My wife and I have all our insurance needs satisfied via Gary Berkowitz State Farm Insurance Agent. Gary and his staff our professional, responsive, efficient, and effective. They know their clients, and they make sure they are receiving the right products, with excellent service.
This office is always 1000% positive and willing to help me with any issues that arise. Even when I have been negligent towards a payment or paperwork they go above and beyond to help me get it squared away. Not a single person has been rude or impatient with me and I would recommend them to everyone.

I went to the office to meet Gary. He reviewed my home and car insurance policies with me to be sure I understood what coverage I have, and assured me that what I have is the right fit. He even offered to go through my bulging files to eliminate everything that isnt necessary to keep, and even added them to the store of office paper to be shredded. Gary is personable, thorough, and committed to giving the best service to clients.

Gary took a personal interest in helping my mom find a new home and auto insurance package that was right for her. He made sure that she could make the transition without having to do any work on her own since she was concerned about making the change. Everything went smoothly and she saved money.
Working with Mark Stam has been a great experience. He was extremely patient through the entire process, and made professional recommendations that were sincere. Timely responses, attention to detail, and honesty are all things you can expect from this team. Having a direct way to reach someone and not having to jump through hoops or talk to recordings made everything much easier. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

2022-05-10This is about the second or third time I have needed to put in a claim with State Farm. I can’t say enough about their customer service! Not only are they extremely efficient resolving claims, but the personnel, as well as the owner are compassionate and patient in dealing with the emotional aspects of accidents. I appreciate that the rates are reasonable considering the number of times I have put in claims. But it is the outstanding personal care and attention that is so difficult to find elsewhere that makes this company stand apart. Thank you to everyone at State Farm for being there!

2022-08-17Recently found out that I had an issue with my license being suspended due to an insurance lapse (at the fault of the dealer - dates were wrong when I purchased my new car). Gary and his team were responsive and helpful and even followed up after I had let them know the situation was resolved. It’s so nice and comforting to know that the help is there when needed.

2022-09-01I’m very great full for Statefarm. A lot of ppl ask why I do not use a local office. When I called the 800 # to ask questions I was connected to Gary B office who answered all my questions and set me up with the perfect policy that works for me. There has been many times since that they are always helpful and offer knowledge. No matter what the question or issue. Their office has always been helpful!!Thank u

2022-02-01Gary has been amazing!! I had a horrible incident with another driver a few months ago, while still being distraught I called Gary to begin a claim. He was so understanding and helped calm me down. He then helped me through the entire process and did everything he could to help me win my claim. Gary is wonderful and I would personally recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.
