Pretty good place but it often smells of finish since the vents are connected to the fish market. But the employee are down to earth and I like that about places. I hate the same dialogue they always say.
I love this store is clean is organize the only problem that I have with this store as a customer every time I try to call the store to see if they have the games that I want they don’t answer the phone and this is not the only GameStop that does thatThe reason why I give them a five star because I really like the please to buy my games
Whenever Im dead broke, Game Stop is my go to for quick cash. I sell all my old electronics and games here. I dont get much for any of my stuff, but it adds up though. It would be nice if they raise the price on the trade in for the loyal customers or something
Unlike a few other gamestops Ive visited this one in particular stood out from all the others. Dont get me wrong its ok and all but why is it that theres only one register open and I can understand once or twice but every visit? Cmon gamestop get it together here.
This place always reeks of fish which is understandable due to the fish store 3 doors down.. Which makes looking for any amount of time very hard due to loss of focus.. Also this store is very small. 2/3 employees add more than 6 customers and its packed .
Long lines, always hot in there, workers there are slow due to un-updated computers, and every time you ask them to see if they have the merchandise you require in stock they usually dont check. Cant count how many fights Ive seen here because of the lines and service. Be careful when you come here. Best time to come is early in the morning when its not too packed with customers.
This GameStop is alright, they have nice things but still. If you order to pick up something and get the email saying its there in this store. It usually isnt. The store has long lines also since workers usually want to stay talking to the customer longer than needed.
I went here for a broken Switch controller. Egypt was AWESOME. The portable was dead so she charged it for me, was able to find the problem, ane gave me low cost option, all while expertly watching the store and helping others. The other young lady was amazing and super polite as well. Would DEFINITELY shop there again!
Its neither good or bad its gamestop. Expect long lines as associates are forced to offer ever pre-order, subscription and warranty available to every customer. Store is somewhat organized and usually has good stock.

The people who work here are usually super unprofessional, more concerned with entertaining each other then the customers. There is always a long line. One time I was there and the employee acted like they didnt have something and when I further inquiries they found it.Not a good look for a business if you ask me!

I was the first one to get there. The line be so long waiting thats why I went there before they opened. The service was good the only thing is they need memory cards there for ps Vita. They dont sell any cards. Why sell the systems and dont have the memory cards for it. Real smart Game Stop!!!! He sold me a used one took it from a different system hanging up. Jeeez!! 😵

The employees that work there are more interested in talking to their friends that come to visit them at work then to make a sale. So I walked out. Went to buy a PlayStation . Bought one online at Amazon instead.
Where do I even begin, this store always smells, there is always a putrid smell.. second the lines are always ridiculously long, maybe because the cashiers usually be having long conversations with the customers,one time i was waiting on line for awhile because a cashier decided he wanted to get on his personal phone and have a whole inappriote conversation,they usually never have anything in Stock,I just dislike going here...
Ive been calling since yesterday because my 10 year old son bought a game that cost 50 and the game doesnt even work!!! There number listed does not work, Ive called all day and nothing!! I dont understand why If when I was there on line yesterday for over 30 mins. for one game, the phone rang once and it was for the supervisor so I guess they must have a back up phone line!! Clearly we as customers get a non working number!!! Smh I am more disappointed that my son spent his money on a game that doesnt work and I dont live anywhere near that location so since money grows on trees, I guess Ill have to order him a new game else where!!
Many an afternoon was spent at this GameStop. I still remember how my friends and I would hang at that same store after school. There are a lot of memorys in those wholes, most of them embarrassing. That past was a lifetime ago and the store has not changed. Sure the advertisements and products have all changed over the years but soul of the place is still the same. Personally I dont like GameStop, that might be my Rose Tinted Glasses; Truly if it was any other GameStop it would have been a 3 star.

Most of the time no one picks up the phone. The long lines annoying and theres almost always one cashier helping people. I also preordered a game but the workers cancelled it by accident and didnt even give me my pre order exclusive items, I had to take the matter to the whole company.
Always full, slow and there is the SMELL OF FISH that seems to be emitting from the ground FOR SEVERAL YEARS! If you dont believe me, walk in and smell for yourself. Also, they always lock the doors 30 minutes to 1 hour before the actual closing time, I guess they cannot afford to pay for overtime? Absolutely appalling.
The customer service was really good and sometimes theres a line but it makes sense basing it off the fact that they give customers the attention and kindness they deserve
Longest lines they stop and talk to every customer for like what seems to be forever and if there is ten people on line you can be waiting like 30 minutes to buy something cant wait till another game store takes over
Its on the smaller side, compared to others ive been to. Like any other gs it sells collectables, small amount of clothes, and anything else game related. Thre staff is friendly, the store is located on a corner that is hard to notice or find if u dont know where it is. Theres no parking structure belonging to the store, but there is a parking structure a few blocks away, which u need to pay. Theres a nice selection of inexpensive restaurants near by, and a large selection of buses near by, as well as the 2 and 5 train walking distance from the store.
I love games and now have time to play them. Wonderful have a great store with great service also the they know there business about gaming.
Went here to see if the offer the same bundles and deals as they do online. They do not. I will just get the bundle online even though right now Im stuck between two systems and new or refurbished.

Understaffed and halve managed theres always an enormous line so be prepared to wait but at the same time that line doesnt really matter as they call ppl to the front all out of order so who knows when youll be able to actually make a transaction.....
Most of their preowned disc dont work. Lines are too long because the employees are too buys yapping. I rather go to gateway mall gamestop atleast when i buy things there they work .

This is my secound time going to gamestop prior to calling. I was told they will be closing the store at 8pm. i arrived there at 7:20 to find that the store was closed with the employees just lounging an chatting. I feel that is very unprofessional an really unfair. i feel since the staff didnt want to attend to the customers they all should be deducted the extra hour there probably getting paid for
So today wwe 13 and assassins Creed 3 came out. So the lines at the store are reasonably long but heres the number 1 problem with the staff they were not attentive to the situation there was 3 registers open 1 of them was talking on the phone 1 of them was playing stacking games together and only 1 register was actively taking customers. Get a bigger staff that know how to handle registers

They sell me horrible games that I have to keep taking back because they dont work. one time I took back a game and got another one. the second one didnt work so I went back again and they gave me the first one that didnt work. I remember the scratches on the back. its ridiculous

Good store great customer service. The only thing is they need better technique in explaining to customer, what customer needs to bring to complete purchases on trades.

You can play all your games, your movies, everything you need to in one. And its pronounced in video shield.

Great service, but there is a particular employee that always tries to find reasons to give you less money for your items, not going to mention his name.
They have many games for Xbox, Play Station, Nintendo and more.Theres also a little section to try out games inside the store.
Its Game Stop. You know what to expect and you know what youre gonna pay for it. Its a fact of life: video games are expensive. So you go a few days a week without food, you can probably stand to lose a few pounds anyway. I know I can.

2021-11-26This store is school but the reason I took away one out is because yesterday was Thanksgiving I was thinking of buying a playstore gift card so I can buy robux instead of buying the Roblox gift card, was walking and saw a long line I came back to see if the line was gone but it seems that there was still alot of people so I guess I can try black Friday at 7

2020-12-09The store is okay to say the least, more than half the time there is a funky odor. The workers are just EHH, they never and I do mean NEVER pick up the phone and the line is always long due to only having 2 registers open or sometimes just 1. There is one worker that I like, he is SUPER energetic and seems to love his job, his service is top of the line even.
