Worse place ever they don’t know how to do nails, over charge for fill in, not professional at all...!!!!
That do a really great job with gel manicures! Their regular manicures are great too!

They took more time with the other people who were still there I did not like treatment from the owner because I was a black person

2019-11-17Went here as a walk in yesterday. I needed to get acrylic tips from a wedding removed and was thinking about a gel manicure, which I decided to get. The woman doing my nails did not understand that I had tips on and thought she kept breaking my nails no matter how many times I said they were tips. Eventually she understood the word acrylic. I was berated multiple times for having short nails and she kept trying to get me to get acrylic nails again even though I kept telling her that I hated them, which was why I was getting them removed. She told me it was hard work doing the powder gel on such short nails. Okay....thanks for shaming me multiple times.The person seemingly in charge was criticizing her work in front of me and they started arguing (not in English so I was extra uncomfortable bc I knew they were talking about me and I couldnt understand them) while both working on cleaning up my nails. The woman who actually did my nails did a terrible and messy job and asked me to defend her work to her boss. I left with so much polish all over my fingers and my nails not completely covered - which I didnt realize until I got home. She didnt even file my nails evenly. She kept checking up my nails were dry, messed up her work, and then had to fix it. Like relax...On top of the messy nails, half of my fingers hurt because they went a little hard with the electric file. The woman doing my nails was careless and really just not paying attention. It was somehow rushed even though I was there forever. I could tell this woman was inexperienced in doing nails, not just gel. Ive done a better job doing my nails myself.I will never be going back there and I wish there was a way to get my money back.

2020-02-01I usually hate salons bc they dont take care of the health of your nails however, this place has been amazing. The staff is always so friendly and they dont rush. Every visit is better than the last. The shop is so clean and doesnt smell of harsh chemicals. The pedicures are heaven. Ive had my nails done by Michelle, Christy, and Sunny, all are great.

2016-08-04I loved this nail salon. The staff seems a little angry but their work speaks for it self. I enjoyed my experience my nails are flawless and so neat and clean. I felt out of place at first. No one was smiling no one made me feel welcomed but the work they did made me never want to step foot into another nail salon. Thank you ladies services well rendered

2020-08-07Gel factory has done an amazing job at making the salon COVID-19 free. The staff is welcoming and diligent about keeping their clients and staff safe. They always have the best colors and do a great job!

2016-03-27Visited on a Sunday morning as a walk-in. The staff was proficient and attentive, but did not speak enough English to render their services well, and I was misunderstood repeatedly. Prices were very fair and the salon was clean, nicely decorated, and well-staffed. They had 8 mani stations, 5 pedi stations, and I think one waxing room in the back. Had a large selection of colors and a good variety of services.Most of the people there seemed to be regular visitors and the staff kept private utensils stored for many of them in individual drawers. My overall impression is that if youre looking for a place to visit frequently its an excellent choice, but for a one time visit the service was poor. I would not go back and do not recommend for walk-ins.

2019-08-10Service was terrible . Michelle didnt know how to do what i asked for and instead of being honest she made a total mess and charged a crazy amt although she knew i wasnt satisfied. In the middle of her doin my nails she had a different nail tech finish. Just terrible .

2018-05-07Love this place. Michelle is very sweet and does amazing work. She knows all of us by name and even our families its like a family away from family.
