How do I know If I need to schedule an appointment in Best Buy’s website for geek squad service?When I walked in, the representative told me that it’s not a magic place where I just drop off and leave. He added if I need something I must schedule appointment before I come for help.There was no one after me. It was just the matter of dropping of what needed to be diagnosed and come back when it’s done. All the options I had was come back my working hours to drop off the part. I went Micro Center and they were much friendly and I had my drop off same time.

I went in here so they can check if something was wrong with my Bluetooth speakers. I set up an appointment and I got there in time but they did not attend me on the time that I got there but maybe 15-20 minutes after. I am giving this place 5 stars because the employee who was there was obviously still helping the customer before me, but she was very kind and I was very understanding so I waited. Afterwards, someone else came to help me and he was VERY helpful. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY, please do not give them a hard time.

As of yesterday, Miguel at Geek Squad was truly excellent and very helpful w a problem I was having w storage of pictures and videos on my Samsung S9+ cell phone, taking time to deal w the problem right away. He solved my problem and gave extra tips on what to do when the current memory card fills up. Excellent!

Horrible experience with this particular Geek Squad. Brought my iPhone here because the screen was cracked and had some extensive damage to the phone. They told me it would take 3-5 days for it to get replaced because they had to go through Apple to get it fixed. The website they give you to keep track of the status of your phone wasn’t being updated. On the fifth day I called to check up on the status of my phone, and no one at this location where I dropped my phone had any idea what was going on with my phone from the store agents to the store manager. Long story short I had to contact Apple to track down my phone. They were able to pinpoint my phone. All along it had been delivered to this Geek Squad store on the 5th day as promised fixed up and with screen replaced, but no one at this location knew where my phone was. It took 10 days for me to get my phone back because the employees at this Geek Squad were clueless about the status of my phone. When I finally got my phone back they offered no apology for the inconvenience nor any explanation as to why they couldn’t track my phone down mean while it was in the store the whole time from the 5th day like they said it would be. My advice to any one with phone issues is don’t use this Geek Squad to fix your phone because the customer service sucks and the employees here are clueless starting from the manager down to the agents.

Just needed to install Windows OS on PC and they made me first buy membership for $200, I would not have done but my son needed for remote learning. This is the very reason why people are cracking softwares.

Omar Khan and Scott the damager need to be fired immediately as they are incapable of doing their job. No follow up, no customer urgency, lie to your face and never, ever, ever answer the phone. I’m assuming there is no store regional supervisor that oversees the operation at this particular store that is being overrun by it’s bad employees

Theres one person - named - Miguel- who works here; Ive been able to work with him numerous times -- and have been super impressed with his knowledge, personally and patience every time - he understands what Im saying to him and explains everything in a way that anyone can understand. Hes super easy to deal with - and knows so very much about so many different things. He is the kind of person that if he doesnt know something, will say so; and go out of his way to figure it out. If for some reason he cant; hell find a person that does know . He is just a pleasure to deal with!!
