Bought a queen size box spring a 3 weeks ago, then the bottom part came off, i called asking them nicely if we could swap it out because of the bad quality, or get any store credits, and the guy was extremely rude telling me that i cant exchange it, and telling me i have to take responsibilities for the damage. Anyways, people say you wasted your money but learned a lesson, just be careful before you shop.

Do not support this business. They have no consideration for people. I bought a Memory Foam mattress here and paid them cash on the spot $603 to be exact. I asked for delivery and the sales man said he will tie it to my car and assured me that it was secure. As soon as I left the mattress fell out and was stuck in a u-haul engine it caused a 5 car accident with kids involved, the mattress was partial burned. I went back to the store 2 hours later and bring the Mattress back as part of it was burned and damaged. They did not offer any refund basically told me it’s my responsibility once I left the lot. In a time like this they have no compassion. the sales person said they will send the mattress back to the company, so where is my money? This is not business, it hasn’t been 24hrs, I haven’t even slept in the mattress and i lost $600 just like that?. They even saw what happened to the mattress and took nothing into consideration… I would accept if I kept the Mattress even though it was damaged but still it was useable, but it’s NOT and it’s not sitting right with me to loose 600 dollar and be without a mattress too. Spend your money where you’re valued as customer. They obviously don’t care about Integrity and customer satisfaction. It’s a quick dollar for them but the company won’t last doing business this way.

Hi customers, before you purchase any merchandise from this store, just be really careful they won’t take any returns as soon as they charge you, highly recommend go to other furniture store and asking about return or exchange policy. This store will not tell you anything about their return policy until you get the receipt, and you can barely see those tinny words : no exchanges and no refunds. Their customer service is very rude, they won’t take any advices and they think you may try to insult them. I always get furniture from other “authentic” stores, like those big companies, they always take exchanges and returns. This store is a private store, they can make the rules that they want . Just be really careful

Do not give them your money. Their furniture is low-quality and over-priced, and their customer service is very poor. We purchased a split box spring for one of our Airbnb units and it would not fit on our bed frame (the mattress was too high). They refused to give us a refund for “our mistake” and also refused to offer in-store credit despite being only 2 days since we made the purchase. My hunch is that they are used to swindling college students and don’t know how to conduct business with professionals. Avoid.

We bought several items from this store, their customer service is awful, I was trying to communicate with them nicely regarding the quality of the furniture I bought from them, the owner just cut me off while I was describing the situation, and he wouldn’t let you finish and jump in started yelling, I was shocked. I understand that you may had a bad day, but being rude to the customers will just cos more problems, as a business owner myself, my suggestion is don’t bring any emotions to your customers even you have a bad day, good luck!

This place is a scammer for college students, their return policy is not clear, we purchased two items two days ago, one of the items won’t fit and I called asking if we could return since it’s brand new, then the owner said it’s not refundable because of Covid even we have the receipt, we usually purchase furnitures from Bobs or Raymour and Flanigan, and we never had problem to swap out or return anything even they give us credits, and their other furnitures are also bad quality and over priced. Please be careful before you make a purchase with them.

Do not give this place your money!!! Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 beds a week before the delivery date and they never contacted me to tell me what time they were bringing the beds. I called for a few days at different times of the day and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. So I left work on the date that my furniture was supposed to be delivered and stopped in the store when I was told my delivery was cancelled because they fired their delivery men. I should’ve got a phone call to notify me of this change. As I expressed my concerns a man with a truck that was picking up and delivering someone else’s furniture (not from their store) offered to deliver my furniture and the man was rude and told him NO I don’t want her to have my furniture I’m giving her a refund. I was glad to get my refund back and give my money to a more deserving store. He was also rude to another woman trying to buy a couch while I was there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture however I purchased a full bed box spring n mattress that was to be delivered which paid delivery fee up front all cash. Things changed and I picked up the be last friday. I was told a refund for the delivery fee would be sent out the next day. I understand the next day was a Saturday. I have called 4 time as of today even stating I was willing to use the delivery charge refund to purchase more.i have not received my delivery refund check or even a phone call.**update**STILL NO resolution. Did receive an email responded back and called twice
