I got a TV and it was defective just blackout on meI got insurance on it so I went to customer service to get a solution and was turned back with the same defective TV back home to wait for a appointment at home so the insurance that Best Buy sells its totally a scan

They were attentive, consistent and informative throughout the duration of the process of my situation . They listened and was patient and seemed genuinely concerned with what was going on .I would recommend them . To all that I know Geek Squad is awesome !

Since the induction of the I CAN ONLY TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SIR, it seems like the Geeks at Geeks squad are more inclined to talk to each other than the actual reason theyre there for. The customers. Even when no ones scheduled and theyre not helping anyone you must have an appointment. Geeks only exist because theyre supposed to be SMART and the age of electronics have given them a platform to be important enough for us to have to even talk to them. Now this may seem like a Rant. But honestly this needs an upgrade guys! Watching you twiddle your thumbs would make anyone crazy! This is not a doctors office! Help the people who are the reason your there for!

I had to pickup an item I ordered, they said they did not have it and after a while I went to the computer specialist and he found it. I almost walk out without the product I needed that weekend.

Terrible. All they do is run you around in circles. No one knows what to do and the store will refer you to the 1-800 number, which would run you around in more circles.
