This shop is otherworldly and the staff consists of some of the nicest and most beautiful people I’ve ever encountered! They also have an impressive selection of stones. I love this place!

Gem goddess pretty much sealed the deal for me moving from Long Island to Plattsburgh. I went in looking for crystals and witchy supplies and ended up moving here a couple months later. They also have two amazing reiki healers and tarot readers Anna and Shanelle who are truly life changing. Working here feels like a family and everyone at gem goddess are such welcoming, warm hearted individuals who really want to help people and change the world.

This Gem and crystal shop is just a magical place! I just love being the Reiki master that can provide energy healing! I can cleanse chakras, give ionic foot detoxes, a fast and easy way to detox your entire body. I love giving and getting the fabulous card readings that are available within the shop! All of the workshops and activities are just so wonderful and engaging for the community. There is a little something there for everyone. From crystals, stones, jewelry, sage bundles, candles, oracle/tarot cards, delicious teas, coloring books, pendulums, the wonderful variety of herbs, the incense and even a self love section of bath products! Just walking in makes you feel like a whole new person. You leave feeling magical! Love all the people there!

The Gem Goddess Emporium is a wonderful store, filled with the most beautiful collection of crystals ive seen. A place to find knowledge, comfort, guidance, all wail feeling welcomed and loved. They carry everything to meet all of your metaphysical needs and by chance they dont have what you are looking for, will go above and beyond to get you any requests you may have, this owner is all about her customers experience and it shows! Down to earth people with a passion for what they do. They have their own line of 100% natural bee wax candles with scents you can only find at their shop, the one i purchased is hands down my favorite candle and will be back for more!

2022-08-15I cant even give this shop enough stars! My sister and I visited from Massachusetts over the weekend and this was our favorite store! I wish we got the names of the absolutely amazing, friendly, & knowledgeable women that were working on Saturday afternoon. We love them and their vibes! The crystal selection is awesome, very unique pieces. And some local handmade items as well. We always love that. If youre into crystals stop on by and absorb some positive energy :)

2022-07-18First time me an my fiance has shown up at this amazing place Ive never been there before so I was amazed an meeting kitty was amazing to talk too and we decided to buy some stuff for us. Loved the energy in the store an kitty as well like I said it was amazing an loved being there looking around all the amazing stones an birthstones an everything else. So we both have decided it is the one best place we can go to for we both are looking for when we can afford it. Hope to be there again an again. Hope this review is good.

2022-08-13My sisters and I visited the Emporium today and had a wonderful time. We were greeted by Mercedes who was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable.All 3 of us had questions and all staff came to our aid as we asked about products. We have said we would return especially when the tea we purchased runs out!

2022-03-08I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful little gem store in downtown Plattsburgh. Not only is the owner super welcoming and so nice, she also has a ton of knowledge and is very helpful in helping you find what you are looking for!. She was more than kind to my daughter and I and I can promise you that I will be going back 100%. The store has great energy and very reasonably priced. I cant wait to go back! And I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

2022-04-26I went in with a vauge idea of things to look for around noon today. As soon as I walked in I was greated by two lovely people who quickly asked if there was anything I was looking for. I told them I was looking for self-care and mental health related balancing agents. They got to work recommending me crystals and insences that may resonate with me and my issues. We began talking about my struggles and connecting to the crystals. As soon as my hand touched some of them, the pink calcite and the calligraphy stone, I felt an instant warmth and peace.Overall this shop is amazing! The atmosphere and the workers are gorgeous, friendly and so very welcoming! I absolutely adore coming in here. Today was especially moving given the level of care and precision these wonderful humans made for me 🥺❤️.

2022-03-22After working at Gem Goddess Emporium for only four months, I have learned so much. Whether it’s from learning from my kind and knowledgable coworkers or bosses, or learning from the many events and workshops they have for people of all ages. Like every Friday they have a wonderful Tarot reader named Anna, as well as as our amazing foot detox/reiki healer, Shanelle who are both available by appointment throughout the week. I’m so grateful that this locally owned business opened up and is able to help the community with their healing gifts. This shop also makes sure all the crystals and gems they sell are authentic and our jewelry is always genuine 925 sterling silver or gold plated. We prioritize customers and the experience over everything and it is a beautiful thing to be apart of!
