I had been in the market for a used crossover/small SUV for almost a year and given my needs and the cost of gas I narrowed my search down to a 19-21 Rav4 Adventure. I live in CT and the selection within 120 miles was slim. But Generation Kia had one at a great price so I decided to take the trip.I was quickly helped by Ray even though I hadnt set up an appointment. The car was exactly as advertised and after a test drive and my own thorough inspection of the car I decided I would like to make the purchase, as long as they didnt try anything shady like the last place I went to in Greenwich.My experience with Ray was what you would expect from a professional and honest salesman. He worked with me to get a fair price on my trade-in, he was completely up front about the fees (which were minimal, unlike the one in Greenwich) and he was overall very pleasant to work with.After that I sat down with Nichole, the Finance Manager and once again I was pleased to be working with a respectful and honest professional. She did her job well without trying to force anything into the deal that I did not want or need.Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the guy who helped get me squared away with my insurance company but he was also great to work with. Unlike any other dealership that Ive been to, he did all the work for me.Overall I would say that this was probably the most pleasant and laid back experience Ive had at any dealership (and Ive been to a lot). Everyone there seemed happy to be there and happy to help their customers. Even though it took me almost 4 hours to get home due to traffic, it was totally worth it to make the trip.
I leased my third car from Generation Kia this week. During this experience, my sales consultant, Michael Pellegrino was amazing. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. The sales manager, Ramon Nunez was great to work with. He was understanding and gave me personal attention to help get me into a great deal for my new lease. Even the finance representative ( I apologize because I do not remember her name) was super nice and very helpful through the process to finalize my new car. My experience was great and highly recommend going to Generation Kia for your next automotive purchase!

I just went to Generation Kia and the experience was amazing. They tended to us quickly, we found a car quickly, they took us through everything, and explained everything. They had snacks, water, coffee, and it was overall a really comfortable experience. The highlight was Anthony, he took us through everything and helped us out so much. Anthony was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. If you ever go to Generation Kia I highly recommend working with Anthony, such a cool guy!
We were looking for a nice mid size SUV. We searched throughout multiple dealers in Long Island, I’m pretty sure I went to them all. Generation Kia was one of the last one and man are we lucky we found this place. They had the largest inventory on the island, the best deals, and overall friendliest staff. We were able to get a 2022 Seltos EX for almost half the price of a 2022 RAV4(with no trade-in)!!! Steven Galarza was our salesman and he was beyond exceptional, we got approved and drove home same day after a few hours. Steven went above and beyond and made the experience the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Someone in there give this man his own office and a raise, he’s the man!!!!
Purchased a 2020 Kia Optima with 5K miles and both the car and the staff are amazing. After going to numerous dealerships in the tri-state area, we found our best deal at Generation Kia, their prices are the best on the Island. Big Lou and his staff were top notch, and were extremely informative, helpful and never pushy. It was a great car shopping experience, and I would certainly go back again for another car.
Wow what an amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve been searching for a specific Telluride SX Prestige for over 6 months and NO ONE has had it but bang Generation Kia did!! Kudos to Anthony G for his exceptional customer service and for being best salesman anyone can ask for. Kid is a gentleman and goes above and beyond for his customers (he bought my wife and kids pizza while we waited for finance!!) Walked in just to browse and was greeted by a very polite young gentleman named Michael Pellegrino . He told me that if he could help us with anything not to hesitate to ask he’d be floating around helping customers. My daughter noticed the Seltos model and wouldn’t stop asking me about it , I called Michael over to ask him a couple details about price and what not and before long we were sitting down finalizing a deal. Trading in her old car was easy and before we knew it she was driving around in her new car . Thank you for making what used to be a disaster of a process fun and easy .
Buying a car is one of the most stressful times of my life and yet Anthony over at Generation Kia was phenomenal. I am leaving with the car that I want, at the prices I understand, and with a happy wife and baby. I will be coming back to see Anthony when I am ready to add to my never ending fleet of vehicles!
I am very happy with my new vehicle as well as the process of purchasing it. Anthony was extremely helpful and friendly, and even offered to drop off some paperwork at my home that I had forgot. Since my vehicle was fresh off the truck, it still needed an inspection so I went back the day after purchasing it. The service dept was extremely friendly as well. This is an all-around great dealership!
I had an amazing experience at Generation Kia. Mike (sales) and Nicole (finance) were a pleasure to work with. Mike made me feel comfortable throughout the entire sales process. Him and another sales rep brushed half a foot of snow off the car so I could test drive it and they let me drive it as long as I wanted. I was also in a rush that day and they were able to get all the paperwork done quickly and smoothly so I was able to drive the car off the lot the same day. They had very fair pricing and gave me a great offer on my trade in. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had an AMAZING experience at Generation KIA! My relationship with them began nearly 2 years ago when I called inquiring about a car that had already been sold. I spoke with Carl and he took my number so he could notify me if any of the particular color and model I wanted came in. Due to the chip shortage cars were few and far between (as Im sure you all know) but he continued to keep the relationship going with the occasional text or phone call. I had spoken to many different KIA dealerships and many salesmen and saleswomen and no one contacted me more than once. No one except Carl. Then one day he called me just checking in because he had a car coming in and I was so happy!! I immediately gave him a deposit and I picked up the KIA Sorento X-Line I had been saving for today and I couldnt be any happier!! Carl even came in on his day off for me as I was coming in from NJ shore and for reasons beyond his control (my insurance carrier was God awful) he ended up staying for hours and didnt complain once. Quite the opposite actually. Not only would I go back but Id say the extra miles and traveling time were well worth it. He was amazing, the car is spectacular and I couldnt be happier. You wont be disappointed. Just remember to ask for Carl!
My Aunt and Uncle recommended us to go to this dealership to buy a vehicle. Big Lou is the guy to go to! My husband and I are expecting twins next month and we wanted the Kia Carnival. There wasn’t any Carnivals a few weeks ago, but Big Lou kept updating us about another one coming in at some point. As soon as he got one in, he called right away. I’ve been getting my car serviced there for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I always happen to be helped by Vinny every time who is always very helpful, honest, and just a down to earth guy. I really feel very trusting in them and what they say isn’t a money grab. I’m always told how it is with my car whether that means it needs immediate attention or if it’s something that can wait or not really necessary. I’ve always had a great experience and always expect that when I bring my car there.
Seriously, one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. My wife and I worked with Ray, who was awesome. We then had the pleasure of working with Addie in financing and she was awesome too. Everyone was really nice and it didnt feel like the normal sleazy, high pressure situations Ive felt at other dealerships. Car shopping is typically dreadful, but my experience with Ray made it so easy and painless. He was upfront and honest and worked with my budget the best he could to get me into the car I wanted. He truly is a gem of a salesperson, he knew the first visit that he didn’t have the car I wanted and didn’t try to push me into something else. I got follow up emails regarding their inventory updates. Once I saw a car to consider, I knew I was going back to Ray. I also want to add that Nicole who took care of the billing part was so sweet. All around a great experience and definitely will tell family and friends (and neighbors!) to go see Ray!!
Carl was extremely helpful and had all the answers to my questions. He made my car buying experience enjoyable and easy. I drove from Connecticut to purchase the car, and everything went smoothly. I was nervous being an out of state buyer, and doing this for the first time. It was literally just like buying a car in my home state. I definitely recommend Carl and the dealership.
So I finally settled on a car that I wanted. I visited this dealership and was greeted very nicely at the front door and set up with a sales rep. I test drove the car fell in love with it made my choice as to what I wanted with trim and color. One sitting inside the office to go over financial numbers is when all the problems began. I was coming back with numbers as high as $800. When ask for a print out to see the breakdown I was told I wasn’t allowed to see that. I asked as to why and I was told you’re not allowed to see the paperwork until we settle on the numbers. I said I’m not paying $800 a month for a car I don’t even understand the breakdown. When I got the interest rate calculation still didn’t make sense after 45 minutes of debating back-and-forth they finally explain to me they were selling me the car for 10,000 more than the ticketed price. Their answer was well these cars are worth more and they’re selling quick. Wow that’s OK if that’s how they wanna do business they tried to make me believe I was paying sticker price for the car but added additional fees and 10,000 above window ticket. Needless to say I left I will never do business with this company again and I also decided to go with a completely different brand car. If this is how Kia runs it I want nothing to do with it.

I noticed that Generation Kia had a vehicle that I was interested in. I walked in and was introduced to Ray Garcia. I wasnt in dire need of making a purchase, and had been to a few other dealerships.I didnt feel pressured like so many other car salespeople try to do to potential customers. Because of his calm demeanor, along with his professionalism, I ended up purchasing the vehicle the very same day. BIG LOU at Generation Kia is the man !!! My boyfriend and I walked in on a Friday night and he showed us a few cars. We put a deposit on a 2018 Kia Sportage and told him we’d be back in the morning. Me, being the difficult customer I am, came back asking him to show me about 4 more cars. Then when he thought I maybe had made up my mind, I asked to see about 5 more, then my mom came by and he even showed her a car. We spent a total of 6 HOURS at the dealership, and not for a single second did he have a bad attitude or make us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Every time I apologized he assured me that everything was fine and he just wanted me to go home happy. He even gave my boyfriend and I a few slices of pizza because we’d be there so long. Nicole from finance made all of the paperwork so quick and easy for us and was so incredibly sweet! She explained everything perfectly and answered every single question. They really went above and beyond for us ! Great experience and love my new car ! Oh yeah I went with the 2018 Kia Sportage, the car I originally wanted😂

Michael Pellegrino made this one of the best purchasing experiences I have had at a dealership. He was honest from the beginning and did not sugar coat anything. I had a specific number/car in mind and Only wanted a certain number of inquiries on my credit ran for the car and he made sure thats what happened. The Finance lady was great too! She was upfront with the interest rates and being able to get a better deal for me! The entire process Took longer then expected, but Mike never skipped a beat with ensuring the customer service was there! Great place and will definitely do business there in the future.

After dealing with a total loss, I was in need of a new vehicle. I stumbled upon a car that was listed from Generation Kia. I was coming from out of state so I had a lot of questions before taking the drive. My salesman Ray Garcia made sure to get all the information I need on the car and the vehicle was prepped before I got to the dealership. Overall it was a great experience and everybody was very nice there, especially the receptionist who greeted me. I recommend considering them for your next car purchase.

Ray Garcia was an amazing salesman! He listened to all of my concerns and requests while shopping for a car. I know my husband and I had very different needs, but somehow he was able to find us a car that satisfied all of our needs. Service advisor Vincent Ardito is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. I have taken my vehicle to this dealership several times for service and he is always a pleasure to interact with. Cars are meant to break and they cost money to fix but its always nice to deal with people who make the experience as good as it can be
I don’t like going to service departments to have any work done on my vehicles. My experiences have been awful and lack of professionalism was to be questioned.I decided to make an appointment with Generation Kia for an oil leak. When I arrived the next day I was greeted by Vinny. He was awesome and very respectful. The service was personal not like I was a number. The crew he he introduced me to were fantastic. Vinny, Jimmy, Matt and the tech guy whose name I forgot were all friendly. The fact that they drove me to and from my home while I waited blew my mind. The service was great and unlike no other.
Just had my car recently serviced and had Anthony as a service rep. He was so professional and kept me informed during the process. He wouldn’t release the car until it was perfect. He made the waiting less stressful and was extremely courteous and kind. Definitely ask for Anthony when you get your car serviced! Makes the experience so much better!

So I recently Purchased a vehicle from Generation Kia and my overall experience was great. Special shout out to Big Lou. He was the first person to greet us upon entry and took real good care of us. My experience was more like a three day process. Day 1 was looking around wasn’t completely sold on a car as of yet but had an idea of what I wanted. Big Lou never tried to pressure sell me but just let the product do the talking. Came back the next day test drove another trim of the same vehicle and the rest was history. Day 3 was the day I pick up my car and the assist was thrown to Vincent from the service area which made sure all inefficiencies were abated (nothing major). Together these guys made my purchasing experience a pleasure both men were attentive, personable and consistently professional. Big Lou followed up with friendly text messages throughout the purchase and even afterwards to remind me if I needed anything regarding the vehicle to reach out to him. Now my only issue which I don’t think reflects negatively or have anything to do with these gentlemen was I purchase a vehicle and there was only one key/fob. Now if I was buying a car from a secondary dealer like Major auto world or John Doe dealership I probably could be more understanding as to why the car has one key. But I purchased a certified pre own vehicle from the actual company. Now I may be wrong but I was under the assumption that all vehicles should have at least two keys/fob. So I ended up purchasing my second fob which was $$$$ because I always want a back up key but maybe that’s just me. Once again this should not diminish the outstanding level of service I received hence the 5 stars just a small area for improvement.
Took my 2018 Kia Sportage in to have the tires checked because the low pressure light was on. Also had the brake fluid flushed out. Vincent was the person who helped me in the service center. He was very nice and accommodating. What a pleasure!! It shows they really care about you and your car.
Went to check out some new cars because my lease is up, was recommended to make sure this was one of my stops. Glad I listened everyone was super helpful. I had a younger salesmen Henry I think. Was refreshing not to deal with a cars salesmen, rather someone helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Telluride from start to finish with Joseph Rossetti! He was very clear and made the whole process very easy. My car came in earlier than promised and I was able to pick it up as soon as it arrived! Came here to get my car serviced and dealt with Vincent. He was very nice and accommodating. Place was fairly clean and there was refreshments and snacks for waiting. A woman who worked there even gave my 4 year old a play dough toy to play with while we waited. Only thing I have a complaint about is I made a 10am appointment for an oil change and inspection but didn’t seem to matter if that made sense? Was still out little over an hour and half but was told that when checking in. Overall good experience and will be back in the future.

The staff has been friendly and upbeat and there’s been a professional environment every time. I especially appreciate the service deals they run and I appreciate the waiting area - a place where I can read while I wait. I came into generation Kia looking to get my Car serviced luckily I met a guy named Vinny and he was just amazing throughout the whole process. Turns out I was driving a pretty rough shape car I almost had no rotors left and luckily Vinny was there to spot it for me he was able to help me get my car fixed in a very fashionable and time oriented manner and I’m very grateful for generation kia and especially Vinny thank you for all your help vin will definitely be bringing the rest of my cars here.
I purchase a 2022 Seltos and traded in my old Rio. Ali was very attentive and helpful every step of the way. They were out of stock on the first visit but he made sure to call me as soon as they had them delivered. I came back and he offered me a very nice deal. I enjoyed my experience overall. I just recently went to this place for the first time. The staff is efficient, there’s a well stocked snack bar, and the waiting area is very clean. The employee who helped me, Vinny A., was so friendly and helpful that he made what’s normally a stressful experience for me downright pleasant. He kept me updated throughout my visit, so that the wait never felt too long, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I’ll definitely be going here for my repairs from now on, because this was the first time I’ve ever left a repair shop in a good mood.
I was helped by Vincent, he is amazing! I took my car in because I purchased it online. I wanted to make sure it didnt have major issues that would give me a headache in the future! Vincent went thru everything thoroughly even found there was a rodent nest, he had it cleaned out and sanitized ! His major accomplishment was dealing with my warranty company and making sure they covered everything that needed to be fixed! After so many calls back and forth with the warranty company, he got them to waive my deductible and fix all my issues ! I had to go to Generation Kia for a few things that needed to be serviced on my car and it was hands down the best service Ive ever received at a car dealership. Malaika was the service representative who assisted me and everything was done in an outstanding timely manner. Even down to every customer who came in after me was taken care of immediately. This dealership took advantage of my 18 yr old daughter when she bought her car a year ago. Not only did they not put the right price on her paperwork, I don’t see her down payment which should have decreased it her address and phone number is wrong and the final number was $7000 over the sticker price. I’m looking for an attorney to look at this paperwork and I want the dealership to redo it. So I received a response and just called and asked for the general manager and that person is not available. Also the women who answered which sound like an African American hung up on me, didn’t even say bye. If the general manager is going to respond please leave a name and extension. I will be there with my daughter tomorrow to go over her paperwork.I’m giving two stars now because I spoke to the general manager which was very kind and attentive. Thank you. I have faith that he will help and do whatever he can to rectify the situation.
My experience with Generation Kia this week was awesome . My sales man was Joe R. He was so patient with my husband and I. I test drove a few cars just trying to see what I really wanted. After all that I left and did not purchase anything. We came home and thought things over. Discussed some finances and called Joe R back . Long story short I left with a beautiful Kia Sorrento. I have been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks regarding a service contract. We were told we had to buy a service contract to be approved for a car loan. Our bank contacted us letting us know the service contract was not needed. Every time we call, Nicole is not there or unavailable. I have asked for a manager or even the owner and no response. They originally sold us this service contract a year ago, we paid for it and we never even had a service contract. We found this out when we had to bring the car in for an issue that was never properly repaired the first 5 times we brought it back. We paid for a service contract we did not need and they never processed, they kept our money. They made us buy a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty that we did not need to buy in order to get approved for the loan. We bought this car over a year ago, left with the car the day we looked at it al approved. They lied on our application which was not necessary and the original bank did not take our loan. They then proceeded to run our credit 8 more times to get approval without permission and without informing us. We could of got our own personal loan but we were not even informed. They also signed our name to a new loan they got us approved for.
Anthony G was amazing to work with. I went to so many dealerships with everything going on and he was the most patient and easy to work with! He was friendly and genuinely wanted to help, which I found lacking at 90% of the other dealerships I went to and that goes from other Kias to Chevy to Buick and so on. I literally bought my Sorento and chose my Kia because of Anthony. (the car is awesome too though). If you are looking for great person to buy your car/suv from. Anthony G!!!
From the moment my wife and I arrived at Generation Kia I knew this was not the usual car buying experience. When we got out of the car we were met by Joe Rossetti and asked if he could help us. Joe wasted no time showing us the vehicle that we were looking for and answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product and offered us a chance to drive a Telluride. We had done a lot of research on this vehicle and were eager to actually drive it. The Telluride did not disappoint and was everything and more then we expected. The only issue was they didnt have the one we wanted on the lot and werent sure when they would get one as there is a very high demand for these vehicles. Joe didnt give up and after getting all my information and what exact vehicle we wanted he went to work and managed to find the one we wanted. Its pretty hard to buy a car in this market, let alone a Telluride because theyre in such high demand. As a mom of two, not having a family car after we had to return our rental from insurance wasnt something I could deal with for longer than a week- everyone was telling me I couldnt get this car until mid-June and that was being optimistic. I called Kia dealers in the area to secure a car, and Generation Kia was the only dealer with three on the lot. That was the first win. The second win came when Steven, my sales rep, agreed to begin working with me over the phone with the financing process. I work full time, I live 40 minutes from this dealership, and was literally between picking up the kids when I placed the call about purchasing the car. After getting Steven everything he needed to move my app along, I had already picked up the kids and gotten them home. Then we agreed on a price. I was saved hours of waiting at the dealership, and the hassle of trying to find a babysitter on such short notice. So I wouldnt waste any time, Steven let me know when everything was about ready to go- even coordinating with our insurance agent, so that when I arrived at the dealer in an Uber, I would be able drive home with my car. As soon as I pulled up to the lot, there was Steven smiling in my freshly-detailed and gassed up Telluride. I immediately drove it around the block with him, got a run-through of the features again and then went inside to sign the paperwork. Not a moment was wasted, everything went incredibly smooth- Steven was professional but more than that, he was understanding, accommodating, patient and friendly, exceeding any remotely positive experience I had ever had buying a car before. I appreciated how above and beyond Steven went for me, and how it never once seemed like an issue or an inconvenience- we coordinated most everything via text message before I arrived, and I spent only an hour at the showroom. I could not be more grateful for that experience, for being able to promptly get a safe and reliable car for my family, and to have it in time for the holiday weekend. If you need a car, but maybe youre intimidated by the process, Steven is your guy- hes just there to help, talk you through it- and get you what you need. In this day and age, we need more people like him who understand that things are hard enough, and getting something as essential as a safe car, shouldnt be made into a sales-y gray-area experience where you feel like youre not being heard, but you need a car, so you deal with it... no, no, no, this was enjoyable and the customer service was exceptional. We were in a place where our lease on a Volvo was coming due in April, and we started car shopping again. We had leased three Kia Optimas in prior years and felt this was a fantastic vehicle. We went to Generation Kia and met with Stephen Galarza. It was almost closing time at Kia, but he still took the time to let us test drive a Sorrento. My wife had to pick her color (Very important). After a test drive, I loved the vehicle, but felt it was a little too large for our use. We debated this at home and decided to go back to talk to Stephen. He took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle and how to use them. He showed a lot of patience and was never PUSHY which is a buyers fear. There was no high pressure sales. After we decided to move forward with leasing this 2022 Sorrento.. Stephen walked us thru the entire process and brought us to finance dept. to finalize the lease. After that was completed we went back to talk with him while the vehicle was being prepared (License plates, inspection, washing the vehicle, etc.) As a final not he took photos of us with the new vehicle with a big red ribbon on it. So to wrap this up, Stephen was the perfect sales person to deal with. His honesty was refreshing for a car sales person. No high pressure sales, answered every question etc. If youre in the market for a new Kia, go see Stephen at Generation Kia.

Anthony C. at Generation Kia Service Center was absolutely wonderful to us. On our way to celebrate our anniversary at Montauk Point, our Kia Sportage engine light went on over an hour away from home. Generation was the closest Kia dealer 1/2 hour behind us. We got there extremely disappointed that our day was ruined, but, to our surprise, Anthony went out of his way to quickly get us a loaner car and sent us back on our way to Montauk. We enjoyed our day and our car was ready when we returned. We had never been to this dealership before and couldnt believe how kind and caring Anthony was. It was unbelievable how he saved our day and we are so grateful.

WE came to lease another car- Parry B. is usually our salesperson that we deal with- such a pro + politeness & professional courtesy. There was a miscommunication, which caused us to be there all day (10 Hrs). Patty did all she could to make us comfortable, since my hubby is still recouping from heart surgery!! This is the kind of person every car dealership needs; one focused on people, not profit- also Nicole, finance lady had to undo much paperwork to correct the situation- she, too is a true pro!! And Ramone came out to say that he doesnt want us to leave unhappy. We havent experienced such professional courtesy, which is why we left Honda to come over to Kia- we were never pushed into anything!! I’ve bought two vehicles here they sold me a 2016 truck with an exhaust leak and two years later a completely rotted muffler stating it had a custom exhaust ,I go for a free inspection I hear my truck peeling out in the back of the shop i get my truck back they washed it looks okay i have a new dent on my freshly painted side panel I have $160 lighted seat covers i get the truck back with a portion of the lights on the driver seat cover out so for free i got back a damaged vehicle BTW THEY TOOK 2.5 HOURS for me clearly asking to just do the inspection
Big Lou was a humble, kind and very nice salesman to do business with. I went into the dealership 2x and I worked with Lou both times. The 5 stars are for him. The assistant manager Ramon was an ARRONGENT, SNOTTY, NARCISSISTIC PIECE OF GARBAGE! I made sure I went back and worked with Lou and Addie. Made me drive from CT 3 hrs in a rental car just to sell me a car that I couldnt leave with bc they didnt have the title..wouldnt give me dealer plates.. made me give 1k deposit nught before to hold car. i explained how i needed to leave with the car same day.. assured me no problem.. took my deposit, my certified check for 14k, ran my credit got me financing. switched insurances to new car.. handed me keys to tell me sorry cant give you the car.. either pick something else from our lot or we can rio up the contract.. finance manager was nastiest lady ive ever met. extremley unapologetic and downright mean and nasty when i expressed concern for negative affect on my credit after lieing to me about the car being legit.. they did not care.. none of the managers did anything. they just hoped ide give up.. i tokd them to rip uo the contract didnt want anything tondo with them anymore and i drive home with no car and a ding on my credit.. did nothing but cost me money to go see them..in return for negative ding and no car and ridiculous stress.. extremley unprofessional stay away at all costs...
Ramon is the worst sales manager ever. He treats his employees terrible and he’s very hostile. This manager needs to learn how to properly speak to his co workers I don’t know why he’s employed here. Matter of fact this entire dealership shouldn’t exists. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They will waste your time. I would give this place no stars if I could. The service here is a complete disaster and unorganized. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I recently purchased a Nightfall Seltos after traveling out from Brooklyn to Generation Kia. They had the the Seltos I wanted and Ray Garcia my sales person could not have been more of a gentlemen. I appreciated and even enjoyed the very short process before they had me on my way, under 90 minutes. Went to kia to have my Honda serviced, Was helped by Vincent A. let me tell you my Honda was a hot mess (axle torn etc.) not only did Vincent and generation Kia tecs go above and beyond with my vehicle. He walked me through everything that was wrong and asked for permission to fix things before proceeding to do so. I agreed to everything that needed to be fixed.Overall Attitudes was pleasant, very welcoming, and over all a joy to be there. And service area was clean and had many options to keep you occupied. I changed my 5 star review because Im amazed how quickly things have changed... I purchased a 2016 Shelby GT 350 and found a few major issues with the vehicle after a couple of weeks of ownership. I found one tire on the front drivers side which was an original tire, date coded 2016 and was dry rotted. Why would someone only replace three tires? The car has a racing engine and I also noticed the engine oil was very thin on the dipstick. I drained the oil which came out with a similar viscosity to Barilla extra virgin olive oil, when the vehicle is supposed to have 5w50. Upon doing my oil change I found the 2016 oil filter I ordered directly from Ford didnt fit. Upon further investigation I looked at the date code on the engine which says it was manufactured in March of 2021. Side note, Carfax stated that an oil change was performed at generation Kia which would mean the service technician would have run into the same problem I did with mismatched numbers, and oil filters. In most cases you would think having a new engine in your vehicle would be good, but in this case it lowers the resale of the vehicle as a collectible car. Mind you the vehicle Carfax provided to me said absolutely nothing about the engine being replaced at any point in time. I brought these defects to the attention of the sales manager Ramon, who after calling multiple times, still hasnt returned my phonecalls. I was told the car passed their multi point inspection, which clearly means nothing, and the salesman who sold me the vehicle quit a week after my purchase. As if it couldnt get any worse, the finance department gave the DMV and the lien holder the wrong address and when brought to their attention have done nothing to rectify the problem, so I now have to pay for replacement documents, and chase down the bank they financed with to make my car payment. Unsatisfied is an understatement.
I received a quote for Sportage Hybrid 2023 Ex trim. Please check the picture, it was the MSRP that they quoted. I decided to go for it and provided my credit card details to Monique who scheduled an appointment to complete the purchase.Few minutes later I received a call from Henry (the Sales Rep) and informed me that they are charging a markup of $5,000 on this vehicle. I was shocked to hear that. Why in the first place they took my credit card details by quoting the MSRP as the sales price?Obviously I am not paying over the quoted price. Either this dealership is fraud or they don’t honor the price. Please avoid dealing with them. Check email from them for reference.

2022-06-30Our salesman was Steven Galarza and he is too good to be true. We were very hesitant to leave a deposit for a car that was arriving months later but he assured us we would have no worries. We got updates about the car every other week, also sent us the window sticker when it was available. Paperwork was completed online ahead of time, traveled 2 hours with 3 little boys and was out of the dealership in a hour. For the first time I can say I had a great experience with a salesman/dealership. Appreciate everything and very happy with my telluride.

I went to the dealership to take a peek around and inquire about possibly trading my vehicle in, a gentleman named Anthony (Sales) was extremely helpful and made this process extremely easy and stress free and made it possible for me to bring home a brand new car THAT SAME DAY!! I originally went there looking for a Sorento, and with the help of the wonderful staff I was placed in a Telluride. Ramon, went the extra mile to make this SUV possible and affordable for me. Ramon honored all promises made prior to signing, and that’s something I have never seen in a dealership before. I am not only in a safe vehicle, but any issues for future, I know I am able to go back and get reliable help needed.
