All the employees are so nice and helpful
This location on 3rd Ave is so neat. Its not my go to location because of distance but it is a great shopping experience. The store is clean, product is neatly displayed and organized and there was customer service provided throughout my visit. An associate went to check if my item was available in the stock room and when it wasnt she teamed with another associate to help me to order the items and have it shipped to my home with free delivery. A+
My niece was visiting and couldnt believe how convenient Gap was in terms of walking across the street rather than getting in her car to drive to the mall. Another huge benefit of living on the Upper East Side.
Staff were friendly, patient, and helpful when I was searching for baby clothes yesterday. Thank you for helping me find the sizes I needed.
The people working in the store were great. But the customer service on the phones explanation made no sense as to why my card didnt work.
I had a bad experience with one of the associated mainly because he doesnt want people to look by themselves to avoid a mess ....I understand it but at any clothes store that going to happen specially on black Friday. When I said relax you can have a stroke he started saying that he is boricua that I can say something like that and other stuffI know as a human being no all days are the same but to work with customers you need to be patience and first at all respectful. People goes there to buy something is not for free.

Well stock store where you can find all the basic items, but style wise definitely TOO basic..
Definitely one of their cleaner locations. Not much of a selection from what you see online. They cary most of the stitches that arent warped or washed out from over stock so thats a plus. The guys working the till are little slow and impatient but the girls working the floor have your back with whatever you need. Thanks for holding my Jeans!!
I went in on Monday and they were honoring Back Fridays prices. All menswear 50% off. They practice social distancing and cleanliness.
Friendly and helpful staff, great sale, clean fitting rooms, short line at the register. Haven’t shopped here in years but 2 pairs of workout leggings on sale for $33 is quite a deal!

Everyones curbside pickup bags are on shelves. Anyone can come pick it up and just walk away. Not a good idea. Maybe it should be placed by the register where its a little more secured.

I stopped by this Monday morning because they were just about the only clothing store open before 10 AM. I had forgotten my work pants at home so I was in a frenzy. They helped me find the right pair in a pinch, and I was still on time for work! 👌

Walked in here. Looked around & left. Store was confusing. Staff not very helpful. Clearance section was small, crowded and hard to browse.

Dont call it Gap, call it Kale, because the only way you can shop here is if you eat nothing but kale. They only carry mens sizes up to maybe 36.
This Gap location is spacious, well stocked, and often boasts sales not found in midtown. Service is friendly and solicitous. Pleasant experience.

2022-07-11Love this Gap!! My husband and I went this Saturday and accidentally lost our car keys in the store. Kayla checked us out and when we called to ask if anyone had seen our keys, she found them. So, so grateful for her kindness and careful attention both during our visit and afterwards. THANK YOU!

2021-04-12This has not been my Gap experience from the past. Not as many staff but if you can find one he or she tries to be helpful. You can get some decent deal in the clearance department however it is very disheveled there. In addition some of the item in clearance arent Mark reduce price and the cashier pick and choose what is on sale. I did not like my checkout experience. I got a really great jacket on the clearance and she tries to tell me it is not on clearance at all. However I found the same jacket online for almost $80 cheaper than she was trying to sell me for. On the flip side I love the new store layout. It is very inviting and easy to peruse through. I love how easy it is to find your size regular among price items. Its almost as if they put out a small sample of items so it just doesnt seem so overwhelming looking for your size. Its either they have it or they dont. And the guy at the front that deals with curbside pick-up can help you to locate online if necessary. And they even have a locker where you can lock your device and have a charge while youre shopping. At least I think thats what happens in that little corner contraption

2021-01-12They had very nice sales, hope to go back. Customer Service was awesome, the young man at tje register was pleasant, helpful, polite and kind. I liked his energy the sales person at the front door was also kind and helpful to me. That makes you want to go back. They were so accommodating.
