We paid Craig $300 to fix my wifes recliner which has turned out to be a waste of money the quality of work is awful. Please avoid this company. It took 2 weeks to get the chair returned Instead of Craig apologizing for taking so long he takes the money and leaves not even giving me a receipt so unprofessional.

Craig Belotti was highly recommended by a major furniture company. Craig came to my house. I wanted to repair and restore an armoire and refinish a triple dresser. Consultation fee was applied to the price. Craig had the pieces picked up in November 2020. He assured me that the pieces would look like new when they were returned. The work was completed and the furniture was delivered in January 2021. The 3 drawers did not fit in to the armoire. It took SIX home visits to finally fix the drawers. The triple dresser had some cracks on the top and front which were not there when the piece was picked up. In addition, the stain was not evenly done. It looks like the dresser is different shades.. not one color. A mirror which was on a dresser in the bedroom was cracked. It clearly matches a chip on the corner of the dresser. When I reported the cracked mirror, Sue in Craigs office said that Craig would take care of it. I have heard nothing from Craig in spite of emails sent to him. The workmanship of this company is very sloppy and unprofessional. The pieces were not checked before being returned. They were very nice when they initially came to get my business, but Craig did not follow up to complete the problems that were his workers fault. I do not recommend this company. You will pay in full when the furniture is returned, and then you can whistle if there is a problem.

Tech was very Courteous, clean and did a phenomenal job on my dining table stripping and refinished it, looks like new, not one single mark on it. Office was very accommodating, quick service very please with their services.

Paid $300 for 2 tears in my couch to be repaired, Apparently the “repair” was putting a ton of staples on it. Well these staples came undone and ultimately cut myself and my son. I like to positively rate our local buisness’s, Unfortunately this one I would not recommend once so ever, Poor customer service and the worst repair I have seen even attempted on a couch.

The most professional company Ive ever dealt with. Fair pricing, quality service, and excellent customer treatment. Management was very responsive and assisted with all inquiries/requests. I would recommend this service to any friends or family seeking reupholstery/refinishing/refurbishing work. Overall 10/10 experience with this organization.

OMG! The crew just left my house from returning all of my furniture that has been refinished and reupholstered. I am amazed with how beautiful everything is! This company was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Very accommodating with my busy schedule, tech called in advance to arrival, very nice gentlemen, very prepared picked up my sectional for recover, Brought back sooner than I though, and looks perfect. Very please with the work.
