I love coming here to see different people. This is an elderly community with a fair population of high risk people. I do not love people walking around close to each other in a building where more than 30% of the building has tested positive for the virus. I observed a bingo game a few weeks ago. There was one person out of about 20 people that had a mask on.The parking lot this week is dangerous, its an ice skating rink and Im fairly young and I almost fell this morning. The office managers response was to send around a notice stating that there is a contracted snow plow business. Maintenance is doing their best to take care of the walkways and entrances..... As I stated before, this community is mostly elderly and safety should be paramount.

I have lived here almost 8?yea looking for new place gone way down beautiful property they do nothing sad !!! Very said call matiense do nothing !!! Lawns bad looking to move they have lost good tenants !!!!!! Don’t do it

When we moved in it was great, then it became like school days. Clicks all over. Your better staying in and out dealing with anyone. Management does nothing about anything. As soon as we can were out of here

When we moved in four years ago, this place was nice: we even sold our home to come move in there.It wasn’t all bad but as time went on things detereated. It became dirty . We even had maggots up in the third floor garbage room. Garbage kept piling up and had a putrid smell. Flys were all over the place as well as gnats. We would keep vinegar and dish liquid out on our counter to catch the gnats.Many of the tenets are on a tight budget, many would like to move but can’t afford to. HOMELEASING withholds most of your security deposit (saying your carpet is either dirty or stained so that they can put in new carpet) I had to go to court to get what they held out for the carpet. It is so sad for these older peoplethat are all ready experiencing hardship through old age and economic hardships.

Great place for senior subsidized housing. Hook ups for washer dryer in each apartment. Well maintained new apartments. Activity center, community room, main lounge. Events scheduled for residents, fitness center.
