Asked if my iPhone 11 camera could be replaced because it was blurry, was told I have to replace the entire phone. Went home and found a 16 year old replace it in 8 minutes on YouTube.

If I could give no stars I would. Apparently if your driver can’t find parking they won’t install. They won’t park in a garage or double park. Took a day off of work to wait for installation and they would not install - this is NyC! You would think they would have this issue planned out and a customer would not need to worry about it. On top of it I cannot get in touch with a supervisor at the Long Island city brand where I purchased. I have never heard of such incompetence

Terrible service! Had an appointment setup waited 45 minutes to be seen and told after 5 minutes they can’t help me except by changing the whole part which would be $299. Again terrible service
