Nice place for a visit.
They are always polite and very knowledgeable and there sales career .I always do the survey. But I do have one thing to talk about when I come into day.its important to me ,so I know they will understand and meet my gaming needs .
Be careful. An employee believes that you are only entitled to your money back for unopened merchandise for 7 days. Not the stated 30 day store policy. When I pointed this out because it was printed on the back of the receipt she told me that she was informed that the return policy is 7 days. She told me I would receive store credit and would NOT refund my cash. After 30 seconds of attempting to create a credit to use in the store another day she all of a sudden decided to give me my cash back. She would not even acknowledge that she was wrong. The managers of this store should train the employees so that they know the correct return policy.
The person on duty was extremely rude and didnt seem to care about the customers. I usually dont go to to this store and where the line begins isnt clear. So I wasnt sure where to stand, the person on duty was doing something else until she came back to the register, where she told me to move back and give the gentleman at the register some space. I agree we might of been bombarding him but he didnt say anything, so why would she. But she did and she could of conveyed the message better. If she works somewhere that you have to talk to customers she should learn how to talk without saying it with attitude and being rude. Ive been calling for 30 minutes just to see what color controllers they have but no one wants to answer they keep sending me to voicemail so im about to report that whole store because im tired of the laziness and my controllers always break after like 2 months of buying them only from here so im done with yall ✔

Midnight launches, knowledgable, young staff. Need better organization, the floor seems cluttered. The line is awkward to stand on and usually a bit of a wait but other than that, great store.

Why i loved it because when i was getting a ps3 headset they were so kind to tell me that u can get a blue tooth headset in stead and they still asked me u want this if u buy this u gotta be careful cuz its cheap
Been getting games from this store for years. The people they hire are friendly, respect every customer even if they are giving them a hard time, and they try to conversate along with you if they have an idea about the game (good or bad, they speak the truth)
My son went to purchase Call of Duty 2 (used)for Xbox 360 on his birthday and the customer service rep. keisha gave him Call of Duty 3 inside of the Call of Duty 2 box. My son was very upset because he doesnt use his Xbox 360 anymore but WE love to play that game together.

I can walk to this store. I have to because they rarely answer the phone. One young lady has horrible customer service. (not the manager), you can stand in line for 10 minutes before she acknowledges you. Aside from midnight releases, I try to avoid this store.
The place is usually stocked with everything i want and the customer service is great but the company as a whole needs reworking

The Manager (Jennifer) is extremely rude and doesnt care about the customers. She doesnt answer question or anything. Last time i called she hung up the phone on me i called back and she did it again, all not to answer my question. If it wasnt for the other employees i wouldnt be going there at all.
Dont buy games from gamestop.. just buy games from online sales.. they blatantly rob people with expensive prices on video games.. the store is expensive and youre better off buying stuff from amazon or ebay.. or just playstation network/ xbox live online store.

2021-11-10How do you purchase a game and they give you a USED code. Then when you try to call the store the line is perpetually busy. Most likely they keep it off the hook. Then you wonder why everything is turning online? Game Stop sucks and best believe it will be the LAST PURCHASE EVER!!!!!!!!Edit...I contacted the customer service at the corporate office and the district manager was extremely helpful and very professional. He managed to help us and give us the codes needed for the game.

2021-11-28I arrived at 11:20am on Sunday nov 28th. No holiday or nothing. Opening was said to be at 11am on the store front and website, but store was closed till 12pm. Employee was in the store. False advertising.

2021-03-19I bought a switch lite, Zelda breath of the wild, that mario game with three of them in one, and a carrying case with a screen protector. I was able to buy what I needed at a reasonable price. Im also giving 5 stars because they actually had a switch lite that wasnt pink. I went to three different gamestops beforehand and they only had pink which was quite frustrating since nobody every picked up the phone calls I sent them. This gamestop actually picks up the phone which is why they deserve these 5 stars.

2021-06-16Manager is extremely unprofessional and refused to sell me a next gen console because he assumed I lived in a household with someone else even though I had a proof of address. Rude service take your business else where and let that gamestop location die

2019-12-03Everything I want in video games and collectibles in one place. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They dont yes you to death and if they dont have what youre looking for theyll help you find it at another of their stores or try to get for you someway. They wont lie and just tell you its out of print or they dont make it anymore, theyll show you. I just like their honesty. And if I go there and cant find what I wanted at that moment I usually find something else that I like and it suits me fine. Good job guys.... Keep up the good work. 👌👍☮️

2020-02-16This gamestop used to be something truly special. Always felt welcome & at home with tons of love from the associated & former manager. They all knew their stuff & you could tell they were honest. Nowadays it’s almost robotic. What a shame.
