Love. I got my car here. The staff made sure I got a great deal, were very kind and understanding, helpful with finding insurance and always around for any questions. Best car dealership ever.

Bought a 2014 altima from gene everything so far so good. A socket needed to be replaced in my tail light and he did with no hesitation. Due to covid u cant get in the dmv quick but they can get all your paperwork in fast with ease. So far I would recommend him his mechanic and daughter as a trustworthy set of people.

I bought a truck from Gene. It has needed some things fixed and Gene has stood behind it completely. Its refreshing to see that there are still auto dealers that do the right thing. I cant recommend this dealer enough. Honest, decent people and reasonable prices.

He should try honesty!!! I was really counting on my sons first car purchase to be a good experience. Thank you Mr. Balmer, that didnt happen. Im appalled that you take advantage of young adults!When my son purchased a vehicle, the check engine light was on, Gene assured him that he made the appropriate repairs, he didnt, he manually turned light off and low and behold, the light is back and the warranty has ended. My son called him today, he said sorry...You should have taken it to your local garage and had it checked! Youre out of warranty!I hope youre proud of yourself Mr. Balmer!NEVER, NEVER, NEVER WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AND YOU CAN BET THAT I WILL SHARE THIS STORY WITH THE WORLD!!!
