Your guys came to put a beautiful new metal roof on our house it looks great and the guys were Friendly, and did a good job. Only took 2 days.Also had snow blocks and new gutters put on Best looking roof in our neighborhood THANKS GUYS

Not sure if this is an anomaly, but I called the number they have listed here and it went to a voicemail that directed me to another number. I called the second number and spoke to a gentleman that took my name and number. I was put on hold, no issue there. When he came back on he stated he was not able to get in contact with anyone and that they would get in contact with me. I asked if he was trying to contact the number that is posted on Google and was dismissive to my comment. So I mentioned that the number on Google is misleading and the correct number should maybe be posted and he told me that someone would get in contact with me. I understand that some of these employees sole job is to take information and forward it, but shouldnt they take questions or concerns of potential customers down and maybe let someone know of a potential issue. I put 3 stars because I am interested to see if I get a call. I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my years so I feel I know good customer service and I think a bigger construction company would want to start off correct. Like my 1st line, this could be an anomaly.
