Good selection of clothes during a huge sale. Staff was very helpful and even was able to place my order online for a different size!
Great store. Spacious, nice dressing room, helpful staff. Many items 2 choose from.
This place totally sucks. The staff was so slow and unprofessional. The sales associate walked away from the register while ringing me up failed to disclose issue, then register didnt have change, the transaction literally took 20 minutes plus the additional 15-20 minutes I waited on line. Just shop online.

2022-04-01Still an icon. However this store needs more children clothes for infacts until the age of 5. Very low inventory. Not enough styles or sizes to choose from. 🤔

2021-04-12I shop at Gap a lot, even got the Gap Credit Card. It was very easy to pay and manage with the Gap app. I earn points which later on becomes money I can use towards purchases. When I go to the store there’s not much associates on the floor during the winter but this past visits I saw this girl that kept folding , with good customer service and also being at the register. She had multitask skills and that’s very good. I hope there will be more associates to help out and clean the floor when there’s a busy time.

2019-11-10Great helpful staff, willing to go above and beyond to help address customers needs. Pretty good selection for such a small space baby kids and adult male female. they keep the space very clean considering how much goes through there daily. Computer /POS systems are so finicky, if staff head better technology the store would be perfect.

2018-05-10One of the better GAP stores I have seen. Bright, clean, organized, and a wide selection of GAP products (some stores seem to lack some of the items you would see on the GAP website). The employees here are super friendly and approachable. They are not the type to turn their backs on you or look like they are in a hurry to do something else when youre around. If I had to criticize, sometimes they need more persons working the cashiers. On a few occasions, the checkout line was pretty long.

2020-08-17I hate shopping at this store. I only go when I dont have no other choice. Its always so messy and dirty. The staff isnt very helpful. Theres never anyone around for help. Theres always one or two cashiers on the register and the line goes all the way to the kids department. The managers are super unprofessional and they always have an attitude.

2019-01-28Located in the Roosevelt Field Shopping Center off of Old Country Road servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Great for simple clothes for all seasons. Kids, teens, and Adults. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. We will definitely be going back.

2018-06-06I love going to Roosevelt field mall just to go to several stores. One of them is Gap. They always habe some sort of sale going one and they can also have extra off on top of red tagged items.They love to hide red tagged items in between regular priced items. Which is a nice surprise. Always great finds and always happy to shop there.

2020-02-20Always go there to search for kids clothes on clearance. love Gaps winter coat and hoodies for kids, great quality. But never buy them for full retail price.
