Never have an issue here, whether its getting loaded or unloaded.
They took me in earlier than my appointment and in less then 1 hour I was out. Cool dudes work here. Thank you.
There are no public tours, They make cheerios, honey nut, very berry, blueberry cheerios, lucky charms,and chex cereals. Across the street they also produce flour.
Easy check in and out. Easy docks to hit. Tight parking in drop area in back. Half the time the loads arent ready till end of window but they let you drop and come back later. Decent ts about 6 miles away on Walden Ave.
Easy in and out. It was a nice and clean place to be. Right past the bridge. I will come back any time. Sorry no pics. There is parking for semitruck outside across the RR tracks. Restrooms are by door 4. Ask the guards.
Great place to work. I was a seasonal employee for 5 seasons, off and on. Good way to make some real money in a short period of time, if youre willing to work hard!Getting hired is a ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BATTLE. I didnt, and I know at least 5 people with leverage.Oh well... Youre giving your life away to have a career there, anyway.
A little nervous going there General Mills is always somewhere challenging. Small streets, train tracks but gps got me there. Went thru entrance gate and down to shipping/receiving. Its not very big and not a lot of spaces to drop trailers its a little tight to turn around without almost jacknifing but its easy in and out which as truck drivers we love. The empty trailer lot is directly down the street on your right with the number 14 on it.
When trailers are preloaded they get you in and out, if you need to be live loaded prepare for a 3 to 4 hour stay. Robots is the new order picker.
Come here for pu at 10am when you check-in if you are live load say on paper minimum 3 hr loading im still here now is 237pm lost 4hr here and still on dock if you dont have time to waiting dont come here for pick-up
Easy in and out. Friendly staff. ***NOTE***As of today 8-20-20 the bridge right before GM is closed. Take the road on the left at the light and follow the detour signs.
Trying to find the place to pick up flour went in the wrong gate checked in with the guards i had the bad attitude at first but these guys were truly professional and nice great work ethic hopefully they do well
Load feed byproduct there weekly. Great staff, neat clean facility.

Stand 1.30 drove 10 meters. I have 12 tracks in front of me. I cant imagine when to download. If it was morning, I would have gone to the second pickup better.
Terrible this site to pick up. I spent 7 hours to be loaded. I do not recommend this site at all. You will be almost all your hours here standing.

2022-06-21Im a New Yorker outta towner, lol, and I pick up from here often! I was treated so well today, I had to leave a great review! Was able to get in contact to see if load was ready, and picked up early! Now you do have to wait awhile, but in life you learn to take da good with the bad! But GM BUFFALO has been nothing but good to me!

2022-07-09Came at 5:15pm for a 6pm appt, checked in and got a gate right away, but took 5 hours for them to load it up… other than the loading time, everything was good…

2021-12-29Check in process quick and seamless. If youre live-loading flour, be prepared for 4+ hrs wait time. Easy docks to get into ( if loading flour). Decent food places around town that delivers. This will help pass the time. Good luck.

2022-02-02Im from Buffalo, so I like it. I do mostly drop hook, on very rare occasions pick up flower. Flower side is slow you line up along rr tracks in single lane walk in to check in then its first come forget appointments come with a full clock. Drop hook area is easy pull to gate, guard check in stay with the truck then driver check in is on the right half way down the building. It is tight here. There is a bathroom. Parking is at exit 1 at the hotel on the corner first drive or Jims truck stop is about 5 mile away. Jims packs out early no reserve spots next closest is on grand island at rest area or Pembroke.

2021-08-2454 S Michigan Ave Buffalo NY 14204.Park Truck across the Rail lines, check in with Drivers License and backup any Dock 2 to 4. First Come First Serve. 1 truck takes about 90 minutes to get loaded. If there is 3 trucks ahead you can just imagine about waiting. They have only one loader.

2020-05-30Our load was supposed to be ready between 9 PM and midnight. Chose to come in at 5 AM the next day. Not ready, not even started! However, they got a load ready for driver whos load was supposed to be finished exactly 24 hours after our load. After sitting for 4 hours, we were redispatched. They still had not started our load even though it was hours past pick up time.
