Since I started working at 6 am in town I have been stopping in every morning to fuel up and or grab a drink - snack. I stopped in at 5 :34 and walked in the store and started for the shelves and the lady barked at me that I could not be shopping around that they were not open .. hmmmmm lights on , employees behind the counter , door unlocked ....
I ordered cheese and garlic potato wedges, planning on eating them while driving. Who would have guessed, that they would drown them in AT LEAST 1/2 cup of butter! In juggling my drink and the flimsy box these, came in in order, to open my car door the box tipped, spilling the butter down the front of my shirt and pants. I was in the middle of a work day and all I had to clean this up was a wet paper towel that they provided. I spent the afternoon talking to store managers smelling like butter with an embarrassing stain all down the front of me.
I went to this gas station and they threat me very rude. I was asking just for some drink.
Worst customer experience in my life. Two times now I have been mistreated by this store. There are many places to get gas and drinks on Arsenal, dont go here.
Gas price posted is member only price. They offer different membership plans including a cash card that allows you to pay cash and not have a direct debit.
Gas isnt the cheapest in town but is decently priced especially being so close to RTE 81.But on another note even though they are a gas station they have some of the best pizza in town and its very well priced
They get rid of breakfast to early i go the on my 9:15a.m. break and try to get breakfast any they get rid of it at 9 they should have breakfast untill at least 10.
The lady working wouldn’t let me use the bathroom after we had been driving for hours, even after we bought gas.
The older woman behind the register was COMPLETELY rude and inappropriate!
Very rude customer service zero stars if it was a option. Dirty store.... Stewarts and snoco down the street can be bothered to help customers not you guys

2022-02-27Surprisingly tasty pizza for gas-station fare. Was good hot and cold. Unlimited toppings, just $10. This was pepperoni, extra cheese and half with light onion. HOWEVER:Dont tell me you dont have change. Would they have given me my pizza and Coke if I was 13 cents short?

2022-06-19Nasty attitude from the cashier... Seriously just wanted to argue with me about the name of pack of cigarettes. Got sick of it and walked out. Never go back. She was just rude and nasty.

2021-09-02I commend the girl that was at the register between 520 and 530 today that had a line of people at the door and ringing on two registers at the same time to get people out while the other girl sat in a grey truck with North Carolina tags, right next to my car and laughed and joked around with the guy that was there to see her while she was supposed to be in the store WORKING!! You deserve so much props for the way you handled things! Thankfully you were there to really work!! Hopefully you get more besides my acknowledgment and appreciation!!

2021-06-07I went there on 6/5 at around 8 am there was NO breakfast pizza and when I asked if they were making some and I knew they were not. The 2 cashiers didnt even look up from their phone and said no. I drove from Syracuse and expected breakfast pizza as the always had before.They must be the only people to work because they really really sucked as workers. I hope it gets better but for me I guess I will go somewhere else when I drive thru Watertown.

2021-05-15Rude, rude, rude!! All I did was asked guy making pizzas if i place order with him or lady at register, since I stood there for 10 minutes in front of him waiting for him to even acknowledge me. Im new to the area and never experience Fastrac before so i wasnt sure. He snapped at me that Ill be with you in a minute. I told him no hurry that I just wasnt sure who I give my order to. My husband caught him rolling his eyes at me as i walked off and saying f-ing people and their f-ing food. F you Fastrac. Get your snotty employees in line. Cause next time? My husband WILL knock dude out. Bunch of nasty rude people. 😠

2018-07-24Went in to grab a couple slices of pizza on my lunch break. I saw there were plastic crates in the way on the food counter. The lady put my slices in the box and instead of reaching around to hand it to me or simply just moving the crates out of the way like theyre supposed to be, she sets the box ON THE TOP corner of the crate, where it then flips off onto the counter and both of my slices came out and splatted face down. She just goes sorry my hand slipped very rudely and turned away, leaving me to literally pick my slices off the counter and put them back in the box in front of a bunch of people. Talk about degrading. Then i get to the counter and set my box down, the cashier just stared at me. Mind you there is a line of people to the door waiting to check out. She then goes is there two in there and Im like yes...as if you didnt see me have to put them back in my box with my hands from the counter...told her i didnt need my receipt after i swiped my card but still stood there like a deer in the headlights and held it in her hand until I took it. I love the night crew ladies, theyre incredible. But your day shift needs A LOT of work in common courtesy and manners. The lady working the food had black hair, couldnt see if she had a name tag. The cashier I believe was Christina. They act like they absolutely hate their lives and I get it, you work at a gas station, but some empathy goes a long way. I dont even write reviews, but at that point I was beyond livid. A man standing by the food witnessed the whole thing and also shooked his head in unison with me as I walked out.

2018-07-08Stopped in to put air in our tires - which was free! Thank you! Air station in great working order! Mens room was spotless. The coffee was fresh and the coffee/tea station was immaculate. Clearly someone pays attention to cleanliness which we appreciate very much. We will be back on our next trip to Watertown.

2018-11-26Store is not terrible but as another reviewer said they have a girl that works there that is very rude, every time I stop there I am normally greeted with a hello or I greet the person standing there and they say hello back, but if she is working she will just stare at you like you are an inconvenience even when you go right up to the register and say hello right to her face she will just look at you as if why are you talking to me. She has no customer service skills doesnt ask if you found everything or is there anything else. Then I buy cigarettes sometimes she will sigh as if it is so hard for her to turn around 2ft to grab them. Then will not ask do you have your I.D. but will demand your I.D. saying give me your I.D., also never bags anything unless you ask which then you are met with more attitude. I will be getting her name next time if she is still working there. Very poor customer service.

2018-11-08Absolutely disgusting facility! The girl on duty was COMPLETELY & UTTERLY RUDE. I spent well over $200.00 Cash for gas and other items. Never once did she say hello, may I help you find something?. She looked down moat of the time. Not to mention I cannot could t the times she rudely told me to wait or hold on.. Never with a please or anything..Kaleigh or Kaylee whatever her name is not as important as, Customer service She shouldve not been hired to work around people. NEVER in my life have I been treated like such an inconvenience. The place was filthy. From the floors, doors to coolers. Cooler handles were sticky, Coffee bar was completely empty. Not to mention the bathroom for myself, & Fiance were Completely filthy. Paper towels everywhere, Used toilet paper on the floors and Toilets. Bottom line I will never go into this store or FasTrack chain EVER AGAIN I WILL NEVER SPEND ONE CENT OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THE FASTRAC CHAIN.REAGARDLESS OF WHATEVER HER NAME WAS. ON 10/02/18 SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME & MY FIANCE ONE MORE THEN ONE OCCASION.

2018-03-16Perhaps one of the most wondered question is How clean is are the restroom? Well the guys restroom was actually spotless. Very clean. Im not the guy to actually use any rest room but I did this 1. Store inside was nice and stacked and staff were great. Very helpful and kind.
