Great service! Best place to fix your phone in the neighborhood!! I’ve been coming here for years and i’m in love with the atmosphere and service.
They never even called me to tell me how much my phone repair would cost - they said they needed up to two hours to look at it. I finally call as I was trying to be patient and the guy working on my phone was gone!
That store is amazing! They have good customer service, repairs on time, pretty and cool accessories I really love to go to that shop!

If you need your game console to be fixed this is the absolute last place you wanna go, took my ps4 there to be fixed and was told to pick it up the following day, when i got there it wasnt fixed, then I was told to be back the following day and again same excuse, and then was told it was gonna be finished the following day, so I picked it up, payed, and took it home to check it and it was still not working, and in worse condition then of when I took it to be repaired, absolutely unprofessional.
They changed my iphone screen while I shopped at Target. Super fast excellent service.

2021-10-06These people are so unprofessional. Im in shock, they destroyed my iPad and refused to fix it. They have very bad customer service, specially kenny. I will never come back here again. DONT COME HERE ! save your time and money !!! Instead of fixing my device, they cracked my screen and told me its not their problem!!! seriously !?

2019-01-13Was told turn around time for a playstation 4 controller repair was 30 minutes to 1 hour. Waited 3+ hours...if you have things to do, dont bother here. They tell you theyll call you. Go back to the store, theyre having a party in the store, blasting music and then say Oh we have other repairs. The laziest customer service Ive ever seen, dont waste your money here if you dont want them to waste your time.

2017-12-04One of the best places to go and get any of your gadgets fixed iPhone gaming console except tv they are good people. Good and cute staff. They help a lot and I got help from a 16 year old so cute and helped me so good over there very nice people.

2021-02-18Went there because I heard they had 3080 and 3090 in stock. They sell for worse than scalp prices, what kinda messed up world we live in when stores are selling at scalp prices.They quoted me 2300$ for a 3080 which is more than 100% of what its msrp is!!!Disgusting business practice wont buy anything or support them in any way shape or form!!!

2019-03-25My ps4 had an hdmi problem. Called asked question and got goid answers. Brought my system in last monday got it back on tuesday. Working great. The people there know their stuff. Fast and efficent. They have a new customer in me. Also decent selection if games and more. Thank you.

2018-11-04I went in with a dead iphone, after Tmobile and Apple helplines had determined that I would need a phone, and Tmobile tried to sell me one. The fellow at the counter listened to my problem, pulled some lint out of the plug, and wished me well (at no cost). I will definitely go back!
