Best repair shop Ive been to in a while .They fixed my ps5 and controller for a decent price and quickly. Its been Two weeks and my ps5 is running with no issues…. crossing my fingers.
Paid to have my xbox controllers left analog drift fixed, only for it to still be broken when I picked it up. Brought it back only to wait another week and still have the same issue. Waste of time and money.

I checked in a PS3, a Japanese one i had got recently with the ability to play PS2 games which had a YLOD and did not work anymore. These guys did wonders at repairing this pretty old system to like new at a very fair price. Despite the on and off for a few months which could improve, the wait was worth it and these guys are incredible at their work. Overall very fine people and very good work they do. I owe them thanks to this PS3 and now I have the ability to play some good catalogue of games!
Ive had two repairs done by them! A secondhand ps vita that they practically made new again and got my ps4 fan cleaned/replaced. Very professional and handled my things with care. Im going to them here if my consoles/handhelds need some repairs from now on!

Professional yet friendly. Did not try to over charge me. Has lot of tools present to get ur things fixed. I visited him after I was told that my playstation board is faulty. And he fixed the connectivity in couple minutes. Charged me only $10 and also give some insights after the repair as well.

My Xbox One X stopped working on me just before Vanguard came out. Called Microsoft and they were no help. Just when I thought I was going to have to buy a new system (if I could find and Xbox with the shortage) found Gamers Edge online and they were open on Saturday. Like Crystal, I called and I had about 30 minutes to get there. I made it, and they said they would have the system fixed by Monday. Bright and early Monday morning I got that call, system was ready to go. Most definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs system repairs done.

Jonas is the man!! The HDMI port on my sons Playstation was destroyed. Almost considered buying a new one. Found Gamers Edge on Google; called; he told me they closed by 5 and could have it done by Monday. I got there at 5 on the dot (illegal driving shh) picked it up on Monday like he said. And my son was able to play 2k 22 for his birthday. Mom of the year 💪🏾😜 and Gamers Edge gets tech specialists of the year 💪🏾🏆 Thanks guys!
Great repair shop. The guys there know what theyre doing. They fix phones, gaming systems, TVs, computers, etc. Theyre honest and wont charge you an arm and a leg. The only thing I would say is to keep tabs on your repair because Jonas often has alot to repair and he could have your stuff ready but forget to let you know
I had very bad experience with other companies but when I came to them they explain everything professionally and the price was also great compare to others and I will definitely recommend them and definitely come back to them anytime. They fix and worked on two of my Xbox’s and I very happy andSatisfied.
They took a difficult job and completed it in less than 1 week and at a small cost. Deserves so much more credit. I gave them a big tip and it still came out to less than 50 dollars. Just a family owned old school type of business. Real customer service. Real people. Real great service at a fraction of what most companies charge in half the time. Highly recommend these gentlemen to fix and/or repair any electronic device worth fixing.
My original PS4 kept on beeping and ejecting the discs at random for months, it was a real issue and I was gonna fork over more than 100 dollars to get it fixed by Sony, thank God I didnt because these guys fixed it in under 3 hours and only charged me 30 bucks. Amazing service, they know what theyre doing. I went back and had them fix my old Windows 10 laptop and its running like new again. I cant recommend them enough for all your electronics repair needs.
Went to get my ps4 cleaned since the fan was getting loud. It was quick and p reasonably priced. Just be aware the employees dont wear masks while they work. Just the dude at the front desk wears one but no one else. They also dont seem to enforce the mask policy on customers since there was a customer with no mask talking to the staff. Service is p good they do their job well, but if u are high risk be cautious.

I broke my Xbox due to a poor decision on my behalf and I was super worried that I wouldnt get it fixed or find a good place to take it. Gamers Edge is the place to go to. They were fast, diligent, NICE and understanding of the situation. They fixed it on the spot and I didnt call ahead. Ps4 was overheating; the fan needed to be replaced and also they fixed the eject button for $80 - a bit expensive but service was exceptional, professional staff and overall good experience - repair was done same day. verbally was told I have a 6 month warranty on the replacement fan.

Came here because my ps4 pro was making extremely loud noise when it was running. They explained to me that it could either be in need of a cleaning or a fan replacement. Within 2hrs from drop off it was ready for pick up and they told me that it needed to be cleaned and the thermal paste was replaced. All for 30 dollars. It is COMPLETELY SILENT running massive games. Huge difference. Wonderful service!

My Sons Playstation 4 (Slim) Was Over Heating So I Called Around A Few Places & Those Places Wanted Almost the Price Of A New PS4 To Replace The Fan. I Google Repair Shops & Came Across These Guys , Still Thinking I Needed A Fan Replacement Which Is $80 If They Replaced It. Guy Told Me Leave It For A Few & He Would Get Back To Me If Its Just Cleaning Thats $30 , So I Left My Sons PS4 There 2 Hours Later I Got A Call Stating It Only Had To Be Cleaned & All I Had To Pay Was $30.I Live In The Bronx & You Cant Find An Honest Repair Shop Any Where From The Bronx / Brooklyn / Manhattan / Queens , But Long Island Came Through For My Son. Very Professional , Very Detailed & Answered All My Questions. This Shop Could Have Taken Advantage Of Me As A Customer & Charged Me To Replace A Fan In The PS4 , But They Were Honest & Just Charged Me For A Cleaning. I Definitely Reccomend This Repair Shop & Look Forward To Doing Business With Them Again. Thank You!!!!

I wanted to give Gamers Edge a better review with everything in me, because they have reasonable prices and are friendly but they took forever to fix our iPads. Also, they say they are going to call you when the work is done, but they never call. You need to stay on top of these guys and call often, because the date they say they are going to finish changes. I had some issues with the work as well. I returned my iPad two times and hubbys three. In total, it took about 2 months for all the work to get done. I will give them credit though, they did knock down the price of the work on my husbands iPad because the last time we returned it for repair, it took so long (a month). In the end, our iPads work and thats good but the time it took was not great.
I don’t even live around valley I live in rockaway beach and yet this is Best repair shop I’ve been too, I went today to fix my PS4 HDMI OUT, and they fixed it real fast and there extremely respectful and a cool group of guys, they know what they’re doing trust me, I’ll definitely go back there to fix anything that is needed,HIGHLY RECOMMEND trust me!

Hands down best place to come for your gaming, laptop and phone repairs. My PS3 wasnt reading the games anymore and stopped loading the game discs. I was shopping around for prices to get my disc drive fixed for my PS3 and was quite surprised and happy on the quote I received from Gamers Edge Repair while other places quoted me alarmingly moreWhen opting to fix my PS3 Blu-Ray Lens, he gave two options...one was a less expensive repair on changing the actual lens eye or entire disc drive replaced (which i chose to do). I did mentioned to Jonas (owner) that I was having WiFi issues and asked to check on it at the same time when opening the PS3 for the disc drive. When checking on it, he did noticed the WiFi antenna was lose and he made the connection more snug and I was pleasantly surprised he didnt charge me to do that simple fix.On a closing note. I wanted to give a heads-up about another experience. During the same day, I had called the Apple Store to have the MacBook Air keyboard fixed and swapped with a new one but was very costly from Apple. Then remembered Jonas and brought the MacBook Air to him and he quoted me 1/3 the price and quick turnaround time in less than two days fixed.I must say I was beyond satisfied with my experience! Jonas (owner) was professional, honest, affordable repair costs and understanding to your needs!!! Highly recommended for electronic fixes including retro systems. These guys are AMAZING!!!! My PS4 runs like a dream. Thank you sooo much. I was unable to play any game for a while because my ps4 kept over heating, also to mention the ps4 would sound like a mack truck sitting in my room with the engine on. I dropped my PS4 off Friday morning and was so happy when I got the call to come pick it up just a few hours later. Ive been playing for hours this evening and my ps4 has not made a sound and its not shutting off on me. I am beyond pleased. Thank you G.E.R!

I feel bad about giving him a bad review because generally he’s a nice enough guy who does a decent job fixing my electronics. Myself, my son and my husband have used him a lot and I’ve recommended him to so many people. (There are 6 cell phones in my house) However there are times we’ve gone in and he has friends hanging out during his business hours. It is usually not an issue. However, on this visit, one came out and accused me of hitting his car. (Which I did not.) He was vocal and had an intimidating physical presence. Unfortunately, I’m not so sure I would want anyone I know to go in and risk harassment when they are just trying to spend their hard earned money to get their phone fixed.

Had to get some emergency computer repair done on a motherboard. It was a small fix but I didnt have the right tools to get it done. By luck Ive found Gamers Edge and got the repair done and my whole office back up and running. Thank you for the speedy on site work. Much appreciated.

My Samsung Galaxy S3 would boot loop and I took it to them they looked at it right there and then. The problem was that my power button was stuck or had dirt. So they order the new power button and I had my phone the next week. They might not look like the greatest store but what they do have is great people skill. The whole time they kept me up to date with my reapir. So I would recommend this place to anyone. They might have a few bad reviews here but take my word if they can repair they will.

One word to describe this place would be unprofessional. I dropped of my PS3 and they wanted me to pay it off the bill before they even did anything. They dont even do that at automatics, idk why they would think I would. Then they told me it would take a week to fix. So I wait, wait, and wait. I get no calls or info on what there doing with my PS3 so I call, and call, and call and nobody ever picked up the phone. So when I go over there the day Im suppose to pick it up Im greeted at the down with the smell of weed. Then when I talk to someone about my PS3 they tell me they havent even looked at it yet and told me it would take another week. So I took it and went home, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

2022-02-22Theyre cool guys however one time they kept my phone for months without any updates and when I left my laptop for repair they were blowing me up to come get it or they will forfeit it and keep it pretty sneaky but they do good work. Laptop came back good as new as well as my tablet. Just keep tabs on the devices u leave there.

2022-05-24I got my Xbox fan fixed here. First they fixed it the same day which was awesome. Second I thought the price was fair for the job. And lastly my Xbox has never run quieter. I can hear the difference as they cleaned the system which was full of dust. It runs super quiet now. I’m happy, thank you guys!

2022-02-24Messaged them on here and they got back to as soon as they could. I went in today to fix my overheating PlayStation 5, they gave me details on what they were going to do to fix it and the worst case scenario. They called me back in 2 hours with a fixed PS5. I highly recommend these fires before you contact PlayStation and end up waiting a month and a half to get your system back. Any problems with my consoles im bringing it here first.

2021-12-17I would give them 20 STARS if Google would let me!!My sons HDMI port broke unexpectedly after we returned from our Thanksgiving vacation, and I was too swamped to think about getting it fixed.Then his birthday came and he said ALL he wanted was his PS4 fixed.After calling over 6 repair shops in the City, I reached out to Gamers Edge.From the START, they were SO NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and REASONABLY PRICED!Some Manhattan stores wanted OVER DOUBLE what I paid for the exact same service!Yes, it’s a bit further than I wanted to drive, BUT 1000% worth it … for the CUSTOMERSERVICE ALONE!I will NEVER go anywhere else!Thanks so much guys! 2022-03-29I went in to have my controller and ps5 repairer. The people there were very nice and informative about what was wrong with my stuff and got it working again. These guys are really good at what they do.
