I wanted to leave a review because I have seen somenegative reviews about this place. I was having trouble finding a dentist that would accept my insurance which is through the state not private. I called gentle dental and not only did they accept my insurance they got me an appointment the next day. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The dental assistants were really attentive and answered all my questions. The establishment itself was clean and organized. I had a broken wisdom tooth and they were able to not only do my new patient exam which included x rays and a tooth cleaning but also my tooth extraction in less than an hour and a half. The dentist that I saw was very knowledgeable and the extraction was painless. I left with instructions on how to care for my tooth and medication. I would highly recommend checking them out for yourself and not listening to a handful of people who had a bad experience. I was hesitant to go based on a couple of the reviews but I’m more than happy that I decided to try them out. I don’t see myself going to any other dentist in the future.
My daughters health insurance changed in the NY state marketplace and she needed to switch dentist. MY daughter is a minor and we had an appointment on 20/12/2021 in which daughter was not comfortable to the exam room alone..I was told I could not and we would to reschedule...very dissatisfied with the medical professionalism that occurred there. We will never return and we will never return
I love this dentist office. I had a tooth pulled last Friday and it was the best experience I ever had with any dentist. I didnt feel nothing, he numb me good and I didnt even know the tooth was out until he told me. The staff is nice and professional. They always text to remind me of me and my daughter appointment. I highly recommend them.
Went for a cleaning and filling. The cleaning was brutal and the Russian women cut my mouth and my lip and left me in a ton of pain. Communication bw staff seems non existent. Then the hygienist Gabriel hit on me the entire time, and made me feel super uncomfortable. The dentist was super quick but like too fast. No explanations given. Was rushing back n forth bw me and two others. I’ve never had a tooth ache in my life until after he filled it. I just walked out of there. Will end up coming out of pocket to see my old dentist.
Dont recommend them . I went there today to get a filling. Firstly I will tell you about how the nurse was yelling from the hallway my personal health information. was extremely embarrassed that they were breaking hippa violations with no regards to the law. secondly, I went to the appointment with beats headphones. I dropped one on the left side of the chair. was so uncomfortable because the denist was telling me to keep my chin up but to the point were it was extremely uncomfortable. I went back after work tk get my headphones. knocked on the door because I was able to connect to ot through the door. if anyone know about these headphones u need to be withi. reach. so, the janitor says he will look because I was playing music on it. Then he comes back and says oh come back Tomorrow. now I was gonna let it go, untill my name changed on my headphones on my Bluetooth options. what that meant is someone else connected to them and It took my name right off and changed it to beats. I called the comes the owners came and they treated me like garbage. I am a college student trying to get an education. unfortunately due to covid we do zoom meeting. I needed those. They treated me like garbage. They were so rude, that I really couldnt believe how they were acting. To good for anyone. she rolled her eyes like I was making it up. went all the way there because I knew they were there. I have filed a nys complaint on them for breaking hippa violation and will go back in the morning to see if I can get someone who isnt so stuck up they cant be bothered. I really wanted to go there but after this I would definitely not trust them. Dont accidentally leave anything they will treat you like a pos. Btw I was soaked, they were spraying the water they use to rinse your mouth all over my bib, face and clothes. Dont recommend unless you like dishonesty.
I went here hoping for the best and unfortunately it did not turn out great. I was in and out several times. Paid a co pay for them to do nothing several times. They did my root canal, took 2 hours, only to tell me they were referring me out to someone else to finish it. What was explained to me was they did one but there was a second one they didnt see on the xray. And they referred me to someone else to have that completed. That was the only thing explained to me. They never reached out to tell me where to go to next. I was told when they find one. They will call me. I waited 3 months, played phone tag, and by then i was in ALOT of pain and ended up going to an urgent dental. I got new xrays done there to see the problem, by then it was 1. Infected, and 2. They NEVER DID A ROOT CANAL.They only took the filling out and left it open.I called my insurance to make sure i wasnt billed for root canal, and they did not bill me for it. But they also did not put in for a referral... a referral i was supposedly waiting for...When i called the on call. I explained i was in alot of pain and asked if i can come in first thing in the morning to have this taken care of. He didnt seem to care and said. Yes. Sure you can come. And a ladies voice in the back ground said “no maybe more in the afternoon” so im glad i never went back and went to urgent care.Horrible communication. Lack of empathy. I only gave 2 stars because the lady who did my cleaning was nice.
I have been to many different places for dental work. They were all terrible and traumatic. This place however was absolutely amazing!!! They filled me in on ever possible scenario and explained the procedure in detail. They were very quick and efficient. I am a total baby with pain and anxiety. They calmed me down and I had no pain or issues at all. The place doesnt look like much but they are great! I have nothing but praise for the doctor there.
I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. Dentist has a wonderful soft spoken manor and made me feel at ease and the hygienist was pleasant and did my cleaning efficiency and and painless. I would strongly recommend them.
Went here for cleaning… worst experience ever. The lady that clean my teeth look less than 10mins when I came out my mouth felt as though it was on fire I used a mirror and saw my gum was sore. I was in pain for two days straight the next day both of my eyes was swollen. Not coming back here ever.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. Unfortunately I have to give them more credit than they deserve. This was my dentist for 5 years or more. The ONLY reason I stayed this long was because my insurance hardly accepts any dentists. To start the ladies at the desk we’re always rude and never on task. The dental hygienist always made me leave with my lips bleeding from yanking the floss out of my mouth. Always was very disrespectful about the yellow tint on my teeth and pushed me to bleach my teeth after I told her I didn’t want to. The dentist. Worst man I’ve ever met. When I’d pull in he would be smoking cigarettes outside and come in without washing his hands and put gloves on and began working in my mouth. He always had a pack of cigarettes in his front pocket hanging over my face during the appointment. Always seemed to be rushing and didn’t feel I was getting the proper care I deserved. Over the course of 5 years I had missed two appointments and they threatened to make me change dentists. If you enjoy having teeth you’d be better off just not going to a dentist.
Always get a second opinion whenever they try to give you root canals or any big procedure because they do that just for insurance purposes. They will root canal & put a crown on a perfectly healthy teeth just to get paid for it so always get a second opinion. All I needed was a filling.
I wish it allowed me to give a zero rating! While the ladies who work here are very nice, I feel like cattle get better dental treatment then humans do at this location. They made me do every bit of dental work available except for the rootcanal needed. Choosing to put me on antibiotics from October to January. By the time I got them to schedule the rootcanal they started numbing the wrong side of my face leading me to walk out!!! I said I wanted to schedule with the other doctor and it took another week but when I did see the other dentist available they charged me for a rootcanal and made me wait two weeks to come in for what I believed to be the crown and post. Yet, the day of my appointment they had a receptionist call me to inform me the dentist never finished and would not be seeing me that day. Instead they referred me to a different denist that I had to wait two weeks to see, who charged me double what they had already to just do the rootcanal over leaving me with a hole in my tooth and open nerve access for roughly a month. They said they would refund me and have the office manager call yet neither happened.
I was having very extensive work done on my front tooth, after begging them to save my tooth. They did what they could, while putting up with my pickiness. They did a great job on the root canal, and when I was unhappy with the temporary, they brought me in to fix it the same day. Then the next day my crown was ready! I couldnt have been happier! I believe these are very great dentists, but unfortunately I believe they are very pressed for time and have more clients than time. The dentists are great, they shouldnt be so rushed because working on peoples teeth is not something you can rush. I honestly have to thank the doctor for doing such a great job. I couldnt be happier with my teeth. Thank you.
The staff did not bother to complete necessary paperwork before scheduling my wisdom teeth removal. I arrived to my appointment. Waited 30 minutes to get called back and once I got back in the room they were like opps we don’t have all the paper work so we cannot take your teeth out. Over an hour later they came back to suggest I use local anesthetic since I wouldn’t need clearance. All was fine and well until the surgeon are hygienist began arguing the entire time about how to do suction. Upon completion, the hygienist told me I needed to pick up my pain killers in the next 40 minutes to take them before everything wore off. 40 minutes later I go to wegmans and they have not even received the prescription. After waiting on the phone for 10 more minutes with the office they came back with “oops we forgot to send it over and he’s busy” after demanding they do something now I’m currently still waiting in wegmans (an additional 25 minutes later) to have the prescription filled. This experience went from scary, to bad, to worse, to painful crying sitting in a pharmacy. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy.
Friendly knowledge staff from the receptionist to the hygienist as well as the Dentists. I have had nothing but positive experiences with every visit. They go above and beyond to make sure that after every visit I left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend these guys.
I was a patient about 3 years. The stopped taking my insurance which was the same as all other visits. In April I came for a regular check-up that was scheduled 6 months before. They did not call to inform me of this change. Im lucky they didnt pull the wrong tooth with that kind of book keeping. I expect better from medical professionals.
I needed a full set of dentures and for a year they needed to be adjusted, which is understandable yet they felt to BIG from day one. Dr. Delima kept insisting that they were perfect and that I was biting wrong. Un able to eat anything with these dentures, I was sent to a specialist about tmj. Was told by specialist that the retention was way to much due to THE DENTURES BEING TO BIG FOR MY MOUTH. . Going back to gental dental with the results, they took no responsibility for this and I was told that I needed to send dentures out for re-alaignment with the wait if 6-8 weeks. . Being a professional I could not be without teeth for this long. So now I am stuck with dentures that however look pretty!. Are completely nonfunctional. After a year and some change. I still can not eat with them...so very disappointed in their treatment and work.
I started going to Gentle dental in 2015 and was a month / every couple of month patient for a couple of years due to the great care I was receiving / poor dental health. I have many health problems including weak enamal and have very sensitive teeth. For the first couple of years treatment was great and I was addressed as an individual but in 2018 I stopping going there due to the staff doing a 180 and it almost seemed like a different place. Over my time there I had 6 teeth pulled due to bad insurance but it seemed as if near the end they didnt even try for other options. I would have been more than happy to pay to save some of them but even with small chips there answer was to just to get rid of the infection then pull them. They started treating me as just a number and someone to get in and out and would not address my pain. They should change their name to not so Gentle Dental because It had been to the point where I was terrified to go their. The last couple times they didnt give me enough novacaine and I could still feel it. I asked for more (which they used to have no problem) and they would insult me even though you could tell I was in a lot of pain. post and pre extraction they would always give me pain medicine and anti biotics to address the pain and help get rid of the infection but that turned into them just telling me to take tylenol and ibuprofen and giving me a short supply / weak anti biotics. After complaining the last time, I was straight up told they wouldnt help with my pain. It was at this time I got up and walked out. I would never get a tooth pulled or any serious medical procedure again without being given something to help. The time before I couldnt sleep for days and had to call of work due to the pain. Patients need to start standing up for themselves and demanding better care. Looking back I wish I would have left when things got bad way before. Maybe I would have been able to keep a few of my teeth or at least not have to have dealt with so much pain and sleepless nights. To make matters worse I went in to get my dental records and they told me it was a 40$ charge. Which is outrageous considering its just a few pieces of paper (wouldnt cost them anymore than 0.50 cents in printer ink) and every other place Ive been to did it for free. I just think they were being obnoxious because I didnt want to go their anymore. very professional. Anyway, If you want adequate healthcare this is not the place to receive it at.
No compassion or care for their patients. A crown and post lasted less than 5 years. I paid 750 cash for a procedure I was originally told would take one visit, thay turned into 3, and then when it was time for the 3rd they proceeded to tell me it would take 5! The dentist then got on the phone and told me I should take my money back and go elsewhere because I had unrealistic expectations... mind u I only expected what his staff told me to expect.... I wouldnt recommend this place and have lodged a formal complaint with my insurance company.
My first time at gental dental was amazing they where so kind and so nice to me while I was having a panic attack it was my first root canal ever in my life and everyone was telling me it’s the worst paid it was my front tooth and I thought I would look really ugly forever but gental dental did amazing at my root canal didn’t even feel a thing the assistant Leslie she was truly a sweetheart she was amazing was right there by my side the whole time showing me everything and making sure I knew every step that was comming and my doctor he was amazing even paid for my whitening on my teeth!!!! I just wanted to thank them and can’t wait to get more work done there I trust them with my teeth for sure !
I went for cleaning on February 20th. And after I did my paperwork they called after 25 minutes. The lady assistant that also cleaned my teeth she took a picture of me of my face for their files that I am who I am? and never in my life not at any other dentist office they do that. I told her to be gentle on my teeth and she did not let me spit. She was vacuuming with the tube suction. They made my mouth bleed and they also took ten pictures of my teeth. The doctor was awful and he suggested to pull my teeth out and have me wear fake teeth. He said I need root canals and he cannot fix them and if he fix them again the filling will fall out after two years. He does not give you a chance to be fixed just making more worse. He even was pushing on a good tooth that there was nothing there and was filled pretty well where I had operations before on it. He wanted to break it and take that out too. So I walked out and told them will get a second opinion. Not happy with his work. Whatever you do, please don’t go there. Not very happy. They are not very professional. Some of the young people are ok but again please don’t go there. Dr D’lima is worse. He said hi and shook my hand but all he wanted to do is make it worse.
On my first visit, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and still had to wait nearly an hour. Then they tell me that they dont accept my insurance (BCBS) and send me home. I call BCBS and they tell me that Gentle Dental does accept them. So, I call GD back and get an appointment for that afternoon. Again, I have to wait nearly an hour to be seen. The service was anything but gentle. The hygienist was impolite and very rough and the dentist was condescending. I had a couple cavities, so I thought I would give them another chance when I got my fillings. Again, I had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time, even though I again showed up early. The procedure was fine, but consistently being this late is unacceptable. I now have an appointment with another dentist and am wondering what they will say about the quality of GDs work.
Receptionists were very unfriendly. I needed a letter sent from my PCP and they would not work with me to get it. They kept cutting me off over the phone. Dental cleaning was very painful and my gums bled a lot. I had to take medicine for the pain afterwards. I do NOT recommend. Please go to another dentist.
Ok, someone needs to sue this place under the ADA as the building is DEFINITELY not up to code. There is NO handicap accessibility. No, button to press to open doors. The doors are small. I had to help people in and out of their office because they struggled so much. A lawyer should be able to make money over it.I saw the bad reviews, but they could see me right away and I was losing medicaid. Unfortunately this place IS as bad as they say. I had some sensitivity. The dentist said he should replace around 6 fillings. After waiting in the office he saw me. He said he would do it in too visits. For the first, I asked he do the entire right side at once. He ran out of time, leaving me in pain. Second time, I asked if he could do the entire left side at once. He again ran out of time, leaving me in pain. Third time he finished all but one of the fillings after again not completing the work he said. Each time I ended in pain. Also, my side of my mouth was not protected by the drill. This left my mouth all torn up with flaps of skin hanging off. Hurt like hell. The fourth time I did not go back. Now, a month later I had been flossing and parts of my fillings started falling out! I cant believe it! Im going to a different place this time. Emergency appointments cost money! EDIT: I lost TWO fillings! The other place fixed them and they feel MUCH better! Getting the rest of the work inspected. EDIT: I now lost THREE fillings! Also, I must say. This dentist is not responsible. He is very much in a rush with ALL of his appointments. They expect you to be on time, but are HOURS late. They wanted to sell me bridges and more. I suspect he is recommending unnecessary work. The work he did do was terrible. My teeth are rough and he left shard edges on the fillings. I can barely floss. So please, EVEN if your going to lose your service. DONT GO HERE! It will SAVE you money, time and LOTS of pain.
I have been impressed with gentle dental, and have had great service with them from payments to actual service. My last visit the doctor had what appeared to be several harder patients to deal with and he seamlessly jumped between us and asked me several times if I was feeling any pain. I dont have dental insurance but I use AFLAC which requires me to submit claim paperwork, and the staff helped create the proper documentation for me to submit.I would recommend Gentle Dental to my friends and family.
I decided to give this place a shot despite its subpar overall rating maybe to give them the benefit of the doubt. I see now why they are rated as such. It took OVER ONE HOUR for them to verify my insurance the manager each time growing increasing more frustrated AT ME for not being able to find it but I had to correct my information 3 different times between my birthday, ss, and insurance ID. So due to their carelessness they couldn’t find me. I had to get on the phone with my insurance myself and SHOCKER my insurance was in good standing they gave me a number to give to them and the manager was so embarrassed she couldnt even tell me herself that she finally found it. I was half a second away from leaving. Never going back. The hygienist and assistants are very nice however
I only went because they take Medicaid and will not be back. I have no issues with the dentist and have a good pain threshold, but the cleaning I got from the hygienist was brutal. My hands were gripping the arms of the chair and tears were running down the sides of my face. I told the hygienist she was hurting me, and she asked the numbing gel isnt working? They hadnt told me they were using it. She continues and some minutes later I raise a hand and tell her again that shes hurting me badly, and with exasperation in her voice she snaps that shes almost done. Afterward, I tell the dentist about it and he did not care at all. He just insinuated to me that I had a problem with the dentist in general.Dont go anywhere near this place.
Today I called to get my child back to this office. The office stated because she was inactive they would not take her back. She went inactive because she went to another dentist and they knew this. The rudeness was un believable. All I wanted to do was send her back. I gave 2 weeks notice, they were paid, and she did not miss an appointment. WOW thank you Gentle Dental for crappy service
Do NOT make the mistake! of choosing Gentle dental!! This practice is so unprofessional from the rude receptionists to the dentists. I’m left with the worst quality dental work I’ve ever had.D’Lims should be without s job. I am shocked and angry but have neither the time nor energy to go into detail. Ive heard nothing positive from anyone I’ve spoken to who has gone here.
I like: Most of the times I can schedule appointments quickly and easyly. One of the girls at the front desk is very attentive and ready to give useful suggestions about treatments, payments, etc. Doctor Botana knows what he does, unlike some at others clinics who seem mere beginners.I do not like: Sometimes I have to wait 20 to 40 minutes past my appointment time to be called to the chair. Even once in the chair, they let me wait another ten minutes or so untill the doctor actually comes to see me.Opinion: This is a good clinic for every day citizens like me. If you want something better, be ready to open your pocket wider. I have recommended this dentist to some of my friends.
Have gone there for a while for one reason only!! They take medicaid. This place absolutely sucks!! ( times out of 10, even with an appt, they say they are too busy and you have to reschedule. It gets old esp when we have a 40 minute trip to get there, They also bill your insurance the minute you walk in the door and you are charged whether you get service that day or not. The dentist is ok friendly, but not always. Sometimes not even a hello. It is more like a assembly line feel. Way too crowded, way too busy and just really poor service. I know several people that have gone to him and no one is happy with Dr. Delima or however you spell his name, Thanks for having no teeth at this point and just really lousy service.
To say Gentle dental has great service is an understatement. At 52 I had a bad infection and all my teeth had to be pulled. I had an emotional breakdown, Poor Dr. Delima and his super nice dental assistant had an emotional patient . Dr. Delima and his dental assistant spent some time with me .They told me everything was going to be all right . This meant so munch to me. Dr. Delima is always friendly with a How are you my friend! for all my 12 appointments. He always had time for my questions. Dr. Delima is gentle but firm. Ill miss my new friends at Gentle Dental. Where all the staff made comfortable & the servise was great! I now have denturs and can eat almonds! Thank you Gentle Dental, Mark Power
This place is horrible! The women that work the front desk are rude. Theyll put you on hold then forget or not come back. I waited 30 minutes today listening to corny elevator music. The work is shoddy! They dont believe in saving teeth here and if you need one pulled get ready for a barbaric experience! Never again! Theres nothing gentle about this place.
I got there for a 10:30 am appt and the dentist didnt start until almost 11:30. The secretaries are all latin which is fine, but would occasionally speak in spanish which I consider to be unprofessional when discussind protected health information. The dentist flossed my teeth and while doing so was pressing his hand and the string against my lip causing allot of pain. I eased him off once but when he went back in it was the same pain. A day later there was a scab and the skin on the corner of my lip was raw because of the floss. He rushed through the entire filling and kept apologizing because he had a difficult patient whose filling had just gotten done but a piece came out already. First off thats none of my business and second I dont care because I made and appointment so it should be my time. There is nothing Gentle about this place. I will not be going back for the rest of my treatment.
Absolutely horrible service! And its not the first time. Definitely time to go somewhere else. To describe my most recent disappointment......I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I was not seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled time, not to mention they ran out of time and by the time my x-rays were done, I had to reschedule my cleaning.
Youll be waiting over an hour to be seen no matter what. This is the second time Ive scheduled an appointment and come all the way over here just to have them tell me I cant be seen today. I guess Ill be looking for a new dentist today because they suck!Eta: this is actually the third time Ive been turned away from my scheduled appointment after waiting an hour to be seen.
The worst dentist office ever. Huge lack of communication with the patient I was there for a wisdom tooth extraction and the dentist had me down for a filling on a molar that I didnt even know needed work done! He then asked me to remove my Maryland bridge I told him I cant so he looked at the xrays and says oh thats right its permanent. I have no confidence in that office I walked out!
Im gonna tell you something i had a very bad disease i developed during my pregnancies that took all the nutrition so all my teeth went bad i cant have Novocaine so i went there and they gave me sedation with an iv and laughing gas i didnt feel a thing nor do i remember anything they were very precise with all the steps until i get my dentures i tried them on they are a perfect fit this place kept me at ease i have no fear now thank you!
My service here is very awful diversity perceptions they dont even acknowledge you when youre standing in line waiting to be seen you have to wait 45 minutes just for somebody to even stand you standing in line just to be somebody to talk to you its parents here is awful I will never come back to this dentist again they do accept Medicaid but their service is awful the receptions are very nasty and rude
After being 100% sure that my insurance would cover a cleaning and an x-ray, they treated me. At the end, I ask the reception if I have to pay something and they tell me that the insurance covered what they had done to me and about two weeks later they write to say that I have a debt with them.

2022-03-27Woke up in the middle of my wisdom teeth removal. (Got all 4 out) Woke up to surgeon yanking on my mouth and his assistants holding my head still, absolutely terrifying. Put me out again.. Once finished, they wheeled me out into the alley into my car before I was even coherent. Worst experience of my life, please dont ever go here.

2022-06-14Went here for a cleaning and was insulted by the dentist multiple times for my bad skin and fat cheeks. Felt very rushed and hurt terribly. Was yelled at for flinching out of pain. Left with swollen bloody gums. if i could put 0 stars i would. DONT GO HERE.

2022-01-06DO NOT GO HERE. I am new to Rochester and hadnt visited a dentist until I came here. I went in for a cleaning, the front side receptionist was horrible, not friendly and didnt make me feel welcome. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SSN#. The worst part was the cleaning itself. The dental hygienist didnt even clean my teeth properly. I have staining that I need cleaned off my teeth once or twice a year and my old dentist certainly would get it off. My old dentist usually took on average 30 minutes to get my teeth cleaned. This dental hygienist had me in there for 10 minutes, was very rough with my teeth and sent me on my merry way. Now Im needing to go to another dentist for a cleaning.

2021-12-14I have been a patient here for 20yrs. Last week, I found out the my dentist no longer works there and they dont know if the new Dr will keep me. I had 3 of my remaining teeth pulled 1 month ago, and now he is going to refer me somewhere else to get the dentures. 7 staff members helped me today, out of which 2 were actually decent human beings. I left feeling such emotional pain, that I was given no respect.

2021-09-08So unorganized if it werent so frustrating it would be comical. Every time I come in its like there are no notes or records from my last visit, so I have to explain to them by memory why I am there. I was told to wait for my insurance to approve a surgery and to call back in two weeks if I dont hear from my insurance. So I dont hear from my insurance and I call back and they say, Oh we processed a referral to strong. No on ever communicated that there was a referral in place and I would have to then call to make an appointment. The dentist also keeps claiming theres a cyst and the surgeon took a look and said it is not a cyst. Still this dentist keeps calling it a cyst which is not a word you want to throw around especially if the surgeon has said it is not a cyst. He did not even explain what it would mean if it is a cyst or what my options would be. I think the staff means well but are just too unorganized to be efficient. Little to no communication.

2021-08-06I had to switch dentist offices because of an insurance change. I went to Gentle Dental for the first time and was told I had two cavities that needed to be filled. Because of my poor experience there (hygienist was very rough and hurt my mouth), I was scared to get them filled. I went to my old dentist, willing to pay out of pocket, just to find out I didn’t have any cavities… Not sure if I was misdiagnosed or if there is possible state insurance fraud going on. Either way, be cautious if you have to go to this dental office. Thanks.

2021-12-12Terrible Dentistry, rude and uncaring office manager and staff. The oral hygienists also dont take their time to give you a good quality teeth cleaning. Dont waste your time and money. Went to another Dentist and the cleaning and treatment was 100% better.

2021-04-08Worst experience of my life! Always book to bill ur insurance. Finally got a tooth pulled that was bothering me and he busted the 2 teeth next to it causing more pain than I had to start with. The hygentists repeatedly had to tell him wash his hands in between patients. Nothing is explained about your treatment. Sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy after asking several times what pharmacy Onuse more than once. After daamaging the teeth next to the one he pulled they scheduled me an appt for next Thursday, more than a week away and ibuprofen for fractured teeth. This is unacceptable, why not fix them while mouth numb still instead of forcing me to be in exceuciating pain for over a week???
