Their always friendly, attentive, reasonable with their games & accessories. A great spot to visit if you need something to play. They have plenty of retro titles and and great variety of used and new games. They always get games on release date and they have a decent movies collection of DVD and Blu-rays. Worth the visit if your near and James the manager is great!
A great place to get current and retro games. The staff are nice and very knowledgable about video games, unlike most GameStops that just hire random people off the street. The store isnt the biggest, but they still have so much to offer; and the prices are very fair. While GameStop will sell/resell certain games for unreasonable prices, you can get those same games at Game Express for a better price and in better condition. They also have a trade in system which is a plus if you are trying to get games for an even lower price. Amazing game shop.
Very organized store. Has most things in stock. Cashier is nice. Def the go to place to get gaming equipment when in need.
Do not waste your time with this place. Almost everything is marked at a price higher than retail from other places. Every single trip to this store was a waste. They have a large selection of items but I recommend checking Ebay, Amazon and even other game stores in the area for better prices.

My son and I love this place always have beating prices they have a large selection of used games also that are very very affordable and the newer games is just coming out. Prices its almost as if you shopping online meaning they always have good deals
Guy behind the counter was helpful and very friendly they also give much more than gamestop for in-store credit and cash for what ever youre trading in

Its a pretty good store, Ive bought some games here that you can buy and cant in other stores like GameStop. Theyre also relatively cheaper in comparison. You should come here if youre a really hardcore gamer.

This closest to video game paradise I can get these days Only old school gamers should be shopping here . Last time I was here I was trying to get a ps4 when it was launched being I waited at the last minute to get none like everyone else but I ended up getting ps2 Manhunt 2 & street fighter collection . Dont like being screwed by GameStop drop by game express
At 45 I’m just gettin into video games and didn’t have a clue when it came to buying a console or getting the best games but these guys were patient with me and helped me set up my new game room. I can’t thank them enough for the advice and direction I got there

Came here to get the PS4, Full Line of 70 people, i was top 5 in line and they owner of the store told everyone to leave because they dont have ps4s for everybody but they only have for their employees and close friends who were in the store laughing at us buyers outside in the cold.

The service you receive is horrible, the workers do not read you the policies correctly, the manager has no respect whatsoever. I would recommend you walk the extra block and go to game stop and not waste your time and money on idiots

2022-06-01Ive had great experience everytime Ive been to this location. Very good ethics concerning their business. Everytime Ive gone there Ive bought things Ive really enjoyed and I only just started gaming on a console since late 2021.

2022-07-18This place just have a lot of retro stuff but the staff is terrible the Korean or Chinese guy that works there would try and treat you like a crack head and offer you ten dollars for each game if you bring in 4 or if he feels like it he won’t buy a perfectly fine controller and say he’s overstocked and the other people wouldn’t treat you with any actual good customer service they feel like nerds with powers in there and it’s crazy cause I would expect gameexpress to be totally different from game stop but I guess I’m wrong hopefully they close them down cause they don’t have any benefit on having that shop open

2021-07-20If youre a collector for video games, youll love this place. Because part of their products were pre-owned, the prices are like estimated 40-75% from the original price. I honestly love going here, the amount of games Ive gotten here since other game stores didnt had them is cool. Recommend going here to see the retro stuff theyre lucky to even have

2021-05-12I’ve been shopping here for years but this game store has finally lost my respect and business. I bought a brand new Nintendo Switch from here and thumb grips as well for the joy cons only to find out a few days later that these grips scuffed my joy cons on each side leaving circle marks when I called and spoke to the Asian guy who runs the store and explained the situation he told me that I was the one who was responsible for what had happened and that I should have been more careful because it’s obviously my fault that he sold me a defective device that damaged my Nintendo Switch soooo in the end of it all I did not get a replacement or myMoney back

2021-05-02This is one of the few old school 2000s type of retro video game storeThey have a nice collection of rare DBZ figures and retro systems and gamesThey give decent cash back and store credit opposed to other game stores as wellGood selection of games in general and also used. Great video game store although they could be more up to date with new releases and getting early shipments.
