was attentive and experienced and the next day my purchase was delivered to Queensbury! My wife loves it - next up we will be buying our mattresses from them. Again best names at best prices - great salesmen and delivery!
Didn’t get the chance to even consider placing an order. Was harassed by a man with a mustache who seemed to have decided he didn’t like me the second he laid eyes on me. After he made his displeasure at me trying out mattresses he hadn’t explicitly pointed out and that the one I was currently lying on was was “for girls” whatever that means, I told him thanks for his help and walked out. He told me not to be so stuck up as I walked out the door. I can’t imagine that bit works on other customers, and it certainly didn’t work on me. Just about the worst salesperson I’ve ever interacted with.
This place really needs to go out of business. They are the most unprofessional liars I have ever met. I brought my kids a bed from there that collapsed in less that 2 weeks. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks to replace it. It was metal! Everything in the store is a piece of crap. I wouldnt ask for a piece of tissue from this place! Every last sales person sucks! Every time I called they wouldnt answer. One day I called while walking in the store watching them look at the phone! No one is ever in the store so why arent you answering your phone?! Todd is a liar and the old man with the bald spot is too! They tell you what you want to hear and I hope they never get a sale again!
These ppl are CON ARTIST. they will say ANYTHING to get your MONEY. i purchased a mattress last month was told by manager they have a 90 day sleep trial policy. when i noticed a dip in my brand new mattress a month later they told me they never said that and would never honor a policy like that. said that once i purchase the bed Im on my own. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PPL.

The older salesman with glasses and huge beer belly proceeded to disrespect my brothers weight and told him he couldn’t sit on certain beds because he was big and gave nothing but attitude anytime we asked a question about the beds. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend going there ever again. I wish I could give a zero rating because that would be more fitting.
Still havent refunded me $1200.00 for furniture that arrived broken and some that was never delivered. Every time I call I get hung up on. When I go in Im told they already had the secretary send a check in the mail that never arrives. Its been 3 months. This is a group of thieves and liars. Do not lose your money like me!
If i could give less than 1 I would! Ordered a bed frame it came damaged. Their solution....they could go to home depot and fix it for me but I still have to pay full price for the damaged product. NO! beware dont purchase here. Still dealing with it will update once we reach a final solution.

This place is the worst place to go for furniture. First they were supose to call me when they were going to deliver. Never did I had to call them and wasnt untill 4 pm. Then they said my stuff should be there within the hour. Then they show up and didnt have the glass tops for the tables said they had to order them in. They would be in on Saturday. Then I go down to pick up the glass tops and they give me the satchel up ones off the floor. Then I bring them home and they didnt give me the bottom glas piece for the tables. Very dirty place and the organization is like a bunch or 12 year Olds are running the joint. Definitely stay away.
Its only November and these clowns has won the Wost Company of the Year award! Myself and my wife purchased two full bedroom sets= recieved , two accent chairs,two night stands and two lamps= yet to be recieved and Mark you this purchase was made in the first week of October ! Everytime you call they either dont answer or simply just hang up on you! We went there on numerous occasions and they tell you the guys are out delivering you will get it tonight well tonight still has not come! I will never do business or recommend anyone to do business with these jokers ! They just want the sale and thats it after that! Todd is a great sales guy but stop lying for your crooked boss bro!
Worst service I have ever received and the sales person is a complete scam artist. I Ordered a bed, bed frame, dresser and living room set. The bed I received was not the one I ordered, much cheaper and was told its just a loaner bed and my bed will arrive next week, 2 years and 40 phone calls later I finally decided to take the plastic off the loaner bed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Went here yesterday and got a new mattress set. Trevor helped me out. Even got to take it home same day. And yes they are really closing for good.
I order a bunkbed with futon bottom. I love the deals and the futon matress is nice and thick. Todd helped me order my order and justin,cordero helped deliver it on time. Deson also showed me end tables and i will definitely come back to buy one as well as a love seat.
Worst furniture store Ive ever dealt with!!! My fiancé and I purchased a sectional that was supposed to be brand new and they delivered a broken floor model a day later then they were supposed to and were supposed to discount me for the broke down one they substituted with. I wrote an email to complain after several messages went unanswered so they sent a tech to fix it and he left without completing the job saying he needed to come back at a later date. The date was never made and I never received my $50. Im planning to complain to the BBB about them and call my credit card company about the $50. Its sad I paid $700+ for a POS that they didnt even fix. I would never again give them my business. BE WARNED this company is horrible and their customer service is below sup par.

Horrible customer service! They deliver broken furniture and take months to replace it. I have been waiting 2 months for my furniture to be replaced, and shame on me for paying in full. Theres no one to complain to, the store manager and owner is the same person! I am going to report them to consumer affairs! DO NOT BUY from this store!!

Absolutely terrible service, I drove 15min to came this place, I arrived at 5:30pm, the door was locked, i checked the website said closed by 7, and then I knocked at door and the old heavy man with stashes Open the door said if you gonna buy something I will open for you few minutes if not we’re closed. ......I wished I can do no any star.
The worst place you can get furniture BECAUSE YOU WONT GET IT! I pay for my living room set $1,300 and then without calling or NOTHING they just dont have it! They dont even answer the phone! You have to come to the store to see whats going on! They say theyll hellp you? Not true! 1st and last time Ill get anything here!
Only thing Im going to say is to listen to your customers and give them time to browse around and dont demand ordering right away or buy something today can sometime to see it before Yelling I do not share other information about customers two other customers or buying links just make sure you listen to the customer carefully
My friend is a disabled vet& he bought furniture here. The delivery people damaged the furniture& now they are not willing to come pick it back up or refund his money. They actually want him to return it cause they are to cheap to do it. This place blows

I went into the store looking for a new living room set I walked in I wasnt treated like a number. Dry friendly place they offered me no credit finance I got approved and also got a bedroom set and they got me my furniture within 2 days great store I would refer everyone to go not only a great environment but very down to earth and friendly

2021-07-26Bought a queen size box spring a 3 weeks ago, then the bottom part came off, i called asking them nicely if we could swap it out because of the bad quality, or get any store credits, and the guy was extremely rude telling me that i cant exchange it, and telling me i have to take responsibilities for the damage. Anyways, people say you wasted your money but learned a lesson, just be careful before you shop.

2021-08-23Do not support this business. They have no consideration for people. I bought a Memory Foam mattress here and paid them cash on the spot $603 to be exact. I asked for delivery and the sales man said he will tie it to my car and assured me that it was secure. As soon as I left the mattress fell out and was stuck in a u-haul engine it caused a 5 car accident with kids involved, the mattress was partial burned. I went back to the store 2 hours later and bring the Mattress back as part of it was burned and damaged. They did not offer any refund basically told me it’s my responsibility once I left the lot. In a time like this they have no compassion. the sales person said they will send the mattress back to the company, so where is my money? This is not business, it hasn’t been 24hrs, I haven’t even slept in the mattress and i lost $600 just like that?. They even saw what happened to the mattress and took nothing into consideration… I would accept if I kept the Mattress even though it was damaged but still it was useable, but it’s NOT and it’s not sitting right with me to loose 600 dollar and be without a mattress too. Spend your money where you’re valued as customer. They obviously don’t care about Integrity and customer satisfaction. It’s a quick dollar for them but the company won’t last doing business this way.

2021-07-23Hi customers, before you purchase any merchandise from this store, just be really careful they won’t take any returns as soon as they charge you, highly recommend go to other furniture store and asking about return or exchange policy. This store will not tell you anything about their return policy until you get the receipt, and you can barely see those tinny words : no exchanges and no refunds. Their customer service is very rude, they won’t take any advices and they think you may try to insult them. I always get furniture from other “authentic” stores, like those big companies, they always take exchanges and returns. This store is a private store, they can make the rules that they want . Just be really careful

2021-07-21Do not give them your money. Their furniture is low-quality and over-priced, and their customer service is very poor. We purchased a split box spring for one of our Airbnb units and it would not fit on our bed frame (the mattress was too high). They refused to give us a refund for “our mistake” and also refused to offer in-store credit despite being only 2 days since we made the purchase. My hunch is that they are used to swindling college students and don’t know how to conduct business with professionals. Avoid.

2021-07-22We bought several items from this store, their customer service is awful, I was trying to communicate with them nicely regarding the quality of the furniture I bought from them, the owner just cut me off while I was describing the situation, and he wouldn’t let you finish and jump in started yelling, I was shocked. I understand that you may had a bad day, but being rude to the customers will just cos more problems, as a business owner myself, my suggestion is don’t bring any emotions to your customers even you have a bad day, good luck!

2021-07-22This place is a scammer for college students, their return policy is not clear, we purchased two items two days ago, one of the items won’t fit and I called asking if we could return since it’s brand new, then the owner said it’s not refundable because of Covid even we have the receipt, we usually purchase furnitures from Bobs or Raymour and Flanigan, and we never had problem to swap out or return anything even they give us credits, and their other furnitures are also bad quality and over priced. Please be careful before you make a purchase with them.

2019-11-26Do not give this place your money!!! Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 beds a week before the delivery date and they never contacted me to tell me what time they were bringing the beds. I called for a few days at different times of the day and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So I left work on the date that my furniture was supposed to be delivered and stopped in the store when I was told my delivery was cancelled because they fired their delivery men. I should’ve got a phone call to notify me of this change. As I expressed my concerns a man with a truck that was picking up and delivering someone else’s furniture (not from their store) offered to deliver my furniture and the man was rude and told him NO I don’t want her to have my furniture I’m giving her a refund. I was glad to get my refund back and give my money to a more deserving store. He was also rude to another woman trying to buy a couch while I was there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever! I would give 0 stars if I could.

2020-08-28I have purchased several pieces of furniture however I purchased a full bed box spring n mattress that was to be delivered which paid delivery fee up front all cash. Things changed and I picked up the be last friday. I was told a refund for the delivery fee would be sent out the next day. I understand the next day was a Saturday. I have called 4 time as of today even stating I was willing to use the delivery charge refund to purchase more.i have not received my delivery refund check or even a phone call.**update**STILL NO resolution. Did receive an email responded back and called twice
