Bad service... I have a work truck so I asked for LT tires and they put passenger tires on instead, on top of that they charged me for the LT tires!! They wouldnt put the correct tires on they only wanted to put the credit they owed me(difference in tire price) towards the next job they did for me.On top of that for a place that just does tires, I had to go back three times because of leaking tires..... I got sick of taking a half hour drive back to this place so now Im still dealing with one leaking tire....?? Even if they keep fixing it/rebeading it for free they do not cover my time or gas expense.As a customer I should not have to check and see if they put the correct tires on and pay attention to make sure that those tires dont leak air.I would rather go somewhere else and pay more money for better service than to go back here and get shrugged off.
Fast and conscientious service. They are always willing to help out in a jam and go the extra mile to have you leave a satisfied customer! Have used them for years and always been happy with the service provided.
My friend who lives in Gerry Ny always praises the shop as a place to take your vehicle for reasonable repair cost. I happened to be driving him there to get his car when my phone was tagged while parked.

Im sorry but this place wanted to take me for a ride !!! Went there for wheel alignment and they told me all kind of stuff needed to be fixed, about 850.00 $ of stuff. Took my truck to my friend garage who works on cars and trucks and he fixed it for 65.00 far cry from 850.00 . Not happy with this place and will never go there again

Took my car in to get all brand new tires breaks and roader needless to say 1300 dollars later they send my car back with a hole in the exhaust and still expect me to pay. Never again will I go back

2021-09-119/2/2021 - Stopped in to get 4 new tires and an alignment done. Was told they couldn’t do the alignment because I might have a bad right side bearing. I asked what they would charge to replace the bearing. Was quoted $412 for ONE bearing. I nearly choked on the quote because I know better (years of experience but was trying to save time). Left their shop. Got back to families where Ive been staying for the summer and called around and checked online. The bearing is sold separately or in the hub assembly. Bearings were between $20-$60 ea. The entire hub was between $50 (1 yr warranty)-$140 (premium) but Advance Auto Parts wanted $200 (3 yr warranty). The hub has the bearing and sensor all in one. Was told its a 45 min. job by someone that just did theirs the day before. This shops sign says $90/hr. The tires were fairly priced as I checked on those too. But the bearing quote was absolute theft. No matter how you figure the parts + labor they aren’t close to $412! Ex1: $200 + 1 hr labor $90 = $290 + taxes. Ex2: $140 + 1 hr labor $90 = $230 + taxes. Ex3: $50 + 1 hr labor $90 = $140 + taxes. All examples bought the whole hub assembly + 1 hr labor at $90/hr and NY state taxes. Customer beware. This shop is overcharging‼️They should be ashamed of this level of quality. Decided to just do the work myself. Can’t stand greed! Makes me so sad. Businesses should be building positive customer relationships not ripping people off during a rough time for the country 🇺🇸. If I have future engagements with this business I will update this accordingly. Thank you. 2020-12-05For now Im giving them to Stars. I showed up before they opened because its first come first serve, data has been their policy for as far as I remember, now it is by appointment only. I bought a new car needed something and I had to make an appointment 2 weeks from now I bet you I will find somebody else thatll do it faster and probably cheaperI will still continue to deal with them because they do great work awesome work.

2019-05-30I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are. This family owned and operated shop is super helpful, and genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Everyone there always does excellent work, their prices are more than fair, and they are some of the most honest car folks Ive dealt with in my many years driving. My experience with them has been nothing short of stellar every single time. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit next time your vehicle needs some love!

2020-01-09Wow, this place is good! They have always done the very best work on my deathtrap of a car. If there is a problem, theyll call and discuss options for repair. They sell a ton of different tires, car, truck, tractor, atv... They mount and balance right there. Inspections too. And if there a repair that they cannot do, they make sure to tell you about it, explain why it wont get done and help you find out how to proceed.I recommend if you are in the area. Make an appointment! Always helps

2017-10-20Great, prompt service. No nonsense, calls to confirm before doing anything you didnt ask for. Friendly and understanding. Once lent me a tire to get me through the weekend while waiting for new tires to come in. Worth the small drive for me over other closer garages.
