Ive been going here for as long as I remember and have not had a serious problem until now. I bought a used Xbox one from them today and the controller that came with it was broken and the button used to connect it to the console was totally broken. No big deal (or so I thought) I can just go to GameStop and get it replaced. This is exactly what I did. I get home at 2am excited to play skyrim and the replacement controller they game me does not work and is completely broken. Hopefully I can go there tomorrow morning and they will give me one that actually works...
Went in to trade in a mobile device. The whole process was quick and easy, in and out in no time. The manager, Emily, was very informative and helpful!
Best Gamestop store. Ive been helped many times here with games, trade-ins, and orders. All employees are kind and eager to help out at all times. Especially Emily is very professional.
Never answer the phone and when you get there they have no idea of anything this is the worst gamestop you can go to. I wish i could give them negative stars. I will be cancelling me pro membership.

Do not purchase Robux cards! Roblox scammed me out of $30, from 2 different stores! Sold me cards that were already redeemed ! Once purchased your screwed no money back or credit! Never again!
Scumbag employees. lie about brand new games out of stock so they can sell preowned games.But when you confront them whit the online availability in the store, they change the tune and the games magically appear in stock.Beware of the GameStop shady practices.
They never answer the answer the phone. The call always says ‘all store associates are busy at this time’.
No one ever answers the phone. Super annoying especially if you’ve waited 10-15 mins in between calls, because “they’re” busy. Needs to be better.
The last trip I took to game stop I was getting charged $5 for pre-ordering resident evil 7, when I found out they said if I dont pick it up I would be getting my money funded back to my credit card. I still dont see it.
I stand in the line waiting for sales person for almost 20 mins, no body helps and nobody ask. But they ignore the people in the line but people outside the line, I saw those people skipped the line, these staff in the store are really no helping.
Not that bad of a place, could have been better with a wider selection of items such as amibos and staff getting your email right in online orders.

Great place as long as you arent trying to sell stuff back. Also the prices between pre owned and new are almost never a big enough difference to decide to buy pre owned.

2021-12-25I firmly believe the manager is directly sent from hell. I attempted to get his attention many times. After the third time he finally looked up from his phone and acted like I was an an inconvenience. He never answered my question so I carried on. I overheard him talking to one of the female employees as if she was the dirt on his shoe. It was clear she was not only uncomfortable, but her feelings were hurt as well. Is this who you have running the store? He is a short, scaly looking man. I think his name was Jeff. Absolutely disgusting. Get it together.

2021-02-17Short Dewb-like man is a scalper. Not the first time a collectors item was in stock online and other gamestops also say that they have it yet this man says that they dont have it... We ask to check the back or stock online and he refused to. Please bring attention to this man there is a high chance hes keeping the items for himself before they even hit the shelves.

2020-03-23I always liked this game stop. The people who work there are always helpful. Today though, I was so impressed by two of the workers there, Anthony and I wish I knew the other ones name. The computers went down all day from the online ordering and picking up at the store. They worked after they were supposed to leave to get those orders to the customers. Thank you guys.

2020-02-14I ordered 3 boxes of the YuGiOh Shadoll structure decks that were listed at $7 each. Today when I went to pick them up they are charging me an additional $4 on each because other retailers are selling them at $10 (upcharging). I understand that policy may subject certain prices to change, but on prepaid items which they WOULD NOT allow refunds for is a bit absurd. The staff and especially the manager were very rude and uncooperative and that is what is most displeasing about this experience. I paid $6 than I would have ANYWHERE ELSE, which is a big nono. I’ve heard multiple times that the staff is very rude, and y’all really rude AF.
