They helped us deal with letting our furbaby pass and cross the Rainbow Bridge. Spending time with him and to start the grieving process. It was time to let him go. Dealing with this was hard and they were passionate and helped us make the right decision. They are a caring place. I would recommend them to other people who have a pet.

I wouldnt go anywhere else 😊 Dr. Mellini and her staff are amazing. She has helped our menagerie through some interesting and difficult issues. On the rare occasion she has felt like there was an issue a specialist should look at she has gotten us referred to the absolute best people in our area as quickly as possible. I went to many different vets with my first dog before I found Dr. Mellini so I can say with confidence she is an absolute treasure and I will never again trust anyone else to care for our pets.

Dr. Angela is the most kind caring sympathetic human being that I have ever encountered. She made the process so much easier and her care and concern for our family was genuine and I will always recommend people to go to her. Thank you Doctor Angela I cant thank you enough. Im not normally a writer of reviews, but when I saw the few negative reviews on here, I felt like I had to. Dr Mellini is an absolutely wonderful vet. She is compassionate, caring and very good at what she does. Her techs and office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable, and you can just tell that they love what they do. I have a 3 year old kitty, who has had sinus problems his whole life, and I mean, once a week I walked my house and scrapped his green snot off my walls and windows. We had tried several rounds of antibiotics, even tried a nebulizer, and nothing worked. I started going to Dr Mellini, she took the time to explain what was wrong, and why nothing had worked in the past. Put him on a different type of medicine, and have not had any problems in months! I was blown away and knew I had found my new Vet. Soon after that, I took my other cat, who I adopted from the humane society, with a bum eye, and she again, took the time to explain everything to me, she even used him as a learning tool for her tech, which I thought was pretty awesome. His eye will not get any better but sometimes would seem irritated and red. She gave us some goo to put in there, and it hasnt been irritated since! I also had taken on bottle raising 4, 2 week old kittens, whom Dr Mellini was so helpful with. She even took pictures of them, and made a flier to put up her in office, to help me find them homes. Thats going way above and beyond in my opinion. I recommend her to everyone I can, and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with this vet.

I have gone to Geneva veterinarian hospital in Geneva New York it is on preemption Road in Geneva. I think that they are A-OK veterinarian hospital for the local community that cannot get out to other veterinarians. I think that they do a OK job and they are generally very friendly staff as well. I think that they are very moderately priced and not to overly expensive they are a nice compromise. I just think that they could do better for all the animals. That is just my inside but good place to visit and also get your Pats checked. Remember to get your cats and dogs spayed and neutered

Our cat was in very bad neglect from a new neighbor, after about 4 months of the cat I asked all my neighbors about the cat...our new neighbor said: the cat does not want to live with our two dogs, two children and another cat. The neighbor asked us if we wanted her, my husband was not infavor since we are wanting to travel since we just retired. The cat was so matted with debris from living outside, she could hardly walk...well to make a long story shorter the vet who wanted to help was this veterinary business. The Vet was most kind, non judgmental, very kind and did everything to help “Pretty Kitty” (she was so matted when I met her the eyes were very pretty in color and shape that is what her new name became), our new Veternarian implied she would not had made it through the winter.I highly recommend bringing your pet, no matter the pet’s condition, kind and understanding...everyone was very helpful, their smiles and williness to help was a life saver for Pretty kitty...now my husband fights over who’s lap she came to sit on.

Take all four of my cats here. Dr. Mellini and staff work amazingly well with all of their personality and medical needs. Very caring and attentive.
