I had a great experience working with Genesis Pro Painting. I met with Genesis on our first meeting with the company for a consultation. He laid out the plan of action, costs, and work involved. Everything was easy to understand and disclosed. The job lasted about 2 weeks. We were assigned a project manager who was very attentive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He even helped me through my tribulations with choosing a color for the exterior paint. All other team members working on the house were fantastic, always on time, friendly, professional. Overall, the project was a success.
It was a pleasure working with Genesis. They came in a timely manner and were very professional. They power washed and stained my deck and front porch/steps. They repaired a number of rotted boards on the porch.I will use them again.
From the moment Genesis comes through your door for the walkthrough and estimate, you get a certain sense that this is a team that is expert about what they do and how they will efficiently handle the requirements of your home. The team never let us down. From start to finish, Genesis, Rodrigo, Robert, Marcelo and a few additional members of their crew were immaculate about the results of their work, even down to labeling the remaining paint. My mother was concerned about dust traveling throughout the house and this team did their best to mask the different scenes while they were being worked on. These guys worked hard and they kept a positive attitude throughout the experience to ensure that the end result was expected. Im really glad I took on the recommendation of a neighbor when I mentioned we were looking for some painters. And I have no hesitation to recommend Genesis and his team to others. This is an A-team with good people.

Genesis and his team have completed a variety of painting projects for us both interior and exterior over the past several years, and have consistently delivered excellent price/value, quality and workmanship. They show up on time, are super careful and clean, are meticulous about their work, and the pricing is straightforward and very fair. We have been burned so many times by contractors both big and small over-promising and under-delivering, but we have always been thrilled with the work done by Genesis Pro Painting. We had a great experience with a whole house exterior paint project including siding repairs. Genesis was quick and efficient in providing the project estimate and planning. The project was completed on schedule, the crew was pleasant and friendly, the work spaces were neatly cleaned up at the end of every work day and any dust and nuisance were kept at minimum. We are very pleased with the result and would hire Genesis again any time.
I hired Genesis Pro Painting to stain my front porch, power wash my house and sand and stain the inside of my front doors. I could not be more happy with the work that was done. From the start they came out and provided a detailed estimate along with helpful recommendations for the job. They were very communicative throughout the whole job and were very neat while on premises. The original stain color was wrong (not their fault) and they came back and re-stained the porch at no additional cost. I definitely plan to use them next year to power wash my house and will use them again to stain when it’s needed. I would highly recommend Genesis Pro Painting to anyone without reservation.
Highly recommend Genesis. They painted both the exterior and interior of our house and did a fantastic job. The entire process is very professional and personable - I really like how they give an estimate right on the spot and use a modern online system with all details (not a handwritten paper estimate like most). We are very pleased with the quality of work Genesis Pro Painting did for us inside and outside our house. The price was reasonable too. We highly recommend this company. Can’t go wrong! They painted a few rooms and put poly on our pantry shelves inside our house last winter PLUS painted our entire outside 5,000 sq ft+ house last April. Wood pieces had to be replaced, shutters needed to be removed, and our entire porch spindles and floor had to be stripped down and repainted. A lot of work needed to be done and they handled it all! We are more than happy with the work they did. They were always prompt, professional, and very efficient with their time. If it rained, they tried their best to stay on schedule and work over the weekend. They were always in communication with us and they made sure we were all on the same page. Rodrigo was our liaison through it all. He and the painters are all amazing to work with.

Genesis Pro Painting did a great job repairing drywall and repainting a hole in our ceiling from a toilet leak. It was a small job and we had a difficult time finding someone organized, professional and reliable enough to do it, so Im glad we connected with Genesis. He gave us daily updates on the status of the paint job (taking rain into consideration) and his crew were all very professional as well. It has been a pleasure working with Genesis Pro Painting on two different projects: first, painting the exterior of my house two years ago, and then painting the master bedroom and bathroom, which was just completed several days ago. Genesis Macedo and his dedicated team are diligent, responsible and highly professional. In addition, Genesis offered excellent suggestions to help me select the perfect colors and type of paint for each job. Not only does the house look great, but the bedroom and bathroom are exactly what I wanted. The team, led by an efficient project supervisor, carefully worked on any necessary carpentry and wall repairs, then completed the painting within the predicted time frame. Furthermore, they cleaned up the work area when they finished each day, and did a thorough cleaning at the end, even moving the bedroom furniture back into place. After he came out, I figured due to his professionalism and his extended warranties, that he would be the highest proposal, but fortunately he was right in line with the other proposals. After we accepted his proposal he was extremely responsive and his crews were friendly and respectful of our things. I cant recommend this company enough. We recently had our homes exterior power washed and painted and are very pleased with the work that was done. The house had old graying cedar in great need of attention...now the solid stain makes the entire house look new. Genesis was prompt with a detailed and fair estimate and it was clear that he operates his business with a high level of professionalism. We have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about our experience with Genesis Pro Painting. From start to finish, Genesis and his employees were punctual, polite, efficient and cleaned up the property after each day of work. They completed the project on schedule and showed up everyday that weather permitted. Genesis was extremely available by cell, texting and email before during and after the project with any questions we contacted him about. Angelo his main foreman was excellent as well and communicated with us whenever it became necessary. Our house was in particularly bad shape as it had not been painted in the past ten years. It required an excessive amount of preparation work, which was completed to the fullest down to the original shingles. In addition, we needed two air conditioners removed from the wall and they completed that part of the job equally as well. In terms of price, we had received a few estimates from contractors on Angies List and Genesis estimate was lower than the others. Genesis Pro Painting painted our interior walls and doors. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgable and fast. There were some spots that were in serious disrepair and it all looks brand new. They did a fantastic job! They even changed a couple hard to reach lightbulbs in the process. Top notch work, very professional. This was an exterior paint job - taking a house from old, fading dark brown to vibrant slate blue. Numerous damaged cedar shingles needed replacement, white trim needed special attention, and rusted, peeling iron front railings had to be scraped and sanded, and painted black. Genesis Pro Painting is AMAZING!!!! My house exterior hadnt been painted for 12 years. They prepped beautifully, carefully taping up windows and doors, fixed/filled rotting wood spots and woodpecker holes, and patched stucco foundation. They were completely accommodating regarding my schedule and requests, ie to start on the back of the house, stop on a certain day at a certain time, etc. All the guys were neat and courteous, and they left the area in great condition at the end of each day. I was kept informed of progress throughout. All this, and they finishedcthe job really quickly and the price wasreasonable. What more could anyone want ? I highly recommend them!!!!
Genesis team repainted our house in May, 2018.Short Story: It came out great, and we would work with them again.Long Story: The job was to cover the old tan/khaki color with a close to white cream primary color, and some dark blue trim on the porch fence and front door. They had no issues using the paint I wanted (Sherwin Williams Duration). They put on one coat of primer and two coats of top coat. They patched all cracks and woodpecker holes, and their carpenter replaced a whole corner of trim boards.The team was very polite, showed up on time every day, and was responsive to feedback. They dealt patiently with numerous rain delays, and redid the porch fence when rain fell on it before it had dried.We are very happy with the like new house!

2022-06-17I never thought I would be saying this but getting our house painted the decks cleaned and stained was actually a pleasant experience from the quote right through to the finish. Communications prior to and during the project was excellent. The crew was friendly, professional and considerate. They kept the place spotless even with all the sanding. I would highly recommend them.

2022-03-26We had a great experience with Genesis Pro Painting!I found Genesis Pro Painting while doing an online search for reliable painters in the Westchester area, Genesis had great reviews and photos so I filled out the form to get a free quote for services. Less than 10 minutes after completing the form, Genesis himself reached out to get more information on the project that we wanted to have done and he was quick to set up a date to come and do the estimate. From start to finish everything went very well, Genesis, Rodrigo and the whole crew at Genesis Pro Painting are polite, accommodating and very professional. The job was to paint the entire interior of our home (our home is fully furnished), they got the job completed in about a week, we were very happy with how quickly they got all the work done and the care they took to protect all of our furniture. We also have a small dog who loved being greeted each morning by Rodrigo and the Genesis team!We can’t wait to have family over and to welcome our baby boy to a beautifully painted nursery and home. We are so happy that we chose Genesis Pro Painting and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to a family member or friend in need of painting and fixing minor repairs in the process. 2022-03-01Ive hired Genesis for several projects over the last few years and all of them have turned out excellent. Ive had them out for interior residential painting (walls, ceilings, trim, bathrooms) as well as touch-ups and drywall repair (which turned out perfect, and I mean perfect).Every time the work has turned out fantastic. And Im super picky about this stuff. But honestly, the work is solid. On top of that his team is also very professional, very clean, very easy to work with.Id recommend them to anyone, no problem.

2022-06-08After 10 years in our home we hired Genesis Painting to repaint our entire interior. The owner came to our home and gave us a detailed quote on the spot. His team was beyond spectacular! All of his employees were extremely respectful and neat. They went out of there way to make sure everything was clean and tidy each day. We will definitely be using Genesis again for all future painting jobs.

Rodrigo supervised their work and was on site several times a day. He was responsive, courteous and very professional, always keeping us informed of the scheduling. 2022-04-18A lot of painting companies can paint your house well, but not many will approach the job as though they’re painting their own home. Genesis Painters were communicative each day, checking in personally and then texting the team and us so that everyone knew what had been done, what was next, and what time they would return the next morning. They could not have been more polite or respectful, both in their interactions with us and with our home. Everything from the detailed, well-organized project management to the painting and clean up was absolutely meticulous. This is the third time we have had a home painted, and this was far and away the best experience.

Genesis and his team transformed our house from traditional cedar colored shingles into a more modern updated house. Rodrigo listened to every request and set everything up to be executed exactly as we’d asked. Mike was on site every day of the project-smiling, communicative, professional, and thorough.
