I needed to hire a pest control company for my business for prevention as I’m in the food business.They have been completely honest in every aspect of my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Will takes his time and has always gone above and beyond making sure all my questions or concerns are addressed.
Very pleased with Gannons service. Needed a second gassing as nest was quite active by the time I called for service in the first place, but it seems to have done the trick. Will use them again for any future need.
Dont waste your time on anyone else. I had an immediate issue that needed to be dealt with asap. After calling around and being told no one does same day work, Gannon said they could be there in 30 mins. The price for what I thought was wrong was $400. Upon arriving the exterminator instantly knew it was something else and adjusted the price accordingly (in half) rather than just keeping his mouth shut and getting paid for more than he did. I will only do my business with Gannon now on!
Thorough pleasant responsive affordable and back up what they commit to do to get the job done and best part locally owned and operated and hard earned money well spent for a company who works to earn it. The representative who came to my home was on point from proper hand shake upon meeting to pleasant understandable explination of my issue and the process. Im so pleased i was referred to them by my friend. So if you were my friend Id tell you hire these people to help put your mind at ease with what ever mind blowing issue your dealing with. A grateful reluctant client. Who will hire them again to handle my unwelcomed house guest should the need arise again. Thank you!
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is because I’m just waiting to see how long term bee preventative results are. With that said, they guarantee the treatment for the season and will come back if needed. Great people to deal with. Easy application. Bill was in and out in a breeze. Goodbye wasps and hornets 🐝
They came back after I called there were multiple nests in my backyard. The nest was on the ground but the fact they came back and didnt charge me for the return trip for the nests in the tree was MUCH appreciated. The technician was nice and willing to give information (some companies are condescending). Professional and easy to talk with. -Carrie
When returning from vaction, we found a large bees nest near our front door that prevented us from using that entrance. Gannon was prompt to send out a technician who took care of the nest and sprayed the rest of the property to prevent other other nests from forming near the house. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. I will definitely be calling Gannon for any future problems we may have.

Paid for having my home sprayed for ants, and they say there is a warranty and will come back as many times as needed, and refused to honor warranty, In the beginning they inspected my home and they told me this is what was need to rid of the ants, so I did what they recommended, so still getting ants but they refused to honor because this is the 2nd time I called them after the initial spraying in the spring,. Buyer beware.They say because the guy that was here for 5 minutes didnt see any ants, and we live here 24/7 and see them all the time. Now they say we are bullying them by giving them a bad review.😪😪😪🎻🎻🎻
Easy to deal with ... if bees come back before the first snow we call and they take care of the problem. Probably the easiest appointment you will make ... real people... real company.

Great place. I’ve been using them for years for carpenter ants and carpenter bees
They were nice people, but they failed to find the bug. They said the bites were caused by stress but not bugs. I woke up during the night and found the bugs myself!

2019-10-17Our son came home from school and couldn’t use the front entry way because yellow jackets were swarming. Gannon came out that day and was very thorough in their investigation and sprayed the outside and would not leave until they finally found the nest in the basement ceiling and sprayed that too. He was very knowledgeable and professional and even made a point to make friends with our dog. They put us on their spring preventative list PLUS alerted us that there was a neighborhood discount! Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend them.

2016-10-11I rarely rate any service -based company or any business (large, small, or anything in-between) at five stars... but, in the case of Gannon Pest Control, Im making a rare exception.These guys get service right.Period.Call Gannon and youll get timely, respectful, reliable service.Your pest problems will disappear, too.Gannon provides excellent, real-time phone service, as well. You wont get the typical call-back BS frustrations, phone-tag games, or other such text messaging types of nonsense... bottom line; these people know how to provide excellent service.Therefore, I highly-recommend Gannon. I am very pleased with them, and they showed up when they said they would -- come to think of it, the Gannon Tech actually showed up earlier than they said he would!Overall, Im very pleased -- the results came quickly, and Im glad I called them -- the only thing is, I wish I had called them sooner!With Gannon, you simply cant lose -- except for the bugs, that is.

2020-06-02Today Gannon peat control sent Colin out to spray our hose for Carpenter bees and wasps. Colin called from my driveway explained what he would being doing and I told him of the areas of activity I noticed. He also reminded me off clothes I had forgot to bring in so they didnt get sprayed on. I sealed a check in an envelope and put it out on the front on the porch for him. In this day of covid 19 we had a safe and a pleasant service call. I highly recommend.

2019-01-07Gannon does a bee treatment for me every spring since the wasps love to nest in my siding. I get a discount for being part of a neighborhood group. Each winter they remind me via email about the treatment, and they also let me know in the spring which day they plan to be here. They do a thorough job and show up when when they are expected. Its a pleasure to work with this company.

2020-09-10Jason was so wonderful to work with! We have been seeing evidence of mice and I was becoming increasingly worried that the problem was getting worse. When Jason inspected our home he was so knowledgeable about how mice could be getting in and he placed the bate traps very strategically and kept them out of sight and reach from our adventurous toddler. He also assured us that the problem was not as severe as I thought and gave us more piece of mind living in our home. We are grateful for being lucky enough to have had the pleasure of working with him and will be asking for Jason every time a pest issue may arise in the future!
