Im currently in NJ where the only gabrielli here doesnt sell volvo parts I called here to tried and get a part number and was told by the clerk they are not allowed to give out part numbers i guess Im supposed to wonder around til i can get what i need or maybe Im obligated to buy from them I was a long time customer til today
I never had a problem with the people that work there they official. Some of you guys are too special and important. The people at the counter are always going above and beyond even when I’m annoying and don’t know the name of a part or where it goes they always find it. So all you dudes with them fake comments need to stop it.
Bought a 2006 Ford LCF (yes, old; but still from a dealers maintained fleet) from them on Friday, after they said they fixed the starting problem it had when I test drove it 2 weeks earlier. They said it had just been sitting too long. The guy who transferred it to me said to call if there were any issues and theyd take care of it. The truck didnt start on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I reached out and they said its and old truck, manager wont pay for it, and he will get you a discount if brought to one of our shops.
My local MACK support isnt the best, so I randomly dialed a store in New York and had the pleasure to speak with Gil. I needed help getting chassis details and was given far more information and specs than I had initially requested. Gil was such a great help, I felt compelled to write a review. Management, should you read this... we live in a world where customer service is lack luster at best, so please give him my best. -Carlos out of Albuquerque, NM.
Your parts department is horrible the guys there are very rude I work for very big company that buys a lot of parts from you guys and I can’t believe you employ people like this I would be fired if I talk to people with the attitude like they have and you don’t answer the phone past 538pm at the parts department why put on google 6pm after I told him I’d call him back in two minutes to get a PO number from my company if it was my choice I would never buy from you ever again but see I am not the only one leaving a review like this you guys have horrible customer relations to the max clean your place up because eventually people are going to go to someone else
Very dissatisfied with the service provided by Gabrielli. Didn’t repair the problem and when asked for expedited repair, was denied. My truck is out of service, again, hence losing money, again, for something they claimed they fixed.A member of the company forewarned Mark Evans of Gabrielli via telephone and in an email which stated that the check engine light was on again (5days later) and the same issue persisted (this was known due to a fault code reported by the Keep Truckin ELD ENGINE MONITOR). She informed him that the tractor would be dropped off the following day at noon and requested an expedited repair, considering this was supposed to have been resolved by Gabrielli less than a week ago. This request was denied.The next day at 11:45 am, the tractor was taken into the facility and at that time, Mark acknowledged the problem was in fact the same, and mentioned he wouldn’t charge a diagnostic fee. (Well of course not!!!!) Once again only requesting expedited services, the response from Mark was, “I have 12 trucks here. I would have to ask them if it’s ok with them if you skip them!” I was appalled!There was nothing done to expedite. The automated “asset email” Gabrielli sends, stated the tractor wasn’t checked into their system until 17:47:03. Over 6 hours after it was dropped off. And at 10am the following day, a follow up call was placed and Mark stated, “they haven’t looked at it as of yet, but he thinks they are about to look at it now.” Unacceptable. Another message was left for Sal Rossi (manager) via voicemail and with Mark. Will update this review.Mark was forewarned about the vehicle coming in 24 hours before it was brought in, therefore the initial request of an expeditious repair was a reasonable one. As of now, I have missed 3 loads of my contracted work totaling $1950. I will be definitely seeking monetary reimbursement for every load that is missed due to incompetence.
This place is horrible. They are quick to sell a vehicle but it is impossible to get any service on the vehicle. The service manager tells you to the bring the vehicle in for service; 6 weeks later the vehicle is still NOT repaired. The staff at Gabrielli feel that you bought the substandard product, and now you could wait forever to get it repaired. I will NEVER ever buy another Ford product. Horrible. The staff is rude and nasty.
Bought a 2019 hino tow truck. Truck is great. I didn’t check on the day of delivery but the Truck has no throttle control or idle up feature for the bed. I thought maybe i was not doing something right with the cruise but nothing i tried worked. Ended up calling my salesman Masimo who was great through the whole purchase process by the way. He agreed to take my truck as a trade when the Medford location didn’t want to. He also gave me a fair price on the new truck. Massimo handled the situation and the truck is currently getting the idle up issue fixed.

2022-01-28Great place if you are a heavy-duty trucker who needs a mechanical uplifting ... really a bunch of good folks. I thought they sold all the chrome, lights, bells and whistles, hats mates and gloves, coffee mugs and dancing girls hanging from the rear view mirror.

2021-11-17Was there 11/16/21,not sure of part I needed.Had hard to see picture of what I thought part was and the associate who worked at store was very knowledgeable and even printed copy of part and schematic of where it was on truck.First Class treatment being my first time there.

2017-09-16One of the truck drivers associated with this company refused to let my Uber driver merge onto the freeway. It was a road rage filled game for the truck driver and my driver and partner were terrified because we were forced along the narrow shoulder of a bridge. The truck driver would leave room, but then as my driver began to merge the truck driver would aggressively speed up to cut us off. They did this multiple times and we were terrified.

2020-11-02Matt (Gabrielli-Queens location) provided me with excellent customer service. He was able to quickly get a mechanic to work on my truck and resolve its problem very quickly.
