I went to browse through their wall of Playstation 4 games with no rhyme or reason but just to see what they had on the shelves.Nelsy was the young lady working the register and offered me her assistance in finding any particular game title I may be interested in. She greeted me upon entering the store and as I just told her that I was browsing the games selections she left me to look for as long as I needed and made mention of Game Stops latest promotions.She was well spoken and mild mannered, informative, and helpful. The store was very clean, tidy, and organized. All game titles on the walls were in alphabetical order and easy to access all game boxes. None were too high up that you could not reach them.I found 2 titles that I saw and wanted and Nelsy found them in stock in a timely fashion. Suffice to say that I will continue to come back to this Game Stop location on a regular basis.

I went into this Game Stop the the representatives/workers was so helpful and knowledge about the question my son was asking about pokemon cards. The workers even gave him additional information on the card and when they might have other pokemon cards.

Worse gamestop EVER. On May 10 2022 at around 3:15pm I went to this gamestop and asked to see a dragon ball z statue ( it was behind register)and female didnt want me to touch the box or hold it on my hand RIDICULOUS ...

My favorite Gamestop. All the workers there are friendly and helpful. The store is aways clean and smells clean.

Gamestop is a scam. Employers kept the new release product for themselves after customers waited 2-3 hours in line. All other game stops sold this product but this gamestop. The employer even stated that he was going to keep some of this limited product for himself. The managerdid nothing but lie and claim the product was for online orders only. Scam.

Man what a difference 200 feet makes! They moved locations approximately 200 feet about a year or 2 ago and the staff at this new location is awesome! You get greeted right away and it isnt a throw away corporate required greeting, they seem like they really appreciate you being there. The store is modernized and streamlined. Everything nicely laid out and easy to find.

Im sorry but this GameStop is peak AWFUL GameStop. They never have anything in stock not even the newest games. Every time I call this store I get All store associates are busy call again in a bit when I KNOW for a fact they are not busy they never are. Literally they have not answered my calls in over a year across multiple different phone numbers. Last time I was there the guy behind the counter was taking forever to bag my items all while huffing and puffing. Im done going to this store your company is dying as it is youd think youd treat the customers that visit frequently a lil better.
