Absolutely terrible chicken Parm wedge. Maybe I should just call it a bread wedge, the chicken was literally 1/2 of a cutlet sliced in half horizontally. If it werent for the breading on the paper thin chicken, one wouldnt even know it was there. They should be ashamed of themselves. I gave 1 star because the salads looked pretty good.
Absolutely love this place. Idk what they do but the pizzas are phenomenal. I always make sure to pass by here on my trips to Albany. They have a large variety of pizzas to choose from. From vegetarian to meat lovers pie. You wont regret it!

This pizzeria is none like no other. When you go in you get the feel your in Italy, not because of the atmosphere, but because of the pace. Take your time and relax while you wait for your food. You will be happy. Yes happy. Food so good you actually smile while eating. Oh yeah and Im from Jersey!
Always amazing food, and desserts. Stop in, my brother, and the guys make the BEST pizzas, wraps, pinwheels, ect. Looking for NYC pizza, but dont want to take such a long, time consuming trip, come on in and see my brothers pizza shop. I implore you to try his famous pizza and pinwheels. Worried about price, dont be. The prices are very reasonable, and NOT overly priced. The place is very cozy, warm, and welcoming.
Who doesnt take an order over the phone because they are individual slices. Not one slice but 8. Call every week to place order and out of the blue they no longer take it. Will take my business to another pizza shop. I guess they dont care to lose customers.

Good pizza place food with a complete menu. Generally not so clean, some of the staff have an attitude and act like they are doing me a favor by buying a slice. But I can tolerate it for a quick bite after a home depot run or after getting off the train
Gaetanos has the best pizza in the area. Great for casual dine in or take out. Amazing specialty slices but nothing is better than their cheese. The service is excellent, very helpful and easy going. Would/have recommended to anyone.
Pizza is ok as a slice. I order frequent pies from there and any style seems to have a big layer of grease and the cheese just falls off. Decent pizza and the other food served is pretty good with good serving sizes.

Basically this is a Pizza parlor in a mall serving Home Depot next door all dough no flavor. My wife brought home a chicken roll tonight and the server could not even take the time to fully cut the roll as requested. Its a basic pizza parlor run by kids. Totally sub par
New to area. Thought wed try place based on reviews, which Im beginning to see you cant trust. Wish I had gone to ladies room before I started eating my oily slice of white pizza. Cheese was like chewing bubblegum. Left a funky taste in my mouth even after I brushed my teeth. Place needs a thorough cleaning. Bathroom looks like its never been cleaned, so whats the kitchen like? Couldnt finish slice upon noticing dirtiness of this establishment. Wont be going back!!
Good food at affordable prices. Large floor space for dining in, and high ceilings for breathing room. The home made Italian ices are too die for, and they also carry frozen specialty items. Great location too. You can hop right off and on the highway. Theres a large parking lot across the street to accommodate large trucks.
Gaetanos Pizza is outstanding! I went there the other day for the first time and had a slice of Buffalo Chicken pizza and have been wanting to go back every day since. I recommend anyone in the area who is looking for excellent pizza to stop by and try this place.Also, the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful.

Two stars because although the pizza is actually decent, the service is sub par at best. I am used to getting my pizza from the Bronx and for upstate food it’s not bad. However, the gentleman who answers the phone and checks people out is beyond rude. No thank you when you hang up the call no thank you when you leave the restaurant. Last time my husband was there he crumbled the receipt up and then walks away without saying anything? I mean who does that? As a person who’s worked in the food industry before, I could never treat a paying customer like that. Lastly just tried to order a calzone over the phone and was told that couldn’t be done but instead we could get one that’s already from the counter that could get stuffed with what my husband wants in it? Ummmm what again lol so he’s not going to get a made to order one? I don’t know who’s running this place but the attitudes in there could all use a facelift. I rarely complain and won’t even go to write a review when the food is bad at a restaurant but I really can’t tolerate rude people. I work too hard to be treated like that. Guess we will have to venture to another spot.
I ordered the chicken tortellini soup which was meh. Chicken was dry, broth a bit off (sour?). I think the broth was commercial. It would be great to have it mixed at least with some home made broth but this can be expensive. Celery and carrots crunchy, maybe just simmer longer to soften, and get more flavor? Saute the carrots and celery, add onion then add broth and simmer. This will make a big difference. The fresh parsley was very good.They have a nice menu. Put a sign on door facing the dining room telling customers to use other doors so they dont let cold air into dining room! ( theres a sign on the outside only)
I really hope that my order was incorrect because if this is their calzone.. well then this thing is the most disappointing calzone that Ive ever had.Their food is good but damn man, $7 for something that can fit in the palm of my hand?? Theres much bigger elsewhere for sure so pick your items wisely.

We had pizza there once which was good so we thought wed try other food and let me tell you were we sorry. Its not just bad food- they dont even try to make it good. First their linguini with white clam sauce had no real clams in it - it was canned clams. Really? Thats not real food. It tasted terrible. My husband had veal francese- the veal was coated with thick wet breading- it was awful. The veal tasted eh. They gave us a container of linguini with red sauce that actually tasted like tomato paste and besides that the linguini should go in the buttery francese sauce, not red sauce! Dont you guys know anything about Italian food? Never going here again.
Terrible after waiting 35 minutes the estimate I was given they informed me it would be another 10 to 15 be for it even got in the oven. I voted we my feet I left. Really good food terrible service ordinarily I would give them pass but it not the first time
Booths,floos around the walls were filfthy!! One slice took 20 minutes and it was cold.....there was nobody else in the place! How do these people pass inspection? When did Food inspectors allow eating and drinking behind the counter? Despite all, the food tasted good. Disheartened.☹️
I only come here because my wife and kids for some reason like their food. I personally do not nor do I care for their attitude. Just today while on the road I was about 20 minutes away and decided to surprise the family with some things from this place. I called and as usual the person answering the phone has attitude, seems to be in a rush to go somewhere. So I am placing my order and in the middle of the conversation he hangs up on me? I assumed he received the order. I show up at the place and there is no record of my record of my order. So the time it took me to get there my order would have been completed but now I had to sit there another 17 minutes awaiting my order. Another idiotic thing is you cant order individual slices on the phone. It is either a full pie or nothing. Ridiculous. Overall the attitude is not customer service oriented. Oh and BTW the pizza pie is nowhere near NYC style pizza.

Pizza is okay,but count your change. it seems these guys dont know how to count or they are short changing you on purpose. was thier on sunday and I was short changed 8 dollars. I didnt count change on spot because of the virvus.

We love Gaetano’s! It’s family friendly, super causal, laybacked, and the food is delicious. The staff is super friendly and the food is always ready very fast. Highly recommended.

I was at the shopping center for something else, and the smell drew me in. Sometimes all the toppings on the pizza makes me switch from my original plan which would be a plain slice right from the oven. I stuck with my gut and got the plain slice. It was by far the best plain slice of pizza Ive had in quite some time. The crust was thin and crispy, the cheese was sharp and stringy, the sauce was incredible- just the right amount. This experience peaked my curiosity, is this the best slice around? I tried a few other local places in the area and they did not compare. I went back yesterday to see if my first experience was a fluke and ordered a plain slice again. I was not let down, its literally the best plain slice and I will continue to go back ! Highly recommend!!! Too busy eating and enjoying to take a photo but will try to remember next time.

2021-08-30Gaetanos has the best pizza around! We moved to CT, and what they call pizza in CT could be more accurately described as a tragedy. When we want good pizza we drive all the way back to Gaetanos. Every pizza they have is worth the drive, but our favorites are buffalo chicken and sesame chicken. If you think your pizza place has the best buffalo chicken slice then do yourself a favor, and swing by Gaetanos for an upgraded version of your fav. You wont be disappointed.

2022-06-04Was a fan of their Sicilian pizza but no more. I know a lot of pizzerias have the Square dough for Sicilian pie pre made for time constraints but this time it was more than a few days old. Pizza was tough as in not fresh. Noticed lately a lot of businesses don’t throw old stuff out like they used to years ago. I noticed it with rolls and bagels also. Sad especially for the prices that are being paid for the products.

2021-04-03This place is such a gem! Very tasty pizza and everything else! So glad we gave it a try, now ordering 2nd day in a row! My personal favorites are Italian Wedding soup, pepperoni peenwheels and the take-out boxes they give you the food in, so convenient and cute! Staff is very nice and friendly. Will be back soon!

2022-03-12Probably the worse experience I had . I ordered food that I had to wait an hour forThen every item I got ? ( paid over $50) was incorrect . Gave me food that I’m allergic too . food was so nasty . Would deff be telling everyone I know to not go here . Waste of time and money .
