I have no idea what people are talking about. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. And Ive actually been here multiple times now. Today, I literally had to stand in line for over half an hour just to bill a product. And there was only one guy ahead of me too. And for some reason, theres always only one guy working at the counter when they have multiple people (and counters) to spare. Even when I got to the billing part, the guy was just plain rude with no consideration that he had just wasted so much of my time.

Prordered something that got there 1.5 months later and then brought in headsets to exchange for new ones but they bent the headset backward to I guess test durability or whatever and cracked in 4 diff spots. Not only they didnt have the headset I wanted they broke my original ones. I go to the GameStop that they says has the headset I want but guess what they cant take my old headset now. I will go to Amazon from now on

Plenty of games to choose from. Prices pretty much the same as most retailers (Amazon, best buy). The main deals are on used games. Alot of items can be found cheaper elsewhere (Walmart), (used gamestop ps4 controller cost the same as a brand new one at Walmart). Dont bother selling your games/systems to them... But it new for $60, theyll buy it back for $20 two days later and then put it back on the shelf for $55. Anything this store sells can be easily beaten and price matched at a target 🎯 or Walmart or Amazon all day...with a better return policy. Maybe convenient if you dont wanna wait on the mailman.

Phone doesn’t work so I couldn’t confirm anything before paying for an Uber, tried to order delivery and it didn’t process the order by their 2pm delivery.I’ll just stick with Amazon
Was kinda upset the location in Amherst had closed.I was really looking forward to going there after work.Then I remembered this place by UB.All of the staff was very knowledgeable on everything I asked them and werent annoyed looking when I asked simple questions.Will definitely make this one my game buying hub.

I did my Christmas shopping for my grandchild there it can be very busy I feel this place needs more help so that you dont have to wait in long lines can customers cant get assistance with items theyre looking for and their games could be organized so that you can find what youre looking for

GameStop is nice they usually have what I need in stock the only problem I have with them is they open too late.

2021-12-13I swear its a GameStop thing as a franchise but every worker Ive seen on shift here has been fantastic. Theyre always down to discuss games, and the service is amazing. One worker Victor (sorry if I misspelled it) asked me if I found everything I came looking for and I commented about wanting a certain Minecraft plushie. He told me they were sold out, but when a shipment containing one came in he called me to let me know. I dont think Ive ever been that excited about anything in the last 2 years. Truly a phenomenal location, with great people and reasonable prices.

2022-01-15My son arrived at this store at 5:30 pm to sale a game system, he stood in line for roughly 20 minutes as the young lady took his game to start the selling process. But at 5:50 pm another employee told him that they were closing the store and he could come back another day. Poor customer service is an understatement.

2022-01-09I bought an item for myself as ThanksGiving gift before ThanksGiving and I found a deal later, so I purchased same item more for my friends and myself and requested return for old one (still brand new, unopened). The sales representative saw my order history and asked how many item I want to return, even I showed him the order number and told him that I only purchased one item for that order but still put the latest order number which means less amount for refund. I called customer service three time, every time I had to wait 15minutes for waiting someone pick the phone. If you bought an item and saw a deal after you received, do not come to this store to return.

2018-12-25The people here were very cool. I got a used controller. When I got home it didnt work correctly. I took it back and was able to exchange it for a brand new one only paying the difference. This was alot to explain but the guys working were quick and easy. Great job guys

2019-10-21These guys are pretty cool!! Came out to get my son his Xbox about a year ago. I usually put the request online for certain items when I shop for games and they are great with response times via e-mails as well as reminders. There was a small line when I went but it was not that bad. I was able to wait my turn, get my item, pay and return back to the train station in enough time for my bus downtown. The staff are always great so no complaints. Big thumbs up to you guys!!!

2020-11-22The man working there Christian was rude and very short with us. When we asked him about the new Xbox he acted like we were bothering him. As me and my husband looked around he was bringing things into the back room so he wasnt around to help us and no one else was working there so we left.
