I cant thank enough for prompt and professional services and competitiveness of GC Reliable. I was in a bind with my heating system which shut off and would not come back on. I called the office and spoke to Maria, who was wonderful to deal with, she was upfront that they are backed up with other calls however will get tech out to our house as soon as possible. She called me back in 30 minutes to inform me that Joe is on his way to my house. Upon arrival, Joe professionally greeted and asked me what the issue was. After explaining him the issue, he went right to work. He figured out the issue, resolved it and tested it few times. He explained to me what was wrong, why it happened, what did he do to fix it and that he tested the unit and should be good going forward. He charged me very reasonable price for his services and thanked me for my business. You can tell this company cares about its customers and makes sure the job is done right the first time.

Exceptional service. I could not figure out where the lose wiring was with respect to the thermostat not connecting with the boiler. Our technician figured it out in literally less than 10 minutes, not counting the time he took to put the thermostat that I had dismantled back together. Turns out something was loose on the boiler. This was an after-hours call and both Bobby, the technician and Faisal, the contact person were so friendly, professional and informative! They are now my go-to heating guys! Thanks a ton!

Called me back 6pm, were here, as promised,the next morning. Even sent mt a text message when they were leaving for. our house. They were knowledgeable, friendly but serious, hard working, and NEAT. They took my old pool heater away and left the job site in better shape than they found it.

I called on a recommendation and wasnt disappointed. The guy came within a couple hours of calling, analyzed the boiler issue, found that it was a simple solution in order to keep us going in the short term, and suggested some future maintenance issues to keep things running smooth. Very satisfied

The company that installed my heat system a few years ago no longer served residential and left me hanging when my Lochinvar needed service. GC was responsive and took care of it. Glad I have a new company to work on my heat system.

Geoff came by and gave a professorial lesson in managing an old steam boiler which I had no idea how to stop clanging and banging. It’s now working beautifully and I understand what I’m doing now. Amazing service.
