Best car service Ive taken in a while. I was coming back from a trip and the last thing I wanted to do is wait at airport, I called and 10 minutes later theyre here. Apparently they deal with a lot of airport pick up. I had a cheerful driver compared to the other car services Ive taken. Looking for a quick way out the airport I highly recommend them. Overall quick and great experience.

I just had the worst experience ever with Gerenal cab from the owner himself yelling at me and harassing me with multiple calls and text msgs because I got on the wrong cab by mistake. Never using their service again. I much rather pay an extra $6 and use Uber or Lyft. I strongly suggest you think twice before calling for their service. He certainly needs to learn some manners.

Go to Kew Cab. Purely for management reasons.10 minutes out. Arrives 35 minutes later.Rude on phone. Drivers are great though.The stress and anger added from their rudeness, lateness and unprofessionalism sends me to Kew Gardens Cab.Up side: drivers are always pleasant and great.

Called for a car and was told they do not have any drivers available. This is at noon on a Friday. I believe that it was because i was going a short distance.
